Very nice place to stay and walkable to the beach
Nice pool, great to be right on the ocean and swim Breakfast was actually excellent and rooms are clean
Excellent location very close to all the main bars and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly, and pool was great. Free shuttle service included to and from the pier. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Ko Tao!
Excellent value for money, lovely hotel, staff, and amenities. Highly recommend!
Enjoyable property in the grand delux room…really enjoyed the shaded loungers
I stayed in the villa and against the advertised pictures on the website the room was a little dated with signs of wear. The staff were excellent and friendly as they have been anywhere i've stayed in Thailand. The location was fantastic in relation to the beach and local town but expect noise from the entertainment areas located along the beach, fortunately the policy in the area is to reduce the noise levels from the speakers before it gets to late. Breakfast was ok but nothing fantastic but the food menu for evening meals and the food its self were good and the pool area although a little small was beautiful. Besides the villa being dated I would recommend staying here if you want to be close to the nightlife
Lovely location right on the beachfront and close walk to all bars and restaurants. Pool was good but small for the size of the property. Not enough sunbeds. Most were towel reserved. But could lie out in the beach. Beach towels provided. Great to sit in the restaurant and watch sunset. Breakfast was average. Few options for vegetarians.
Good
Great location, cheap, had everything you need.
Great location right next to the beach and to the party area of Koh Tao. Super nice and clean and includes a wonderful buffet breakfast. Free pier shuttles is the cherry on top. Only negative was my shower temperature would rotate bergen super hot and super cold, unless on low pressure. If you're looking for a nice place for a great price, look no further.
Beachfront, beautiful pool, lovely staff, gorgeous grounds, clean room.
Loved the pool and the location
Adequate for the night we were in Koh Tao. Very close to laundry and good restaurants.
We had a lovely week here but I would strongly recommend booking one of the new rooms We stayed in a standard room and it felt like we were staying in a hostel The hotel is good although we chose the wrong room
Disappointing. Pictures online are of a newer block, rooms are very very basic which is fine if you are aware prior. No iron in the entire properly Pool towels have had their day Leaking aircon Did not really get any welcoming feeling
Awesome location on Sairee Beach. About a 10-15 walk to the popular bars at the other end of the beach. There is a very loud bar right next door that plays house music all through the night, but we were able to switch villas to the other side and it wasn't a problem at all. The villas feel so luxurious and they are cleaned well. They can take a while to cool down with the two stories. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor space on the beach is really nice and they serve strong cocktails. The breakfast buffet is very average- better to scooter 5 minutes down the road to Factory Cafe! We would stay here again.
Great Hotel
Great pool, great service from the reception, beautiful lanscape, amazing view from the restaurant :-)
Great location!
The staff was very friendly upon arrival--my girlfriend and I took the night boat from the mainland and arrived very early in the morning. The hotel graciously allowed us to check in a few hours early, thankfully! Most of the rooms were pretty nice--we selected a Deluxe room, which was closer to the beach/pool. It looks like the hotel might be transitioning some as there were some newer looking rooms closer to the road (not a great view). Breakfast was nice (buffet) but not included. The location was great, however, and easy to rent a motorbike or walk along the beach/footpath that serves as a main walking area. Overall, we were happy with our stay!
The room and view is not matched with the price. View with the sand and ground, but overall is perfect. Good location for the night life and close with Walking street.
Friendly staff. Ideal location on beach. Pools. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Clean and comfortable rooms.
great Service/location, room is a little iffy
This place is in a great area, it’s located on Sairee Beach (main beach on Koh Tao). If you’re a light sleeper (as I am), it might not be the best option as you can occasionally hear the bumping music until 12am. Good breakfast buffet with many options, great service, the staff are very helpful, even has a “concierge” office right next to reception for all your needs. Restaurant has good Thai food and amazing view for sunset. We stayed in the Pool Villa room - would’ve been amazing, except for the nicest room, the two front doors have a crack in between them so mosquitos, ants, etc tend to get in much easier. As for the cheaper rooms, we noticed they didn’t have any cracks in between their doors.... For the nicest room, we expected a little bit better but alas, it was a great stay and would recommend (maybe not the Pool Villa though :P)
All the Basics
Staff are unreal nice, rooms are decent for the price, location is nice for walking distance to nightlife and on the beach, hotel is a bit noisy depending what room you have, right at the end of an air strip so constant air traffic coming and going which is loud, food and drinks are too expensive and not that good. Would probably stay again if I wanted to party and blow some money, although personally not a fan of Samui.
