Staff are super friendly, very welcoming and offered to order a taxi in the morning. Taxi from Sabiha took 10 mins and cost about £2 Room was huge

Last minute booking due to missed flight. Frontdesk personal was super helpful assisting us. We had one-bedroom suite and it was clean and comfortable.

Very convenient and a 5 minute taxi to airport which the hotel organises. There are 2 resturants very close by. We arrived late so did not eat. Hotel reception available throughout night for late check in. Reasonably priced, clean and served the purpose of being close to airport for early flight

I's a nice Hotel , not expensive,clean ,and its location (Kurtkoy Station) witch is 10' to Sabiha airport Terminus via Metro line 4.

Pricey for its quality

It was a very short stay, several hours between flights. I got a big suite with a comfy bed and big windows. The condition of furniture and bathroom is not on a top level, especially a coffee table in a living room and mold spots in a shower. The noise from outside was annoying. The price I paid in liras was much higher than i expected. The reception employee was very polite and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel is really bad. Old furniture with holes on seats, stained walls, no soap in the bathroom. The kettle was rusty, bed sheets have holes. It shouldn’t be listed in hotels.com.

Room was a good size it was clean everything worked

The room was huge and spacious had everything we needed and was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the area was excellent we found restaurants and cafes. Good to stay but perfect for those who are doing transit via Sabiha Airport

We checked in at 3am, the staff was there and ready to check us in with a great smile! Very convenient near the airport

The only good thing about this hotel was its promixity to the airport. It is 5 mins by taxi. But the room was not properly cleaned. There was no soap. Walls were dirty. It can be just used for one night stay if you have an early flight.

Cheap but not pleasant!

The room was massive. There is a lounge area but the couch has small holes on it and with stains. The room was very cold as it was raining when we checked in and the windows were left open. The smell was bad, like something is rotten and it lingered during our stay. There were stains on cupboards.

The bed madras conditions where really bad, many spring was broken.

The receptionist was bad at dealing; in the beginning he was careless and after I asked him to answer me and he became rude and unkind For Covid 19 prevention; no sterilization fluids in the entrance to the hotel, in the elevators, in the corridors, in the rooms, nor in the bathrooms They are Careless staff Inside the room the sofa was previously burned. I saw this burn a year ago because I stayed in the same room last year The staff is very bad from last stay but I came back because of the HOTEL near of the airport

Stuff very helpful and welcoming, I arrived at night and there was someone on the reception his name Ahmad and he helped me with my luggage and was very welcoming and smile all the time, I asked him many things about the area and he was really helpful to answer me everything. The hotel is located in a busy area so you can find many restaurants around and there were many shops as well. the room was really big and comfortable and clean but the only tiny thing that was a little bit annoying is the smoking smell inside the hotel which it shouldn't be like that. Overall the hotel was looked after and very good and big thanks to Mr Ahmad at the front desk.

Stayed at the Skyport Hotel which was ideal for my overnight stay before my next flight in the morning. Room size was excellent and comfortable. Small issues like it was a smoking room which wasn't ideal with cigrette burns in the sofa, but overall was good value indeed.

I stayed here one night on my way to Cappadocia. It was very close to Sabiha airport and the hotel called me a cab in the morning. The room was very large with a separate bedroom and living room. Overall, this was a good value for my money and I was happy with my stay.

Large room with kitchen and fridge. Nice shower. Only about 10 minute ride from SAW. Good shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Helpful at reception..but no shuttle bus to/from airport as advertised..hotel booked taxi to airport 20 lira..but he dropped us 2 kilometres from departure area..told us it was 50 metres away..we had to get another taxi that didn’t charge when we explained what had happened ..we were thankful and gave him a decent tip.The location of the hotel in more like 6 kilometres from Saw..T&B Ireland.

Poor customer service

The stay could have been fine but three things let the hotel down. 1- One of the men on reception does not understand the concept of customer service. His English was good but he gave the impression that customers were just bothersome. His manner was rude and off hand. He even told me to stop panicking on two occasions . His attention was very taken up with the computer. -2- The wifi kept dropping out and did not work at all on the 5th floor. 3- water was seeping through the ceiling of my bathroom. It must have been noted before I moved in a all the surfaces were wet.

