The staff was very nice during check in and when I asked if I could stay a few more hours after the checkout time, they were very polite in being able to accommodate that
This is a nice place to stay, room was clean and spacious. Only down side was No ice machine. Definitely would recommend this property.
Road construction directly in front of property was incredibly loud. Property appears to have been recently remodeled and is in decent shape. Lots of shady people hanging around, though.
large room and full size refrigerator... clean and fresh
Just okay for the price.
Our stay was okay. We had asked for early check in, and never received that which was disappointing to say the least, and it was challenging to get service at the front desk and seemingly no one was tending to the phone even during office hours. The parking lot area was kind of dirty-seemed like there was some homeless people living near the dumpsters. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear a lot of what was going on around you, especially doors slamming. Our shower was broken so getting hot water was challenging. Even though it had a kitchen there was not pots/pans/ or anything at all in there so we couldn’t use the kitchen at all unfortunately, unless we would have packed our own kitchen supplies-which wouldn’t have been feasible.
Ok 4 the money nothing exciting about the place
Takes too long to receive my money back it should be available within 24 hours banks say they dont hold it. They need a credit card processor and bank that returns the money faster. No bed bugs or roaches in the room i stayed in.
This hotel is fine, but I had 2 issues: I had a heck of a time connecting to the WIFI and secondly, there was a small dog in a room next to mine. It barked for hours. I eventually fell asleep but I was not very fresh when I woke up. I had a pickleball competition in the morning. Needless to say that I did not do very well.
I would never gonna make another reservation at these hotel.. they said they canceles and i was there already.. with my kids.. couldnt find another that night and i had to stay on my car
Despite pre-paying my stay, the remainder of my stay was cancelled. The room got booked again, so the property got paid double for the room. They said that I would need to contact the third party site for a refund, but when I tried calling the property multiple times to get the approval for my refund, they never answered there phone making it impossible for me to get a refund.
Decent hotel
first the hotel is in the worse area of Tucson. scary area and ghetto. The rooms smelled like cigarettes even though there's no smoking. there was trash left outside the room and around the hotel. a crazy person came to the hotel at 1 am screaming looking for someone, it woke everyone up. but the hotel didn't have security to put a stop to it. expensive for the conditions
Very Basic
This hotel is very basic. Nothing fancy. I am a missionary, so I am used to staying in this type of hotel. It was nice having the kitchenette. Downside, NO kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils, glasses, cups etc. Went to Dollar store to buy disposable items to use.
Amazing
It was a very good deal for what the room came with. They have little kitchens, a microwave, a full size refrigerator, a stove top, sink, and cabinet space. We paid 50 bucks/ night which for five dollars more, we stayed at motel 6 at 1010 S freeway and w didn't get a fridge or a microwave even so definitely was a damn good deal. The only downside or dislike i had in the slightest was that we were put right next to the office, like shared a wall with the office lol. Although we stick to ourselves and aren't worried about getting caught up, it was still a little frustrating to be right there. All in all though, great experience
Terrible place
Not good. Bad costumer service. The hotel has a super 8 motel 6 feeling but with horrible costumer service. Room didn’t feel like they were disaffected and with this covid. That’s important, we left and got another hotel. That’s how bad it was
Close to I 10. It made commuting to Sierra Vista and Marana easy.
Very very dirty and old. Pretty gross to be honest.
AVOID!!!
Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Decided to throw me out 3 days early when I pre-paid for 5 nights. Disgusting place, disgusting clientele and the BIG, OBESE Manager needs to learn a few things about customer service. Still waiting on my $100 deposit since I went back and cleaned the filthy place impeccably in order to get some money back....
Trashy place not a kid friendly environment
Very clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, quite and security waking around at night
Ok, but I would not go there again
I would not go there again. Everyone was nice, but the general atmosphere was not good. The room was adequate but not overly comfortable. The bathroom needed attention. I got a rash on my face from whatever they used to launder the linens.Free wi-fi was ok, not great. Indigents hanging around the facilities. This location is very close to the Gospel Rescue Mission which lends itself to may "passersby".
Dirty, no amenities, didn’t get room paid for, noisy, shower plugged up so backed up while taking one, pictures aren’t the reality of the place, we spent one night and changed hotels
Room background was orange so it looked really nice
Home
Great peaceful
We showed up late, not realizing they dont do late check-in, after driving through the night and just needed somewhere to rest our head. We were then informed by the emergency phone number that "we don't do late check-in and our office will be open at 9am" Have called numerous times to make sure I am not charged for this stay and they NEVER answer the phone. Do not recommend if you need somewhere convenient to stay as it needs to be on their time.
