Good location and walking distance to almost everything you need fir a relaxing stay. They have recently renovated the building which gives it nicer look, since I was a repeat guest, they put me in a prime room which was facing the river however, rooms are pretty small and there is not even a chair to sit on in your room. I guess convenience wins over other things in this case. Staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed.

Well situated next to the river which is lined with cafes and restaurants and a couple of streets away from the main streets for shopping/nightlife. Short tram or taxi ride to the old town. Trade-off of is A bit of street noise. Car parking is in a small underground garage nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Great location and nice hotel.

Amazing location next to the river and all restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery store and boat ride. Breakfast is simple but they didn't have cornflakes. Parking is in another building and not to access the hotel with a car. Small and nice kids play area at the restaurant.

Checking was very quick and easy. The hotel was very clean, spacious room size, good wifi connection. The location was perfect, near by was lot's of cafe and restaurant. Lovely canel walk. Definitely will return to this hotel if we come to Eskiseher!

We’ve been using Sennacity for more than 6 years. Excellent friendly service, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable quiet rooms. When windows are closed, you don’t hear the street musicians or anything from the great location in center of town. There’s offsite parking which is a huge convenience. It’s our go to place in Eskisehir!

Delightful overall. Lovely Turkish breakfast too. Sadly, the Wi Fi was a problem as I had to register each time I left the room, and it was weak and cut out at times. Great location next to the river and restaurants all round the hotel.

I left my ac converter plug in the room and the maid ran out to us in the street. I was so GRATEFUL.

Good location, good hotel

Hotel is located in a nice area, walking distance to Espark (mall) and restaurants. Rooms are very small tho, it was more expensive than what I paid for Radison Blu in Kayseri, but overall a nice hotel and a gorgeous view to the river

Location and the hotel are both perfect!

Great location, surrounded by cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, and street performers, all are located along the beautiful canal. Only 90 minutes by train from Ankara or three from Istanbul, and a short walk to the hotel from the station.

Great location, hotel room and breakfast.

Great location overlooking the canal. Clean room and a fresh Turkish breakfast. The television had an English news channel too. Staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. Value for money. Highly recommended. I will continue to stay here when I visit Eskisehir in the future. Great city too, only 90 minutes by train from Ankara and three hours by train from Istanbul.

Good value in the city center

The hotel is in the heart of the city, near to many restaurants, pubs, and coffeeshops as well as two shopping centers. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the river. It was equipped with a boiler and fridge, and complimentary drinks. The open buffet breakfast is decent. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location ... Bad Service

It was a great trip and such a lovely city .. the hotel was great and the best was its location as it was in the heart of the city centre... the only comment I have is the service .. started with the worst welcome from the Receptionist who definitely needed a good training in Public Relations ... she was very rude to us ... a simple question was answered by an attitude and what made it worse was her voice tone ... I wish I was able to get her name I would have published it .. breakfast was basic but not bad ... my room was fantastic except for the Aircon which I had to call the reciption to turn it on ...

The hotel and rooms were very clean and up-to-par. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. However, the ventilating system (AC) needs updating.

It has a great location and nice lake view but it noisy at night with loud music nearby until around 12 am

Replacement hotel became home base

Stayed with family on the 5th floor for 5 nights in August 2018. The hotel was recommended by family and everything about it was great! We used to originally stay in Gurgenci Suites for the past 6-7 years every time we came to visit family. But since they’re under renovation, we had to choose Sennacity due to the recommendation. The location is perfect right in the heart of all shops and restaurants it’s couole of blocks away from Kanatlı AVM, the bars street, Porsuk views and above Rumeli Çikolatacısı..! So location is perfect. Some noise on weekend when street performers draw crowds but nothing a double glass window won’t remedy. Rooms are clean, cozy, modern decoration, with all amenities we expect. Cleaning ladies are out everyday trying to clean and answer your every request. Beds were comfortable with crisp clean linen and summer quilts. Breakfast was rich with everything you’d come to expect from 4-5 star hotels. And receptionists, especially Melih was friendly, very helpful and professional. He answered every query to our complete satisfaction. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly and have actually booked some days for end of August!..

Great location with car parking very close (15tl per day), near the river and near many coffee places, restaurants, bars & supermarket and also very close to the shopping area. The rooms are not huge or actually rather small but Ok for city center and short stays I guess (we only stayed 1 night). The walls are not soundproofed at all and breakfast was not great.

