I would not stay here again.

This hotel was nothing like what was described on hotels.com or in the reviews. There was NO mention that the room did not have a window so, when we mentioned that the room was not acceptable because it did not have a window & asked to be moved to one with a window, the receptionist laughed & said there were none available. We stayed one night & the next day, it was pouring rain in Da Nang so the room was filled with the smell of mold. It was disgusting! The refrigerator did not work so, any food we left in it overnight was spoiled by the morning. We stayed one night and checked out at noon the next day. When the owner realized we were checking out, she actually CHASED us down the street yelling at us & demanded to know why we were checking out early. It was not a pleasant stay nor a pleasant scene that she made in the street after we checked out. I will put this hotel on my list of placed to never stay again & move on. There are SO many available hotel rooms with better amenities in Da Nang, I would never again accept a room like the one I was given at Sofiana. I've stayed in 5 Da Nang Hotels already &, all were better than this one. I've asked the owner for a refund but, based on her hysterical behavior, I doubt that it will happen.

The staff were the best part of the hotel from Tyson at breakfast with tips & hints, Chris overall with help in many areas & finally Nam who was very considerate the day of arrival after a bad day travelling to the hotel. Noise was bit of an issue but Chris was understanding & considerate resolving the problem.

Had a great time all staff class big shout out to Tyson he was great made us feel welcome as they all did would definitely stay again .very close to the amazing beach, lots of restaurants to pick , very nice area and's all the staff in the spa were great too best massage I’ve ever had and I have had a lot.

4 day trip

Enjoyable three nights on the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast a bit strange(Spag Bol and Chicken Curry). Room nice and clean. Overall I would definitely and probably will stay here again

Great hotel in the heart of Danang. Right by a walking street, plenty of restaurants, and a short stroll to the beach. Room was large and comfortable and the staff were great. Used them to book tickets for Bana hills which was super easy

Every single staff members were all amazing especially Chris & the gentleman at the breakfast area. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach as well as lots of restaurant options in the area. The bed is very comfortable. The room is very clean & spacious. The spa was also amazing. I would love to come back to Da Nang & stay at the Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa again.

Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned well and facilities in the room were good. Very close to the beach and the variety of bars and restaurants in the area were good. There is a good roof top bar in the hotel with a small pool and the staff there were really good. I enjoyed my stay here.

Great property. Everything was great. Friendly staff, good location, hot water, clean room, AC works, and rooftop was cool. I had booked just one night and had cancelled nha Trang and decided stay another night in da nang but they were out of rooms. I stayed at another hotel nearby that had great reviews but sofiana was much better

It's right next to the beach which is really nice. The staff of the hotel are some of the most pleasant and professional that I have encountered. This is our second time staying in this hotel for more than 3 weeks and we have never failed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Good location clean rooms and friendly service

This property is nothing short of a 5-star hotel. Well-located, artfully decorated with all the amenities and the icing on the cake is the staff! most helpful with everything including renting a bike, transfers (though Grab is good enough for transportation needs)

It’s clean and nice and I like the spa treatment after a long day traveling.

The staff was amazing, friendly and informative. The breakfast buffet was great, I especially liked that they offered some local fruit a the buffet.

Sofiana was a great choice for my stay in Danang. The staff are lovely and the breakfast was perfect each day.

Staff is exceptionally helpful. As an example, late night, I asked where I could buy Banh Beo dessert. They offered to buy and bring it for me in the morning! Spent 3 weeks in Vietnam, in 7 hotels, this hotel was the best of all in overall experience, overall value, and helpfulness of staff

Wonderful staff, charming room, great location. Of special note: Delicious breakfast buffet in the 12th floor view restaurant and don't miss the Happy Hour at the Pool Bar...the bartender creates world-class cocktails. 5 Star stay. Thanks Chris!

Awesome place, 2 minutes walk to the beach and next to super nice streets with good restaurants and pub. The pool is amazing to watch the sunset and the room is cute, clean and technologic. The service is impeccable, always welcoming us warmly with refreshing beverages. The breakfasts were also very good, both vietnamese and western style. I highly recommend the place, we had a super experience.