The room was clean, modern style. The property manager was pleasant, informative, and quick to process the check-in.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The room was in awful condition, it smelled heavily of smoke. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The towels looked like they hadn’t been washed, they had various stains. Overall dirty room.
Short stay.
No soap in the bathroom.eR stay at a Siegel again. No one in the office at 5pm. People above us were loud and uncontrollable behavior, arguing , swearing. No visible security. We will never stay at a Siegel again.
If you arrive after 7pm, this property will not even let you check in.
Large fridge. Tv. Firm mattress. Price. Location. Caution: check in window ONLY until 7pm! Beware.
Room stenched of cigarette smoke and we had to clean the
There is absolutely nothing positive to express about this property. Knowing that this was a studio and very inexpensive, we acknowledged the fact that the space would be small, but expected it to be clean. Upon entering, the smell of disinfectant (or furniture polish on the 2' x 2' table which was still wet) was so strong that I could not stay in the room. I notified the management and upon our return the odor was improved a bit. But the smell was not the only problem. The draperies were missing hooks, there were insufficient linens, fecal matter on the toilet seat, no toilet paper on the holder, hair on the bathroom floor, dirty floors that soiled our socks, sticky countertop, no hangers, dirty drawers and a flat rather than fitted sheet on the bed. We were told that they were booked so another room was not available. Orbitz should not represent this property! (Good that I'm writing this, my husband was far more angry!)
This property was used to be extended stay but this property is now changed to Tucson Siegel and become the worst place to stay with just only two people running the property with such a sticky dirty carpet and smelly room and no room cleaning and no front desk service
Very old and curtains did not keep morning light out.
Horrible, dirty, stained, cigarette burns on bedspread and counters. Curtains torn and not hung properly. Stains or dark mold on bottom of shower curtain. Just plain rundown, dirty, and shabby.
Where they have almost a 3 star rating, i have no idea! We drove from colorado to arizona and arrived at 4pm and the office was closed. I called the number they had on the door to assist with afterhour check-ins and was told they were sorry, there was nothing they could do and they dont allow late check in. Mind you, if 4pm! I was told there was no refund (they charged me in the morning for the QUEEN room we were supposed to get). It toom us 2 hours calling around getting regional managers on the phone. Finally, someone came and handed us a card to access a room. No signing papers or anything. We got into the room to find out it was a full size bed. I talked to the gentleman in the office the next morning and he argued with me that it was a queen size bed. We sleep on a queen size bed everynight at home, we slept in a full size bed with barley any room with myself and my husband. Horrible customer service! Looks are very deciving. Looks lile a nice hotel on the outside but that couldnt be anywhere farther from the truth! My suggestion, DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER HOW CHEAP!
god
good
Booked my stay through orbitz & chose the pay at property option. Hotel office closes at 7pm with NO option for late arrival. Tried to pay the hotel over the phone and they wouldn’t honor the orbitz price. Orbitz wouldn’t take my card # over the phone and couldn’t understand that I wanted to change my mind. Neither orbitz or Siegel select was willing to work with my schedule and accommodate my travel plans.
Room reaked of tobacco, carpet stained and filthy. Room advertised as two queen beds but they were only full (54”) wide.
The first thing we experienced was the lady in front of us complaining that she had to pay an extra $13 for wifi for two devices (which is pretty ridiculous, wifi should be free). Then another lady shows up because her key is broken and mentions she is on her way to talk with the police about something... cool. The room is ok. Its smaller than it looked online. The bed is not a queen, definitely a full. The water pressure is way too soft. There were people up all night walking around above us on squeaky floors/ceilings and outside talking. I suppose I should have researched better because it is obviously a cheap hotel where sketchy people stay! Then when we tried to go check out at 9am on Sunday we realized the office doesn't open until 10 and no one answered the phone. So we just threw our key in the mail slot and left a message for them. The person checking us in should have given us instructions about this!! Never staying here again.
Absolutely nothing horrible experience display name no location current city
.was the worst experience ever Room was dirty and smelled like smoke really bad and front desk agent didn't care or help
Disgusting. This place is dirty and cheap furniture.
perfect stay
great
good place to stay
it was nice to have the kitchen to use. freeway close.
