Normally staying at the AT Residence, but for our Dates there was no vacancy. So my daughter booked this place. The Rooms are rather small, if you are staying single that will be all right. Parking is rather difficult as the lot is taken up by Pick up Cars which seem to have nothing to do with the Hotel. Also, it is rather way out from the Airport for a transit stay consideration. The Food at the Hotel Restaurant however was surprisingly good. Will not stay at this place again though.
Absolutely no customer appreciation
The only redeeming quality about this place is its proximity to the airport. Aside from that, my room was one window away from the parking garage, which was apparently also where sheets are washed, as I could hear every conversation from the employees, as though they were in the room next to me (which of course works both ways). I can see why other previous guests are saying that the neighborhood is 'rough' - because on the way in, you'll drive past many people living in abject poverty (living in nothing more than tarps and scraps of metal held up by sticks). I never felt unsafe because of this, but expect to get a full display of what some might call "third world" living conditions. And god forbid you make a mistake when booking! I had accidentally chosen 2 nights for my booking instead of 1, and I immediately requested that this be corrected, but was told it would need manager approval. Then, I was given the runaround and eventually denied a refund; which is just insulting! What kind of way to run a business is that?! I will certainly never be back, and I suggest that you look elsewhere unless there are literally no better options available.
