Unpleasant Staff
They have an employee that was not nice and professional.
Nice people, questionable property
Everyone I dealt with was kind and professional. Building is dated and in need of refresh. Furniture, fixtures, carpets were all nearing end of life. Linens were coarse but tolerable. TV turned on but had no signal. Broken baseboard tile in the bathroom. For a brand with "sleep" in the name, the blackout curtains hung inches from the wall and there was a light outside the window all night, so it never actually felt dark. Room was fairly clean, but less used areas like the closet door track had debris. The room had a heavy scent like a cheap vanilla candle, very irritating. Bathroom amenities were hand soap, lotion, and shampoo. The weirdest part, though, has to be the slice of ham. In the lobby, on the base of a column, a single slice that had been left there at some point before I checked in and was still there when I checked out after two nights.
Everything was great
Decent
Fair, budget friendly. My only issue was my shower did not have a light, so I showered in the dark.
Clean and quiet
Beds were amazing . Would stay again
2 day stay
Pros 3 quuen beds very few hotels offer this option especially at the very reasonable rate that we paid for this stay. Cons not much breakfast was hot but cofee was watery on day one and there was no orange juice on day 2 also the hotel is a little rundown and needs a little up keep. Overall an ok hotel at a very reasonable rate . Overall an ok hotel at a very reasonable rate
Freezing super clean indoor pool!
Family outing to SA. With grandkids under 6 years old. Me n Grandpa.
I stayed in this property 2 years ago but it has gone downhill a lot. There were homeless people outside and the room we got smelled really humid and also air didn’t circulate, we had to open windows. Broken floors in the restroom and really old beds, I would not stay here ever again.
The room chair was dirty, had stuck pizza sauce on the chair. The tiny room doesn’t have a tv hung. The biggest issue is the curtains do not block the big lights outside on at night or during the day.
We had a great time here, got breakfast, hot tub, and was close to Oak Hills Church and Six Flags. Two big hits for our trip. Would stay again.
Would recommend
I thought the hotel was excellent. Did its job was in a very safe area, which was my biggest concern and the price was well worth the accommodation and amenities. The indoor pool with Spa was a nice bonus for those of us traveling and needing some relaxation. I am pretty picky with hotels, but this hotel lived up to my expectations.
Don't expect too much.
Key card didn't work every day of the 3 days I was there.
Smells like old smoke and mildew- a little run down
No bedding for sofa bed. Coffee maker didn’t work. Water pressure low.
Hidden Gem!
Great hotel find! Perfect location for our Fiesta TX weekend getaway!!!! Amazing water pressure!
Not bad for a cheaper hotel.
Didn't expect much for a cheaper hotel. Beds were good and clean, but the hotel is definitely in need of updating and a paint job. Tub had some mildew in the caulking and water pressure was poor. Not the best but not bad for a quick night's stay.
Very basic
It was very clean. Rooms are very basic - beds and bathroom with TV , Clesn towels each day but give a days notice for any other maid service. Breakfast choices are questionable. Hot tub was OK but pool was like ice water.
right for the price
very comfortable room
le hace falta un buen mantenimiento a las puertas interiores de los cualtos, baños principalmente
Easy and efficient check in with friendly professional staff. Room was clean and in good repair. The complimentary breakfast was good, scrambled eggs with sausage links, waffle, yogurt, breads and fruits. The area is safe and convenient, and they have plenty of onsite parking. Not a luxury place but for the price an excellent value.
What a Awesome experience
Not the best room.
Old and looks never renovated room. Tub/shower not clean, hair in the shower and one of the mattress must be change, very uncomfortable and big dip on one side of the mattress. Breakfast was good and jacuzzi was hot. Location is great if going to six flags.
Very convenient for a family of six, they offer a room with three queen beds (two beds in one room and one in an adjoining room).
Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Only one of two elevators were operational during our four-night stay. This was especially problematic on Sunday when many people were trying to load suitcases onto the elevator to head out. Our TV did not work properly for the first day; on day two a technician traded our TV for a working one that included network channels. Front desk folks always friendly. Fun at indoor pool!