Would recommend

The staff made sure everything was okay. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, air conditioning was excellent. Location is top notch, right in front of the Porsuk in Old Town, 5 minute walk to the tram or anywhere central. The breakfast was nice, as well. Only slight issue was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. It did not bother me much as we were in the corner room, but it could get on your nerves sometimes.

Great location

After being vehemently told by the front desk, that we couldn't alter or cancel our pre-reservation, the heated standoff was cooled by the Manageress Zubeyde & all was almost forgiven. The last available twin single bedroom(we wanted a double) was a small/fair size & fairly clean looking, due to the use of laminated timber & shiney tile flooring throughout the hotel. The typical Turk final room detailing, of cardboard to replace lost chrome pieces & loose toilet seats was evident but picky, as overall fair room quality for the price & location. The included breakfast was also typical Turk, but on the good side. Full range of olives, cheeses, breads, jams, fruits, nuts, cereals, made to order eggs, börek & of course tea, with a fair view outside (construction pending). Deluxe rooms seem larger, airy with river front views, which coincides with riverfront cafe/restaurant/traffic noise. But again a positive negative for the location. A Pleasant stay & Recommended.

Fantastic location. VERY central. Rooms a bit small, everything catered for, just a bit squashed/cramped. For once though, decent lighting in the bathroom!!

Good interior design.

Good Turkish breakfast. Clean and nicely decorated room. Slow Internet connection was as of noisy modem age. Non smoking room does not always mean free of cigarette smell. Room 601 was noisy of elevator motor operation. Non smoker looking for quiet room needed a little caution. Nice interior work on not quite high quality construction work. Hotel service was friendly and excellent as it always goes with Turkish way. I can not stop loving Turkish people.

If you need a calm night sleep, then this is not hotel where you will have a calm sleep because the walls and the windows are not sound proof and you can even hear people talking outside on the street. It is located on a very busy street with many pubs and restaurants. It is a good place if you do not care about a calm sleep at night.

Your home in Eshisehir

The hotel is located in a nice area of the City, right next to the Porsuk stream, with several cafes and restraunts around. The service at the reception was very fast and friendly, the room was excellent, from decoration to cleanliness. The breakfast was simply perfect with such a rich selection of foods and drinks and overall it was really good value for money. I was in Eskisehir for a business trip but if I need to go back, I now know where to book myself.

Very nice

We went from Polatli to Eskisiher during Ramazan Bayram and were looking to book a hotel for 1 night only. We arrived at the Sennacity Hotel and was greeted by lovely Zubeyde at reception who was very kind and very helpfull and friendly. We really felt at home straight away and could not have asked for better. I can definately recommend this hotel for the proximity to the river and all the bars and coffee shops right on the doorstep as well as being so close to the main train station. Only 10 minutes walk. As we are working in Polatli we will be visiting Eskisiher every 2nd weekend and this hotel will be the one where we will always be staying from now on. 10/10!

Nice hotel in a noisy area

Senna City hotel is excellent.Hotel staff was so nice, room was so clean, price that we got from Expedia was excellent( better than walk ins) But it`s right at corner of a cafe-bar which we had lunch there, great food:) but the noise was unbearable night time we couldn`t sleep at all.

Otelin tek eksiği temizlikti bana göre. Banyo aynasındaki leke iki gün boyunca kaldı. Demek ki temizlenmiyor. İç aynanın önü toz içindeydi ve önceki misafirin tokası duruyordu. Demek ki burası da silinmemiş. İlk gün odama konulan havluların bazı yerleri erimeye başlamıştı. Lime lime olmak üzereydi. Bunları kullanmamalısınız artık. Bunun dışında rahat ve konforlu bir konaklama oldu. Konum itibariyle tercih etmiştim. Porsuk kenarında manzarası güzel ve her yere yakındı. Resepsiyondaki personel güler yüzlü ve nazikti. Teşekkür ederim

Otelde tadilat vardı. Ustası,boyası,sıvacısı .. sabah 10:30 dan 17:00 a kadar hilti sesi beynimizi deldi. Matkap demiyorum bakın hilti ile adamlar baya girişmişlerdi . Ufak bi tadilatımız var kusurabakmayın denildi. “ Ufak”.. İş ve sağlık seyahatlerim nedeniyle sık sık gelmek zorunda kalacağım Eskişehir de bu oteli birdaha tercih etmem.Toplamda 3 gün kaldım,geriödemesiz aldığım için pişman oldum . Personel ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü ancak temizlik personeli arkadaşlar kendi aralarında koridorlarda yüksek ses muhabbete dalıyolar … berbatt

Otel temizliği ve çalışanların yaklaşımı gayet iyiydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Konumu çok güzel bir yerde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Bu kaliteye bu fiyat gayet normal.

