You will live it

Loved this hotel, so much so i left my next hotel to come back. Close to great restaurants, dragon bridge, coffee shops. The staff mame you feel so welcome. Free spa treatment and free breakfast every morning. Which had great choices. Ssdly didnt get to use the pool as it rained every day. Great design throughout the hotel.

Best Value in Da Nang

Wonderful stay. Top notch staff from security, greeters, cleaners, front desk, and dining staff. Clean rooms, no issues, free spas, and included breakfast. Could not ask for more. So wonderful, we decided to extend our stay and they were helpful with that as well. The holiday party was a treat. Very courteous and responsive staff. Excellent price for the amenities. Will definately stay on our next visit.

The best hotel we stayed in Vietnam!

The entire experience from check in to check out was 10/10. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a good tasty selection.The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. We were lucky to be part of the Christmas party celebration - Holly Jolly, which was a really wonderful experience.

conveniently located in the city center. excellent and friendly staff, front desk manager helped arrange for a last minute transfer to Hoi Ahn. highly recommend!

Fantastic Hotel

Great facility in a comveninet location. The breakfast selection was varied and offered choices for traditional and western breakfsst. Location is very central.

Fabulous hotel. Bed linen was scrumptious. Staff amazing, a good choice for breakfast. What more could a traveller ask for. Lovely pool area, unfortunately it was raining. The design and architecture fabulous. You eont be disappointed.

The location is central, many eateries nearby. The hotel breakfast need improvement and high tea nothing great.

Delightful Sanouva

Delightful hotel with a great sense of interior design. We stayed in the 16th floor and really loved both the style of the room, its size and furniture. Breakfast was also as we had a selection of options. We were very grateful for the hotel staff service who were very polite, efficient and caring of our needs.

Perfect place to stay

The hotel was a lovely place to stay in Da Nang. The staff were super helpful, particularly Minh Huy who provided a lot of help for the local area and some great recommendations for places to visit and things to do - Marble Mountain and Hoi An. The rooms were well equipped and huge in size. We really enjoyed the free afternoon tea each day by the rooftop pool.

Superb hotel

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Would definitely be my choice of hotel if I ever re-visit Da Nang.

The hotel is fastastic, located in a quite street but very centric. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel offers afternoon free tea with snacks which was such a nice treat. Hotel staff is very friendly and I would gladly be back again.

5 night family stay

The Sanouva is lovely hotel in a good location within Da Nang. The staff were very attentive however there were a couple of disappointing aspects. The showers in the rooms only reach around 4ft height. Neither my wife nor I could stand up in the shower so had to sit in the bath and and wash.....I did ask if all rooms were the same and they said yes. Also, the gym is not a gym, it's a small cupboard with 2 machines. Aside from that, the rooms were lovely, well cleaned and maintained. Breakfast was good and the rooftop area was nice.

Really nice hotel in a local neighborhood. Few bar options but lots of small restaurants serving locals...hardly any westerners in this area. I got lucky and my room was up graded but was only in the hotel.for a short 1 night stay.

Loved staying here! The room was amazing and the tea time was such a bonus! A must stay if you are in Da Nang

3 Canadian friends traveling together and got a room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. Zero complaints. Big bathrooms, comfy beds, amazing staff. Would recommend and stay again

This is always my favorite place to stay while in da nang. The rooms are always very clean and the staff is amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay with them a good one. It's a great location and everything is an easy walk from the hotel. Big thanks to the staff for making my stay with them a great time

stunning , clean property

Great Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We were greeted from the start by the bellboy Minh Huy who assisted us with a driver and other things throughout our 5-day stay. The food was good, although, I wished there were more vegetarian options. The bed/room was comfortable and the spa sessions were also nice & relaxing! Would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel. Not far from the river or train street, and with plenty of nice food options nearby. The on-site massages are great. The double room we booked didn't have much light, so paid a bit more for a corner room which was much better. Facilities all clean and relatively new, and with a more authentic local vibe than the many international hotels nearer to the river or beach.

Danang Central city. Good location, close to everything. Staffs are very helpful and very professional. Come with breakfast and afternoon tea time. Very good selection breakfast and tasty. I will definitely go back to this property again next time I visit Danang.

