One night extended vacation stay, it was worth it for the one night

Very convenient and comfortable…

The location close to the airport

It wasn't bad for the most part but it is a bit dated and I didn't like that there was no staff on the premises after 8pm.

Great location...poor condition

This is an old outdated facility. It is in a great location. Rooms are large but the entire place needs an update in furniture and furnishings. Would stay here again if updates are made, otherwise not.

When we first got there there wasn’t anyone at desk for about 15 minutes waiting then a cat came out chasing a lizard in its mouth . Area were elevators where were dingy. Room was old and run down bathroom was dirty

Old and dated. Towels from the 60's Drapes from the 50's couch from the 40's

The place wasn’t clean and the ac filter need to change and also only the bed had a ac unit and the entire place was smelling mushy

Convenient location with the requisite amenities for local stay and business. Water pressure could be improved. Though clean and tidy furniture could be modernized.

Good desk staff. Beds did not have a top sheet. Close to beach and restaurants but noisy street in front.

The location was perfect, just across the road from Simpson Bay and all the beachside restaurants/bars. The rooms were very spacious with a balcony view that looks out to the marina.

The Place was clean and front desk was really helpful in any situation.

Receptionist was very attentive but needs a lot of upgrading to justify the price charged for a night. The pictures on the internet failed to reflect what the rooms are really like in reality. The whole property needs a thorough upgrade.

Everything was so close food shopping clubs... Everything!!

This place was very affordable and was located within walking distance of several places. The internet was fantastic the first 3 days but then crashed and never came back. Very dissapointing

Older hotel but was clean and comfortable. Needs much up dating. Friendly and helpful clerk. They provided a teapot and a coffee pot but no coffee!

Huge suite. However, bathroom is very dated. No counter space. Problems adjusting water temperature. Hot water turns cold very quickly. Location is ideal. Close to many restaurants n to the beach.

The Simon Bay is extremely well located for restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A family run hotel the people who work there are incredibly helpful and genuanlly nice.

Very basic accommodation which was very clean. 2* resort at best. Close to restaurants and beach. The staff were delightful. However, I would not choose to stay there again.

Property is located not too far from the airport, restaurants and a grocery store is just on opposite sise od the road along with Burger King. The only thing i do not like is the lack of a variety in tv stations but id you are on vacation you will not be needing any tv. All in all, a pleasant atay and freindly staff.

Do not stay at this place

It was by far the worst place we have ever stayed in our lives

The location was good, the rooms were clean and did the job. Nothing fancy, but worked perfect for what I needed.

The only good thing about this place is it’s location. The accommodations are beyond outdated. Every night I saw a bug of some sort. The WiFi didn’t work. You could only pick up one channel. Room 3101 is something from the twilight zone. I literally had to book another place to stay.

Apartment 1 bedroom spacious and clean however furniture a little bit outdated

Hotel is not maintained well. Many basics don't work like the TV, air conditioning, hot water in shower etc

The room wasn't clean. Urine stains on the toilet seat and the floor was dirty.

Surprise gem

This is an older hotel and scared me as we drove up. Rooms are very spacious. Kitchen well stocked. You literally have everything you need but in an older hotel. It is exceptionally clean , much replaced since Irma and wonderful aircobfitioning

Definitely wouldn't stay there again or recommend to anyone.

room is very dated in all ways-furniture-bedding etc and not clean at all-fridge filthy on outside and walls very grubby high point bathroom recently updated and front desk help excellent would never stay again or recommend

Conveniently located, not too far from the airport. Was just a one night layover between flights.

Affordable and accessible hotel

Very affordable hotel. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean. A little old but we'll maintained. Very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. There is a sex shop nearby.

This hotel is close to local transportation and the beach. The manager and the workes were polite

Great location. Rooms a dated. TV wasn't funtion. Went for business.

We came for business about a month after the hurricane. It is a perfect location I look forward to visiting again when thing’s have been updated. Staff waa great!

The hotel was in an excellent location, customer service by Mohammed was excellent. Our stay was pleasant.

Don't stay here

Very old property. Like 1970. Need major upgrades or tear down and rebuild. Beside main road. No amenities. No beach. Stay away!

Has a beautiful area.
