We’ve stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. Facilities are well kept and it’s convenient to everywhere you need to go. Spacious units and always clean. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Convenient

Unique property.

This is a very large property with so many units. We went in early February, supposedly the low season. I don’t know how it is during busy season, but during my stay, it was quiet, clean and quite nice. It is conveniently located with many dining options around. I have enjoyed my stay.

Great family getaway!

We had a great family weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. The resort was in a great location, close to the parks, restaurants, shopping etc. We stayed at a Sheraton resort 3 months ago and just wanted guest to be aware their parking policy changed. It used to be free parking but now they charge a fee for parking and this was not listed when we booked.

Beautiful complex

This was a nice roomy hotel. The complex is beautiful and the pools are amazing. Nicely heated to use year round. Felt safe with security all around. I have one complaint- there is a second hotel a few miles away with the same name- Sheraton Vistana so I went to the wrong one when taking an uber and that was a huge fiasco. The signage in the complex could be better -black signs are impossible to see at night. So they need a light shining on them. The complex is literally across the highway from Disney Springs, yet a 12 minute drive unfortunately. Too bad they can’t get a Walking bridge. Overall a very nice place. Very convenient to Disney.

Beautiful Time Share Resort

Unfortunately the weather was horrible so we did not take advantage of this beautiful time share resort. The on site food was very limited, and the mini mart very expensive Zimmies produced a good meal and a friendly owner.

This place blew out minds. We were not expecting a luxury condo with all the comforts of home. The unit was spotless. Beds were super comfortable. Easy self parking. Close to everything. We will be back

Great for a family Disney trip.

The resort was really great for our trip to Disney. Extremely comfortable. Lots of space. Fun activities for our 5yo throughout the resort (for the days we weren’t at a theme park). Felt safe and secure. The only thing I didn’t love was the neighborhood. Even though it was only 10 min from Disney, it felt like we were not in a touristy area. But I’m kinda picky. My husband wasn’t bothered by it at all. And once you enter the resort, you definitely feel secluded! I can’t stress enough how great the actual resort itself was. Especially for the price.

Beautiful newly remodeled suites ... like having a whole apartment. Inexpensive compared to other resorts and without the resort fees.

We enjoyed our visit especially for a winter stay that gave a summer style vacation.

Beds were not comfortable. Only fault.

Time share resort.

Lovely time share property Unit is very pretty but not convenient. Small counter space in bath. Only one bedside table, crazy coffee pot. Big furniture.Dont know how you would pull out sofa bed.Restaurants spread all over so nice in good weather. Beautiful pools. Etc. Zimmies was a very good restaurant but casual.

We had a wonderful family time together. The only issue and it did not make our stay bad, the jetted tub in bedroom was not working, grandkids were abit disappointed. They did enjoying themselves very much.

Disappointed me

Two things disappointed me: 1. The room was not cleaned daily; 2. They charged USD25 for parking. I always stay at this hotel and it has never been like this, nor was I warned about it. I didn't like it.

Beautiful place to stay . Close to all the theme parks and tons of shopping center . Clean rooms and very spacious

Clean and comfortable resort. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the small side and the vanity particularly small. We could have used more refreshing of towels. The kitchen was fine, and we were able to make basic meals.

Second stay love the atmosphere and the property

I would stay here again! It’s beautiful and has everything you need. It’s a very large property so we didn’t get to enjoy all it has to offer, but I loved the room and swimming pool. I didn’t want to leave!

I had nice stay

First of all this is a timeshare property. A very big misleading scam. We were told there was presentation to look at since Marriott and Sheraton combined. They asked is to look over a bunch of different properties and we would receive a $150 gift card. They pressure you into buying a vacation club package which ultimately is a time share. They make you sit through 90 minutes and do not want to take no for an answer. Be more upfront with guests and do not hide whats really going on.

Third year staying here. Was in the spa section. Perfect location. Across from a pool, quiet and such a spacious condo. Will be back for sure! We love it here.

Everything was perfect; the only thing was that I never had body wash, soap, shampoo or conditioner in my apartment, I asked to Housekeeping 3 times and they just told me that I need to ask in front desk... really?

