Very clean, nice property in a great location. Nice floor plan and wonderfully furnished.

The rooms were so nice and the property is huge! Everyone was so friendly I will be staying there again for my next visit to Orlando. Highly recommend for anyone going to Disney it is the shortest Uber to any park

Loved it!

The only 2 complaints I have is first, the shower heads in both bathrooms was awful!!! And I think there should be a ceiling fan in both bedrooms

We loved our accommodations! It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. The staff members were very friendly. Parking was very convenient. Would definitely come back if we were ever in Orlando again.

I booked AND paid for my room with Expedia using part cash part key cash. The hotel has charged me again insisting that Expedia doesn’t take payment for their hotel. They told me to contact Expedia. Expedia told me to contact hotel. Ridiculous!!

Beautifully maintained grounds. We loved the pools! Our room was clean and quiet. We will be back. It was a wonderful family vacation.

We needed 1st floor access for our daughter due to a debilitating injury and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up in a better unit (2 doubles vs 2 twins in 2nd bedroom) and a much nicer location. The king size primary bed was nice. Living Dining furniture was dated but okay for our needs.

Top tier place. Great size for the price. More like a condo than a hotel room. It’s clean and safe.

Nice resort

Very nice, clean resort. Lots of activities available.

Really enjoyed the mini kitchen and washer/dryer but service was mid. There are levels and prices to cleaning which was a first for me since I’ve traveled and stayed at different places and have never heard of this before. Cleaning service was every couple of days but every time we would find small black pebbles in our sheets… not bugs thank goodness but still weird. Wondering if because we didn’t book/pay for “full cleaning”. Garbage in kitchen was not collected on the first cleaning day which was disappointing. We didn’t have bed sheets for the pull out sofa, so had to request and wait a couple of hours to receive them. We asked to change towels and were told it would be an extra fee if we didn’t wait until cleaning day. Other than that everything else was fine and gate attendants were spectacular always greeting, helpful and friendly.

Amazing stay at Sheraton Villas

Loved everything about this resort. Our villa was amazing, especially loved the big corner bathtub. The location is really good too, right next to the Vineland premium outlets and close to Disney. We're definitely coming back. They do need to update their TV's to smart TV's, that would be my only recommendation for a more enjoyable stay.

This was a great area to stay as it was close to everything. Shopping and food were handy and it was easy to get to the parks. Also the condo was very nice inside modern and clean.

I really like how close to Disney and many restaurants this property is with easy parking. I got the 1 bedroom and we had plenty of room and the screened in back patio was a great bonus. They have a bunch of pools and small park area but we only got to see 2 as it is a big property and spreed out. What I didn't love was the building we were in abutted the street (building 7 ) and it was very loud and noisy. You don't get daily house keeping and have to pay if you want it but you get a washer and drying. For me with a small kid the washer and drying is worth more to me then the housekeeping. Over all it was a good hotel and I will stay again. I wish they would clean a little better but it was still good.

Great property, and we will definitely come back! The property is huge, and I feel like we only experienced a small amount of what was available. The Cascades pool was amazing, and the kids loved it! Overall, it was a very relaxing stay!

We loved this resort! Everyone was so friendly, the villas were perfect for our week-long stay, and there was plenty to do (and lots of pools!) around the resort. Plus the grounds/landscaping were beautiful. Would absolutely stay again.

Vi havde lejet en familievilla/lejlighed i det område, som de kalder Falls. Den var meget rummelig med stue, 2 store værelser, 2 badeværelser og et godt køkken i forbindelse med stuen. Der var også en stor rummelig altan. Alting fungerede rigtigt godt i lejligheden. Der er nogle dejlige fællesarealer og flere gode pools. Alt i alt en meget fin oplevelse. Eneste der trak en smule ned er at restauranterne på resortet er en smule "slidte", men det skyldes måske mere, at dem vi besøgte lå i forbindelse med poolområderne og derfor primært betjener de folk, der kommer direkte fra pool til bordet. Vi spiste der en gang, og maden var OK, men heller ikke bedre.

This was a great stay, amenities are awesome, best rooms I've ever seen. The shuttle is very important and useful because the property is so large. I'd love to come back again. Only awkward part was the sales presentation. I think they only have one sales approach which must work on some people, but definitely not me. Actually, if they weren't as pushy and high-pressure about it, I might have actually considered the offer if there was more time to think it over. Not a dig at the sales person who gave the presentation, but more about me not being the ideal customer profile. Definitely something to consider if you opt in for the presentation.

