Ok for a quick stay

Old and dated nothing like in the photos. The lady said I got an upgrade. Don’t wanna know what the lower version of the room looks like. Construction works staring at 6am next door . Overall clean but ans in the room

I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I perhaps leave a negative review every year or two, but Sen Boutique Hotel was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. This is mostly down to the cleaner. This is the dirtiest property I have ever stayed in. Immediately upon arrival, there were ants on the counter and dishes quickly washed but not put away. The lamps hadn't been dusted in years; the blinds are disgusting; the top of the fridge hadn't been cleaned in probably years. I quite literally went to bed and there were ants in the bed. I woke up and would have to brush them off me. When, on the second day, I mentioned it to the cleaner, she had the audacity to say I should shower more. The place was disgustingly dirty. The room was dark with some of the lights not working. The furniture is extremely old. Both the bar and cafe are closed, though this is not mentioned on their website. The owner did kindly bring me a frying pan when I mentioned the lack of pans, but what truly lets this place down is an extremely lazy cleaner who is not cleaning the rooms properly. The room was disgusting. The worst experience I have had staying in a hotel in years.

I had apartment style room with cooking facilities. Was great. Handy location too

Apartment needs some maintenance, but in sum everything was working ok, even the en-suite jacuzzi and sauna. What they do let of is an extra bathroom/toilet as the entire unit only has one bathroom that is together with the WC.

One english speaking guy was very nice and helpful, he showed us the beauty of mixing passion fruit with yogurt! Receptionists could’ve been more helpful. We arrived around 9 AM and had to walk around till 2 pm to check in- an experience that never happened in other (empty due to coronavirus) hotels!

Small cozy hotel with personal touch. Very friendly boss with good recommendation of local restaurant. Breakfast in hotel is simple but is more than enough..hot main dish served during b'fast was excellent esp the omelette. Friendly waiter, sitting at the foyer for coffee or beer is just simply relaxing. Away from main road..quiet but convenient with many cafes, restaurant and mini-mart nearby and also walking distance to the beach.

I love Sen Boutique Hotel

Excellant location, close to everything. Hotel is relativly new so all is in great working order. Owner and staff are very hospitable. Breakfast is tops. This is my 3rd trip to Vietnam totalling 1-year of travel. I rate this hotel as one of the best.

Wonderful stay

It was amazing stay. Location is convenient, nearby the beach. The facility in washroom is quite old, but acceptable as the price is fair. Nice staff with smiling face, they are very helpful, great and kind, especially the male staff in front desk Duc Quy, his profession help us to solve many problems , provide excellent service and give us a extremely wonderful memory.

Was quite noisy at night. There was some rowdy partying going on, maybe from the neighbours.

Overall is satisfactory except feet will be soaked with water after bath due to the draining of water is very slow after shower

Welcoming staff and quick check-in. We had the king suite which was large, very cool and an amazingly comfortable bed. There was a kitchen with an induction hob and a kettle. Unfortunately no cups or teaspoons though! There was a fairly good selection of breakfasts to suit most palates. Plenty of places to eat in the near vicinity but we failed to find any nice ones. There is a huge amount of construction going on in the street so although our room was fairly quiet I would imagine rooms at the front will be very, very noisy. The Vietnamese start work at 6.30 - 7.am!

Staff were very helpful in assisting us with our future travels.

The property was conviently located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

The price is reasonable and the location is very convinient.

Short stay.

It was goodnite except on the last night the airconditional leaked water when we were about to sleep. The staff came to inspect and moved us to a room on the same floor but the aircon started to leak in that room at 6am! I had to turn it off and slept without the aircon.

The picture of the room with the hotel name was not anywhere that I could see. Maybe it was at the spa location??

The location is great. It is walking distance to many good local joints, the beach, the market and the like. The staff was friendly even though their English was not fluent. I downgraded my rating only because the man working at the desk directed us to the bank which was about 10 minutes away and we arrived there after the bank was already closed. The staff should familiarize themselves with the local bank hours. The exchange rate was 10k VND at the front desk less than the rate we could get elsewhere. The amenities were good except there was not enough hot water during my shower after check-in then again in the morning when my husband showered. The bed was large and comfortable. Four pillows instead of two would have been desirable. Breakfast was more than adequate and satisfying. We ordered one American breakfast and one omelette. I downgraded on cleanliness because we noticed many tiny bugs in the breakfast/restaurant area (not near the food).

Reasonable price, new facility and quiet place

Very good stay. I stayed 2 nights. Near the beach and a lot of local restaurants and a few convenience stores are within 5 mins walking. Hotel is quite new and well managed. Breakfast was not bad.

Nice Hotel just 5 minutes to Danang's beautiful beach. Facilities are very good and rooms are comfortable too.