Lovely resort, a little noisy with the mopeds.
Overall a very good experience, staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location near to some really nice beach bars that you can sit out on and watch the sunset.. the resort is literally on th beach so the restaurant is a lovely place to have breakfast and sit watching the ocean. WiFi is the best I’ve had in Thailand, and the pet birds that wish you “good morning” in a verity of languages are lovely touch. I stayed in a budget room and the standard was as expected for the price.. there are more expensive options that looked quite nice. My only criticism is that there is that the main road in and out of the resort runs in front of the rooms and can get quite noisy with staff and users of the dive shop coming and going on their mopeds. Although I have to say this looked like the norm for resorts in the area due to their layout.. The pick up and drop off at the pier at the beginning and end of your stay is a nice touch too.. (for free) not all resorts offer this..
Super affordable , friendly helpful staff, good service
Nice and cheap
Room was fine, very close to main restaurants/bars in sairee beach. WiFi’s not great which was a pain when travelling and trying to plan things.
Was pretty much worth the price, the only thing that the photos on site are the photos of the new room but we got one of the older ones.
Everything was brilliant, our little piece of paradise!
Cheap and clean
Weather wasn’t great but didn’t effect our trip
The outside area in the hotel was great. Breakfast very good, staff friendly, however the room we got (superior triple room) was old, dirty, horrible bathroom full of mold and insect poop on the walls, the shower did not drain right water.
Hotel not elderly people friendly. Steps no railing. Shower in bath. Old fashioned and dangerous. No view and building activity noisy. Very expensive even out of season. .
When I booked it said there were renovations taking place but it was major construction of a new 4 story addition which was noisy and dirty. I was dismissed when I complained about it. Had that not happened I would have loved my stay.
good place for divers. the breakfest was excelent. but the have a lot off construction around
Standard room smelt of damp and had water coming in through the roof, had a new block under construction right opposite the room which I was not made aware of otherwise I would had cancelled the booking, breakfast was ok
Hotel was lovely
The hotel was lovely. The staff greated us at the pier and transferred us to the hotel and everything was brilliant, clean room and nice facilities. HOWEVER, every morning around 8.30am i was woken by the sounds of drills and machinery which completely ruined the stay. I I am on holiday why do I want to be woken up so early every morning to a loud noise? It happened both nights of our stay. It really is a great place to stay but this construction completely ruined everything for us.
Hotel has potential but no present
Construction ongoing, walkways very unsafe and unlit bathroom in bedroom absolutely disgusting. No restaurant or bar as that is also under construction.
Great location and friendly staff!
We arrived at Sairee Hut knowing that there were construction works, as clearly stated on the website, but considering the location the hotel offers a fantastic price to accommodate for this! They started fairly early in the morning but this generally wasn’t an issue. The staff were very friendly, and we loved the birds who were saying ‘hello,’ ‘sawasdeekha’ and ‘I love you!’ The rooms were clean, umbrellas were provided, the beds and pillows were comfy and there were plenty of plug sockets! The biggest plus is the location, right on the beach so you can eat your breakfast looking over the ocean and also very close to koh Tao nightlife. You can tell it will be a really fantastic place to stay when it is all fully renovated! Would love to come back and see sairee hut when it’s finished!
Comfortable stay with some improvement
The location is right near the big bars so at night time you would hear loud music. Room is great but with glass window/doors it has little privacy. Need to keep curtains down for most of the time. Great friendly staff, breakfast is ok. At the moment part of the property is under construction but makes little noise.
Nice but poor
The staff in the hotel are very kind
Fair stay
Everything was basic and ok. Location is good, not far from the beach, and they serve nice and cozy dining area! The breakfast is really satisfying. The room is without a hair-dryer; I dont know if its problem for everyone but its a problem for me. And the bathroom has too many bugs or mosquitos in there becuz its very humid i guess. Other than that the staying was good, and fair price!
Very modern rooms. Nice hotel. Great staff
Great stay. Very nice rooms (the more expensive rooms) although the aircon wasn't the best. Good value for money. Right on the party beach so maybe not first choice if you want a relaxing break
Great Location and Service
It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The hotel also provides complementary pick up and drop off at the port.
