This is a wonderful property and ranks up there as one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. I liked the view. The view from the 79th floor lobby or from the room depending what view you get, is breathtaking. The hotel is very modern, the staff are extremely polite and professional,

It was great modern and fantastic staff members who were willing to help & they were standby until late time. It’s great for shopping and lots of restaurants inside of building. The building is located near the lake & cafe next to each other, however it is bit far from a city so I wasn’t able to explore local environments. Overall it is extremely nice hotel, especially bathroom and toilet including room, it was set up with a very nice couch and a large twin shared beds. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again

The best of the best, Signiel Seoul

My second stay at Signiel, and this is one of the greatest hotels on Earth, without question. I hope to return to Seoul and Signiel many times in the future.

Beautiful place! You literally wake up overlooking the clouds! It’s very expensive but it’s an experience on its own, even if you stay for 1 night toward the end of your trip it’s like a cherry on top of your entire holiday!

Had high expectations that were exceeded by the actual stay. There are a lot of other hotels that are good in Seoul (like four seasons, park hyatt etc) but this was very very good

Great luxury hotel

This was one of the most luxurious hotels Ive stayed. The room was super spacious. Staff was very friendly and provided top notch service. Hotel is near lotte world. The view from the room was stunning. Will stay here again if I'm traveling to S. Korea. Also I had the best sleep here. Duvet & pillows are so comfortable.

The manager who checked us in was beautifully kind and caring, as well as all of the other staff. One of the few true luxury accommodations.

My stay at Signiel Seoul was truly exceptional. Located in Lotte World Tower, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the city and Han River, complemented by elegant rooms with thoughtful amenities. The dining experience, especially at the Michelin-starred Stay restaurant, was outstanding, and the breakfast spread catered to all tastes. The Evian Spa and infinity pool provided perfect relaxation, while the fitness center met all workout needs. What truly set the hotel apart was the impeccable service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I highly recommend Signiel Seoul for a blend of luxury and comfort.

The Signiel Seoul was an extraordinary experience. The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The view is something to die for. If staying in Seoul, this hotel is a must stay.

The hotel was beautiful. The nightly snacks and champagne service at the lounge were nice and the pool was fun.

Best in Seoul

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The night view from our room was lovely and I was glad that I purchased to include the breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious. But the highlight of the hotel is the most friendly, polite, and helpful staff members. This is a sign of a good management so I’d definitely try to stay at this hotel next time.

Top notch hotel!

Service was top notch from the moment I got in to the moment I left. We paid extra for the river view and it was 100% worth it! Definitely recommend!

This is the BEST hotel in Seoul. The hospitality is like none other that we have experienced before. Better than Josun Palace with hospitality. The decor flowed with purpose through the hotel into your suite. It wasn’t overly done with every surface, feature. It presented calm and serenity. Love that our suite was above the clouds. We would just watch the clouds go by each day and night. Staff… if any hotel could have the quality of Signiel, they would be a success from the doormen to the room service. We will definitely be coming back and modeling our hotel hospitality with Signiel’s. Six star hotel for sure.

Fantastic view and very clean room with meticulous cleaning services

This hotel it a little bit away from the main Myeongdong or Gangnam districts, but it is super quiet, and the views can’t be beat!

What an amazing view! Staff are tripping over themselves to be helpful. You can tell it isn’t quite brand new, though. As the room is already starting to show some wear and tear… amazing facilities, otherwise!

We loved our stay here in the Signiel. Highlights being the staff and room accommodations. Would highly recommend an in room tablet for ordering room service and more a la cart options. The view is stunning and food was great but would prefer to have options other than just the buffet. Would stay again!

One of the best hotels on this planet!

Hotel is impeccable except the gym and pool is a bit on the small side and short staffed. Besides that the hotel is perfect! Best concierge team I’ve experienced and the staff all around was extremely helpful. They arranged every taxi to the hotel and arranged for pickup to return. That was a tremendous convenience considering how difficult it is to find a taxi in Korea without Kakao Taxi app (which you need a Korean bank account to use) Highly recommend this hotel for the helpful staff and impeccable rooms. The breakfast also is top notch and one of the best I’ve ever had

Water fell from the bathroom ceiling, but they just said they were sorry and even though I paid ₩68,000 there was nothing to eat for breakfast

Immaculate Service

Enjoyable stay using hotel swimming pool and gym. Service was excellent and location near Lotte duty free shops and lakes. We had nice stroll round the lake.