Hidden fees, office closes early, room smelled horrible, no bedding / had to use my own/ my 5 year old gashed his toe open on door that was broken and stuck
Gross and not Well Kept
The front office was dirty, sticky counters. The guy was nice but it took forever for the machine to load. So 15 at least to get us checked in. The people in line behind us were in torn clothes and had no shoes on. When we got to the room, there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and what looked like blood on the box spring. Since be there were no bed bugs, we slept and left the very next day. This place was gross and not well kept.
expected better
place needs cleaned up. weirdos walking around all hours of night.
Reservation made to Crossland, was not told the hotel was sold to Siegel! We were told they had two rooms left! They were the most nasty, stinking, disgusting rooms I have ever witnessed! Uninhabitable!! Had to get another hotel! One room smelled of old nasty cigarettes and the other smelled of cat and dog urine! Horrible condition
We did not stay.
They showed us two different rooms. One was overbearing with cigarette smoke smell and very dirty. The other room smelled if marijuana so back it literally made me sick to my stomach and I got such. They didn't refund my full amount I paid. They decided one once we were in the office when they were in the phone with management about our refund to speak Spanish. Which I understand and they were talking very rude. I need to know how to get my full refund back. If you have info I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
The room was infested with bugs.
Manuel Jasso, 3000 Mountain Ave. El Paso, Tx.
Booked going to Las Vegas. No hot water in bathroom vanity faucets. Water shut off. Room not very clean. Booked hotel coming back, got to Tucson hotel at 7 p.m. Office was closed. Paper on window said we close at 7 p.m. We were left out on the street! Called emergency number on paper on window. Waited. Nobody got back to us. Called Hotels.com. They said will refund $60 we paid. Had to drive at night back to El Paso. Never will stay at this hotel again!
THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. The hotel had just been sold so I had to pay for it a second time.
Could not check in.
No one was availbale to check in the evening ic the reservation. No one was available the next morning to check in. Hotels.com could not get a hold of anyone to authorize refund. Ill wait a few more days for my refund until i dispute the credit card charge.
Adequate for a cheap, 2-star motel
I needed something cheap, where I could eat (fridge and microwave, check), sleep (bed, check), and shower (hot water, check). I knew the rating going in, and the price was low enough that I didn't expect anything glamorous, but it was slightly worse than I expected/hoped. Check in, I managed to time it right in the middle of some kind of employee update, so while they were cordial, I felt slightly ignored and it took a little bit to get a room. The building was fine, if a little dilapidated. The room was also fine (like I said, I had the essentials), but wasn't that nice. Hard bed, one pillow, holes in the curtains, stains on the floor, all the furniture was dinged and scratched. The bath towel was rather atrocious - small, thin and dingy, and no wash cloth or anything - but again, it fulfilled its purpose. I didn't even get a trash can. Don't expect any toiletries or any extra amenities (you get soap, but no shampoo, conditioner, no iron or hair dryer). It was near where I was working, and close to the freeway, so it was convenient for getting around, but for other criteria, the location wasn't that nice. Also - a lot of noise from the nearby air base. Be warned. All in all, strictly speaking it fulfilled all the requirements I had, but I'll choose somewhere a little more comfortable next time.
Bugs
Nice enough place but cockroaches and bugs come out when lights are off.
There is nothing nice about this hotel.
No trash can, 2 towels, faucets in bath did not work, carpet disgusting, After one nite, we were able to refund for the second nite. I am surprised that Expedia would consider such a hotel for anyone to stay in. After all the years using Expedia, it's time to book elsewhere.
Fleabag Hotel
Bath room smell like urine and the whole room smell like a smoke shop. The bed sheet has cigarette holes.
Horrible Place
was supposed to be non smoking room, room smelled of smoke had burnt bed sheets from cigarrettes.butts behind the bed. Also room had roaches come out at night. I notiffied the staff 1st time on 3 different times on 1 day they informed they would take care of it the following day. the following day, staff did nothing when i came back to the room, and was too late to get me another room.Horrible place will never go there again.
