The toilet barely flushed. Needed two flushes to have complete flush. Room was nice and quiet and easy to find off the interstate.
We liked our stay there. The staff member was very helpful and we had everything we needed.
Good
Close to the interstate. Affordable.
I was shocked at how dirty our room was. The tub had mold around tub spout, shower curtain was filthy. Toilet wasn’t too clean either. Room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. Bed wasn’t bad but the pillows were flat. Breakfast was minimal but better than nothing. AC barely worked. Had to plug in medical device behind night stand and there was a lot of trash behind it.
The television didn’t work in the room. Everything else was good
cheap place if youre needing a place to lay your head down for the evening
its nice but dont have breakfast like they say only coffee yoghurt and fruit
Nice place. Friendly staff. Bare bones hotel. Could use an update for sure in the bathrooms and bedding. But clean and comfortable.
Hfdv
Carpet and walls were filthy. Mold in the bathroom with soap scum in the shower. Room smelled musty. The pillows were flat and blanket’s scratchy. I would never stay here again!
I needed a place to stay in Austin for my Grandmothers funeral. This was a good place for me to do all I needed to do with my family.
Very old & creepy
Ice machine was broken, room had a strange odor and it wasn't from the toilet that had urine and toilet paper in it when we got in the room because we continued to smell it, TV was not hooked up we had to figure it out, woken up at 10:20 p.m. by a dog barking and whimpering. Woke up at 5:00 and left ASAP.

Dated building and furnishings.
It was clean, but very musty.
The hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like it too. Our room was reassigned to someone else during the night, so they walked in and realized it was occupied. Then our room key was deactivated.
Horrible
No cable, no light, no ac. Second room I got switched to, no volume on tv
Staff were incredible very kind and accommodating!
Very nice front desk man, very helpful and kind! He deserves a raise!
The place looked a little dumpy driving up to it, but the inside was very clean and the staff were very friendly!
Very small, breakfast area hardly existed but overall if you just need a place to lay your head this will do the trick
It was snowing while we were there and they kept the door locked all day, so you had to use your key every time. They never once shoveled the sidewalk. Not even once right outside the door.
You get what you pay for. My back hurts after sleeping on the bed. It seemed a little dirty… not the greatest.
Reasonable price for the accommodations.
Don’t stay here they don’t accommodate for handicapped people and had tape literally holding their window shut nasty and charged me a days stay when I canceled because they couldn’t accommodate my handicap mother
Nice clean rooms, friendly and respectful staff, and cheaper than previous hotels I've stayed at in Austin MN.
EVERYTHING is run down. Sheets have stains, bathroom is in need of a deep clean and the hvac was touchy.
Building was hot in hallway mold in bathroom and the bathroom fan didn’t work and the breakfast was so sad parking lot was hafe dirt
It was ok. Location was convenient.
We wanted to give this place a chance because the price was right. The employee was not friendly when I called ahead of our check in as well as during the check in process. When we got into the room, it smelled stale. We saw nail clippings, hair and other things that should have been cleaned up on the bathroom floor. Some of the towels and linens were stained. We opened up the mini fridge and were hit with a disgusting rancid smell. Needless to say, we would not consider this hotel again, even in an emergency.
I was beginning a new job. First challenge was they wouldn't take my Mastercard, so had to find somewhere to get cash to begin stay. No hot or even warm water in bathtub, but I was coming in very late, so didn't want to call anyone then, as I needed the sleep the most.
It was clean and easy access. Friendly service. The bathroom stool was clean but was much smaller than what we are used to. Thanks for the nice stay.
DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY / GO TO THE HOLIDAY INN$129
Front desk person tries to be friendly but you can't even make up what he trying to said, room has a smell no fridge bed had something 2 min in bed and had a rash on my arm move to another bed try to sleep next morning I ran out of this place I would never stay on a Super 8 again.
Your better off camping
The facility was not kept up not clean, the old toilet roll was still on the holder. The air conditioning was out dated and left the room in a swampy humid feel. Was not clean but thankfully we didn’t find any bed bugs. You could tell this was a money grab and not about people’s comfort while staying at this hotel.
The front desk person was rude and you have to call them for assistance. The motel needs to be modernized for the price. It has a smell and the furniture is outdated. Definitely needs a revamp.
I like the price- it’s affordable but you get what you paid for. Room is old. Bathroom is clean. Customer service not so much. My family with 2 kids arrived late- coming from Rushmore SD. We have a very long trip. I went in the front door - the door is closed. You have to dial “0”- hoping that the manager is at the back room. Manager answered after 3 tries. He was irritated that I woke him up. I told him we have reservations thru Expedia and asked me why am I not wearing a mask and why I don’t have reservations. I said I have one from Expedia. He made a talk to the hand sign( stop and don’t talk gesture). He explained to me- to make sure I give him the keycard at check out. There’s no elevator. 2 floors we took the stairs with the heavy bags. Maybe there’s an elevator but the manager didn’t bother to show us. He was irritated that I woke him up past 12 am. The next morning I gave him back the key card. But another customer on his way out told the manager he’s not going back there anymore- he was chased by the manager for a key card. Bad customer service. The facility needs some front desk staffing.
