Nice location!

Great stay
Was upgraded to a different room as the original room assigned smelled bad. Other than that, the place was excellent, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stay the next time I am in the area.
No proper parking (unsafe for the guests). Need to pay parking somewhere else. Elevator doesn’t have proper ventilation(hot and humid). Room lights beside the bed cant be dimmed. Man in the front desk is not accommodating. Poker face.
Second time to stay at the Skyloft (first in December 2018). Logistics is/was important to me and the hotel is right across the UST hospital which has access to the university, and is in the heart of Manila. 5-minute jeepney ride to SM San Lazaro. Was very impressed with the service on this second visit - the staff and security were very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, as with most buildings in the Philippines, the property deteriorated fast. I had a smaller but very similar room on this visit, but the furniture and fixtures looked worn out. Only 2/3 elevators were working and this included the service elevator. With all the students staying in the building, waiting was very frequent. The elevators have no air conditioning. The coffee shop at the ground floor closed down recently. Fortunately, there is another one next door. Overall, the stay worked out for me once more.
Bathroom
Beautiful hotel and staff would stay again.

A cozy and conveniently located hotel
Good
There wasn't a working shower head.
I would score Zero on Cleanliness. 1st room have cockroaches. 2nd room also had cockroaches. The 3rd room also had cockroaches. All 3 rooms and the cockroaches were crawling on the bed. I had to check out immediately and not stay anymore but I still had to pay. They did not want to refund my payment.
The best
Bo's Coffee in the lobby is closed Sunday mornings. This is a limited service hotel.
Area was convenient to our business trip. Air conditioner unit was too small for unit room size. Air conditioner was unable to bring down temperature below 26 degrees after 12 hours of operating. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom. There was no shower curtain or shower door. There was only a very small single table inadequate for any practical use. Sofa arm was loose/damaged. Staff was helpful and attentive to requests. Property doubles as a condo residence. No full restaurant onsite. Many restaurants in the area.
yes
It is in a very convenient location for when i visited family and there were multiple dinning locations near by.
Easy access to everything
Staffs were courteous.
Nah, not next time
The hotel is conveniently in the center of the city, however it was advertised as a fully equipped kitchenette, it had a microwave, no utensils, no coffeemaker, no hot kettle, no glasses, no cups so basically nothing. The bathroom is okay but there are no hand towels or face cloths and the cleaning crew would not leave clean towels so we had to ask for them. The first room we had was so close to the bar on the roof we couldn't sleep from the noise until about 3 AM Overall i suppose not a bad price for the extremely small room where there is barely enough room to open a suitcase let alone 2 but i think i would consider a different hotel next time .
Good location
You can’t get a better room budget wise! Easily the cheapest yet most clean/complete hotel room I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve only stayed for one day so my review is limited to this.
It was convenient. It’s near my relatives place I enjoyed my stay. The showers were great.
A few of the staff were arrogant. I was accused of smoking in my room because i put an empty packet of cigarettes jn the garbage bin inside of my room. Maybe next time i should just thruw the empty packet on the reception floor. No apology from them
TV only one channel, it always need to reprogram. Cannot switch off lights, you need to loosened the bulb from its socket. Cleanliness and Staff is good
The noise level of construction of 3 sky rise buildings plus street traffic made sleeping impossible for me plus not being able to open curtains easily made it dark and depressing. It was so bad I checked out after 3 days inspite of prepaying for 7 days. The worst hotel for noise in my 50 years and over 1,000 nights lodging experiences. You could not pay me to go back there. No refund given inspite of asking as no manager is on site
There were baby cockcroaches. There is a gap between the rooms (through the window panels) and I can see and partially see the reflection of the people in the next room.
Ok Stay
In the Lobby: Check in was easy and quick, small stand aT the bottom of the hotel In the room: Standard room, no frills, but well kept Overall: Was an ok stay. One thing that was frustrating was that, after arriving at 12:30am, construction started outside at 6am the next morning. The noise pollution was too much to sleep
the elevator took so long reason why you have to use the stairs oftentimes
The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room is clean. I would definitely stay here again ☺️
Very centrally located, great access to transport. Very helpful staff. Very slippery tiles when wet, it would be nice to have proper bath mat issued daily.
Hotel does its purpose when visiting UST
Very reasonably priced hotel when visiting UST. This hotel gives you the most value for its price. It’s relatively clean. It is a bit noisy coming from the street traffic. Air conditioning works, hot water works... can’t really complain for its price.
Good place to stay. Fast food chains are nearby.
The first time Of my stay was such a “no-no” because of the drunk people on the unit beside our assigned unit, which extended until 2am in short the plan to have a good rest was not achieved, though the unit were an A+ unit, last week was my second and hopefully not the last, should you consider suggestion sana may enough parking slot para sa occupants
Closed to university
The carpark is needed for those staying
You have to bring your own hangers. The staff did not clean my room even when I posted on the door that I need service. So i have to call daily to get replacement of toiletries. They were responsive for my request though. I stayed here for 3 wks.
Great location for what I needed and it was sunny and warm and I felt like I was at El Nido
Located across the street from the wonderful University Hospital, Skyloft serves as a major residence for student nurses and other students, so it is packed with young students. It is also located near the Ohayami Bus Terminal, which is why I stayed there. The room was large but very bare bones yet still comforatble. Late check in was on the ground floor but evidently there is a full hotel lobby on the 30th floor which I never actually saw. When I was there the elevators were in very poor repair so that the wait for the elevator was extremely long, sometimes as long as 20 minutes, and a que of students formed at shift change, making the delay even longer. The elevator would not actually stop on my floor because many of the buttons would not work, so I had to get off on another floor and use the stairs. They did have signs up indicating the elevators were being repaired but I saw no indication they were actually in repair. The ground floor lobby serves more like an elevator waiting area than a lobby. At check out, due to the long line of people using the elevator, after being told I had to go back to the 30th floor for check out, they took mercy on me and called for someone to come down instead to check me out. There is a very nice coffee shop adjacent to the lobby. Wi-Fi was good, shower was good, bed was good, all of which helped me a lot. All in all it is a good property for short stays, but I would not recommend it for a long stay.
Overall experience was good for 1st stay. Checkin was very easy even though I arrived close to 10pm. Staff is very friendly! The room is good size for what i needed. Not much to choose on tv. Their gym is very small, but i did get a decent workout in.nice pool with a good view.Close by walking is several fast food restaurant's and a 12 minute walk to the SM Mall is easy to do. Check out was fast and simple. I'll definitely stay again, because my main reason is the hotel is close walk to Florida Bus Terminal .