The Unfriendly and Unaccommodating Manager
The manager was very unfriendly and rude. When I informed her that my room was full of mosquitoes and showed her many bites on my legs, she just ignored me. She refused to change me to another room due to mosquitoes. She did not even offer to spray the room. It was the worst hotel and customer service in my life time traveling to Asia. Just look at the pictures.
Sairee hut dive resort koh Tao
Great hotel with a great dive school. Beautiful pool and fantastic location. Definitely good value for money also with good breakfast also. Room smelt slightly after a couple of days with a bit of sewerage issue but not majorly. Thinks that's just a Thai-wide issue.
Nice hotel, on the beach
Nice rooms- simple and do the job. Great location on the main beach of Koh Tao. Very friendly and helpful staff also
hotel on the beach
cheap hotel with two kind of rooms, the newly built and more expensive or the old rooms with somewhat cheap prices.
Good location
Good location for sunset view. Room is OK with price.
Great location, average room
The most important thing for us was the location, which was great: right next to all the best beach bars and in the fun part of town. The resort had a pretty nice pool, but not a whole lot of space on the beach (we just walked down the beach to use a different resort's beachfront). The quality of rooms seemed to largely depend on which type of room you pay for. There are some newer villa-style rooms that looked absolutely incredible. We stayed in an aircon double, and it was pretty basic. It smelled a lot like cigarette smoke, and we never got our room serviced/towels replaced--just a roll of toilet paper placed on our front step every morning. Location is worth it, but quality of resort is on par with a basic backpackers accommodation. Staff weren't overly friendly, but it was hard to tell whether or not this was just a language barrier--they did help us print out a few things, which was very nice.
Nice hotel have pros and cons
We stayed for 3 night at junior bungalow. The hotel looks nice and the location regarding to sairee village was excellent . The staf was friendly and the diving school in the hotel was great too and very professional. On the other hand the room was a bit expensive in comparison to other places we've stayed at in Thailand also the shawer wasn't very good and that's an under statement. The beach itself wasn't very close to the room and also wasn't very nice for swimming with a lot of boats. On and all it was a nice stay in a very good location in ko Tao.
stinky and horrible hotel :(
Horrible hotel. Low level, stinky rooms, very old and disgusting hotel. the staff does not care about you.
WATCH OUT! DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
we could not stay at the hotel. the rooms were rubbish and stinky (not like in the pics) we left the hotel after check in and we went to other hotel. the stuff was very non-polite and refused to refund us. we had to pay double for 2 nights!!! DON'T BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
Decent hotel, centrally located in Sairee
Stayed at the older cabins away from the beach. Rooms are a bit worn down, with bathtubs in both rooms I stayed in having darks rings from use, at the bottom. The safe in one of the rooms was not connected and so it was useless. Hotel was ok but overpriced but then most hotels on Koh Tao are. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel has a free taxi service to and from the pier and free refill of complimentary bottled water every day is a plus. Free wifi worked flawlessly. Would choose another hotel further away from Sairee village next time.
Good place to stay on a budget.
Was ok clean and comfortable
What you see in the website is not what you get
What is shown in the website is not even close to what is the real thing. I stayed on a A room. In general the room as such was comfortable, however the bathroom requires a total makeover. The bathtub had mild dew, the toilet seat was loose, the water pressure is not adequate and then hot water would not be at a constant flow. Additionally there was a big crack in the wall room. I would not recommend it to my family or friends
Perfectly located in Koh Tao
Stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is situated at sairee beach which is where all the action is. Good pool adds to the fun. Situated right on the beach and close to the happening party spots as well. Enjoyed our stay :)
Never again
Room was basic to say the least, not dirty but not clean. The bathroom was so poorly kitted out and disgusting, it reminded us of the room in saw the horror film. Location was the only good thing about this place. I wouldn't go back
value for money digs close to the action. breakfast needs work though. nice pool area .
Sairee Hut is a nice resort in a good loaction
Sairee Hut is a nice resort located well on Sairee beach. Affordable. It has an excellent dive center on site and I would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a dive trip to Koh Tao.
If you like the smell of sewage, stay here
Sewer gases come out of the drain on the bathroom floor, as well as the bathroom sink, making the foams smell awful. Other than that the rooms were ok. But there was a ton of mosquitoes swarming around the door just waiting to get in. The pool is very nice, and right on beach, which is nice as I wouldn't swim in the ocean out front as I noticed a lot of sewage in the shallow water, and just down the beach a small , foul smelling creek flows into the bay.
