The property is awesome, just dont like the rooms we got because no windows. No fire exit, the room door is the only exit you can use if there's something happen. ( 04/05/2025 )

Loved the place super clean and the staff are quick to resolved any issues…I would stay here again.

Great budget hotel

Room was so clean. I like the wooden floor it makes the room look elegant. Staff always cleaning the p-way and always available to render service. The hotel is walking distance to SM downtown and Harbor point. A lot of bars and restaurant around the area. Since you are situated in the middle of bars and resto expect loud music till 2 am. It can be heard inside your room but it’s tolerable. We will coming back.

The shower drain does not drain as it should. It didn't bother me the first few days but it did on the last day. I should have told the counter.

Super clean room and property and very quiet

I originally booked a room with 2 twin beds but upon arrival I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a suite. The process was really smooth and hassle free. And all of the staff, from front desk, to housekeeping, to the front door security: everyone was kind, helpful, and accomodating.

The staff was great, the property is very nice and clean. The only issue was a minor one the hot water in the shower was not working. To be fair, I did not say anything to them until we checked out. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Fairly dated old place but close to town. Not bad value but has a major sewer problem. I’m sorry but if you are going to advertise on an international website you need to met an international standard. This means you need to provide a toilet that is usable to western standards.

This place needed a better amenities.

Beautiful hotel. Great staff. Suggest that equip be changed when the customer has to call service staff to repair hot water heater for the shower twice.

It was really a nice stay , everything excellent , however the room was not sound proof as we can hear the videoke every night until 3 am, we hear cars, shouting which we can’t sleep properly every single night , they need to improve this.

We had the upper suite which comes with a jacuzzi tub. The room was big and clean but bathroom needed maintenance. The sink was leaking and cold water faucet would not dripping. We did not feel like using the jacuzzi so not sure if it actually works. Location is great. Overall, the stay was ok but we are not sure if we’ll stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel I smelled the aroma of incense and a slight mildew smell. After unpacking my things and falling asleep, I awoke the next morning extremely congested. I then attempted to take a shower and did not have hot water. I then decided I would check out upon my return from work. When I returned from work that evening my room had been cleaned and I began packing my things and went to check out. When I got to the front desk, they asked why I was checking out and I just explained I would rather not complain and there was nothing they could do to change my mind about checking out. The person at the front desk was polite, but mentioned something about being unable to check me out because I booked through Expedia. When I arrived at my new hotel I tried to deal with the online chat room to cancel the rest of the remaining week reservation. I could never get a response from the online chat room on Expedia's website or find a direct customer service number on their website. After a few days, I googled how to contact Expedia’s customer service only to find some unhappy Expedia customers on this search, but found a number. After going through the cancellation process and being on the phone for almost an hour the customer service person said the manager at the hotel was not present and they would have to get back to me in a couple of days. 2 days later I received an e-mail denying my cancellation and charging me for another week at the hotel that I did not stay.

Service was excellent especially the receptionist and attending guard who has helped us park with ease every single time we need to. Kudos! For the room, heater is not working but overall we had a wonderful time.

There was a bit of hiccup on the initial check in for my parents but I think that's mainly because of how we booked through Expedia but all in all my parents experience have been wonderful. The staffs were very accommodating and pleasant. My parents were extremely pleased with the service they've received and this is definitely our go to hotel every time we need a place to stay in Olongapo.

Parking Problem

The hotel and our rooms are clean and presentable, but there is no parking area to park your car. We just parked our car in front of the hotel along the road. When we got back from roaming around the city, we’d got to find a place where to park our car, unfortunately we were able to park our car far across the hotel.

Located at the city proper

Convenient location (walking distance from SM Olongapo) and very accomodating staff

Location was good.. easy access to transportation, walking distance to SBMA. Lots of restaurants close by. Price was reasonable.

It is 2 minutes walk to SM Olongapo and many taxis to take to Zoobic Safari and other attractions. It costs 200 pesos to get to the bus station and 500 pesos to get to Zoobic Safari by taxi. We had a nice stay, thank you!

No lock box safe in room. On July 8 I had to report to hotel and police that $4,200 U.S. dollars stolen from my room in addition to room cleaners eating our snack food. Stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years without any previous problems. Hotel did not timely provide police with cctv recordings claiming they have been erased over. Other than local hotel manager no senior hotel management ever contacted me. Crime remains un-solved stay at your own risk😢

Good value, clean and friendly staff..

