Nice place

The front desk staff are very polite and welcoming. The room was clean, the shower stall was surrounded with glasses so the bathroom floor was not slippery. The central air conditioner was not cool enough in the afternoons. The location was great with walking distance to Hân Market, Sin Tra night market, dragon bridge, Pink Church, cafés and restaurants. The restaurant was clean and open with a tiny swimming pool and children play ground. The food selections were low on our second breakfast buffet. I appreciate Nghiệm with his farewell when checking out. Thanks everyone!

The hotel is very well situated in Hue - in the middle of the shops and restaurants and very close to the river. Very friendly staff who were really helpful with travel arrangements, finding a taxi for the day, and sorting out any requests that we had. Nice views of the river from our balcony. Highly recommended.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel was centrally located, and it was very clean.

Not My Cup of Tea

The room was decent but in definite need of an update. We stayed in the "penthouse" suite, which was located at the very end of a dark and dreary hallway that smelled awful like a septic tank at all times. I think it was right next door to housekeeping too because we would hear the chatter among the workers. Beware there is limited hot water, so you will have to stagger showers throughout the day if there are multiple people in the room. That was frustrating, but we made the most of our stay though. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I mentioned about the hot water issue and they did the best they could. My family's flight was delayed and they allowed us to keep the room a few extra hours past check out time, which was very nice of them.

Great Location!

Staff are very nice and helpful, great location right in the city center. A short walk to the Dragon bridge and the night market. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Room is a bit small and river view was obstructed by neighboring buildings. Could not even see the dragon bridge.

The hotel was fine and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unusual feature in a large building was the corridors were not air conditioned. All other features of hotel facilities were very good The breakfast offering was very good. A couple of channels on tv were in English which is always nice. Easy walking distances to two bridges and the cheap shopping market was 100m away. A short grab or taxi trip necessary to get to the beach which was nice but nothing much else to do or see there but enjoy the beach. 10 km to Marble mountain and is a must see in Da Nang. 140k dong (A$10) each way in a grab(uber). No complaints with this hotel from me.

It’s in a good location

The receptionist at the lobby was really unpleasant and not welcoming at all. Promised to deliver our luggage to our room but we waited for more than half an hour and nothing was received. My bf ended up going down to lobby and took the luggage himself.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is very central and the rooms are very functional. My mom especially enjoyed how cozy it felt.

The riverview was not really a river view. You will see the river in the tiny corner between couple of buildings Great location, fine food. Will consider coming again

Nice Choice in Central Da Nang

Satya hotel was in a good location in the center of Da Nang near to the river and Dragon Bridge. Restaurants, coffee shops and a large market (as well as other shopping) were nearby. The rooms seemed fairly insulated from the noise of the major road out front. However, higher floors would fare better. Balconies for rooms on the river side had furnishings, but those on the road had no seating and were constricted partially view-wise by the three-dimensional grillwork of the facade. The bedrooms and bath were good-sized, nice, modern, and very clean with typical amenities for this tier of hotel. Service was overall courteous and prompt, however, there was a good amount of inconsistency in the staff's command of English. Food was above par, but with fairly standard selections. In all, I'd say a good value for money. Would recommend, particularly for singles or couples.

Amazing hotel in the heart of city, friendly staff, value for money, highly recommended.

A little disappointed , they do not have iron and iron board at all. No umbrella available when I want to borrow. It is not suitable for business trip

Not worth the money

Breakfast were pathetic, room sound insulation were terrible. I am avid traveller, and the money I have paid {us76} does not match the value.

Good location

1. Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. 2. Everything is done quickly, especially upon check in and check out. 3. There had not many options for breakfast. 4. The only thing that needs to be paid attention is checking your room amenities and mini bar right after you receive the room. My case got an incorrect quantity stuff in mini bar list, which included more than what I saw in it (2 bottles of mineral water). However, after I called reception, the issue was solved immediately with the correct list.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was within easy walking distance to some attractions, shopping and excellent restaurants.

Beds were rock hard but have yet to find a plush mattress during our travels. Breakfast was poor. Only enjoyable part of the stay was the staff who were very friendly and helpful.

No complaints, nice staff, nice hotel, nice breakfast, just a shame that the corona virus slow down has hit a lot of hotels hard causing them to cut some services like closing the restaurant, but this is understandable.

Lovely hotel, clean, comfortable, great location. No restaurant right now, but the buffet style breakfast was more than adequate, both quality and variety. The staff, all of the staff was great.

The property has a convenient location. All staff are very nice and helpful, we are enjoy that two days in the hotel.