Filthy, stinky, infested
Travelocity should remove this hotel from their listings. I only read the review next to the pics which looked nice. Just noticed it was from seven years ago and it might have been nice then. I noticed the smoke smell as I was parking. The clerk was nice. As soon as I walked into my room I almost turned and left. But I'm cheap and already paid. Partially my fault as I am from Utah and every hotel and public building is non smoking by law. Aside from the smell the carpet was filthy and clearly hadn't even been vacuumed in a while and had cigarette burns everywhere including chairs, nightstand, and bathroom floor. Sheets were questionable. The shower had almost no flow. I lay down to watch tv before bed (tv was nice) and hear something making noise in the wall or behind the dresser. Sounded like mice. Then I hear furniture getting drug around for about an hour in another room, fighting, and kids crying. I turned on the fan which was the only other nice thing besides the tv to drown it out. Second night exact same thing. Also trash was piled up under the stairs, people were repairing cars out back, and what I assume were drug deals in the parking lot. And the maids method to get garbage from the third floor to the first is chuck it off the railing. I parked under a light for obvious reasons only to leave early in the morning to find the light didn't work. Calling it the trailer park of motels would be insulting to trailer parks. Please remove this from your offerings.
This place is an out of date extended stay locatio
If you want an old out of date filthy place to stsy then I recommend this place. I had to go buy washcloths because none were provided. The place was billed as non smoking yet there were burn holes in the bed spreead. No maid service and it appeared that the sheets hadn't been changed. I will never stay here again.
You get what you pay for ....
Super cheap rate, Bed was just...ok, stained, but clean bed sheets- no towels, and they had to wash more first, older, but serviceable room for a night. Nothing flashy, but desk staff was good. Nothing glaringly wrong if you need a place to stay for the night.
Never again
I’ll never stay here again
Awful
My brother's first room smelled, they moved him a couple hour's later to another room. My room had roaches all over the place and in bed. Other room had blood and other stuff on mattress and celling. Didn't stay. Was told they would refund our money to card. Other family was leaving at same time as us due to their room being nasty as well.
for the first time it was nice. tdhe sheets and bed spread could needed replaced, but loved having the frig and microwave there
No rooms available after I had payed my reservatio
I paid my reservation and when I showed up they hotel told me they had no more rooms available and I never got a refund!
Worst hotel ever stayed in
Gave us a hassle checking in. Was supposed to have queen bed, had twin. Room booked for two people, had one stained towel. Carpet is nasty. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns all over. Drug deals in parking lot.
Poorly maintained & poor cleanliness
I was given a smokers room and it stunk so bad I asked to be moved. The toilet would not flush and it leaked and could be heard all nite. The door lock jammed, the hot plates did not work. I had to buy a sauce pan and utensils. The clothes dryer did not work. The washing machines eat coins. There was no rubbish bin. People are allowed dogs in their room which bark at night. The wifi did not work. Was breakfast supposed to be included? This is the worst place I have stayed in during my life.
Check in was quick, but the room needed a good vacuuming.
Run down. Needs basic upkeep.
Floor was very dirty and behind the basic furniture hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Toilet not solidly attached to the floor. Shower handle loose and could only approximate where the off position was. Drapes were rotting with sun damage.
It was dirty. Nice little kitchenette. But the rm was dirty
Great if you expect no frills
You get what you pay for, one pillow, one towel for 9 day stay and room not cleaned after last guest checked out. Yes, you can go to desk and get more towels but they were out of pillows till an order comes in (guess people are stealing them). At least my room didn't have bed bugs but the idea to have a small fridge and cooking area to save a few bucks eating out was a bust.
DISGUSTING
This place was disgusting. DISGUSTING! Carpet in the room was filthy, the walls were filthy, bed sheets covered in cigarette burns and caked on vomit. This is an extend stay hotel and by the looks of the other guests my guess is that it is used as a halfway house. The person in the room next to our had the window open blaring obscene music and could clearly smell weed coming from their room. I did not feel safe. Due to the filthy of the room/hotel grounds and sketchiness of other guests we did not stay here and got a room at a safer cleaner hotel.
Be weary of this place
Overall place is ok. Lots of shady looking people walking around. My jacket was stolen out of laundry rm!
Bad choice!
It was bad the room was dirty looking it smelled bad and the worse part was I had to leave because there was roaches and that is straight nasty . I will never go there again !
Ok I've been staying here for a couple months for work for the most part the staff is super friendly always so helpful but their cleanliness some rooms that had her pretty clean and others there still stuff on the floor from the last person that stayed here definitely needs better housekeeping but the criminal element is gone and has not been back since the first two weeks they stayed here it was horrible so definitely this place is cleaned up but seriously the cleanliness and the housekeeping could be 10 times better
You get what you pay for... maybe less...