Great breakfast which varied daily. Good location- very close to a nice part of the beach. Its a newer hotel so clean and updated but rooms are smaller than other comparable hotels. Staff were friendly but could be a little too zealous.

7 days getaway in Danang , Hoi An and Hue.I used this beautiful boutique hotel as my base, so I can enjoy one of the most beautiful beach in the world (every morning and evening) .The location is just 3 minutes walk (to my khe beach ) .There are plenty of restaurants and convenience store nearby.I love the exclusive indochina decor, (Soothing blue theme) clean room(503) ,comfortable bed and lightings. Bathroom comes with soaking tub ( just what I needed) . My daughter and I tried the Jaccuzi and rooftop infinity pool and the massage SPA. Both were really nice and relaxing. Spa is good and clean. The views of the Stars and Danang skyline was a good way to unwind at the end of the day.( We got 20% discounts for the Sweedish massage at the SPA)Buffet breakfast was great and menu was changed everyday.Transport for private tour could be arranged from the hotel at compatible price .Above all, the staffs were professional.Credits goes to their recruitment and training.All of them were professional, caring and efficient. We feel very welcomed by their friendly gestures ,greetings and help everyday.I really like this hotel and would definitely come back .Thank you to all at Sofiana who have made our holiday a perfect one.Kudos to the wonderful team.

This is a newer hotel that is 100 meters from the beach. Great staff, I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly they were, just excellent! The room was clean and bright. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the block and surrounding area. The breakfasts had so many different choices (typical western cuisine as well as asian selections). If we ever head back to Da Nang we will stay here again. Thank you to our Sofiana family 🙂

The hotel and comfortable rooms, the downside there is black out curtains, and no hand soap in the room , there is bath gel but no hand soap , the cost of pickup from airport or train station iis double from grab , staff are lovely breakfast is very nice , close to the beach , hotel could offer beach chairs to the guests that would be nice , cost of chairs are 50.000vnd per person ,

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooftop bar would be fantastic in decent weather!! Rooms are not large, but are lovely with everything you need.

Location is perfect for going to My Khe Beach. The staff was lovely and was able to help with anything you needed.

Proximity to the beaching walking distance. Easy Grab into central DaNang, plentiful number of restaurants in the area. Swimming pool on the roof and bar, breakfast choices was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive to your needs willing to sit down and discuss and organise when you had selected. Call you a Grab and advise driver of your destination.

Overall is good buy location is quite far places of interest.

The hotel was new and beautifully decorated. We stayed in the family suite and it was spacious! Service at front desk and restaurant was amazing. Useful tips for travelling around and very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Da Nang.

This hotel has just opened up and the hospitality was amazing. Truong was our English speaking hotel manager that made our stay so much more wonderful. The hotel restaurant is reasonably priced and the food was delicious with an awesome view off the terrace to the rest of Da Nang. The best part was definitely the pool. It looks even more amazing in person and as far as the room was concerned I couldn’t be happier. The water pressure was great and it has a rainfall shower as well as nozzle for those who look both. The hotel entrance is very losers and the area around is safe and walkable with a little construction but still a short walk to the beach. The beach was awesome too. We were even granted our request for a late check out before our trip to the airport. I can’t say enough great things about this place and hope you support this great group of people.

2020년1월 방문 후 두번째 방문. 너무너무 친절하고 스파와 조식 모든게 좋았던 호텔 두고두고 여행을 기억할때마다 너무 좋아서 다낭여행 계획하며 고민없이 선택했음. 여전히 친절하고 좋아요! 2020년에 있던 유난히 친절했던 프런트직원 여전히 근무중이라 반가웠고 좋았어요. 막 화려한 호텔은 아니지만 직접 손편지로 환영도해주고 그래서 더더욱 좋은 여행을 만들어주었습니다

Beste Unterkunft bisher in Vietnam, hab noch kein Personal erlebt welches so zuvorkommend war. Zimmer war auch super schön. Sogar Toilette und Bad getrennt voneinander. Bett war riesig. Jederzeit wieder!:) Die Lage des Hotels ist super, nur 2 min. Bis zum Beach und direkt vor dem Hotel unzählige Restaurants.