Home Away from Home in Da Nang, Vietnam

This was my second stay at the SEN Boutique Hotel in Da Nang, Vietnam this year. This time I had other relatives also staying at the SEN, and all the staff were excellent and attentive to all of our needs. They allowed us to use the breakfast area to celebrate a birthday and to eat takeaway several times. The accommodations were excellent and the included breakfast was awesome. Having pho for breakfast every day was a dream come true. The hotel is less than five minutes walk to the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend the SEN Boutique Hotel to anyone and everyone visiting Da Nang. You won't be disappointed.

Great location, about a block from the beach but on a quiet, safe side street. Staff over and above in helping with anything, including calling previous hotel to get items forgotten sent to next stop on trip. Nice clean room, well kept facilities. Would recommend to everyone if looking for a good value for your stay in Da Nang!

2 Nights Solo

Friendly reception, spoke English well. About 15 minutes to the airport and less than 5 minutes walking to the beach. Hotel has a very reasonably priced laundry service as well. Very nice location and for the price I haven't had a better hotel with rooms this large and clean.

I would recommend it.

The hotel was very good. The staff were excellent. They really try to ensure that you enjoy your stay; the receptionist was especially nice. T he room was nice. My only complaint was that the view was of a brick was only a few meters away. On the plus side it was on a fairly quiet street. Overall very good hotel. I would recommend it!

Highly Recommend!

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location is great! Away from all the noise of the main road, yet walking distance to great places to eat and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Amazing for price. Not much more than bed & bathroom but located in Great area in Danang.

Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staffs

Very Small room but Very friendly staffs. The breakfast area got many tiny flyers around. And I got sick after the breakfast. But it’s good overall.

Great place to stay in DaNang!

I stayed in a deluxe room for a week and my stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast was so delicious. Pho and My Quang for breakfast - can't beat that.

Very nice hotel

My stay was very comfortable, the room was big enough for 2 people and quite. The staff were really outstanding, they were very nice, always smile and very helpful. The breakfast was simple but tasty. You should check out their smoothie, it was one of the best I've tried. There's only one thing that they could improve, the room was quite dark with small yellow lights. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Great stay. Small but nice, convenient. Staff very helpful. Great restaurant 2 doors along .. Hotel is close to the beautiful beach. The street market. Walk into the back street to see more.

Good Hotel

Good location close to My Khe beach, 5-10 minute walk for a swim. Plenty of good eating within a 10 minute walk. Hotel is modern and in good condition.

나 홀로 여행 가성비 짱

작은 호텔이라서 불편한 점도 있지만 편안하고 누구의 방해도 받지 않고 좋았다. 무엇보다도 가격적으로 가성비가 좋고, 하국 식당들이 걸어서 5분거리에 모든것을 해결해 주니 너무 좋았다. 해변도 걸어서 2분 거리라 좋았다. 조식을 먹지 않았는데, 근처에 대형 빵집과 좋은 커피숖이 있다. 아침 6시에 오픈하는 빵집이라 5천원이면 파이와 커피한잔... 분위기가 좋다

좋은 위치에 숙소

미케 비치랑도 정말가깝고 택시를 불러서 이동을 하기에도 최적에 위치에 있지만 룸컨디션은 별로입니다. 눅눅한 침구류와 지저분한 바닥과 베란다에는 담배꽁초도 있어여, 바선생들과 같이 방을 나눠쓰시길 원하지 않는다면 조금더 지불하고 다른 숙소로 예약하는것을 추천합니다. 하지만 직원들은 정말 친절하고, 우리를 도와주기 위해서 최선을 다하는것을 느낄수 있었습니다.

宿泊予約だと朝食付きと書いてあるのに付いていない。クリーニングは二重に請求する。部屋も蟻だらけでした。

방은 두개이지만 화장실은 하나 입니다 예약이 없을시에는 직원들의 기숙사로 이용한다는 느낌을 받았습니다 사진은 훌륭하지만 실제로는 그닥입니다

房間 客廳 浴缸都很大又舒適、淋浴間倒是小了點、整體來說很不錯、服務人員服務很好

저렴한 가격에 다낭 공항의 숙소를 찾는다면 이곳이 괜찮은 선택이 될 듯.

다낭공항에서 약 15분 정도의 거리에 위치하고 있는 이호텔은 가격대비 넓은 방과, 샤워실, 주방시스템, 그리고 가정용 냉장고까지 (LG제품) 으로 갖춰줘 있어 만족도가 꽤 높았던 곳이다. 우리는 공항으로 이동전 잠시 쉬어가는 곳으로 이용을 하였으지만, 다낭시내에 머문다면 이곳에서 하루이틀 정도 머무르며, 약 도보 5분 거리의 해변을 찾아가거나 시내 식당들을 둘러 보기에 괜찮은 곳이 될 것 같다. 호텔 주변으로 다양한 식당이 있음은 물론, 근거리에 한국식당 (맛은 ?) 그리고 한국마트가 있기에 몇일 머물렀다면 생각나는 한국음식에 대한 향수를 달래기에도 좋다. 그렇지만 호텔에서 볼 만한 뷰는 없었으며, 1층의 데스크 옆 카페는 덮고, 별반의 메뉴가 없어 이용하기에 만족스럽지는 않았다.