We had a great stay! The rooms had everything we needed. All of the staff were friendly and very customer focused. The front desk people were very helpful with booking a tour, and any transportation or directions we asked about. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Very good value and would definitely recommend. Great location in Danang to see sights.

Very nice urban boutique hotel in a prime location right in the heart of Da Nang. Easy walk to the riverfront, the Han Market, and the Dragon Bridge and Han River Bridge. Staff was very helpful with restaurant and karaoke recommendations.

The hotel is strategically located next to the Han market and surrounded by many good eateries. It is also a short walk to the supermarkets such as Big C and Jolly mart. It is also within walking distance to tourist attractions such as Cham Museum and Dragon Bridge. The hotel staff is also very helpful and friendly and the breakfast spread consists of many varieties and is delicious.

Upon checking I felt rushed by the staff although we had to wait 2 hours for room to be ready. Room itself was good but the safety box was not secured to anything. The breakfast area was excellent and good service. We used the new spa service at the hotel and will review that separately but the quality of masseuse was average for my spouse and poor for me. Front desk gave conflicting instructions on how to use phone in room for local calls. 4 different staff gave 4 different answers. Eventually determined we could not call local business from room. Had to use phone at front desk where everyone could hear your conversation. In the end I added minutes to my cell and used that. Then front desk ordered boat ride tickets for us and I paid cash. When time arrived to pickup tickets, a different staff insisted we pay again. Guess there was no documentation to prove that we already paid. In the end I will give 3 stars but front desk staff should receive 2 stars. We will not stay here again on our next visit.

First visit to Da Nang

Hotel room is clean and hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very good, just cross the road to 1 of the most visited Pink Church by alots of tourists. There are alots of shop and eatery nearby, so no worries of getting food.

This location is very close to Hân river and dragon and Hân bridges. Neat and Clean Hotel. Staffs are polite and helpful. Recommend to visitors.

The hotel was nice and clean, however extremely noisy, you can hear everything your neighbors are doing on both sides. The fitness room and common areas were in poor condition compared to the pictures. The service was extremely poor, which was the main detractor. The front desk was totally unhelpful with every request. They claimed we got a free upgrade on our room, but at the end of our trip we found they had overcharged us for an extra night at the higher upgraded room price.

We were here for just one night but had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is new and modern. The Dragon Bar on the 10th floor is very stylish, with great lighting and music, outdoor and inside seating, and amazing views over the river. We ate our dinner in this bar rather than the restaurant. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and delicious. The only downsides were poor lighting for applying make-up and not a great deal of privacy for getting changed or at the hand basin area. Would highly recommend though.

Great modern hotel in a good spot to visit Da Nang. Local restaurants are all good with many the other side of the river. Clean modern rooms, great shower and air con. Would stay her again

beware of flooding ..

The major problem of this hotel is the problem of shower booth. No barrier for overflow of water into the bathroom and even into room. When I took a shower, there was flooding into the room, terrible experience.

Fantastic property. Staff, room, breakfast, shower, all was great!! Sorry I didn’t say longer. The only thing I can say is that there really is no city view or view of Dragon Bridge like the room photos when booking. New construction nearby.

Hotel Staff Sleeps in Lobby

Booked the two-bedroom penthouse. The room was great and clean. Hotel staff was nice. But came in from a night out on the town to find all the hotel staff working the in lobby asleep snoring loudly. After waking up the staff twice to make sure someone was awake to watch the unlocked front door of the hotel, they still went back to sleep. I find this a huge safety concern and will not be staying in the hotel again!

Highly recommended

Located just one street across Da Nang Cathedral. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and professional staff. Breakfast and WiFi were also very good. They even gave me a free ride to airport after checked out (unexpected bonus). Try to book higher floors, so you can see that pink cathedral and dragon bridge from balcony of your room.

Small room, no privacy

Upon checking in they wanted 200k per night deposit in case we use the mini bar, which isn’t mentioned anywhere. The shower and toilet are in the room in a glass box, although no not unusual in Vietnam the door the the shower didn’t close, they “fixed” it twice by adjusting the seal, which immediately broke again.

I think the walls are not sound-proofed. We couldnt sleep well each day because of the noises coming from neighbouring rooms. That is the only biggest downside of our stay there.🙁

Small room, not enough privacy, poor pool

The hotel is very new, location is excellent right in the city center. However we find the room too small, the toilet and bathroom design is terrible, it makes you no where to hang your clothes and nowhere to change without your friend seeing you. Also the noise from the street is prominent. The breakfast was ok, reasonable choices. But the indoor pool was very disappointing. It has no view except seeing people having breakfast around, and the pool is way too small. I will only recommend this hotel for couple who look for great value

Enjoyable Stay at Satya Hotel

Very clean and cozy hotel at a reasonable price. Location is good as well. Staff were friendly.

