It's a nice hotel, especially for extended stays. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice, and there was an open area around the pool. There are many restaurants and a big mall, all within walking distance.

its so nice and convenient for everything stuff is super nice

The staff here treat us like family and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place to anyone whether a family with small kids or a younger. Ouple seeing the country. The only downside and it had nothing to do with the staff, or the hotel, was that there was an event center across the street and at times was bumping so loud through all hours of the night we could barely sleep. We took it all in stride and overall had a great experience;)

This hotel is the best Hotel in Alabang when it comes to reasonable accommodation and customer services. Very professional and helpful staff that goes above and beyond the expectations of any hotel I been to. And i will be back and recommend to all my family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you 😊

they have separate bedroom n dinning room

We had a 1bdrm unit. The unit is spacious, very clean and the kitchen worked out very well.The bedroom needs vanity dresser or cabinet with mirror.

Amazing property. Right in the middle of Festival Mall and Alabang Town Center. I would’ve liked it if the pool isn’t right in front of the busy restaurant but I understand that it’s ideal for families.

We've only been to this hotel twice but it has became our favorite place to celebrate occasions. The staffs gave us excellent service. The rooms are perfect. It's a plus that they're pet friendly so I was able to bring my baby, a small dog, both times. They're location is great, doesn't have surrounding busy roads so it's very peaceful and quiet. The staff are always smiling and very approachable. I kinda like that it's lowkey and not overcrowded like the hotels nearby. We always get the 1 bedroom and it's perfect for us family. I love that there's a kitchen, I view it as more bonding time for the family. I love love the spacious and clean bathroom. The buffet breakfast was top tier. Everything is absolutely delicious. The fruits are amazing. Although the selection isn't plenty but trust me, you will be satisfied and won't even taste everything because it was so filling. Overall an excellent experience and will surely be the only place we'll go to for occasions.

Excellent hotel

Safe and quiet. Not too crowded. Downside is they are renovating the pool when we checked in last time.

We stayed for five nights and had a great experience from start to finish. This hotel is perfect if you want privacy and a quiet place to stay. Easy access to a few malls. The staff was great, one call, and they got it done. I will recommend it and be back for sure.

The Somerset is a pretty nice hotel! It's very clean and the staff was helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was a little small, but the food was. For the price I think you get a pretty good deal with this place, and would glad stay again.

I love the location, affordability and cleanliness of the room!

The Staff are always so amazing at Somerset and I really like the convenience to the Malls, Dining, fast food, and markets.

The property and the rooms were below my expectations and below the levels of the other hotels in the area

We stayed in 1309. the aircon in the bedroom is not cold. and when I checked, it was so dirty.

Me and colleagues have stayed here for a 5D 4N. The location is good, 10 mins walking distance to Festival mall and nearby got Jollibee and McDonalds. There are two things that need to be improved: 1st - the shower water pressure is very low and the shower head condition is bad; repair is a must! 2nd - the food taste and staff service of the level 4 restaurant need to be improved. The daily breakfast taste is acceptable, but we have dined in the restaurant for dinner. The serving speed is like a turtle, and the food waiting time is almost 1 hour even though the restaurant only has 3 tables of guests.

Staff are very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and a good size for the value. The only reason why I did not give an excellent rating is it would be nice to have more selections/variety of their breakfast menu. Also for the restaurant, to expand their menu and include more selections. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Great kind, courteous and attentive staff. The apartment was well maintained.

A nice hotel, well maintained and pet friendly (extra fee). Area is quiet and clean, everything you want is within walking distance (Movie, rest, malls etc.) Lots of people riding bikes in parks. Hotel has an infinity pool and nice gym. There is a Spanish restaurant in the hotel. Staff is very professional and security is top notch. A place to stay in Manila if you want to stay away from the traffic and noice of a big city.

Room was fine and clean. Breakfast buffett was a big disappointment. Food was cold including the eggs, and selection was very limited.

Simply amazing, all around..

Overall great experience.

This is my second time to stay at Somerset Alabang and the longest one so far. The location is ideal to go around with a lot of dining spots to choose from. Having a bank ATM at the lobby is also quite convenient and feel secure. The service is always top notch with friendly and well attentive staff and crew. Will definitely visit again with the whole family soon.

Failed expectations

The room quality is below expected. Air-conditioning is a bit of a hassle. You get that feeling that you are being watched all the time. Some room items that should have been in placed beefore I checked in still have to be requested.

Will stay again.

service v cleanliness

Seat cover of couch is broken, there are some dirts in the Kitchen area and bathroom when we arrived. Made a complaint about smell of cigarettes in our room. Very pleasant staff, accomodating, helpful and very respectful.