We loved our stay at Sanouva Danang. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We were able to communicate in English. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food with mix of Vietnamese dishes, egg/omelette/scrambled eggs station, different fresh juices. Hotel was very clean and updated. Strong AC was a plus. We'll be back!

Ok for a night...

A family stay for one night - the hotel did the job but the service wasn't great, the room was boiling because they hadn't left the air con on and the breakfast was not particularly good if you're not Asian! Rooms look lovely but once youre in they could do with some upkeep, but clean enough!

Poor from start to finish

They didn’t even say hello. Nobody to greet us. Had to book the dinner included 4 hours earlier. We didn’t bother the second night. The food was terrible and the quality of the breakfast was limited and poor. The room wasn’t ready at the check in time. We had already waited 1 hour plus. Just a poor experience! Then they wanted to sell us tours. We were not going to let them have changed of this too. Don’t book, plenty of other decent hotels in Da Nang for similar prices and better service.

The lobby, pool area, and rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great options too! Would definitely recommend staying here.

ok stay in Danang

OK location - its like 10 mins walk to Han market. However during summer, its really not something that you’ll enjoy. Generally its clean. They maintain it quite well but one can tell that its aging. Most staff is friendly (as is vietnamese people). However there was one girl (cant remember her name), she “try” to smile and be friendly but one may tell that she’s not genuine. Maybe its better to be her trueself or put in different position than in reception. In general, its fine to stay with the price

Modern building but numerous things in the room need repair or adjusting

This is a beautiful hotel in downtown da nang. Staying here feels much more authentic than staying on the beach but its still a good neighborhood. Tons of authentic food around here also amazing coffee places. Great bfast buffet, amazing pool, its beautiful at night. The lobby is stunningly beautiful, great place to sit and chill. I rented a scooter right next door for 150k too

The staff very friendly and helpful. My husband had a back injury. The staff went out of their way to help with hospital visits and appointments. Room service was fantastic too. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and will stay here again

Good hotel and nice decorations

We had a fabulous 2 night stay. The service was outstanding from beginning to end. They provided a welcome drink on arrival and when we got to our comfortable room they provided eggs tarts and bottles of mineral water. Breakfast was a buffet and there were a variety of choice's. A big thumbs up to Trương Vo Mingh Huy who was very helpful by offering us advice. He exceeded our expectations and made our stay enjoyable!

Being charged for bedsheets they said I dirtiwd

All was good until I wanted to check out. They went through the hotel bedsheets and said I dirtied them, even though I explained that it had some spots when we checked in (unfortunately I didn’t lodge a complaint) and hotel wanted to charge me cleaning fee as they said they need to send this outside to wash. Was planning to return as hotel was otherwise ok but won’t come to this hotel ever again - being charged for washing bedsheets, who ever heard of this?

Amazing hotel

The best part was the view! I had the view of the city and the Dragon Bridge. It was amazing! I watched the sunrise every morning from my window! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again!

It has a very bad smell in our room the first night. It gets better from the second night on but then1st night left us a bad impression.

Staff are very friendly and hotel rooms are very nice.

It was a good hotel if the reception staff could be more helpful. Breakfast had a little variety, but the same little variety was delicious. It is worth the price you pay.

Wonderful, beautiful, and luxurious property; staff is amazing and accommodating; delicious and varied breakfast. Unfortunately we did not make it to the afternoon tea. The only thing I did not like was that the shower is handheld. You have to lather up and wash your hair ... then use the shower to rinse off. It made it for a cumbersome shower experience. Tub is very high. You have to step on a box to get in the tub. A problem if you have children or mobility isssues. Otherwise, it was a super-fabulous stay.

Boutique vibes and perfect location for shopping!

Amazing location!! It was walking distance to Han river and Han market. There was supermarket nearby the hotel and really good coffee shops and street food just across the street. Hotel lobby has boutique hotel vibes that everywhere you look at is picture perfect spot. Indeed, we really enjoyed our 4 nights stay there.

Nice & quite

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with an effortless check-in process. The front desk staff were not only efficient but also eager to share helpful tips and recommendations for exploring the local area. We were also given room upgrades and other perks not to mention the staffs’ genuine interest in our experience that made us feel truly valued as guests.

