The pool was great!

Overall everything required for a good stay was there. Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Front desk even had some playing cards to lend us. I will stay there next time in Hinton

Okay, as to be expected for a 2-star.

Hotels.com sort of didn't give me much of a choice when the other hotel cancelled on me. This hotel is mostly quiet for sleeping and somewhat updated as far as bathroom countertops, heating/conditioning works, outdated but not overly noisey. Breakfast has nothing fresh as in fruit or yogurt, hot sausage and egg patties are okay. The usual bread and waffles in the form of Eggos, regular coffee. Pool, no gym. Depending on which travel site you use this is either a 2 or 3 star...I would say it's a 2 so you should expect no more. Service is great.

Overall it was a good stay. The blanket on the bed and the towels are thin. The breakfast was good but the tables & chairs in the seating area were cramped together, but that could've been from the construction going on in the lobby at the time of our stay.

The reception provided active cooperation when requesting a room change, and he patiently answered the questions I raised. Such a great service attitude. We will stay again. Recommend!

Nothing special, clean but a little run down, bed was lumpy

When reserving here, be aware that this place does not have an elevator. It's just two floors, but when you need to empty the car in winter of things that should not freeze, it's better to have a booking on the first floor.

The breakfast was terrible

Stayed with pet and friends and we were extremely pleased with the value we received for our money. No complaints whatsoever about the facility or its staff.

Property is dated but overall fairly clean

Entrance was littered with cigarette butts and some other aspect made the entrance look shabby. As far as the room was concerned, it was neat and clean. the most disappointing aspect was that there was no chair or light suitable for reading. When i asked, I was told to use the desk chair - really? I will stay at another hotel the next time.

Good place, convenient right next to the highway.

It just wasn’t up to par to what we normally expect. Stains on bed covers, dated decor, staff member who wasn’t very helpful w laundry issues but what really pissed me off was the coffee lid that didn’t fit the cups. Took one sip in my vehicle and lid literally fell off spilling hot coffee in my lap while driving. I thought I didn’t snap on lid properly but next morning I checked and the lids don’t snap in place at all but just “sit” on the cup. Having to carry bags for family of 4 upstairs to second floor was also a bit inconvenient because there was no elevator. We wouldn’t stay here again.

A medium experience

The hotel staff were lovely and the bed very comfortable. Our room had an odor when we entered, but we resolved that ourselves when we left the window open and door open to air it out and my husband cleaned the dirty filter in the A/C. While that largely reduced the odor , whatever caused the odor made my nose run all nigjt, promptly stopping after i left the room. I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff who said they woukd immediately have housekeeping clean all air filters in all rooms. The room felt mostly clean, but there was a layer of dust all over the lamp, fridge and tile ledge above sink. Not the kind you get from missing one day's clean but from it not being wiped for a couple of weeks. The pool was nice but the slats on most window blinds were quite broken. That is definitely not a huge deal other than it speaks to the level of maintenence and care of the property. The hotel felt safe and friendly and otherwise clean and in good repair. The breakfast wasn't fancy but more than continental and was nice.

clean but needs to improve on towels in the bathroom there was not enough for four people. also the towels on the pool there were no towels for people wants to swim

Staff was friendly. Free breakfast included with stay whoch actually tasted good. Was farther away from town centre and i wouldnt walk across the double lan highway

Staff was friendly , fast and efficient ! Breakfast was good with readily available. Hot water for coffee tea , ice machine , water machine , even iced lemonade were available around the clock for rehydration ! Convenient around other fast food restaurants and a close drive to Walmart for all your needs ! Highly recommend super 8!!

Could be better

I couldn’t use or get my points that’s 3 times now and the breakfast was nasty and the people dropped the utensils and put them back for people to use. He took them off when I confronted him

Clean w/a good breakfast!

This is a great, friendly motel. The rooms, buildings, etc were all very clean, although old, very well maintained.

The room we stayed in was very quiet, especially considering the motel was full. The breakfast was very basic. Not many options if you don’t want sausage, eggs and toast. Overall we were happy with our stay.
