Great place!

Stayed August 2024 with family. Amazing place to relax and explore Okanagan valley. Always found a spot in their underground parking lot. The 2 bedroom suite we booked had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay.

The staff was very accommodating when we called early to do an early check in for us to make a wedding on time. They had our room ready to go by noon. It really did save our day.

Great few days in Summerland exploring Okanagan Lake and relaxing in the amazing surroundings. We had a great time slowing down a little from our adventure road trip between Vancouver and Calgary.

Amazing, relaxing beautiful suites.

I feel like the pictures catfished me quite a bit, but first the positive. The staff was friendly and the lake was beautiful, rooms were super cute with comfy beds. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty…VERY dirty. There was mud and things floating around , and the hot tub was more of a lukewarm bath with barley working Jets. There is only 1 restaurant for dinner as the lunch place closes at 3 and we ran into an issue with the lunch bistro not having anyone of legal age to serve alcohol. The food in both restaurants was honestly not very good but the people and staff of the hotel were wonderful. I recommend for people more focused on lake central activities and not for relaxing.

Beautiful property right on the lake. Great amenities for families - swimming pool, free laundry, kitchens, near the beach, everything you could need. We are repeat visitors because we love it so much

Great pool side suite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation that we really needed after dealing with certain family events. The resort was within walking distance to the lake and beaches which was great! The only thing that would be much easier for those of us who worked hard to get to the resort to begin with is to have the rental motor sports like sea-dos and kayaks, boats, etc. to be a little less expensive. All in all, our king suite partial lakeview, was terrific! We would definitely come back! 👌

Nice resort

Beautiful property. Staff was incredibly friendly. Our 1 bedroom was super spacious with full size kitchen and comfortable beds (including the pullout couch). Will definitely stay again.

The resort was great and had a lot of amenities to keep the family busy. Fantastic place to bring the family.

Nice location. Great staff and clean. Liked walking along board walk and local trails. Pool was nice. Had a nice coffee bar with snacks and drinks. The only downside was bed was soft and water pressure in the shower was poor.

The property was close to beach. The swimming pool was clean and had the right Temperature. Nice spots for BBQ

This time it was my children to participate in a golf tournament. We like that the resort has a kitchen. We can make whatever we like for breakfast. There are blue bin for recycling in the kitchen, but no green food waste bins were found. The surrounding supermarkets are about 5 minutes' drive and the transportation is quite convenient. There are few restaurants around, and the only restaurant in the hotel serves average food. Resort stuff are very friendly, always Smail and supportive.

Friendly service and close to market.

Service was great! They were friendly and accommodating. I had asked for a house cleaning late, but they had managed to make it happen while I was out shortly. Local IGA market is within 5 min drive, which worked out great for us as we had planned to cook and eat-in.

Wonderful stay in Summerland. Central to Kelowna.

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only comment is about the pillows. I always bring my own pillow but forgot this time and I found all the pillows far too soft. However that is minor and everything else was perfect.

This is the place to stay in summerland! Great rooms, clean and beautiful resort. Friendly staff! We have stayed many times and will be back. The poolside rooms are amazing!

I enjoyed my stay and definitely would come back. The staff at the front desk were great as well as the ladies working in the Cafe.

The one hot tubs jets were not as nice as the other hot tub but it is a hidden gem!! Amazing getaway!!

Family trip

Nice Fall stay.

Room was comfortable, but you had to request room service. On the day we did they made the bed but there was did not change to clean linen. The water pressure was non existent in the shower, pretty much a dribble. Hotel was a bit out of town and not really walkable. Boat rentals etc were closed for the season which was not advertised in advance. Overall the hotel was fine, the kitchen was basic but functional.

Summerland is beautiful but a very sleepy town. Our first day there the water was shut off and the hotel did nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience. We experienced several inconvenient closures despite it being high season. Over the course of our stay, the Bistro was closed one day because owner didn’t feel well, Spa was closed due to rock slide, fish hatchery had very limited hours for no good reason, Boat rental not available the day we were planning to go (just bad luck I suppose), and the early morning phone call to tell us we were without water was completely annoying and unnecessary. The hotel staff was indignant to our concerns so that was disappointing. Despite all those things we still made our own fun but we probably won’t stay there again. It’s a very quiet town with only one restaurant. Pros: EV charger and food was good at the only restaurant on property.

They shut the water off and staff did not help with detour because of land slide 1 km away.

The property filled our needs as a vacation hotel.

This is one of the finest resorts we have stayed at since 2006 by far. We are returning next year for an extended stay.

The front desk experience was excellent, the location of our room has a great view of the lake as advertised, the restaurant was conveniently located next door.

Good service. Nice hotel. Check-in time too late (5pm). Check-out time too early (10am).

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. We upgraded to a small one bedroom with a view of the lake. The room was very nice, clean and had a wonderful view.

Great family friendly atmosphere! The hotel is pretty clean but a bit dated in terms of decor and finishing. Otherwise staff were accommodating and the location is hard to beat!

The location and ease to access the amenities

The building was very nice, new, fresh and modern. The linens were exceptional and the kitchen was well equipped. Underground parking was great. The only down side was we were expecting a bluff view, but we were located on the first floor with a view of an older home and a parking lot full of boat trailers. We experienced people walking by at eye level, so we were uncomfortable using the balcony.