Close to six flags, quiet
Good place for family,
probably not a repeat hotel for me
this place was just off of IH10 mear lots of restaurants and attractions. its not very well maintained though. one elevator was out of order. the rug had hole in it. t the facility just looked worn. i was a little concerned about vehocle safety (there was even a sign with theft%damage disclaimer in the parking lot). no issues with the vehicle though. bedding was very comfortable. A/C was cold. room was spacioys. tv was on wall in sitting area so not viewable from both beds. Staff was nice.
All good.
Decent place for rest, and pri e.
We reserved 2 rooms, they gave us them on 2 different floors. One of the rooms appeared to have bed bugs in the pull out sofa, and the other one had a top sheet that looked like it had a little mouse feces. The beds themselves appeared fine, as well as the rest of the rooms. Spacious and accomadating. Breakfast was less than impressive. Sausage looked undercooked, and scrambled eggs were watery. Only option was toast or waffles, which took forever to make.
Old musty smell
It was a little fustrating our key didnt work had to go back to front desk and wait while other guests were being checked in,also a barking dog in the next room asked for a different room our early morning front desk girl was pleasant Nice breakfast spread and okay location No phone plugs, dryer holder but no dryer and lumpy bed If you can tolerate all this its worth the price
Building has real potential. Much better than other places I've stayed. However, it does need work. Leaking drains, stained walls, busted elevator. Still a solid and efficient location to stay at. Hope they update/renovate soon.
The hotel smelled like weed throughout the entrance, hallways and staircases. The elevators weren't working when we tried, a large metal piece of the bed frame was sticking out about 3-4 inches from the bed which my son really hurt himself when he walked by the bed. He had bruising and swelling on the inside edge of his ankle. The door handle was broken off and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom. Boo
Enjoy our stay. The staff was nice the room was clean. If I had only one critique it would be about the breakfast. There was not that much variety but for it be free it was satisfactory and what they did offer tasted good
Great place
Inspect your room first before unloading.
We immediately checked o as soon as we checked in. The hotel didn’t match the pictures. Once we walked in through lobby to the elevators, we were already uncomfortable with how sketchy and messy everything was. From countless scratches doors to wallpaper peeling everywhere to the entires carpet throughout being sticky, we were grossed out. Finally we get to our room and there were stains EVERYWHERE. Lamp shades weee covered in red stains, carpet was stained, desk and walls were stained, and even the door handles. We didn’t even make it to the beds before we decided to leave right away and go to another hotel.
Our room was not clean. Our bathtub had a mixture of dead bugs, hair and what appeared to be mouse droppings. The bathroom floor was not swept and tiles were coming off the floor. We arrived at almost midnight after being at Six Flags all day and with 4 kids finding a different hotel was out of the option. We checked to see if the sheets were clean and just called it a night. We talked with the front desk the next morning and the manger was supposed to call us but we haven't heard from anyone. Breakfast options were very limited. We have stayed at several other Sleep Inns but this was by far the worst.
IT WAS OK
Plus it was also handicap ready
The property was clean, in a good location, reasonably priced, the parking was good, and the check-in lady was professional and nice.
My teenage daughters felt very unsafe here. This seems to be a hotel where people live. Room was dirty and smelled horribly of mildew. We bought our own cleaning products to clean the room. Sheets were the only thing clean. The entire place need to be remodeled. The breakfast area was filthy and we chose not to use this service. We left a day early because it was just that awful. Not sure why this place had a 8 out 10 on reviews. Just don't go here.
Stay
It was a great experience we loved the hotel
Loved the stay
Never again
This hotel showed 8 out of 10stars and i don't know how. Ice maker was broken, 1 elevator was broken, bad circulation in the pool area. The room smelled like wet and mildew. Our blankets were wet and we had to give them to the front desk and waited til after 10pm for a dry comforter. The a/c did not cool the room very well. Overall i will never ever stay here again.
Staff was excellent. The inside pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The rooms were outdated and was in need of interior update. The walls were peeling and furniture was raggedy. I wanted to do a video and take pictures for my grandchildren Youtube page Granny's Crew, but, was too embarrassed to show the room. The free breakfast was good and hot.