I can honestly say that the customer service from employees from the pool to the restaurant is absolutely stellar, don't want to leave out the guys in the lobby area always greet and meet you with a smile and a positive attitude, helpful in every way. So to find something not so good, is basically impossible when you have employees with such a true positive and caring attitudes. Will I be back, certainly been to the Philippines several times and can say with confidence, I will only stay at the Somerset going forward. Thanks to all employees there 😊

We had a great customer service experience here. It seemed like the staff were actually happy to go above and beyond. It's a beautiful spot and located next to a very nice mall. The only thing I felt a little burned on was it looked like there was a hot tub in the picture and the pool is divided, but if it is a hot tub it wasn't heated. Overall, though, this is a great placed that we would definitely stay at again.

Nice hotel with a great view.

So far so good, it's just that the rubber mat in the shower have so much molds in it. Considering we waited for awhile and was told that they still checking the room properly. In this time of pandemic cleanliness and sanitation is most important.

Quarantine Stay

I chose this hotel for my quarantine stay. It was great to know how strict they control the guests who are under quarantine, but still very friendly and accommodating. Its also nice to have windows in the room for minimal ventilation as I was not allowed to step out of the room for 10 days. By the way, unidentified odor in bathroom was the only disappointment I experienced at this property. Thank you very much.

Great place and conveniently located!

The hotel staff were outstanding. They were very polite and respectful. The room was very clean, and all appliances were in great condition. The location is perfect for me, and central to all the malls and buildings. The only minus is that we had a noisy neighbor, who kept on slamming the door. Also their was loud music coming from outside at night. Also, the breakfast buffet isn't that great. I got sickbon the second time I had the buffet. The selection is not plentiful. There is no longaniza, tapa, tocino, or bangus. The cold cuts are not fresh, and the cured ham or pork has a distinct taste. The pork adobo got me sick. I would stay here again if they changed the buffet menu. Breakfast is important for me.

Convenient, friendly clean hotel

Hotel is very clean. staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly.

The stuff are very friendly. The area seems very safe. The restaurant menu is small, but there are tons of places to eat around. The only problem is if you want to visit Manila City, the traffic is terrible. 16km for 40mins that’s normal. So give yourself lots of time if that’s your plan.

I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay.The staff are very friendly. Very easy walk to the malls. My only negative comment is the food and room service was not good. It took awhile to have the food delivered and the food was cold and not good. Also missing condiments and basics such as napkins. Room for improvement in this area. Everything else was great.

We checked in at 4:00 am and yet it took them forever to process us. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

This is a beautiful hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. Despite this being a very nice hotel and staff the breakfast made me and my coworker sick. I stayed here for 1 week and made frequent trips to the bathroom. The day that I left, I skipped breakfast and that night I was much better. My coworker was there for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks of living life like me (frequent trips to the bathroom) he stopped eating the breakfast, and like me that evening he felt better.

Third time staying and alaws been consistent. Great staff and location would always come back now!

breakfast buffet needs to be improved

Great place to stay. Staff is wonderful and always helpful. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Easy walk to the malls with a variety of different places to eat. Take the Sky way to the casinos or mall of Asia.

Somerset was clean and comfy. The staff are kind and helpful. Rooms could definitely be larger. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated and a tasty one at that. Shopping is close by with Westgate, Alabang Town Center, and Festival Mall. Wish that internet would be as fast as comparable hotels in Bonifacio Global City

Had a great stay at Somerset Alabang. The location is very convenient. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-maintained. Lobby, pool, breakfast place and gym are all impressive. Definitely coming back!

Loved my stay. It was my first time staying here and i think i found my hotel of choice in Alabang. Room was comfy and stafff were very friendly. Special mention to the manager (Jose) who was very accomodating to our requests as we had a late flight. Thanks !

Very convenient location for all in Manila. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is quite new so the room was comfortable. The washing machine inside made it very useful for travellers. The staff are quite accommodating. Breakfast was more geared towards filipinos. I’d like to see more continental choices. Also, they need to be very mindful of cleanliness because I pointed out a small bug on the buffet table which worried me. I told the waiter and he got rid of it right away. Overall, I liked this hotel and in fact is coming back after a trip to the island.

Hotel Somerset Alabang

Nice area, away from crowds and normal street life in Manila. Rooms are terrific. Breakfast buffet is ok, but the restaurant at other times is overpriced and not great quality.

Nice hotel love it

We were here for 5 days and our stay was very pleasant! Front desk and House keeping were very responsive and always willing to help. The only downside I could think is their buffet breakfast. They have few and limited choices. I also noticed that if you arrive 1 hr before their buffet is over, expect that most of the food are not being refilled anymore. I also noticed that their buffet staff were not that friendly and accomodating. Otherwise I will still comeback but hopefully the breakfast buffet will be improved!!

Overalll a very pleasant stay

I am a returning guest of this hotel. I booked it last year and invited my friends over. This year I booked it with my family and named the reservation under one of my friends because I plan to give half of the three days stay with her. What I love about this hotel is the accessibility that they offer since they have a shuttle service to ATC and festival. They have a great front desk staff, housekeeping, and even the lifeguard at the pool area is very pleasant. The amenities are great they also have a playroom for kids. What I dislike about this place is the restaurant's service. Since I was going to a party at Filinvest tent I ordered food for them at the corner restaurant. During that time there was an event in their main restaurant area
