Unhappy Camper

Very outdated!!! The smallest tv that I've encountered. There was food in the microwave crumbs on the carpet when I moved the ottoman and the mattress!!!! Oh my!!! When is the last time that I have slept on a BOXSPRING MATTRESS? It hurt my back and my wife complained about it. The lady from India that we spoke with upon checkout was really nice and was concerned about the situation. Cuddos to her!!!

Located close to our family. GREAT value. Nice large room. Very comfortable bed.

We are elderly with limited mobility and this hotel had no walk-in showers. Breakfast menu left a little to be desired. No fruit or meat items. The waffle machine did notify when waffles were done.

We did not stay. Gum in the carpet hair in the beds hair in the bathtub hair on the sink nasty. I don't know if I'll get my money back or not but there's no way we can stay there. Poor maintenance poor housekeeping nasty!

The one thing I did not like about this hotel is it doesn’t have an elevator. One of the ladies that came to Philadelphia with us, has a bad ankle and had issues with going up and down stairs.

The staff was very friendly. However the place need to be updated. The carpet need to be taking out. Some towels had stains on them. The shower had loose parts hanging from the shower head. The inside of the place need an overhaul

Everything about the room was excellent except the coffee pot didn’t work. My husband has to have a cup first thing. I’m 73 years old had to get dressed and walk up the the breakfast room and get him some as he has physical issues. When I checked out I told the clerk that the coffee pot was missing the part that holds the coffee. Her only response was “well you could have gotten a cup from the breakfast room”. Because I expected an I’m sorry thank you for letting me know response, that response really hacked me.

Well to start the night off they allow tweakers to come to hotel and not say anything to them. And my car was broken into and and the person that was in charge that night. Acted as if it was no problem. Needless to say I will never return again. Please do not ever park your car towards the back as directed by the hotel attendant. No manager to look at the cameras until Monday and I stay three hours away. The rooms are nasty. The sheets were dirty. The bathroom was nasty. The TV didn’t work. The breakfast sucks and I can go on and on. I recommend no one staying here.

Rates low and room doors are inside not outside for me that’s safe.

They did not have the room I booked. I did not check in. I have been trying to contact Expedia and am getting nowhere.

This place was worth the 3 min drive to the casino. The room and property was clean, the staff was helpful and polite. Has a few places to eat within walking distance. Definitely choosing again.

Subpar accommodations

TV had to be unplugged and plugged in to be used. Fight broke out during the night waking everyone. Breakfast was bad. No plates, no fruit, dried bread, no attendant, juice was watered down.

This is an older property but is maintained. It is clean and secure. And I'd love to know what kind of mattress they have. I've stayed here a few times and it's always a really good night's sleep

The jet tub was extremely dirty. We ran the water then seen all the dead skin on the side of the tub and in the water. It was disgusting. I even took pictures and showed the staff.

The stay was comfortable, the only issues were: the room door was hard to open and the shower need work.

The smell in the hallway was horrible. You could smell marijuana very strongly in the hallway and stairwell. The bed was higher at the feet than at the head.

Room Was Great!

Was only there for 2 nights for a concert at the Silver Star…Therefore definitely good for that type of vibe….Room air was excellent!! Loved that it had a microwave and fridge!! Would stay again.

The staff was really great. The hotel was a bit run down, dirty carpet and chairs that were broken. No elevator, just stairs and vending machines broken upstairs. Plumbing (showers mainly) made noises like a skill saw and you can hear it from the other rooms.

This was actually booked for two nights and I ended up leaving after the first without a refund. Stains were all over the comforter and burn holes in various places also. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The floors were also dirty. Another smaller problem was the tv didn't even work. Avoid this property if you can. At the cost of around $130 a night it was horrible. Also, this is my first time ever writing a review. I would hate for anyone else to deal with this.

Property itself was a little grimy…I felt the overall facility could and should have been in better condition. I was just expecting a little more in the area of overall property condition and upkeep.

The coffee pot was replaced when a part was missing. We had to ask for coffee. Did not have enough towels, but did get more. The towels are terribly thin. Most staff were helpful. The spa tub needed a dial other thank just an on or off switch. The air was great. The king bed was nice. Needed more pillows, not just 2 thin standard pillows for a king bed. Tax and fees for 3 nights was $100 more than was quoted 2 months ago.

Affordable. Close to Choctaw Rez/Choctaw Indian Fair. Easy to find. Staff seems helpful and proactive when something needs attention. Please note: access to 2nd floor rooms by staircase only, No elevator, this was Not an issue/problem for us. If our Mom would have arrived with this room it would be a fall hazzard/risk, she would require assistance.

