First room was very musty/mouldy smelling and after one night I had to move. Next room was fine. Everything from bedding to infrastructure is a bit tired and worn. No breakfast included, but available for extra charge. Pool was nice, grounds attractive. Shower head was lower than my head and I'm not a tall person. Location is fantastic and I've stayed here before because of that.

Quiet

Very quiet little place with a nice quiet pool. Breakfast could be better but is cheap. Would stay here again.

Close to beach and shops

Nice clean hotel, big rooms close to everything, shopping, restaurants and beach

Our greeting was good and quick, and it’s close to lots of things in Sanur with easy access to the beach. The staff were all very nice, and the restaurant staff were just lovely, our problem here was that we had two cockroaches in our room and when we had asked if it was possible to be moved to a different room we were told that they weren’t dangerous and gave us mosquito repellent to spray at them. The thought of cockroaches crawling on us had us up all night, so we didn’t sleep.

average value for the money

Front desk lacked a bit of friendliness and at check out the clerk was asleep on the couch. Since I had paid the night before and my taxi was waiting I just left the key and left. Cleaning and ground staff however are very friendly and dedicated. Was upgraded to a superior room because they were not busy. A nice touch and thank goodness because the superior room was still pretty basic but functioning. The actual shower does not have hot water however the hand held tub shower head did. I would return but only to a superior room and subject to price. There are many options in that area with a similar price point so easy to shop around.

Nice pool

When we first arrived, there was no welcome drink as advertised. I booked a standard room and it was very basic. No fridge or tea/coffee jug. However, they were happy to upgrade to a superior room at no extra cost! I strongly recommend the superior room as it overlooks the pool.

Great location. Very good value

Saved a lot booking through wotif. Hotel is in a great central location, close to beach, restaurants & shops. Original older style Indonesian hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms. Go for a deluxe room which are by the pool. Can get noisy from live music across the road at Artotel.

Overall the Hotel has a charm and intimacy.

It is a charming small Balinese Hotel, but at the moment the building noise from across the road spoils the charm of a wonderful Hotel. The beach is a pleasant 5 minute walk and the sunrise in the morning is to die for.

It was a bit pricy but a nice clean place. Food was so so. My big complaint was that they sold us a boat ticket, through another company, that was 3 x the cost of other boat companies. I felt like our hotel should have given us more options instead of sending us with the company that they had a contract with. We felt ripped off.

Facilities: clean and tidy; Value: Bargain; Service: Good, Friendly, Courteous, had all the answers; Cleanliness: very clean; i would go back and would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing holiday on a budget

Good place to relax. Pleasant and helpful staff. clean rooms good location. Maintenance in some areas needs attention. Restaurant (although not run by the hotel) needs serious review after many negative reports on service and food quantity This also sells the hotel (or not) to prospective customers.

Good location

We picked this hotel for budget, and budget it was but serviceable for our purpose as it was only a short stay - 5 nights. Any longer and it would be depressing. Very poor maintenance particularly shower head which was like standing under a garden hose and sprayed ALL of the bathroom. Great location in Sanur, friendly staff but don't ask for a wake up call, you will end up waking up the staff yourselves. Food - portioned controlled but satisfactory for a light breakfast.

Really nice hotel good location. Staff are very friendly bar restaurant not quite what was advertised appeared to be run by an external body nonetheless breakfast was adequate and staff were friendly. Our only criticism was the pool area. The pool was very nice but the sun loungers and umbrellas really need replacing and spoil an otherwise really nice setting hence our 3 for overall maintenance

Close to airport, Sanur beach and restaurants. Older hotel with balconies on each room. Free Wi-fi in restaurant. Helpful staff. Neighborhood relatively quiet. Good breakfast. Staff was helpful as we needed to leave early for airport. They made arrangements for transport at reasonable price.

Stana Puri Gopa Hotel of Bali

Very good location near Sanur Beach, many restaurants. Hotel has very good breakfast and restaurant with WiFi. Short drive to airport. rooms are older, but with Balinese style balconies overlooking garden or pool. Quite beatiful. Staff was quite helpful.

We stayed at Stana Puri Gopa Hotel for 5 nights. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Large room that had nice garden views. Room was clean with air conditioning. The only things our room was missing was a small fridge, kettle and free wi-fi. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to fellow travellers on a budget.

Stana Puri Gopa Hotel - we loved it

My wife and l loved this hotel it is not a huge complex it has a small but clean pool excellent friendly staff close to the beach and shopping with some great resturants close by both on the main street and on the beach. Some of the interior walls could do with a lick of paint but only if you're very picky. We even had a free gamelon concert across the street when the local gamelon band practised in a building opposite the Puri. Our room was comfortable and clean with a king bed. Our room was also cleaned everyday and made up with fresh bedding. They also kindly stored some of our bags while we went touring around the island for several days. The Corner D cafe put on a tasty if a bit small breakfast. We liked the hotel so much we booked an extra night on our return.

Not impressed!

We were very disappointed with this facility, specifically our room. It was filled with mildew to the point of peeling wall paint. Furniture was less than basic. Air conditioning hard to control. Hotel surroundings were pretty, so if one sees the hotel from the outside it looks more than passable. But the room itself left much to be desired. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. But there are many more suitable and comfortable places to stay in Sanur.

Basic

This hotel is very basic but well worth it for the price. My room is very basic. The breakfast is better than expected. Internet is not free. It is walking distance to the Sanur beaches. The entire staff is wonderful. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood.