Nice with lacking bathroom

I would like to give this hotel 5 stars as it was really nice but unfortunately the bathroom left a little to be desired. We had to run the water at least 10 minutes before getting hot water and although the tub is pretty it is an accident waiting to happen. You need a step stool to get in it and there is only a handheld shower. Other than that the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had after 90 days of travel in SE Asia, the staff was delightful and breakfast fabulous.

I really enjoyed the area where the hotel is located. There is a wonderful bakery across the street. Then around the corner there are a few great coffee shops. The staff was outstanding and very hospitable. I will definitely be back to stay!!

Great hotel with lovely rooms in the centre of da nang! Fantastic value for money with lovely staff. They also helped us organise our car to the ba na hills which would then drop us off at our next hotel in hoi an. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in da nang.

Amazing staff doesn't get much better

Just Ok

Staff are very kind and friendly and will do anything to help BUT there is something a little off with this hotel. Many things are not quite right. Bed is crunchy feeling, pillows also, no hot water in shower yesterday, everything seems a little roughly constructed. Windows need good wash- on the inside as well as outside. Apple juice in our room was in what looked like a perfume bottle and labeled apple juice by hand with a marker. Odd. Breakfast is good and the Pool area is quite charming, if small.

This was our favourite place we stayed in Da Nang and our first hotel in Vietnam. Room was sparkling and lovely and the view was amazing. Staff are cheery and fun to talk to. We had half board and the dinners were so lovely. We plan on returning to Da Nang and staying at the Sanouva for our city visit. Location is good though its a bit hard to walk around (dogs, cars, bikes coming at you from everywhere) though we were only there 3 days so not much time to get used to it. Thank you very much for having us :)

Great stay

Excellent service and property. Everything was comfortable and staff was friendly. While it’s not next to the water, it’s close to everything downtown. Lots of food places nearby and just a grab ride away. Good buffet breakfast. Unfortunately did not have time to use the spa and rooftop pool but both looked great. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was wonderful. Both my husband I enjoyed the spa services very much.

Excellent service

Staff at Sanouva was very helpful and responsive. Received a room upgrade so had a dramatic view of DaNang and more space than anticipated. Received a voucher for the on-site spa which was great. The breakfast buffet was extensive and varied which made it easy despite being a vegetarian.

Everything from the lobby to the rooms was stunning! Make sure to book a package that includes the free daily spa treatments as those daily massages were an absolute godsend. I was at the hotel for my birthday and they surprised me with some birthday cake and flowers . Highly recommended!!

Very nice hotel, staff were lovely, food was good and pool area is beautiful. This was a great, clean hotel. However I found it was not as close to markets, bars and restaurants as I would have liked to be. Took 20-30 min to walk to the busier parts of the city. Easy and cheap taxis around but we prefer walking. :)

Love the decor, the location, the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, the room, and the dining area look elegant! Love that we can set the temp of the room to our liking. From the beginning to the end of our stay, the staffs had been amazing. The varieties of choices for breakfast were wonderful and the staffs here were always pleasant and provided excellent services. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful hotel and hospitality

A wonderful hotel located in the heart of Hai Chau. We were enthusiastically greeted by the valet and front desk staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated in preparation for Tet, and the hotel overall has a very nice, modern aesthetic. We were upgraded to a corner room that was spacious and overlooked the street. Surprisingly it was not terribly loud at night. While there were a couple of spots in the room and hallways that could use a little touch-up and maintenance, overall the hotel was in good, clean condition; one of the best we stayed in during our 2 weeks in central Vietnam. Breakfast had a decent variety. Overall, great value with exceeding service. Sanouva will be our first consideration, the next time we return to Danang.

Recharge in Danang!

The hotel was very good and not too far from the attractions and an easy trip to train station. Staff were very friendly but unable to assist with any dining recommendations, Nice place to relax and recharge.

all the staff were very accomodating and thoughtful. they will please u all the way. there is nothing to complain about. we walked from the hotel to the dragon bridge, to danang cathedral and to places to eat for lunch and dinner since breakfast is included in the hotel which is awesome. the afternoon tea is like snack time too. oh i will definitely go back.
