Overall is great. But a bit far from the old street.

Excellent views and services. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. It's a little bit inconvenient to walk outside to another building with large luggage, especially on a rainy day.

Superb place for a good getaway from city life. An one night rest at the hotel to soak in the hot spring bath in the room with very friendly staff who speaks English & Chinese. Simple and filling breakfast. A must to enjoy the bath to soak dog the stress. Walkable to explore the surroundings probably 2-3hrs walkabout.

Spacious room, high ceiling, Hotspring in the room, good staff, use public Hotspring for free, healing from nature. Nice breakfast. But the room need littel bit more clean(housekeeping)

Well kept. Public transport just within 1 minute, with 7--11 within sight. Owner of this Spring Spa Hotel renovated the premises yearly to maintain its quality of the Spa Hotel Breakfast is tasty with variety of food. Among all, their frontdesk staff are very approachable, patient and helpful. They shared transport details on places of interest and dinning. We will certainly come back to this hotel on our next visit to Wulai.

Value for money

Lovely hotel with a hearty breakfast and great service. I was very impressed by the in-room tub with onsen water piped in. My room was facing the river with great views and sound of the falls, but I noticed some room facing the road which may not beas great.

Nice hospitable place for hot spring spa! Breakfast was nice, too.

The Japanese style room is spacious. The bathroom has a huge tub that has access to spring water that doesn't smell. The hotel has a spa with a terrace where one can sit on the lounge chair facing a mountain and use the four pools with different temperatures.

I recommend you to stay at this hotel. First, I was so touched by their quality of services. They were paying attention to custmers. They informed us on time on the phone to come for breakfast. (Breakfast was nice enough too.) Second, everything in the facility was clean and well organized in spite of its oldness, public spa was convienient and very nice too :))

We were so pleasantly surprised by our stay here! Our room had its own hot springs cool and hot tubs, in front of a leafy green window overlooking the river. Just like the photo! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable (a welcome change after 4 nights of a rock hard mattress in Taipei) and the bedding was high quality. The room was clean and tidy. For breakfast you have a choice between a dumplings/xiao long bao box, and a semi western-semi Asian box that has omelette, fruit, chicken, pickles, rice congee and a few other items. The day before you tell the front desk what time you want breakfast, and they call you the next morning around 10 minutes before that time to let you know it’s ready. So I recommend being realistic about what time you want to eat, so that your food doesn’t get cold. I found the variety of delights in the box quite charming, and the tables are situated along the river which is stunning.

Quality Hot Springs Stay

Pros - The room was spacious and the hot springs bath was excellent. The view from the room is spectacular, and private. The breakfast food was okay, but they were generous with their portions and their coffee. Cons - a 10 minute walk to town without many sidewalks.

Excellent value for the money

It’s located one of the most scenic areas. The room is pretty spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast, even with limited selections, is done well. The public hot spring spa is quite nice.

Excellent ensuite hot spring tub, overall experience was pretty good though not much in the vicinity to shop or dine. Recommended if you and your other half wish to reconnect with nature and have a break from the bustling Taipei city and do not wish to travel far. Bus ride to reach destination was just 30mins from the nearest subway station.

Best for nature lover

Hotel rooms are huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable with your own hot spring tub. The public hot spring spa owned by the hotel is a “must try”. Hotel guest is allowed to use it once free of charge for your stay. It has 3 pool w/different temperatures, a sauna, a steam room, a high water pressure shower pool for body massage & they even provide salts for your own rub. The terrace rest area equipped w/big comfortable lounge chairs overlooking the river and mountain. Do the public one early in the morning so you can take a nice nap between your hot spring soaking. Wulai is a small old town, no fancy shops & everything closes at 7:00 pm. I recommend spending a full day there. Go early to the museum, take the tiny mountain train to the park, take a 1.5km mountain park hike to see the three waterfalls. The air in the park will do you wonder! People from Taipei go there just to breathe in that air for good health. You will feel the difference as soon as you start walking the mountain park. Then come back to have snacks and dinner in the 1 block Old Street before retiring to your hotel room for the private hot spring in your room and do the public hot spring spa in the morning for multiple soaks. If you love nature, you will enjoy Wulai. Just remember not to expect anything fancy except your hotel room and the public spa.