The place is dilapidated and the room had a foul smell with terrible carpet. The carpet in the room was black from how dirty it was and the bed creaked a lot. Everything is outdated and not well taken care of. I walked in and walked back out. I ended up staying elsewhere, but I didn’t request a refund. It was an awful room and creepy feeling.
Quite
The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and friendly. He even went above and beyond to call me when I lost my wallet after check out. We had a lovely stay. When in the area I would choose to stay here again.
needed updating bad
From check-in to check-out, staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean and in good condition.
Not even a muffin for breakfast!
Clean, basic, good for sleeping.
Hotel is just a basic clean hotel. Clean but no frills. Just the basic necessities. The only thing that I would comment is that they say continental breakfast but there were about 4 packets of donuts and a small fridge with a hand full of fruit cups. I went across the street for breakfast instead.
A/C was noisy, room had a smoke smell and the bedding had an unusual smell. Breakfast ended at 9am on a Sunday??? The bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
Beds were hard and heat was up way too high, but it was a polar vortex outside so that might have been the reason.
Not able to access room cause badge reader not working
At least it had indoor plumbing & air conditioning
The room was pretty clean and the air conditioning worked...that's about the extent of the positives about our stay. We werent expecting much (it was $80 a night) but we were in town for a livestock show and pretty much just needed a place to shower and sleep for a few hours before heading back to the barn. The man running the place was rude. I get it, I don't want covid either, but he made it really uncomfortable to check in. Later he accused me of bringing a dog into my room because he saw the large crate I had in the bed of my truck. Next year when we go to that event we will be staying elsewhere.
The manager was very nice and tried to make sure everything was right. The first morning continental breakfast was slim at best. Toast and toaster waffles. There was coffee and juice. Second morning better. One side of the king bed was firm and the other, near the nightstand, was soft. Lobby windows need cleaning. Couldn’t get at receipt at checkout. Said I could call wyndum to get one. The outside landscaping is Nonexisting.
Hotel needs remodeling. Breakfast was minimal but served the purpose.
Good nights rest.
Clean quiet and convenient . Just as expected.
The manager was very friendly. The TV and Fridge were unplugged when I checked in, and I didn't notice it until after midnight. There appeared to be a spot of mold or dirt or something next to the shower.
Great access to the highway and close to food and gas. Clean and quite.
DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
There was not enough parking spaces, we and other patrons had to park in gravel. It rained, have you ever tried to pull luggage over gravel? The room smelled wet and moldy. We could hear the people above us walking across the floor all night long, at times it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling We have stayed at Wyndham hotels before, this was shocking. I was totally disappointed. And 1 more thing, it was the most expensive hotel we stayed at on our whole trip. It had free breakfast, we did not stay.
Everything was outdated & dirty! Walls in our bathroom were disgusting and the floors were NASTY, they turned my sons white socks black! And breakfast options were very minimal & not replenished.
I would not repeat this experience.
We were driving late at night with no reservation and ended up here. The price was good, but upon arrival, I had wished I had spent $30 more. The room was not very clean - there was a pool of something brownish under the sink. The beds were covered in plastic which made the mattress not very comfortable and when sliding in to sleep, we encountered a big wet puddle on the sheets. Not on the blankets or comforters. On the sheets. We still don't know what that was. The hotel also said it served breakfast, which it did, but there were two types of cereal and a few "pastries." The shower was hot and the water pressure was good.
The man that checked me in was Extremely rude there where ants on the counter where the breakfast was couldn’t even eat had to take my grandchildren somewhere else to eat so so much for a free breakfast. Would never stay there again and feel like I should get some money back Had to pay for for breakfast
The property didn't look bad from the outside, but from the entrance to the room it was very poor. The staff was not friendly, poor language skills, and was dressed in dirty clothes. The room was damp smelling, the bedding was worn, and the chair had stains. I ended up leaving and quickly booked another room at a different hotel. There is a policy of no refunds, so I got screwed out of that money.
Spend and extra $20 and stay somewhere better
Low budget hotel, the sheets were sparse (it was 20 degrees overnight) and only a think blanket was on the bed. The heat and the room had an odd smell. The pictures on the website looked nothing like the hotel. Check in was okay. It’s not an expensive hotel but the dust ruffles on the beds were stained and not quite as clean as it should have been
Heater in room would not work unless it was on its hottest setting
I reserved the room on your website, got to the hotel, and he didn't have any clean rooms. I was forced to leave and find another hotel while still having the authorization on my credit card until who knows when. What a terrible experience. Never using Expedia again.
The hotel is in an excellent location with ample parking. Clean and amply spacious. For the money, a good deal.
They were remodeling so the place was less than full capacity, but very quiet and comfortable.
Room was clean. Lack of power outlets. Breakfast was mediocre.
Breakfast bread was old stale dry. Milk was sour. Rooms were clean though.
Older hotel adequately maintained. Breakfast was nothing fancy.
This place had only one employee, No one at counter because he was cleaning, The same person on both day and night, And could not speak very good English. not the best with person skills.
Fine for an Overnight
This location is fine for an overnight stay. Very slow check-in process, even when the reservation was made and paid for on Hotels.com.
Bed covers were stained and everything was a little worn. Sheets and bathroom were clean.
Driving through
Staff was nice, and helpful! The furniture in the room and bathroom showed wear and tear. The continental breakfast wasn't much more than yogurt and a pastry. The hotel met all of our needs though!
Nice and quiet and clean
