The food is great with a good variety, the staff is truly amazing and they try their best to give you the best time the services are very good we had an amazing time there very recommended

The location and staff are amazing but the cleanness is horrible from dirty room to dirty towels and sheets and pillows and covers it’s just disappointing that I trusted Expedia when it recommended and gave high reviews.

Perfect Stay with amazing New Year’s Eve party

I honestly had an amazing time this holiday with great service from all the hotel staff and amazing location with beautiful views! I also booked during New Year’s and the programming to celebrate the special day was perfect with a very fancy and luxurious dinner followed by a perfect party mixing eastern dancing and belly dancers and western club music, it was the perfect party and a great way to start 2022! I would love to thank all the organizers and the staff involved in making this party and the overall stay magnify. I definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Overall good experience

The staff is great ,the reception and kitchen people are lovely. The rooms could be cleaner. The main thing that could be better is the bar staff, sometimes the price doubled for exactly the same product. We just stopped buying from the bar and bought from a market outside.

For me the value to the money we paid the hotel was perfect. Big and nice rooms. Great pool. Privet beach. Spa. The staff is very nice, smile and gentle. The food is pretty good. I highly recommend for a perfect vacation!

Strands Taba hotel

Overall sevices, rooms, and pools are very nice as the view of bay and mountains. Regarding the food is ok, you can always find something to eat but quality is not high, sometimes long lines and quality is not superb but ok only. The Bars are very poor, diverse drinks are not available , and sometimes get 10 mins to get a soft drink also, and ICE is an issue, not to be found frequently. Beside one restaurant there is no fast food as in other similar places around the world, you have only one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on established times. Overall is a nice place but , much room to be better on the food services. Wifi also VERY poor. Botom Line you get what you pay for.

Amazing hospitality, the hotel staff are willing to assist with any requests, always with a smile. Room are really big !!, minimal but comfortable. The food can be better .... The wifi in the rooms should be improved The pool and the beach are excellent Overall was a great time, recommended

we booked through hotels.com and arrived at 23:30 to the hotel...we were super tired from the long driving and the check in process took us about 2 hours because they didnt found our reservations but 5 minutes after i contact hotels.com throgh the chat they did found and checked us in...at first i was pissed about the time that take them to do simple thing but later i just realize that they are ineffective so when you come - dont expect thing to happen fast...take it easy and enjoy...i enjoyed a lot...the pool and the sea are beautiful the all inclusive gives you cocktails and local beer and nice meals... for the price i payed - is was a very good hotel.

Clean, nice and well-located hotel. The staff is friendly, but the majority has not sufficient command of English. The food could be better. Overall, I have enjoyed the stay and I recommend the place :)

Very nice resort with some defects. Comfortable beds, but old TV, forget about USB movies. Plenty food during breakfast, lunch and dinner, great variety and quality (lobsters, squids). Not heated aby pool during winter months, but in December Red Sea is still warm (24 degrees). Recommend.

Bas experience

Bad food, dirty dining room and room are dirty with no hot water. Old tv set no wifi in the rooms and no air conditioning outside my room. Small dining room and we had to wait to find table. My freinds got ill from the food

Large hotel in Taba Heights

Excellent - staff, beach, pools, animation, bars, views over the Red Sea. At times the restaurant was hectic. Taba Heights is about 20km from to the Taba/Eilat border, and the area lacks a real town centre for shopping/entertainment/restaurants etc. That said there are some shops at the hotel.

ECELLENT RESORT

Beautiful surrounding and amazing views. the hotel is very good, big rom and balconies, a lot of food, in all the meals, the service is good, on regard to Egypt, I heard some complains from other tourists during my stay there, but this is Egypt, and Strand hotel is a part of Egypt. Anyway, people pay cheap and have a lot of expectations . They are wrong of course. If you have great expectations, you need to pay for them....

Not a 5 star resort, mabey 3!