Lovely View, short taxi ride from town and waterfa

The spa which was included was excellent, as was the breakfast! Our room was in the Japanese style and was excellent for the price, however the air conditioning unit starting making some loud noises at night. The river view was great!

Super location for price. Will return if on business. But not if on vacation with family as its very basic

Good for the location and hot private spa

The room is nice and clean. There are two tubs for hot and cold spring to switch from. The only downside in the room is “ pillows “. They only offer one pillow for each person which is thin and soft that hardly lean back for the reading and watching the TV on the bed. The Breakfast is serving from 8:30 to 11:00 which is a little bit late as well as the checking time that starts from 5pm to midnight. But the staffs who serving the BF are very welcoming and friendly. There is a lot of outdoor seating area that offers good scenery along the riverside. The free parking lot is limited. You’ll need to wait for the empty spot when some other guests leaving. Above all we still very happy we chose this hotel.

Nice hotel, location is not convenience.

Hotel location is about 2-3 bus stop to go to Wulai street and train, difficult to walk as it's no footpath and slope. But if you would like to stay only at hotel is fine. Nice view at breakfast venue.

Really nice hot spring hotel near Wulai Old Street

I had a great time at this place. The check in time was 5pm but the staff was nice enough to let us check in at 2pm since the room was ready. I saw reviews on some other hotel that they limit their hot spring water but it's unlimited here. Did not get to have dinner here as it was full house. Breakfast was limited in choice but was still quite good nevertheless. Walk 2 minutes down and you'll come to a restaurant which is pretty good. Scenery is amazing. The outside of the building looks a bit run down but the room is 5 star. Only complaint is that the bed was a bit too hard and the pillows too thin. The heater also doesn't seem to work properly so the room was a bit chilly. But once you dipped into the hot spring, you won't feel cold anymore. I will definitely return here if I ever visit Wulai again.

A hotel not so good

The hotel is not so good because of its cleanliness, I could find others' hair in the sink and spring pool of my room!! And it's expensive for its cleanliness and small room space, even in weekday

Spacious hot spring hotel

This a good place to base a visit of the Wulai district of Taipei. Even though it was stated in the booking, the 5pm check-in time was rather inconvenient as I had expected it be 2-3pm like most hotels and had arrived early. The room itself was huge, with a four-poster double bed and lounge area. The bathroom was also spacious with a bathtub and shower. Unfortunately, the weekend that I visited was one of the coldest ever in Taipei and the water was only lukewarm, not warm enough for a bath and not that far off from a cold shower. I had to mark them down on room cleanliness because even though the room was generally clean, they had not changed the bathmat and it was rather disgusting. I ate at the hotel for dinner and also for the complimentary breakfast, and both meals were cheap and cheerful, not bad at all.

Highly recommended for Wulai

an exceptional place to at competitive price. marvelous river and hilly views with sumptuous breakfast.

Relaxing Clean hotel far away from downtown

We first took the airport limousine to Taipei main station, then transferred metro and from metro station, we took a taxi which cost around NT 680. It was a journey. Better to take taxi straight to the hotel from airport. Hotel is clean and relaxing. The city area is old, therefore must be aware when using the toilet. ( Can't flush well, advised not to put toilet paper into the toilet) Overall, it's holiday away from the city. So it's cool.

Chambre hot spring pour 2

Superbe hôtel ! La chambre double deluxe Hot spring est vraiment incroyable et vaut le détour. Avoir son propre hot spring directement dans la chambre est un plus que peu d’hôtel fournissent. Le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous avons opté pour un massage qui je dois l’avouer était un peu dur pour nous car un peu trop ferme. Mais il faut croire que c’est la spécialité taïwanaise. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue bien sympathique. Je recommande.

