Room smells bad Phone wasn’t working So much noise if someone taking outside feels like they are inside your room wasn’t able to sleep all night

The Hotel has a cozy little hot tub and pool on the Second Floor. And a nice size gym to exercise in right next door.

The restaurant was really good and it gave me a rich feeling.

Clean, very spacious, and comfortable rooms. The check in process was a breeze and the hotel was quiet. Our room had views of the mountain. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

the property and rooms were amazing. loved the lounge for club members. was a tad sad that the requested towel swan wasnt set up on the bed as it was for a special occasion but other than that, great hotel.

Low customer service

Our room was ice cold - temperature didn’t work. Took hours to get a hold of someone at the hotel and then they needed to assess and fix. They offered zero remorse at check out and almost fluffed it off.

The hotel was very nice. It’s centrally located to great shopping and the parking garage felt safe and secure. We had facials in the spa and they were fabulous!

It was clean. Following items that are supposed to be fastened to the walls were either wowbbly, loose, falling off or had fallen off . . . Shower Control, Hand shower rod, towel bar and both bed headboard light fixtures.

It was easy access with our dog. Parking convenient, but have to pay for parking. Otherwise great stay.

Super friendly accommodating staff. Clean room with pillowy soft bed. My only complaint would be we were in a room overlooking the pool and it was loud when kids were enjoying it, not something that bothered us but might bother others, so be sure to request rooms away from pool if this sounds like you.

They do not have helpers / bell boys to help for loading and unloading. When you travel 35 hours and come to a hotel, the least you expect is to get help load and unload the luggage which we had to do ourselves. Room slippers weren't available, breakfast options were minimal. But the property was surely clean, the room was clean, bed was really comfortable to sleep on, bathroom was clean as well

The staff were great and the parking was easily accessible. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel and property are great, friendly staff, onsite restaurant and outdoor heated pool make it that much better. Plenty of storea, restaurants, etc within walking distance.

The VIP amenities were great and the location to the office I came to town for. The mountain view was fantastic as well. Second time staying at this location. Will definitely be back.

Loved the property, large modern rooms, clean and the most comfortable beds. I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed and none of the front desk staff were aware of this. I was really looking forward to enjoying it

It’s quite and safe

We were three adult guests staying in your hotel for one night. The hotel itself is pleasant and well maintained. However, we had a king size bed and pull-out couch in our room which were very uncomfortable. The king size bed badly needs replacing and offered no support at all. The pull out couch was in terrible condition. Every spring in the pull out stuck out and the bed squeaked so badly with the slightest movement. With uncomfortable and noisy beds it made it impossible for anyone in the room to get any sleep. One of our guests travels frequently for work and would not recommend your hotel to anyone.