Great place
Decent price for the stay, can use better cleaning and the pool was not available 🙄
The pool was closed for 2 days, which was unfortunate because the kids were looking forward to going swimming. The remote for the TV had no batteries and they had to give us used batteries and tape a piece of paper over the back. This property has definitely declined because we have stayed in the past and it was better.
Bad smell
More cleaning to the rooms, enhance maintenance to electric lamps
Very clean .. receptionist was helpful and polite definitely staying again when visiting San Antonio
Time to update but great service
Location is great! We stayed here several years ago, and the quality was much better then. Furnishings are older, lamps didn't work or were missing, pull out couch was definitely lacking. Front desk was very helpful at all times. Breakfast was fine each day and had plenty of food for the guests present. One of the two elevators was out of service during our stay as well.
Only 1 elevator was working.
Awful service
Sofa mattress had a huge brown stain and carpet was sticky. However the staff was super nice and very helpful. They'd greet you everytime you walk in the lobby.
I like the location of this property, feels like you're away from the city, yet, so close to restaurants and shops. The staff and amenities were great. I did have two issues: the first issue was the matress on the sleeper sofa was had some bad stains on it, we were planning on using it but ended up using a sleeping bag instead. My second issue was that my room was missing a tv, originally had two tv's but for some reason, the main tv was not there. We had to settle for a small tv that was located in the seating area whete the sofa is, it was not enjoyable to watch from the beds.
It was a good experience and the staff was nice and pleasant
Breakfast worked Good water quality ( soft water )

You get what you pay for
Affordable, Enjoyable. Was a great place to stay for our spontaneous stay. Comfortable and Relaxing, however the place does need a little work you could tell that it everything worn down. Ex. Our bathroom door was getting stuck in the normal position, where we had to ideally use a little more force to get it open. The furniture was scuffed up and wobbly. Other than that great place.
.
Everything easy
One of the closest hotels to six flags good enough for a family of 5 or 6. ( 3 queen beds better than a sofa bed)
Nasty Hotel
We had dirty sheets , no hot water , toilet did not flush , food was disgusting.
Hotel room and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and weed at times, room service did not give us new towels by the 3rd day. Breakfast that’s included is a joke considering the price you pay.
You get more than you pay for.
The front desk staff was extraordinary! We usually stay at higher end hotels but the family selected Sleep Inn for price & location. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of bedding, bathroom layout & service. The breakfast buffet is sufficient with limited options but clean & refreshed promptly as items ran low. Our shower light was burned out & the bathroom floor needed some grout repair, but that is the worst complaint we could muster. Overall, for price, convenience, location & personal service, we give it a 5!
Everything was great and the front desk personnel especially Chris are amazing. Live that place I chose it in my every six months trip.
I had my rental van broken into, and I was parked in front of the entrance of the hotel. My vehicle was not the only one that was broken into, there was 6 other vehicles broken into also. They did not even notify us about the broken windows in our vehicle, we found out at 6 am when we were checking out and saw that the vehicle had two broken windows. And they have video cameras, and the monitors are next to the front desk and nothing was done to stop the criminals. I would not recommend staying there and if you do, don’t leave anything at all in your vehicles.
Quick family getaway!
We had a wonderful stay. Places we needed to go were close by and we especially loved the breakfast.
very dirty, staff was good enough to refund me
Quiet environment
I like that they had a lot of eating options so close by. I also liked the professionalism and the curtesy the staff shared with me. The parking was very speciose. I will most definitely recommend this facility to my family and friends. I was very happy and satisfied with our stay in general.
Not the most eye catching , but for the price is definitely worth it.
This place was nice and clean but they left hangers in the bathroom. Sheets was questionable. And don’t go in the pool and the hot tub was TERRIBLE!!! So bad my eyes burn from the chlorine. My 7 year old even asked why does it smell like bleach? I told the owner and he did say he will tell the pool cleaner abt it. But too bad I couldn’t enjoy it. I live in San Antonio and took my grandkids to enjoy the pool and me the hot tub. Because we couldn’t enjoy spring break with the rain and a death in the family. Breakfast was good thank God
Quiet and comfortable
Our room was on the ground floor, near the indoor pool. There were children in the pool in the evening and we didn't hear ANYTHING! Amazingly quiet in our room and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
we had a great tme the pool and spa were great especially after being on our feet all day and we did not use the gym but saw people who were enjoying it.