Nice!
It was a nice stay. But the pitcures was a little bit wrong sometimes, our rooms weren't like the pitcures said it should be. But really nice staf. Very kindly and helpful.
Not worth it
Service rubbish.
Great location!!
We only stayed one night but the hotel was beautiful. Right on the beach. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were very friendly. The only thing I have to criticise is that the wi-if didn't work. I would stay here again.
Paradise
Koh Tao was the final destination in my Thailand adventure. I was so happy I finished it here. I upgraded to the deluxe rooms to the pool. The older ones are, well pretty old and would have affected my rating. The more modern side is beautiful. I can't tell you how nice it was to finally sleep on something other than a rock. The staff was so nice and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile. The beach scene here is AMAZING. Some of the best fire shows I've seen in all of Thailand. Would definitely recommend this place, if you're going to upgrade to the newer rooms. I also went on a dive with their shop and had an excellent experience.
Nice room, nice restaurant. Good pool.
Nice stay. Had rubbish weather while we were here so spend most of the time stuck in the room, the too was nice. Only downside was the toilet blocked and the room smelt like drainage the whole time we were there.
Nearby sairee beach but rooms are not very clean
the location is great but the rooms were not very clean and somewhat smells
Great location and good place for few nights
My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights. The highlight about this hotel is the amazing location. We loved the sairee beach area as there was always something to do whether you just want to lay out on the beach, sun tan by the nice pool or in the evening take a stroll along the path to check out the various stores, bars, restaurants, etc. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful with any tourist related questions. As for the room itself, we recieved a room with two beds as they did not have any available rooms with one king size unless we were willing to upgrade to one of their more luxurious rooms which we regrettfully didn't get to experience. Our room was clean and a decent size for two. The only negative was that the washroom could use some modern maintenance work. Although it was a bigger than normal washroom, the bathtub needed more work. It kept moving and shaking when trying to take a shower as they seemed to have attempted to replace the old tub with a newer version by simply placing it on top of one another. Very odd. Breakfast was included. Overall it is a good place to stay due to it's great location. If you don't mind spending more $$ I would suggest checking out one of their superior rooms that have their own mini pool and look great from the outside. 3.5 out of 10
not too bad
great location but rooms are more of a 2.5 star breakfast is very basic, toilets dont flush well and water is cold a little over priced, nicer hotels near for same price or a few extra dollars
Hotel is ok and has a good location
From the pictures we were definitely looking forward to staying at Sairee Hut, however we were disappointed in the standard of our room. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was not clean and a definite smell was present. The staff were friendly and the one bonus of the hotel was its location being right on the beach.
The real natural along the beach
At the frist time we arrived at Sairee Drive Beach Resort we quite a bit unpleased of all around area and facilities as wasn't expectation before. Otherwise we got good companion from receptionist by very useful suggestion about our travel plan.
four star
great spot and great veranda overlooking beach and pool. the only disappointment was the very loud music till 2 an 3 in the morning from nearby resorts or beach bars.
Koh Tao exploring
This resort is average. We did have the cheapest accommodation. It was comfy and clean and had good air cons too. The breakfast was really nice too. Lots of food and choices. The location is very central to everything however if ur looking for a bit more then upgrade to one of their new rooms is my suggestion.
Misleading rooms on site - gross hotel
Don't be fooled, the rooms pictured in the listing are NOT the ones they rent out, they're newer ones that were all mysteriously empty. You get gross rooms instead - grimy, holes in sheets, disgusting/smelly bathroom. Some trees were cut down during our stay, blocking our entrance, and stayed there for over 24 hours - seriously?! Breakfast included is nice, but the food is gross so you won't want to eat it anyhow. Only pluses: location on beach and VERY close to bustling main road (the massage place at the end of the driveway is fantastic, and the green curry next door to that is the best I've had in my life), and front desk staff were lovely. Otherwise, felt a bit ripped off and we only paid equivalent AUD$60/night...