Amazing, report-style, hotel. Spacious rooms, clean, and the location is wonderful as well. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended!

The property is more of a condominium atmosphere rather than a hotel.

Loved the ability to walk for exercise

We’ve stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience. Facilities are well kept and it’s convenient to everywhere you need to go. Spacious units and always clean. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Convenient

Unique property.

This is a very large property with so many units. We went in early February, supposedly the low season. I don’t know how it is during busy season, but during my stay, it was quiet, clean and quite nice. It is conveniently located with many dining options around. I have enjoyed my stay.

Great family getaway!

We had a great family weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday. The resort was in a great location, close to the parks, restaurants, shopping etc. We stayed at a Sheraton resort 3 months ago and just wanted guest to be aware their parking policy changed. It used to be free parking but now they charge a fee for parking and this was not listed when we booked.

Beautiful complex

This was a nice roomy hotel. The complex is beautiful and the pools are amazing. Nicely heated to use year round. Felt safe with security all around. I have one complaint- there is a second hotel a few miles away with the same name- Sheraton Vistana so I went to the wrong one when taking an uber and that was a huge fiasco. The signage in the complex could be better -black signs are impossible to see at night. So they need a light shining on them. The complex is literally across the highway from Disney Springs, yet a 12 minute drive unfortunately. Too bad they can’t get a Walking bridge. Overall a very nice place. Very convenient to Disney.

Beautiful Time Share Resort

Unfortunately the weather was horrible so we did not take advantage of this beautiful time share resort. The on site food was very limited, and the mini mart very expensive Zimmies produced a good meal and a friendly owner.

The resort was really great for our trip to Disney. Extremely comfortable. Lots of space. Fun activities for our 5yo throughout the resort (for the days we weren’t at a theme park). Felt safe and secure. The only thing I didn’t love was the neighborhood. Even though it was only 10 min from Disney, it felt like we were not in a touristy area. But I’m kinda picky. My husband wasn’t bothered by it at all. And once you enter the resort, you definitely feel secluded! I can’t stress enough how great the actual resort itself was. Especially for the price.

Beautiful newly remodeled suites ... like having a whole apartment. Inexpensive compared to other resorts and without the resort fees.

We enjoyed our visit especially for a winter stay that gave a summer style vacation.

Beds were not comfortable. Only fault.

Time share resort.

Lovely time share property Unit is very pretty but not convenient. Small counter space in bath. Only one bedside table, crazy coffee pot. Big furniture.Dont know how you would pull out sofa bed.Restaurants spread all over so nice in good weather. Beautiful pools. Etc. Zimmies was a very good restaurant but casual.

We had a wonderful family time together. The only issue and it did not make our stay bad, the jetted tub in bedroom was not working, grandkids were abit disappointed. They did enjoying themselves very much.

Disappointed me

Two things disappointed me: 1. The room was not cleaned daily; 2. They charged USD25 for parking. I always stay at this hotel and it has never been like this, nor was I warned about it. I didn't like it.

Beautiful place to stay . Close to all the theme parks and tons of shopping center . Clean rooms and very spacious

Clean and comfortable resort. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the small side and the vanity particularly small. We could have used more refreshing of towels. The kitchen was fine, and we were able to make basic meals.

Second stay love the atmosphere and the property

I would stay here again! It’s beautiful and has everything you need. It’s a very large property so we didn’t get to enjoy all it has to offer, but I loved the room and swimming pool. I didn’t want to leave!

I had nice stay

First of all this is a timeshare property. A very big misleading scam. We were told there was presentation to look at since Marriott and Sheraton combined. They asked is to look over a bunch of different properties and we would receive a $150 gift card. They pressure you into buying a vacation club package which ultimately is a time share. They make you sit through 90 minutes and do not want to take no for an answer. Be more upfront with guests and do not hide whats really going on.

Third year staying here. Was in the spa section. Perfect location. Across from a pool, quiet and such a spacious condo. Will be back for sure! We love it here.

Everything was perfect; the only thing was that I never had body wash, soap, shampoo or conditioner in my apartment, I asked to Housekeeping 3 times and they just told me that I need to ask in front desk... really?

My family and I loved this property so much that we’ve decided it’s the only place we’re going to stay on subsequent trips down to Orlando.

The villa size and amenities were good for our family. Room cleaning service was provided when requested. Villa location was far from any of the resort attractions, and there where little to offer. I was told that I have to pay for parking even though I showed them that my reservation with Expedia state its free. The staff stated that this is Expedia mistake and demanded payment. I argued and refused to pay, only then the manager decided removed the charges.