My family and I loved this property so much that we’ve decided it’s the only place we’re going to stay on subsequent trips down to Orlando.

The villa size and amenities were good for our family. Room cleaning service was provided when requested. Villa location was far from any of the resort attractions, and there where little to offer. I was told that I have to pay for parking even though I showed them that my reservation with Expedia state its free. The staff stated that this is Expedia mistake and demanded payment. I argued and refused to pay, only then the manager decided removed the charges.

This time our suite was perfect! Nice, clean, quiet! Perfect! Next time I will book the same place.

Comfortable family getaway

The stay was great, the condo itself was nice. The property was a bit sprawling so it was quite a bit to walk to all the amenities, but the area is nice. Does feel more like an apartment complex than a resort though

Excellent! Loved the room and the hotel!

The property is big and full of amenities and activities. Our 2-bedroom apartment was surprisingly large and well-equipped. The location is very good, being close to the theme parks, supermarkets and the outlet. My family and I had a great time and we would definitely recommend it.

Great amenities and activities both for kids & adults on a well set up property. Peaceful albeit full & did not feel crowded. Good restaurants albeit helpful if the hours were extended. Neighbors were extremely noisy and it put a damper on the stay. Will return for another stay!

Some areas need updating, for example the furniture, some things missing from the kitchen and the towels at the pool could be replaced. Overall though have stayed at this property since 2013 and loved each stay.

Very nice property and well maintained for its age. Safe for families. You have to pay extra for room cleaning and replacement of towels which is not great but the rooms are satisfactory.

Charge for something random 2weeks after our stay

Well, we are owners at the Vistana for over 20 years and I really can’t understand why we cannot get fresh towels without paying a fee. My son was using our timeshare with a wife and two kids and they were never brought any fresh towels and they were expected to use the same ones all week which is ridiculous but if we book through Expedia, we get a room cleanup and fresh towels, so owners get nothing and for some reason, there are attachments for the blow dryer that do not belong to the blow dryer. We did not have a coffee pot but they did bring us one and we didn’t have a guide for the TV. I had another son that was staying in the fountains and the lids for the pots and pans did not have a knob to pick them up. The hot water most of the time there wasn’t any until they ran it for about 15 minutesWe also noticed that the property used to look so much better with all the flowers and it seemed to have been taken care of more than it is now and the little store is so overpriced. It’s not worth shopping there.

Amazing Resort

It was verg beautiful

Yes I had few issues , first I asked to be moved to a hot tub, so I can be closer, they said we couldn’t do that. 2nd - my shower pressure in the second bedroom did not work properly,. According to staff it was resolved , but nothing got done. 3rd- I had to wait in line for 45 min, and then to find out I needed my license, to talk to anyone about getting another key for my room. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay at this villa. It was my first time, so the staff really didn’t go out of their way to make my stay comfortable . I stayed 5 days , last day they did refund me one night . Thank you Kiran M

Amazing room and hotel facilities. Excellent location and hotel staffs so polite.

All the staff are very friendly. The check in and check out is swift and easy. The whole property is well maintained and very clean. My kids love the swimming pools, the game room and everything. The property is huge and beautiful, we love to have a little walk after dinner. It’s close to everything and very convenient. Will definitely be back next time.

Great place for families

Overall a very nice place

The Villa was very nice and met our needs as far as space goes. I was little grossed out by the stain that was on the sheet in the master bedroom. Needless to say, I slept on top of the blanket. I took a photo, but when I told the customer service agent when I called to check out all she said was sorry. Didn't want to see the photo.

The only matters for us, was about the deposit at the time to check out. And the bed sizes.

From beginning to end, check in and check out process was great. The staff was nice, helpful and welcoming. The resort was very accommodating. The resort was nice, pools were heated. Plenty to do on grounds. Close to the parks, outlets, and restaurants. I had a great experience. Would book again. Would recommend.

We loved it. Villas were perfect. Very roomy. Pools were perfectly heated. So many options! 7min drive to Disney. 2nd time we’ve stay and we are ready to come back!
