Service was excellent. From the moment we walked in all staff was very helpful and helping us out with transportation or given us advice on the best places to go.

The hotel rooms weren’t clean. Stains and mold all over the room. Staff was very helpful though. It’s not giving the vibe of a resort.

The staff at the hotel made our stay so memorable that we didn’t want to leave. They are the kindest people in the world we’ve ever met, and we’ve travelled all over the world already. I can’t wait to return to Thailand and to this hotel

Room outdated, overall an ok hotel.

Overall good stay, very friendly and helpful staff

So other than the steep hill leading to the entrance, I have nothing negative to say about this wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing, the food, especially the breakfast is amazing, and most important, so really do get to relax and unwind from your normal hectic life. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel and I'll be back next year.

Nice

Whilst this is a very nice place to stay and the staff were exceptionally good it clearly lacks Professional senior hotel management. Cleaning is only superficial with highly visible areas being done. Nothing is moved or cleaned behind or under. This was most obvious is the nice reception waiting area. Walls, skirting and under all furniture was visibly dirty. Under our bed was filthy with the worry of bed bugs. Good management would see this and not just sit in an office. Definitely a nice place but will deteriorate rapidly if management isn’t capable of attention to detail.

Have your own transportation

The room was big and modern. The hotel has a good gym and pool. Breakfast was excellent with a small buffet and a all-you-can eat cook-to-order menu. However, the hotel is located on a long, uphill stretch with not much nearby. I saw a couple pushing a baby stroller uphill, NOT pretty.

Nice semi-secluded retreat

Nice quiet location with great views. Not so convenient access to the beach, shopping, dining, etc. but if you have a private car (ie rental) then this is a great place to stay.

The hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and try their best to help. It's more suitable for guest with car as it's not near to the beach and restaurants, etc

Great Boutique Hotel, Excellent Service

Great service at this boutique hotel… rooms modern, food excellent (both breakfast and dinner) and excellent service throughout the hotel. I had a room on the 1st floor that I could swim directly into the pool… highly recommend! It is a little away from the beach and Bangla St but very easy and inexpensive to get to. Also had a nice workout room.

Fantastic stay. This is my new favorite hotel in Phuket. Staff was extremely friendly and personable. I will stay here everytime I come to Phuket.

Great service, very good gym, laid-back experience. The staff was very helpful in helping us solve any problems we ran into with Thailand's CoVID requirements and helping us get transportation if we needed it.

Wonderful staff and facilities. Pool is impressive design. Rooftop bar is great with ability to order food delivery. Location is close to beach and dancing. Highly recommend.