ダナン空港からタクシーで、つたないベトナム語で運転手さんと探しながらセンブティックへ向かいました。 プルメリアの木がこんもりと茂りいい感じのエントランスなんですが、センブティックのSENの字が枝葉で隠れて見えなかったので運転手さんは、目の前を行き来して迷いました。 いい雰囲気なんですが。初めての場所なので少しドキドキしました。 キングサイズのベッドは清潔でした。 一階のカフェのコーヒーは美味しいです。 タクシーを呼んでくれと言えば直ぐに対応してくれます。

宿泊はせずに深夜便の時間までの休憩として利用させていただきましたが、スタッフの方も笑顔で親切でしたし、金額も非常に安く良かったです。

더운 나라에 에어컨이 안나옴. 직원의 대응은 고쳐주겠다고 약속 후, 주말이라 수리 불가능이라고 통보함. 최악의 호텔

le rapport qualité prix est excellent , il ce situe proche de la plage et du centre ville en famille c'est l’idéale pas besoin de marché des km pour trouve ce qu'il vous faut sauf si vous aimez vous perdre .

미케비치에 걸어서 갈수있을만큼 가깝고 가성비 좋고 직원분들 친절하고 깨끗했어요. 정말 잘 고른호텔중 하나. 좁지만 가성비측면 최고.

Compact size room but large enough size bed. not so much selection of meal. Smell coming out of sweage line in the restroom.

Hyvä perushotelli

Hyvä Perushotelli, hyvä sänky ja hyvä sadesuihku. 5 viikon reissun parhaat unet sai tässä hotellissa. Hiljainen. Hyvä aamupala ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lähellä uimarantaa ja kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta. Hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen. Ainoa miinus oli, että ikkunasta näkyi suoraan viereisen talon seinä. Aion yöpyä uudelleen tässä kyseisessä hotellissa.

직원분들의 친절함이 인상적이며 주변 랜드마크와 가까운 호텔이 저렴하지만 충분한 값어치를 하는 호텔입니다.

룸은 크지만 화장실 하나이며 월풀은 오픈되어있어 매우 불편함 침대에 개미 기어다님. 조식은 맛있지만 날파리가 많아 위생적이지는 않아보임. 새벽비행기로 도착할시 이용하기 좋은정도임

Excellent

We stayed for 3 nights and it was a pleasure to live there. There are not so many facilities but the rooms are very new, clean and comfortable. It is all my wants. Althought the breakfast do not allow too much choices, some items are cooked by orders. The hotel is very close to the beach and there are a lot of seafood restaurants. It is so convenient.

주변 공사중 약간의 소음 및 tv 고장으로 시청에 불편함 그러나 가격대비 괜챦은 호텔리며 직원들의 밝은 미소가 좋았슴.

잠깐 쉬고 가는 호텔?

저렴한 가격이였지만, 화장실에서 코를 자극하는 냄새(하수 처리?)가 심하게 났다. 장기간 투숙하고 싶지는 않은 호텔이였음

우리는 펜트하우스를 1박을 예매했다 두시가 체크인 시감인데 한시쯤 가서 체크인 하려고 하니 친절하게 그들은 응대했고 외관은 깔끔해서 만족했다 미케비치에서 걸어서 3분거리 하지만 overbooking 되었다고 미안하지만 방 2개로 바꿔준다고 했다. 하지만 우리가족은 같은방쓰기로 했기 때문에 원래 예약한 방을 원한다 말했다 그때부터 문제의 시작. 그들은 앞에 손님들이 나가기 때문에 밤 8시에 방을 바꿔주기로 함. 일단 작은 방으로 들어가니 깔끔했다 약간 화장실에서 냄새가 났지만 넓고 좋았다 우리는 알겠다하고 밖에서 밥먹고 9시쯤 다시 돌아가니 그들은 9시 30분에 방을 바꿔주겠다고 남자직원이 안내하며 미안한 기색없이 기다리라고 했다 화가 났지만 우리 가족은 기분 망치기 싫어 ok 했다 우리는 너무 지친 상태에서 기다렸는데 호텔측은 9시 30분이 넘어도 연락이 없었다 매우 피곤하고 지친 상태 그리고 화난 채로 데스크로 내려가니 사람이 또 바껴있었고 그녀에게 우리는 10시가 넘어야 들어갈수 있다는 소리를 들었다 굉장히 화가났고 매니저를 불러달라 요청했으나 매니저를 부를 수 없으며 전화가 고장나서 먼저 체크인을 한 사람이 체크아웃을 안하고 있으며 계속 기다리라는 말만 했다 그리고 우리가 요청한 환불은 응할 수 없다고 말했다 그리고 아무런 대책없이 미안하다고만 얘기했다 결국 나중에는 센부티크스파 60분 서비스를 얘기했다 별로 맘에 안들었지만 그시간에 갈곳도 없엇고 알겠다고 했다 나중에 알고 보니 펜트하우스 체크아웃하는 한국인들은 원래부터 그들은 정기적인 방문을 하는 사람으로 매번 9-10시로 late chk-out 을 요청했고 호텔측도 알고 있었다고 우리에게 말했다 (우리에게 말한 것들이 거짓말이었다는 것....) 나는 다낭에 세번째 방문이었고 다낭과 호이안에서 많은 종류의 호텔과 리조트를 묶었지만 여기같은 실수를 하는 곳은 처음이었다 아마도 다시 방문할 것이냐 하면 깔끔하지만 부실한 조식과 서비스 하루정도면 괜찮을듯 (부엌에서 간단 조리 가능하고 화장실과 방이 넓다 냉장고 시스템도 좋은 편이기 때문에) (서비스로 받은 협약 센부티크스파는 별 세개 정도의 그냥 그런 스파이므로 할인을 받지않으면 굳이 안가기를 추천한다 깔끔하지만 위생상태가 부족하다 )