The views of Seoul from this property is second to none. The staff was attentive and would always help get the door for you and hold the elevator so that you could go first. The English at this property was also relatively good, so communication was easy most of the time. It is literally right beside Lotte World Mall, so very close to shopping and a short <5 min walk to the subway station. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The Signiel is a wonderful hotel. The view from our room on the 87th floor was spectacular. Our room was well appointed and the staff was so helpful. We were treated to cake, fruit and macrons delivered to our room each day. The location is great and we enjoyed shopping at the Lotte World Mall. We would love to stay here agin on our next visit to Seoul.

There is no air filter so a lot of dust. We do have asthma not able to control

Best Hotel in Seoul! You will not ve disappointed!

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced (for a 5 star hotel), delicious and quick (usually within 25 minutes or less). My Premier Double room was more than enough for myself. The shower and bath had an overhead rain shower and a hand held, the bath tub was a deep soaker tub & had lovely Bath Salts and Bath Teas. The Toilet was one of the best features of the room with its heated seat, auto cleaning feature, built in Bidet with a button pushers dream of a command center! I also paid extra for a view of the Han River, which was spectacular! Great location with so many things to do right below you from shopping malls, ice skating rink, restaurants/food court, amusement park, Jamsil subway station, world's largest movie theater screen and 4D theater, Aquarium, Gordon Ramsey Burger. The staff was excellent with English as i do not speak Korean. The Signiel Hotel is highly recommended and you will not be disappointed. I plan to stay here again when i come to Seoul to visit my family in the future. Thank you, Hotel Signiel!

Excellent service, but will never come back

Very good customer service, its one step higher than other hotels, they treat u very well. I think my review is the most honest:: to anyone who is from Korea or lived in Korea, its terrible. The lounge is crowded, there are no vip lounges for suite rooms, and personally, my small apartment has better view than suite room here. And the most disappointing is that all the drinks in the room are paid no matter what room you get. Why exactly would u come here if there's nothing to do with a small swimming pool that requires u to put a cap on. I was rlly angered coming here... And sure if the price was cheap, i wouldnt say anything but the price was more expensive than shilla hotel. I HIGHLY AND HIGHLY DO NOTT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. SHOCKINGLY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHOCKINGLY BAD EVERYTHING ELSE.

Extraordinario

全体的にとても綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの対応も良く、ご飯もとても美味しかったです。 ただ、アメニティが有料だった点は少し残念でした。

Leider können die Koreaner immer boch kein Englisch, uch war im Signiel vor 6 Jahren schon mal. Nachdem uns ein Upgrade augeschwatzt wurde und ein Frühstück inklusive , mussten wir das zahlen. Ein Armutszeugnis für so ein teires Hotel. Sehr unflexibles Personal bor allem der Rezeptioschef vom 22.04 Mr Chung!!

Hotel espetacular, principalmente se vc optar por um quarto com vista para o rio! O único porém, é que o endereço que está nos sites, não nos leva ao lobe do hotel! Por duas ocasiões peguei um táxi, inclusive na chegada, com malas pesadas, (o que foi um grande transtorno), e nos deixaram em locais que não era o lobby! Precisam alinhar isso!

스위트룸 묵었는데 특전이 별로 없고 이돈 내고 굳이 이 방할바에야 싼방 가서 뽕 뽑는게 나을것같아요. 사우나도 별로고요..ㅜ

チェックイン時のレセプションが不親切。 パスポートをだしてるのに英語でかなり早く説明されまったく丁寧でもなく、嫌な予感。 案内された部屋は写真と全く違い、流石にこれは変えてもらった。 その後のルームサービスも繋がらない。 ルームサービスを持ってきたスタッフも挨拶なし、無愛想、椅子のセッティングもしてくれず不親切。 スパ、チェックアウト時、一般ラウンジのスタッフは丁寧だが、うーんという感じ。

高層階からの眺めを楽しんだ

あるときいていたウェルカムティーのサービスはなかった。日本語が話せるスタッフの方は大変親切だった。 洗面台のお湯の温度の調節が難しかった。

ホスピタリティに富んだスタッフたち

サービススタッフがとても多く、必要な時にいつも誰かと目が合う、とてもホスピタリティに富んだ環境です。気持ちの良い滞在ができたことに感謝致します。 また是非利用させていただきたいホテルです。

너무나도 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 따뜻한 욕조에서 바라본 서울풍경은 일상에서 벗어난 기분을 느끼기에 충분했습니다. 라운지의 간단한 다과도 만족스러웠구요. 롯데 직원분들은 항상 너무나도 친절해서 숙박이 한층더 편안했습니다. 이제 다른호텔 못갈거같아요.