Otel personeli oldukça ilgiliydi. Oda gayet temiz ve kahvaltı da yeterliydi. Çeşit ve ürün tazeliği açısından idealdi. Tek sorun kaldığımız odanın beklediğimizden biraz daha küçük olmasıydı. Ayrıca odayı gördükten sonra söyleyebilirim ki nehir manzaralı oda için fiyat biraz yüksek geldi. Bilemiyorum belki de bize verilen oda birinci katta olduğundan. Bir de odaya ütü istediğimizde böyle bir servislerinin olmadığını, ücret karşılığında kıyafetlerin hk tarafından ütülendiğini söylediler. Açıkçası bu da biraz garip gelmedi değil. Daha öncesinde kaldığım bütün otellerde bu servis vardı çünkü. Kaldı ki 2 gecelik bir konaklamada en fazla iki tişört iki de pantolon ütülersiniz, başka bir şey değil. Onun dışında her şey gayet iyiydi. Kaldığımız odanın manzara çatısı altındaki fotoğrafını ek bölüme bırakıyorum. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Odalar gayet konforlu, temiz ve konum olarak oldukça iyi

Kötü bir deneyim

Şehirlerarası seyahatimizde yorulduğumuz için dinlenmek maksadıyla 1 gece Eskişehirde konaklamak istedik ve burayı tercih ettik. Maalesef pişman olduk. Geldiğimizde nevresimlerde lekeler olduğunu gördük ve değiştirilmesini istedik. Aradan 5 dakika sonra camı açtığımızda rüzgar yatağın altındaki tozların hepsini ortaya sürdü. Wifi hiç bir şekilde çalışmadı. King suite olan belirtilen odada minibarda 2 adet 0.5 lt su mevcut başka birşey yok. Terlik ve bornoz mevcut değil. Duşun içinde lavabolarda bulunan basmalı sabunluklar var şampuan yok. Manzarası dışında hiç bir esprisi yok onun için de bu rakam ödenir mi tartışılır. Otelin otoparkı yok 50 60 m ilerde ortak bir otopark ile anlaşılmış ücretsiz olarak.Arabayı oraya bırakıp bavulları taşımanız isteniyor, çıkarken arabayı otelin önüne getirip bavulları aracıma yükledim. Çıkarken sokak başındaki kukaların kilidini açmalarını istedim anahtarı size veriyim siz açın buraya girmek yasak gibi bir cevapla karşılaştım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

İyi bir yer.

Konum ve çalışanların yaklaşımı iyiydi. Temizlik olarak da aykırı bir durum görmedim. Tek eleştirim tek kullanımlık terlik ve diş macunun olmamasıydı. Çevre kirliliğine yol açmamak için böyle bir politika izliyorlarmış. Bu durumu rezervasyon yapan herkese önceden bildirmiş olsalardı kimse sorun yaşamazdı. Bir daha tercih edebilirim.

Herşey çok güzeldi. Oda tertemiz ve konforlu, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çok yardımcıydı. Tek problem oteldeki inanılmaz gürültü, sürekli kapılarını açıp aşırı derecede bağıran, hiçbir şekilde susmayan çok çocuklu misafirler yüzünden rahat edemedim ve biraz pişman oldum.

Konumu çok güzeldi,tam şehir merkezindeydi. Balkondan porsuk çayını görebiliyorduk

3 gunluk bir gezi idi. Konum olarak, gezilecek yerlere ulasim acisindan iyi. Oda'larin biraz bakima ihtiyaci var. Oda'yi satin alirken, 3 kisilik oda secenegi vardi, buyuk olur dusuncesiyle onu aldik, Otele gittigimiz de 2 kisilik kucuk oda verildi. Klozet kapaginin vidalari cikmis. Balkon kapisi, zor aciliyor. Tek kullanimlik terlik, sampuan vs istedik. Resepsiyon daki arkadas, yonlendirecegini soyledigi halde, maalesef kaldigimiz 3 gun suresince bu kadar basit istegi yerine getiremediler. Ayrica, gece sokagin gurultusunden uyumak biraz zor.