Bra utgångspunkt och ganska lugnt

Hotellet är bra. Vissa rum, delux, klart bättre. De billigaste rummen är stora med balkong eller terass, men inte helt fräscha. Stor pool.

買い物、食事、海などサヌールメインエリアに非常に近く便利！部屋は広くきれいだが、残念なのはお湯が出ない。それ以外は安くてよいホテル。

Good location, not so good claning

As mentioned in the reviews, the place is old, and bed and bath cloths were very old. But the location is great and the hotel has a very Bali decoration, so it was cool in this sense

Hotel traditionnel balinais plein de charme, excellent emplacement pas très loin de la plage, piscine sympatique. Par contre Wifi pas toujours fonctionnel dans la chambre et service extrêmement lent.

Good for the price

Great hotel for the price. Nice and helpful staff. Great location close to both restaurants and the beach. Only spent 1 day in Sanur, great place to stay after you just arrives and before leaving for next beautiful place

die Sanitaer anlage sind nicht gut und veraltet. Die coolanlage (Airkondition anlage ist nur wind ohne cooler.) Garten ist sehr schon und sauber.

Slitt hotell som trenger rehabilitering

Slitt hotell som sett sine beste dager. Rommet: Badet trenger renovering, minimal tv, kjøleskap koster ekstra, slitne o hullete sengetøy, skittent gulv når vi sjekka inn. Ingen frukostbuffe- enkel frukost. Anbefales ikke.

Sanur Bali

Oppholdet har vært veldig fint. Betjening er veldig hyggelig. Rommene skulle gjerne hatt kjøleskap for å holde drikke kaldt. Badet kunne vært oppgradet noe. Virker noe slitt. Med litt oppjustering så kunne hotellet fremstått som veldig bra. I tillegg kan nevnes at der er god skapplass på rommene og fin balkong. I det store og hele er vi veldig godt fornøyd da vi visste at det var et tre stjernes hotell er dette brfa

Goed hotel voor de prijs. Behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen. Kamer goed, hard bed, maar dat is persoonlijk. Nadeel was de verbouwings geluiden de hele dag, elektrische zaag, hameren enz. Dat vond ik niet kunnen.

Et rigtig dejligt sted

Stana Puri Gopa er et rigtig dejligt hotel med en god atmosfære og en fin lille restaurant. Vi havde en dejlig ferie og var 14 dage på hotellet. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende og ydede fin service, da vi havde brug for hjælp. De bedste anbefalinger herfra.

Très cher pour la qualité proposée. Chambre pas très propre, salle de bain idem, odeurs de moisi et d'humidité. Service accueil moyen, très bruyant (travaux dans l'hôtel). À éviter lorsqu'on connait Bali, et surtout si on ne connait pas. Bien à vous.

Hotel med god beliggenhed og hyggelig gårdhavemiljø: Alt fungerede godt - værelset var lidt slidt, men rent og pænt - ok til prisen. Værelserne ligger tæt på poolen der er i god stand. Servicen var også ganske god. Konklusion: Et godt sted at overnatte et par nætter. Kan virkelig anbefales til gæster der er på rundrejse, og som ikke behøver et 5 stjernet luksus hotel

Ang.frukost - kan bli betre.Bør vere kjøleskap på rommet - tatt med i prisen + safe-boks.Delvis tett dusjhovud + lett å søle vatn på badet da der ikkje var dusjforheng.Beliggenheita var fin ,da det var kort veg både til strand,butikkar etc.Alt- i -alt fornøgd med opphaldet.

長期滞在にいいと思います

サヌールの街の中心からは外れていますが、周辺にはお土産物屋やレストランが多く、またビーチへもすぐに出られます。 立地がいいだけでなく、コテージ風のつくりはプライベートが確保されていて、のんびりと長期滞在するにはとてもいいホテルだと思います。

Petit hotel sympathique

Hotel confortable pour un 3 1/2 etoiles. Personnel toujours souriant et courtois. Un minimum d<investissement par le proprietaire pourrait toutefois rendre cet hotel beaucoup plus agreable (transats et ombrelles de piscine defraichis). Malgre cela, etant donne le cout tres modeste pour y loger, c,est acceptable.

Vaatimaton ehkä 2 tähden tasoa. Olimme myös Balilla(Kutassa) 3*tähdn hotellissa joka oli moninverroin parempi.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Bei mir ging am 2 Tag gleich die Klimaanlage nicht .An der Rezeption sagte man es komme gleich jemand-nach 12 Stunden kam jemand und reparierte sie.Dann ging ein Tag auf meinem Stock das Wasser nicht das selbe Spiel wie vorher nach 8 Stunden kam endlich jemand.Dann ging der Wasserhahn kaputt nach 8 Stunden wurde er repariert.Bei dem Frühstück wurde ich nur freundlich und zügig bedient wenn ich vorher Trinkgeld gab-sonst dauerte es ewig bis mal was kam.Fazit:Das war mit Abstand das mieseste Hotel auf Bali wo ich jemals logierte und ich war schon oft auf Bali.

Hyggeligt hotel i Sanur

Hyggeligt hotel med lækker have med swimmingpool, hotellet ligger i bunden af hovedgaden, men det er intet problem at gå til stranden. Der er samtidig rigtig mange lækre spisesteder i nærheden.

il s'agit d'un hotel assez mal entretenu dont le rapport qualité prix est inferieur à celui pratiqué dans les environs immediats. La proximité des restaurants du centre ville et de la plage est neanmoins un atout .