Nice customer service, but the walls were dirty in the room. Even though I asked for a non smoking room, I could still smell the smoke a little bit in the room. It is 10 minutes drive to Sabiha Gokcen airport. The taxi cost around $15.

Beautiful and good location. New building but need good maintenance (lights were flickiring, power sockets loose and open, shower door seal open water was leack. ) wake up call booked but didn't recieve.

Had a overnight stay at the hotel while waiting for my flight in the in morning. The stay was ok, the hotel could be a bit more clean, there were stains on the walls and a couple of spots on the bed linen, but overall the conditions were ok and tolerable at least for a night.

Terrible hotel, noisy ,dirty , 4 day stay and the room wasn’t cleaned and the sheets and towels weren’t changed, hotel is right on a very busy road with all the rooms at the front so you get traffic noise 24 hours a day, the curtains don’t fit the windows and there are lights around the outside of the windows so you always have light shining into the bedroom. There are much nicer hotels in Istanbul so I would avoid the Skyport hotel

Cigarette stunk

Well very dirty walls and bed smell off cigarettes every where in hotel my bed has spots of cigarette burns noisy area I left my phone in the room it’s lost you get what you pay for I guess .still £55 a night I will not recommend this

Beware! Smoking rooms

The hotel is within easy reach of Sabiha Gokcen airport with comfortable accommodations. However, what we didn't know was that smoking was allowed. Our room stank of cigarette smoke and turning the air con on only made it worse. We were only crashing for 5 hours before our flight and we were absolutely shattered when we got there so couldn't be bothered to move somewhere else or even change rooms. If you find cigarette smoke revolting, I'd recommend asking for a non-smoking room before you book. Otherwise it's very pleasant with comfortable beds, free wifi, mini fridge, wake up service, air con, etc. I'd stay again if they have non-smoking rooms.

proximity to the Sabiha airport ( about 5 minutes by taxi) makes it a good place to spend a few hours between flights. I will stay here again.

Dirty walls, stained sheets, hairs and bedbugs

At first everything seemed nice but then we saw stains in the walls of the bedroom and we saw hairs in the beds, a lot of hairs of different sizes and colors and we also saw a brownish stain we informed the receptionist whom instead of offering a room change a refund or anything else told us it was the cleaning lady's hair and left the room. Very helpful...

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr tierlieb. Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral in Pendik, Einkäufszentren wie Via Airport sind in weniger als zehn Minuten mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Zudem liegt es ebenfalls knapp zehn Minuten von Sabiha Gökcen Flughafen entfernt. Neben der Unterkunft befinden sich mehrere Hotels sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt.

De kamer was groot voor 2 personen kregen we een kamer met kitchenette. Van de lobby tot in de kamer stonk heel het gebouw naar rook, binnen worst er sowieso gerookt.. 1 van de ramen ging niet dicht. Vloeren waren vuil(witte zolen werden zwart). De gordijnen hadden witte vlekken. Tv meubel had plakkerige vlekken, wordt er wel gepoetst denk ik dan. Wifi had geen bereik in de kamer enkel voor de kamerdeur was er wifi. Het bed lag zeer comfortabel en dat is waarschijnlijk het enige wat ik positief kan meegeven.

Frondesk person was very hospitable. The room was smelling cigarette even though I asked for non smoking room but I think it is not possible in Turkey. If you are a light sleeper not for you pretty noisy location, However, very close to airport and all the local restaurants, groceries. For a one nigh stay for your flight is perfect place!

Das Skyport Istanbul Hotel war größtenteils ziemlich in Ordnung, auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung war angemessen, nur ein Tipp für das Reinigungspersonal: Bitte verwenden Sie weniger Seife, da es sonst der Boden zu schmierig wird.

Der Staßenlärm ließ kaum Nachtruhe zu. Zimmer lag im 6. Stock zum Kreisverkehr hin.

Yastıklarımız pisti, yeni kılıf istedik onlar da lekeli ve pis geldi, çarşafta da lekeler vardı. Tiksinerek 1 gece kalmak zorunda kaldık.