To get to the room, you must use stairs; no elevator. The stairs were dirty with spills and debris. The air conditioning was not on, so the room was super hot when we arrived. Also, the room had a foul odor. There was some dried white substance on the side of the night stand (yuck). The tv remote didn’t work, but staff quickly came and fixed it. The beds were clean and comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

After trying to cancel after running into some issues i was able to check in. Once i check in i noticed there were a few problems with the room. considering that I have severe allergy, I didn't expect The room to be as dusty as it was. I stayed in Room 116 The best had what Looks like intimate Stains On the bed. The lamp plugs were jammed, which is very dangerous. The floor had mold stains , The toilet was clogged the entire stay I also have pictures to prove most of the problems.Lets not forget the breakfast which was only a self made waffle or cereal .Most definitely would not recommend.Diane the desk keeper for over night was probably the only thing that was pleasant about the hotel. Was not able to stay in the room without being grossed out. -10/10

I was surprised to learn this hotel was 2 floors all inside rooms. No outside access to room. Also this hotel has no elevator so only access upstairs rooms via steps. It wasn’t handicap accessible if needed to be. Front desk was accommodating as they could be and was able to switch room to a 1st floor room. Staff was friendly, room was clean just outdated. Breakfast was complimentary with a few choices of food. Overall stay was good for a quick overnight trip. Location was good & hotel was quiet at night, bed was comfortable.

Worst Place in My Life

I am appalled by the condition of my room during my recent stay at the Super Inn and Suites Philadelphia. It was one of the most deplorable and poorly maintained rooms I have ever encountered. The entire facility is run down and lacks any preventive maintenance. Our initial room was horrifying. The bathroom was unacceptable: dirty towels with stains and makeup, moldy caulk, and grimy floors. I had to buy cleaning products to disinfect the bathroom just to endure our short 8-hour stay. We switched rooms due to an overflowing toilet, but the second room was just as bad. The sheets had blood stains, and all the curtains in both rooms were filthy and heavily stained. I had to bleach the entire room and could only use one bed because the other had used sheets. If my mother weren’t handicapped and we didn’t need a room for just 8 hours, I would have demanded more, but there was no point. This place needs to be shut down. I should be fully refunded, as anyone who stays here should be paid to endure such conditions.

Carpet needed shampooing, door needed painting. Loud with children playing in the halls. Bathtub needed replacing.

Was not expecting much based on the price but I was pleasantly surprised. Incredible staff that were helpful and friendly. The beds were amazing and super comfortable pillows. New giant shower heads made everything better!!!!

The hotel was a comfort my only down fall is why have an 11 am check out but housekeeping and maintenance is coming in your room without knocking at 9 am

Would NEVER stay here again. The rooms are filthy, from the door to the window. Cigarette butts all over the room, burn holes in shower and that is ironic because I purchased a smoke free room. Beds had stains on pillows and covers, I purchased several throws to sleep on/under to attempt to be comfortable. Cigarette butt in the vent for heat/air. Stains all over carpet. Honestly, the WORST stay I have had at a facility.

The hotel was dirty and I’m very bad shape. The room smelled of marijuana and also had traces of it in the bathroom floor. Would could not stay in the room due to the smell and condition so we decided to drive the 2 hours home. I would appreciate our money back. The front desk said we had to deal with you.

This property met my needs. It was clean in the places that mattered most but needed some additional TLC in the less essential areas such as corners and baseboards.

The bathroom sink lower panel was broken and hanging loose. The toilet tissue holder was broken loose and falling out of the wall. The vent fan switch knob was missing, the toilet seat was broken loose and only one bolt was holding it in place. The shower worked well and the towels were changed each day. The bathroom and hallway did smell like smoke that they tried to hide with cleaner. The price was much better than any in the area.

Jets in jacuzzi tub did not work. Bed was very loud and the comforter was not big enough for it. Not clean, mirrors and surfaces were dirty. Could hear other guests all night and see through a crack in the door where it did not properly seal.

Clean, friendly,

Property was old. Breakfast bar was not good at all and had a severely limited menu. Pastries were old. Waffle mix was stale. They had biscuits and gravy all three days we were there. Bathroom sink was clogged and the toilet ran. The TV worked and the coffee was strong and hot.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There is a notice on the front door that stated that there were no firearms allowed on the property. I would have never stayed without mine, plus we were traveling and 2 of the husband's are officers, so always carry. Our rooms were not grouped together as we had ask for since we were traveling as a group. There was an overwhelming stench of Marijuana smoke in the entire 1st floor. We got woken up at o dark 30 by an employee who banged on every door that had a guest accusing us of steeling his laundry. We went outside our 1st morning and there was a car with its back window smashed in with a hand weight. The 2nd night when we came back again im not sure if their pumping the Marijuana smoke through the vents or what was going on, but on the 1st floor was constantly full of the smoke and smell. We headed to bed around 11 P.M. as we all had to get up early the next morning, we had a 14 hour drive back home. The people on the 2nd were having some sort of party and were running up and down the halls screaming and pounding on the walls, blasting music. We ended up just calling it done and got up at 4 A.M. to leave since we weren't being able to sleep anyway. When we complained at the front desk we were told the owner knew about it and wasn't happy, but we could have called and complained anytime through the night. She then told us she had been upstairs about the situation multiple times in the night. NO WAY WOULD I STAY AGAIN EVER

I had a really hard time opening the door to the room after I unlocked it. Receptionist told me that I had to lift up on it and that still didn’t work. I had to literally fight with the door to get in! Needs replacing bad

The lady that checked us in was nice and friendly. The property is in need of renovation. It could have been cleaner. Our room was ok. Bed wasn’t the worst I’ve ever slept in but far from most comfortable. It’s a cheap place that served its purpose.