房間很大、乾淨、房內泡澡空間超棒，大眾池是室內分男女湯，設施很優秀，早餐也很棒，唯一小缺點就是靠窗的房間部份車的聲音蠻明顯。

整體住宿體驗很好 房間附設的泡湯浴池很大很舒服

방은 크지 않았지만 욕탕이 내부에 있어서 좋았습니다. 조식은 기대하지 않았는데 생각보다 알차고 맛있었습니다. 우라이 옛길과는 다소 떨어져있어서 인도가 없는 차도를 좀 걸어가야하지만 엄청 먼 거리는 아닙니다. 리셉션은 친절했습니다. 방에 화장실 유리문은 완전밀폐가 아니어서 프라이버시를 완전히 보호할 수는 없었습니다. 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

대만족 원래 후기 잘 안남기는데 굉장히 좋았어서 남깁니다 일본온천호텔이나 료칸에 비싼돈 들여 다녔었는데, 앞으로 온천하면 대만 생각날 것 같아요 첫 대만여행이 우라이 덕분에 상당히 만족스럽습니다 시설은 다소 오래된듯하나, 관리가 잘 되어 있어요 일하시는 분들도 친절하고 상냥하세요 온천물은 말할 것도 없고, 숙소내 개인탕도, 대중탕도 좋아요 대중탕은 대만분들이 대부분이셨는데, 대만 목욕문화가 잘되어있다는 걸 느꼈네요 다들 조용하고, 청결히 시설을 사용하고 있다는 것이 좋았습니다 다음에 대만 오면 우라이에서만 2박해야겠다는 생각도 했어요 좋은 숙박 제공해주셔서 감사합니다

客廳很舒服，床很好睡，房間寬敞，服務人員很親切服務周到，早餐是中式的分量很足，落地窗外就是山景跟河風景很好，CP值很高！ 淋浴間的熱水熱得比較久不過個人覺得沒什麼關係，另外可能因為陽台外面就是河所以晚上小昆蟲比較多，不過只要不開窗就不會跑進來，隔著窗戶還看到螳螂在捕食蠻有趣的

環境寧靜，交通方便不想走太遠到老街可以乘公交

房間很大很舒適，服務員親切友善，主動幫忙提行李，溫泉也很舒適令人很放鬆，價格相宜。小缺點是需要走樓梯上房間和飯店除早餐時間外，其餘時間只能提供飲品，晚餐需自行找餐館/ 到老街處理。整體來說十分滿意👍

除了晚上7點後住宿車位比較好找外 其他設施跟早餐 都非常好

Best hotel in Taiwan

친구와 둘이 방문했는데, 정말정말 최고의 숙소 였습니다. 고민하신다면 무조건 오시길 추천드립니다. 방 넓고 친절하시고 특히 공용 온천이 정말 말이 안됩니다.. I visited with my friend, and it was my best hotel in Taiwan. Just visit here. Room was big enough and everyone are so kind. Public bath was amazing..

房間須大但欠缺清洗配備和枱子和椅子等，如洗面盆沒有放清洗用品架和臉巾鈎等。電視機應該是32吋太小了，入住房間有蒼蠅和蚊😱

樸實簡單的環境，不豪華但很舒服乾淨。

友善的員工，樂於幫忙解答問題。店雖小但很舒適。酒店清潔很好，能提供舒適休閒渡假的地方。温泉池的水力按摩很好，抵讚。

房間大到難以想像，CP值爆表，唯一缺點是，和室浴廁的乾濕分離建議再補強，淋浴連洗手台都濕了.

好個解憂湯療法！

每年都要來一次的超值溫泉旅店，房間乾淨又寬敞，有優質的大眾湯，網站上寫房客只能泡一次，但是如果真的還想再享受，可以再跟櫃台要求一次，真是太體貼了！躺在浴室的大浴缸遠眺山頭，好個解憂湯療法！

泡湯的好地方

第三次入住和式房，建議1.浴室蓮蓬頭能使用可調整方向極高度的類型，以免淋浴後，整個浴室噴得濕答答。2.填充式大瓶的洗髮潤髮沐浴精減塑。3. 飲水機設置減少瓶裝水使用。

優點：溫泉水溫很熱，水也很強。房間乾淨，風景優美。 建議：蓮蓬頭水太小，水溫不好控制。早餐與房價不成正比。

泡湯池有分冷熱池，很大、很舒適，澡堂和臥室的門隔音很好。

房間大景觀美早餐普通

窗外景觀漂亮，浴缸很大，公車可到，早餐選擇偏少，有麵包但沒果醬，有荷包蛋清粥醬瓜但沒青菜，有黑咖啡但沒牛奶。

物超所值

和式四人房非常乾淨舒適，床墊枕頭棉被有用心。早餐餐點豐富美味，戶外用餐環境很不錯

有冷熱池的房間泡湯真的很舒適 床軟硬適中 飯店附設的餐廳景觀很美 飯店離老街較遠但很清幽 缺點： 冰箱運轉太大聲，很惱人 房內沒有可以掛毛巾的地方，使用後不知該放哪？