Pretty good motel
Essentially it's a place to sleep which is fine with me. The cost wasn't too bad, the bed was pretty good. They had a nice tv with a lot of good channels. The shower was real good and was spacious and even had a built in molded seat. Room service is only once a week which is a little strange but wasn't a deterrent. There was a Denny's and a Waffle House just across the access road and a McDonald's and an Arby's plus a Steakhouse not too far away, less than a mile. The I-10 freeway is about 500 yards away. Hey, it's not the Hilton by no means but for a nice quiet, clean place to put your head for a few days, it's more than adequate.
Hotel Slum
Cockroaches, black mold, soiled linens, dirty towels and washcloths, uneirking air conditioner....A REAL SLUM! Don’t stay here, better to sleep in your automobile.
Passing throughh town
I stayed here twice now I found it met everything I need not a tourisit hotel but if you need a reasonable room for a nite or two it is great close to everything you will need
Drugged bed bugs
This place is a drug dealing place, I had someone steal my phone and they almost ran me over with there vehicle. Beds are infested with bed bugs and room was filthy.
Ok. Toilet no work
No replying on service repairs...no call backs for my needs
I made a reservation for 12/29/2017. I didn't even get to check in I arrived at 9:30 p.m according to them. The front desk girl stated that they had over booked and had no occupancy for me and for the rest of the guest who reserved for that day. They withdrew the funds from my bank account. Which I informed the front desk girl. And she reassured me she had already refunded my money. Today 01/3/2018 as I write this review I'am on the phone with Hotels.com. And they contacted the hotel and said I checked in too late there for I will not get my money back. Why wouldn't the employee state that when arrived. It states on this website latest time for check in 1030 p.m. So someone is wrong and I believe it's this hotel.
Poor customer service, No room w/reservation
When I arrived to the hotel with my reservation, the desk clerk told me that they did not have a room for me. I called the day before to confirm my reservation as well as confirm I could check in later in the evening as I would be at the Arizona Bowl game. When I arrived to check in, the lobby smelled badly, the clerk was listening to loud rap music, was rude and looked high. She stated that the "3rd party" tends to "overbook" them and she reportedly had to turn away 8 people that had reservations, but they had no rooms for. Additionally, as I was leaving; another patron of the hotel entered upset because they were locked out of their room and the hotel had already been notified, but had not yet taken care of it. Horrible, horrible service. My card had also already been charged the rate for the night, before I even checked in. I was out the money for that room, plus the money I had to pay for another room. Thankfully, I was able to find another room with much better customer service at a different hotel.
The price is right but they give you such a hassle checking in you'd think it was the Ritz. Rooms not really clean but beds are.
Front desk guy was amazing, but the place is really bad.
Nice place but...
Need more towels and website says they offer dishes but they don't anymore. No soda machine or ice machine on site. But overall a good place nice room and good location.
Disgusting, will NEVER in life stay there or recommend to anyone. Bed bugs, dirty, small, trap house.
Room has cockroaches ,blood stainon bed ,
Difficult to find, service not good, no towels, soap, shampoo, in room, said they bring to room and did not. no papercups for water. Felt uncomfortable
Terrible place
Reeks of cigarette smoke. No shampoo/conditioner, staff said they were out of stock and told me to wash hair with soap. Room was dirty. Bed cheap, hard. I was concerned about getting robbed - seemed to be a place where drug activity occurs. I checked out after 1 day and went to a different hotel
Dirty ...filthy...drug infested....
Cigarret burns and hair on the bed cover,no pillow cases, carpet is nasty as hell.... i left...will not stay there and will never go back there...awful
Great for its niche
Excellent for what it was. A nice economical place to stay.
Was a great stay I stayed here the last time I was here for a work project.
Honest Review
My pre-booked room was terribly dirty and smelly that it was hard to breath there. I had to cancel my reservation immediately since the staff said it was the only room available at my arrival.
room conditions are horrible, even for the price
The toilet seat was broken, the water running to the toilet leaking so that it went off every fifteen minutes in a loud shrill tone. The faucet was broken and sprayed water across the kitchen when used. The board by the sink was broken, barely hanging on. The burner on the stove was not attached and fell inside it. There were no trash cans and the light by the bed would not work. The floor was so dirty that walking across it turned your feet black, and the bed so loud that one shift echoed across the room.
Emergency only
If you are in need of a room with an emergency it’s ok but the rooms were dirty, not enough towels, filthy carpet and very noisy.
Literal drug deals taking place in nextdoor room. I used the key fob to lock my vehicle and the guy immediately opened his door thinking he had another customer. I watched him complete several parking lot transactions while waiting for my dog to pee. The facility is fine. Front desk manager is awesome. But the clientele...not so much.