가족여행으로 가신다면 비추(특히, 숙면. 편안함은 제로)

가성비 대비 좋다는 평가가 있어서 갔지만 저는 개인적으로 추천드리지 않습니다. 6층 펜트하우스 호텔에서 가장 큰 방을 썼지만 청결하지 않았고 심지어 개미도 너무 많아 나와서 기분이 나빳습니다. 가운데 큰 풀장이 있는건 좋은 시도 였으나 전혀 프라이빗이 보장되지 않고 하나 있는 샤워장도 상당히 공간이 작았습니다. 그리고 주변에 공사하는 호텔도 많고 무엇보다 엘리베이터와 에어컨 작동소리가 너무 커서 어르신들과 가족은 잠을 못 이룰 정도 였습니다. 조식이 맛있다는 평가는 그래도 쌀국수 정도는 괜찮다고 생각되네요. 하지만 보통의 호텔 조식을 생각하신다면 그 이하입니다.

가성비 좋았던 숙소

미케비치와 가깝고 혼자 묵기에는 딱 좋았다. 숙소도 깔끔했고 서비스도 좋았으며 조식도 괜찮은 편이었다. 다만 실이 좀 좁은 편이라 짐을 놓기가 조금 불편했던 것 외에는 전반적으로 만족스럽다.

방 깔끔. 수압 엄청쎔. 매일 물 2병 주심. 미케비치에서 도보로 가까움. 밤늦게도 주변에 상점많아서 무섭지않음. 위치굿. 직원들 너무너무 친절. 조식 후기가 좋아서 이 호텔로 간거였는데 나는 별루라서 하루먹고 걍 안감. 청소는 매일매일 해주는데 눈에 보이는것들만 대충 해주셔서 매일 팁 놓고 나오는거 조금 아까웠음ㅎㅎ; 그래서 걍 어메니티, 수건 교체값이라고 생각함ㅎㅎ; 벌레 1도 없음. 복도 방음안됨.

다낭여행

새벽에 도착해서 잠만자고 나오려고 이용해서 자세한 경험은 하지 못했지만 새벽 2시에 체크인 하는데도 직원들이 친절히 응대해 줘서 다낭의 첫인상을 좋게 만들어 줬습니다.

가성비만 좋음

가격만큼의 가치 그 이상은 아닙니다 룸 정말 작습니다 조식 맛없습니다 위치 미케비치만 가깝습니다

깨끗하고 비행기가 지연되서 늦은 시간이었음에도 불구하고 친절하게 직원분들이 맞이해주셔서 기분 좋았어요

밤12시가 넘은 늦은 시간에 도착했는데 직원분이 웃으며 친절하게 대해주시는 부분이 마음에 들었습니다.방도 깨끗하고 늦은시간에 와서 하루 묶기엔 괜찮은 호텔인거 같습니다

부모님이랑 가족여행 가서 방 2개 예약했는데 부모님방은 업그레이드 해줘서 ㄷ자 부엌이 있었어요. 그리고 냉장고가 일반 가정집 냉장고같이 대형이라 물이랑 과일 넣기 편했습니다. 다낭은 물이 미지근해서 냉장고가 신의 한수였던 거 같아요! 그리고 이 정도 가격에 아침 조식까지.. 직원들도 친절하구요. 미케비치까지 걸어갈 수 있고 주변에 빅마트도 있어요. 수영장이 없는 건 아쉽지만, 가성비 최고라 봅니다