洗澡泡湯水很溫冷

大致一切都還行，服務人員也都熱心有禮貌，唯獨溫泉水很不熱，洗澡、泡湯過程都很冷，不管放了多久的水都溫溫冷冷，泡澡沒冒一滴汗還等不到熱水越泡越冷，想打電話反應但無人接聽，因為是溫泉飯店卻沒熱水覺得很誇張

環境舒適，服務人員溫暖友善

離公車站很近，但跟老街有一段距離～飯店無電梯，住在三樓走樓梯還好，整體環境非常舒適！浴室設備比較舊，但不影響使用，除了因為下雨導致濕氣很重以外，一切都很讚，中式早餐意外好吃，陽台耍廢看溪超療癒的。

本來看了google的一些評論覺得有些擔心，但一到現場完全解決了我的疑慮，豪華景觀房價格平實，挑高的小木屋頂讓人覺得十分遼闊，房間的兩個溫泉池，一冷一熱泡起來十分舒適，暖氣也是十分強勁，完全感受不到外頭的七度低溫，早餐雖然不是十分高檔，但也是有吃到新鮮水果跟熱牛奶，小籠包外觀中規中矩，但吃起來有中上水準，大眾池寬敞舒適，乾淨整潔，如沒有堅持一定要在房間泡，訂一般房型，整體而言絕對有九分以上

舒適度及餐食都不錯，整潔須加強，房間裡看到蟑螂扣分

괜찮았어요.

전체적으로 만족합니다. 우리나라로 치면 평창 계곡 근처에 있는 펜션에 있는 느낌이었어요. 직원분들도 굉장히 친절합니다. 스파는 지하1층에 대욕장이 있는데 괜찮았구요 객실내에 있는 욕조는 뜨거운물이 잘 안나와서 애먹었어요. 온천물인지는 모르겠는데 한참 틀어놔야 따뜻한 물이 나오더라구요.

部屋も清潔で、温泉も良かった。 朝食は4種類から選べ、美味しかった。 が、小籠包とフルーツと飲み物はちょっと少ないかな。もう1品ほしい。 また宿泊したいです☺️

失望

旅館分兩座，我們住的只是新建了幾年，故還算可以。但维修保養不善。舊座已殘破，新座已'第二天外出時通知了整理房間，晚上返回，竟然沒有處理。查詢時還說因我們連續住宿兩晚，所以不會主動清潔！服務生不多，一人要兼任很多工作，所以我們跟他們聊天，他們也不太願意回答。惟一滿意是在房內泡温泉，很舒服。

I book a private bath and stay one night on 25 Dec 2019. Hotel is quite far from the old street which takes about 20 minutes walk. Room condition is NG from which the paint on wall is pell off and is dusty on floor. Room is located at ground floor which is close to the road to hotel car park that reduce privacy. Most worse is the bath had no hot water in the morning. Maybe public bath is better.

舒服優靜, 可以好好享受溫泉. 我們是上午去大池, 人不多, 可能是平日的關係, 設施不是豪華那一類, 但要用的都有, 很舒服! 晚上就在房間浸. 4人景觀房好大, 浸池也大, 夠一家三口一起浸, 很不錯.

整體上是還不錯 但是住宿溫泉旅館 我最不滿意的是溫泉 有點傻眼 放水要很久才變熱 有時候還不夠熱 溫泉不像溫泉 像一般的水 又好像淡的過分的溫泉

自然の中にあるホテルです。 古いけれど、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 大浴場より部屋風呂が良い！！ ただ、ウーライ バス停から少し距離があります。 夜は真っ暗な道なので、ウーライ バス停(終点)まで行ってしまったら、バスで2つくらい戻るのをお勧めします。

枕袋及被袋帶黃及有污跡，職員服務態度很好，很樂意幫忙，有亨用早餐及晚餐，食物水準尚可，溫泉設備不俗。整體來說很不錯！