Eskişehir ama istanbul'dan daha güzel şehir...

Konumu süper...odalar cok temiz...heryere yakın...güvenilir bir yer ve otel...güler yüzlü bir resepsiyon...

Güzel tatil

Porsuk çayının dibinde turistik noktaların birçoğuna yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir hotel otoparkı denilen yerin giriş çıkışı çok dik şahsen aracı çok fazla hareket ettirmeye ihtiyaç duymadık. Geceleri eğlence mekanlarına yakınlığı nedeniyle elbette gürültülü ancak bu bizi hiç etkilemedi gayet zevkliydi yine gitsem yine aynı yerde kalırdım

Ortalama Bir Otel

Otelin konumu harika, nehir kenarında ve çevresinde bir sürü mekan bulunuyor. Çalışanlar çok saygılı, kibar ve güler yüzlü. Yalnız odalar çok küçük ve ses yalıtımı iyi değil. Dışarıdan direk içerisi duyulabiliyor. Otele yerleşirken odayı derli toplu bulduk ama çok temiz değildi. Otopark otel dışında 100metre uzakta bir binanın alt katında bulunuyor. Anahtarı bırakmak gerekiyor ve aracı çıkarırken lastikler baya patinaj attı zemin kötü olduğu için. Kalvaltı dahil değildi o konuda değerlendirme yapamıyorum.

Sicak su sorunu

İki gece kaldik ne sabah ne aksam dogru durust sicak su akmadigi icin bayi yapandik. Donarak dus aldik. Acaba aksam yogun kullanim mi var dedik sabah denedik yine su birturlu isinmadi.

Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Gondol iskelesi hemen önünde, nehir ve tüm kafeteryalar hemen dibinde. Otopark sorunu aşırı olan bu bölge için bir de otopark olması ciddi tercih nedeni. Kaldığımız oda çok küçük olmasına rağmen konforluydu

Merkezi, temiz ve güzel bir otel. Konumu olarak özellikle tavsiye ederim. Her yere çok yakın ve personel güler yüzlüydü.

Otelin yeri, personeller çok iyiydi. Bir daha Eskişehir’e gelirsem yine burada kalırım.

Otelin konumu, odaların temizliği, çalışanların kalitesi ve güler yüzü ile otelin sadeliği insanı kente ve otele ait hissettiriyor. Sonraki Eskişehir seyahatimde yine aynı odada olmanın hayali ile her şey için teşekkürler.

استمتعت بالاقامة فيها، في غرفة عائلية نضيفة و مرتبة و الموقع اكثر من رائع، و لكن الغرفة الثلاثية ضيقة بعض الشيء لانها في العلية.

Otel Guzel Temizlik Orta

Otel goruntusu ve oda kalitesi olarak gayet yeterli ve iyi ayni zamanda cok merkeziydi.Fakat tuvalet temizligi kotuydu genel olarak sac kil odada vardi ve iyi temizlenmemisti.Otel calisanlari yardimci oldu ve tekrar temizlediler fakat yine de odalarin temizlik kontrolu daha iyi yapilmali.

Die Unterkunft an sich war okay, das Personal aber extrem unfreundlich, sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Im Zimmer gab es wenige kleinere Mängel.

Fazla Gürültülü ve yetersiz Kahvaltı

Odalar arasında ve pencerede ses yalıtımı bulunmuyor. Başka odada çalan alarmlar sanki başınızın ucunda gibi geliyor. Ayrıca sokaktaki tüm gürültü oda içine giriyor. Bundan dolayı uyumak zor, ayrıca odadaki çarşafta yırtık vardı ve kahvaltı tabağı vasattı

Keyifli bir hafta sonu

Şehir merkezinin göbeğinde, çalışanların ilgili ve güler yüzlü olduğu, temiz, düzgün, keyifli bir otel. Tekrar gelsek yine tercih ederiz

Otelin lokasyonu harika