This is not a 5 star resort. 3.5 at most! No Shuttle from the border. I booked a junior suit for 4 people (my family), the room had just a king bed. When I came to the lobby they explained that hotel policy is to charge for extra beds. I got 1 extra bed for free. No wifi in the rooms. Wifi in the lobby is very bad. No business lounge! When I ask for it. it appeared all people who work at the hotel don't know what is a business lounge. The pool plays loud music and smoking is allowed everywhere. I left my children (4 years old and 8 years old) at the kids club. Coming back after 1 hour they were not there! the girl in charge of the kids club "forgot" her english. It took me 20 minutes to find them! Apparently that girl left them at the pool by them selves. Although I complained at the front desk I didn't hear back from anyone. No water pressure in the showers. The hotel is clean and the pools and beach are good. But giving it 5 stars is very far from the trough .

The hotel is nice, surroundings are beautiful. The animaters are great, Yasser and Olga are amazing, they adore children and children adore them. We spent really nice time there.

Good big hotel with bad beach

Very beautiful hotel, impressive landscapes, mountains. But the beach did not like - a bad stony approach, there are no fish and corals. Every morning at 7-30 turn on loud music, which bothers all day.

Beautiful hotel...worst food ever!

First I'd like to thank Olga (guest relations manager) who was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, she cannot control the food quality. Also thanks to the reception for checking us in early. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a great potential..beach, salt lagoon and pools, but that's where it ends! We came back yesterday, we stayed for 10 nights all inclusive (which is very poor). The food is by far the worst I have ever seen! We were noxious and had stomach aches, and it did not improve in time. We had to take pills and subscribed medicine. Food just tastes bad and repetitive daily. Very poor breakfast at the bay view main restaurant, discussing cheeses, and only one omelette stand. Breakfast starts at 7:00 am but the omelette stand is not ready, and some items are missing...just not efficient. Lunch and dinner at the Bay view main restaurant were very bad!! We barley found anything to our liking. Same repetitive fish made us almost throw up. The waiters in the dinning room after a few days refused to bring us coffee or get us juices...I mean we paid with our hotel bill 12.5% gratuity (for what?), and still poor service. The beach bar suppose to open at 10:00 am and everyday, the bar is not ready for guests. The beer is not ready and it takes them 15-20 min to get ready...why? If you know the all inclusive starts at 10 am, you should be ready at 9:30 already. Just lazy, inefficient management. Also the bar is far, and you have to walk a lot to Drink

Nice hotel, good food and friendly stuff.

Taba Heights is bit like a ghost town in these days, but hotel was well functioning and we enjoyed our stay. 50$ per night for the all inclusive is a real bargain. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially in restaurant. Food was delicious and varied.

The stay was great staff, food room was very good but due the low numbers of people staying some of the bars resturants were not open so not as much choice. But still really enjoyed our stay.

Good place for relaxtion

The hotel is in a good secured place.. its so quite over there so you can relax and enjoy ur stay. The food was very good and you must try the lagoon restaurant on the BBQ night; plenty of delicious food.

lovely hotel, poor service

hotel is great - massive, beatiful beach, nice pools - i would say great for an all inclusive (we were just here for 2 nights room only) - but what we needed was difficult - we needed to arrange a tour to petra and use the internet - both were a nightmare to organise because of the service from the hotel staff. we also got accused of hacking into the hotel internet system - also accused of not paying the bill, even though it was prepaid via hotels.com - i will never stay here again, but i am sure it would be different for a package holiday, so dont let this review put you off as it is a really nice hotel.... thanks to harim who sorted our tour out - the only decent employee!

Отдыхали в отеле с 24 по 31 декабря, в этом отеле уже второй раз. Заселили нас очень быстро (минут 10), номер был с видом на море и бассейн. Номером остались довольны, он достаточно большой, всё исправно работало. Есть русский канал. Питание в ресторане достаточно хорошее: супы, мясо, курица, рыба, овощи, фрукты, выпечка. Всего достаточно, без очередей. Бары работают с 10 утра до 10 вечера. Есть анимация дневная и вечерняя. Обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный. Заход в море не очень удобный, т.к. у самой кромки воды камушки и дальше метра три надо идти осторожно, дальше песчаное дно, прозрачная вода, маленький коралловый риф, небольшие рыбки. Всё было хорошо! Солнце, хорошая погода (два дня был ветер, небольшое волнение, красный флаг висел и поэтому не купались в море) и достаточно тёплая вода перенесли нас из зимы в лето. Отель рекомендую для спокойного отдыха. Вернёмся ли мы снова сюда? Надеюсь, что ДА!!!