Hotel is in a good spot.. very close to all the fun things of Olongapo. The rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly and will help with anything. The it negative I would say is the water pressure is pretty bad.. early int be morning it's literally a dribble.. it's just enougbt l shower but if they had a power shower it would be great ..

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean spacious. The only thing was that it didn’t have a window but it was still great.

The location is good! Duvet cover was filthy and has stains. Air conditioning was not working during our stay and was leaking badly. Wr had to put a bucket as a catching basin. We were hoping to get transferred to a different room but staff didn't do anything about it. We had to sleep with no blanket and endure the heat! We just had no choice as we came from a long and tiring flight. This hotel is a nightmare! I don't recommend this property! Shame on you Subic Residencias!!!

We had 3 rooms. Very clean and in good condition. Has parking. Has hot shower. However, no breakfast served. But it was an excellent choice of hotel if u plan to go to subic/olongapo.

Objective review: Subic Residencias

It was just ok. Room door knob was difficult to open/close. Suite room T&B has a defective heater. Faucet is leaking, bed sheets are worn out, very old towels(needs bleaching), no room service/resto and no private parking. The commendable features are the Customer Service/Staff, Affordable Price and convenient location.

No WiFi in rooms. Location is isolated and cellphone signals are not stable. First room smelled old and furniture is outdated.

Our stay was better than average they were able to suppress the street noise from the outside my room was quite enough to have good sleep compared to where we moved from less than a mile from here. The room was clean and comfortable more than enough to meet our stay needs.

Hotel close to Mall

Generally it’s a good place to stay at the staffs are friendly n helpful. The only problem is the tv can’t really seems to be able to off via remote, the water pressure for hot water is too low.

It's good, but our room not so comfy due to the additional beds. Very narrow passge way and space was left to move around and access the toilet.

Family Day at Subic Residences

We had a great stay at the hotel! It was centrally located, our room was comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. They were friendly, helpful, and easily accessible. Overall, our family had a fantastic time!

Had an amazing experience, all the staff where very friendly and the security guards went out of there way to be polite and make us feel like we are welcome.

Good for a short stay

Very noise bed..no elevator.. Poor room security...still using a room key with a large wooden fob...no restaurant.... Water was strong and hot.

Aircon is noisy but staff are nice. There is no compliment water. There is no electric socket in the room, only in bath room.

Stay was just OK

Staff and security were all nice and helpful. There really isn't much in the area except the SM Mall. The room was clean, Aircon was good, but they charged an extra P450 for a cot for the kids. There do not have a restaurant of serve breakfast. We got by on a few buns from 7-11.

I enjoy my stay there!

Service was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was also quiet, despite the hotel being on a very busy street. Downside: no hot shower, no hotel restaurant.

very nice hotel closed to everything

I was really suprise how nice this place was. Definitely will stay here again. In fact I told the stuff to make sure they stay the way they are and surely when we comeback for vacation we will be staying there again. Great location and clean and friendly place to stay. Just wish they had a 110 to charged my phone. It's okay still like it.

Not so great, but above average

The hotel itself was very nice, very clean, and had a very good staff. However, the first room we had, the water pressure was very weak, and could not get hot water to work. They moved us to a new room. The AC unit was extremely loud. The hotel is located on the main street through Olongapo, right next to the police station. The noise level from the streets was very loud until late at night.

About a 3.5 star in the heart of Olongapo

Located on the main strip close to nightlife and shopping. Good comfortable room, clean and comfortable bed. Front desk service was great and knowledgeable of the local area. Felt safe walking in and out of hotel. My only complaint was they did not clean my room the first day after I left for hours to return to an uncleaned room. Rather irritating. Other than than, good hotel in Olongapo. I would stay again if in Olongapo.

Good Hotel, but Location is not Ideal

I booked too late and ended up in this hotel because everything else is fully booked for a weekend event. Hotel itself is quite nice and clean. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. Great value for the price we paid. The only downside is the location of the hotel. It is in a very busy part of Olongapo city, just outside of the Freeport Zone. It is surrounded by bars so not ideal if you are travelling with children.