This was probably the most horrible hotel I’ve ever stayed at. As soon as you walk in there is an overwhelming smell of chlorine from the indoor pool. Which is nothing nice to look at at all. I understand that it’s a pool for every guest but the family that was there while we were just SCREAMING the entire time
Muy amables con migo y mis hijos
Tiny step above tent camping
The coffee pot was broke, the breakfast was horrible. The Wi-Fi was slower than the data on my phone in a desert. I do not recommend it at all.
I reserved and paid for a 3 queen bed room and was given a 2 queen bed room. They brought me a roll bed but you could feel every spring. The pull out couch had mold!!! Very disappointed in the facility.
Just Ok
Check in was perfect the guy that works 3-11 was very helpful he was quick and he was friendly. The hotel Is old outdated but beds were comfy and clean. The breakfast was awful small selection. The housekeeper came in first morning made two beds left one unmade we had a room with 3 queens but she never came back any other days. If your on a budget vacation then this place is ok for the price and I forgot mention pool and hot tub awesome. If you wanna place that's cheap for a couple nights, then stay here if you want something that's really nice and go some other place.
Nice place
Service was ok room was good and comfy
The room and service was good. Toiletries (Towels and soap etc.) were not provided for the whole family.
front desk was awesome help! rooms where clean. although the iron did not work, hotel was a great safe clean place.
Definitely would stay again
Our stay was great. Front desk were very friendly. Room was comfy and clean.
No complaints about this property, especially for the price. Room was clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant. The property is a little dated but amenities overall were very good.
1. Very drab decor 2. Had to get new door keys 5 times 3. Shower leaking 4. Only coffee no tea 5. No non-dairy milk alternatives
Think twice
We had trouble with this hotel. When we arrived, we were told they only had 3 rooms of the 4 we had reserved. I said it was fine and was told they couldn't refund me because I had reserved the room though Hotels.com, so immediately contacted Hotels.com and they called the front desk, the manager said they actually did have a room after all so they wouldn't refund my payment. The room we stayed tuned out to be a connecting room without our knowledge and the other guest attempted to open the door. There are roaches between the two connecting doors also and the rooms had a smell like that of a thrift store. Sadly, I stayed only because the hotel was entirely unhelpful and they held my payment hostage. The new guy working there was very nice but the manager wasn't helpful.
Great
Sagging mattress
We stayed on room 210 and the one of the beds was horrible, it was sagging due to use.
All the time smells weed , I have a baby 2 years old I can stay there like that
Front desk clerk was polite and helpful. Rooms smelled moldy. Breakfast was not good.
Terrible Experience
This was a horrible experience for our family trip. The hotel was not well kept the rooms were not cleaned and very bad service. We didn't sleep well we could perceive illegal activity going around around the premises.
I saw 2 cockroaches in room. There was a funny smell to room when we first walked in.
Room was clean and comfortable but shows deferred maintenance. Staff was friendly and professional and the area is good. There is no breakfast but they do provide a coffee bar with a couple of snack items.
Catfish photos beware
Hotel was extremely run down. Elevators did not work
.
If pictures could smell
This was a family trip. Staff was friendly and place was clean so I thought. But room had a Musty smell. Sprayed the room with room spray but noticed when I was out my clothes had picked up the smell. Beds were comfortable and was happy they offered three queen beds. Swimming pool and hot tub was enjoyable. Breakfast was great if you didn't get the scrambled eggs. They were watery. Other then that it was a good stay. Not great stay but good.

For where/what we had to do/go the property was in a nice and convenient area. Overall the property was not as too bad. Howwever the air conditioning in my room did not work properly the whole time. I had to call and they had to bring me a box fan. It help a little but made my nights very rough and we stayed three nights. They ran out of towels for the rooms and pool towels were not stock either. The breakfast was not all of that and was not ready on time. No TV in the bed area and not enough lighting.