We were only there for one night and were catching a very early flight, they arranged a take away complimentary breakfast, the room was modern clean and had a balcony. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the whole place had a relaxed and new feel. Great location in da nang - only 2 miles from the airport.

The location is very central, but if your room is facing the main road, it can be very noisy.

A good stay apart from some niggles.

Very nice breakfast and different choices each day. Excellent location, good value for money. Room a bit small, no wardrobe just a clothes hanging space near the table. No separate bathroom, bathroom and toilet doors just open to living space and almost see-through because of glass wall of bathroom and toilet.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is great. CLose to the market and you can see cathedral from the room balcony.

Great location

The room was not so good, the bathroom floor flooded every time after shower and sink drips as well!Otherwise the bed was comfy! The service was great especially the drivers. I also like the location of the hotel right next to the market and other local restaurants!

Smart modern hotel

This hotel is only one year old (It was it's birthday when we were there) so it us top spec. The room was modern with a smart lay out. Views of the city and the cathedral. Rooftop bar was excellent for a drink with style and overlooked the river although new building will obscure this in due course. Breakfast was top notch and the attending staff were friendly and helpful. If you stay on thus side of the river this would be an excellent choice

The hotel location is good, it is opposite the Pink Cathedral and very near Han Market. Surrounded by café, massage and local food choices.

Very nice hotel in DaNang

Very nice hotel centrally located to Dragon Bridge, the central market, restaurants and amenities. Only a five minute cab ride to the My Khe Beach area rooms are nice the staff is professional, knowledgeable about tourist information, pleasant and caring about your comfort,

The television channels are all in vietnamnese, there are very little for international tourists.

I'd recommend without hesitation

A lovely well maintained modern hotel. Everyone at the hotel is charming and professional, I cannot praise them enough. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel is situated opposite the cathedral and on the toad at the back of the river road so is handy for lots of bars and . We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice location and breakfast spread. Only slight issue is the pillow is not firm enough. Other than that everything was excellent and staffs are friendly and rooms are very clean. Will book again if I return to Danang in the near future.

Amazing Bed

The Satya hotel was lovely and the beds are amazing. We had a room with a balcony and view of the river but it was a little spoiled as our room(510) had the kitchen ventilation system running up the building. Otherwise no complaints.

Good value for families

We are from the US and we stayed at Satya for three nights. Rooms were clean, modern, and staff spoke English and were very gracious. Located on a busy street in Da Nang, across the street from the Catholic Cathedral, so there was plenty of noise throughout the night and early AM. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. Their breakfast buffet was amazing - focused on Asian cuisine, but good pho soup is a pleasure any time of the day.

Showering Cubicle (Toilet)

It would be good to use tainted glass for the showering cubicle or ibclude blinds as it is currently translucent and friends may not be comfortable while showering or changing.

Service-oriented hotel staff are attentive to my needs and make me feel welcomed. The hotel is beside Han River and the room is comfortable. Highly recommended!

Top Notch Modern Hotel! I was impressed with everyone who works there: from the front desk, to the staff and cooks working at the incredible daily breakfast buffet, to the housekeepers, management, to the doormen and women. What I noticed daily is that everyone seems thoroughly and genuinely happy with their jobs and wanting to please guests like myself. Will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to Da Nang... what a friendly and happy place to stay! Gary

Very nice stay in Da Nang

Excellent stay for 4 days there. Everything is near perfect. Exceptional staff, very diligent and accommodating. Breakfast is great with good selection and varieties. The only negatives I can think of is the toothpaste provided could be better.

My second stay here. Good locaton. Quiet and confortabe. Good breakfast buffet. Great staff.

Decent stay. Pros: really yummy complimentary breakfast, in city centre, 15 minute ride from airport, clean enough, friendly and helpful staff, nice lobby waiting area, really nice view from the sky lounge Cons: terrible 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner ( you definitely need to bring yours if you are a girl with long hair), really smelly washrooms upstairs beside the sky lounge, not enough hot water for showering I really can’t think of too many negative or positive things to say about the hotel. It was an average experience for me. I feel that it’s not a 4 stars hotel using American standards. We then went to a brand new 3 stars hotel after this, and in comparison, this 4 stars hotel was better. If you like ultra luxury, maybe this is not the place. Good for the average person!