Three day visit to Ko Tao
The hotel overall was very good in terms of location and facilities. The pool was great and the restaurant on the beach too. Close to many bars and shops. Only downside was that we were in hut 14 which is opposite some kind of work shop/lodgings and we were woken up at 9am each day by some guys chainsawing bits of wood into small pieces. Any chance of a peaceful lying was impossible. Also the service at the bar was slow at the best of times.
Ask for a room in the renovated section...
We arrived to this resort with high hopes from the pictures on the website, big mistake. In actuality you're most likely going to be staying in a hut on the older side of the resort. That being said, it was fine. It's old yes, but clean and has both air conditioning and a rotating fan to circulate the air. The bathroom was dated, but did the trick with no bugs to be seen in room. The pool at the resort is wonderful. It overlooks the beach and is in a prime location! If you walk the opposite way to the street there is PLENTY of really good restaurants to eat at... One in particular stood out, a Italian spot with modern decor... If only I could remember the name. Anyway on with the hotel review, the breakfast was ok. The staff aren't the friendliest, but weren't rude either. I would stay again. I would also suggest the dive business on the resort. We did one day of 'fun diving' and it was worth it.
good
Over all good, miss out of pickup us at peir when arrival. We saw other hotels cars are waiting for ther guess but not us, we was a little bit disappointed. Anywhere we manage to reach hotel by cab.
Good location
Koh Tao was one of our favourite islands in Thailand. The hotel was right on the beach but close enough to town to walk to the restaurants etc. Sairee Beach is a great area of Koh Tao, nice walkways through the restaurant & shopping areas. Great for renting scooters & exploring the rest of the island. The beach in front of the hotel was ideal for swimming. The restaurants were excellent & the beer cheap! A must is renting a long tail boat for going to Koh Nangyuan where the water is crystal clear & the sand on the beach is white.
Good hotel, nice location, very relaxing!
Hotel was good, would stay again. As everything has a few downsides; as per usual in Thailand the wifi was sporadic. Our room Was closest to the road which was unfortunate but still not too loud since koh Tao is pretty quiet! But the location of the hotel was perfect
O.K. but a little disappointing
PROS: very good location right in the centre of everything, staff were friendly and helpful, price was good, room was modern. CONS: room not clean mostly linen, yellow bed sheets, some with old stains, yellowish towels. Breakfast was very ordinary and although breakfast was included we actually went outside to have breakfast at nearby restaurants.
Make sure you book the duplex suites
Gorgeous modern & spacious with roof terrace & large flat screen tv. Ended up staying extra nights as we loved the room so much (had previously Stayed in average accommodation all over Thailand) Breakfast was always nice hot & fresh could have more facilities for toast though Mango daiquiris are the best on koh Tao
the room is not that clean, though the swimming pool is great.
Not quite what we expected but still good
We stayed here and loved the location. Half of the resort is very modern while the other half is probably 20 years old. We stayed in one of the oldest most run down rooms, but the air con worked great, the beds were decent and the location was not to be beat. The breakfast is pretty good as well. Just keep in mind that the pictures you will see online are from the more modern villa's and hotel rooms, the standard bungalows and rooms are a bit more rustic
Great place to stay, brilliant location
Good clean and large rooms, friendly staff always smiling and saying hello! Really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly like to return!
Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location on sairee beach. Brilliant location for diving, relaxing, restaurants and nightlife. I would definitely recommend!
Ok but a bit over priced.
Not enough sun loungers. Next to noisy bars. Currently building work in hotel.
Beautiful hotel on the beach
Hotel has a great location, right on the beach in the best part of the island at Sairee beach. There are 3 concerns I had about the hotel though... 1) It is very close to a club on the beach and the club music was very loud until 4am. 2) The wifi was not working in my room, I had to go closer to the lobby. 3) The checkout time is 10am, much earlier than I am accustomed to.
Stock Standard
Good location right on the main beach with a fantastic swimming pool. Nice clean rooms, well maintained but overpriced. Staff unhelpful. Free buffet breakfast was very bad. Overall it's ok but better places on offer for the same price.
Family Trip
We had triple room here. The resort(hardly...) is a mix of old and new buildings. Service is below expectation(even in Thailand) and the beach is not great... The breakfast is the one of the worst we experienced in Thailand. There are lots of mosquitos around but the A/C worked good which is a great thing! The room was not moldy, and I was able to breathe. Do get them to pick you up at the pier free of charge. Taxis are expensive here.
Sairee Dive Huts - My Best Memories of Thailand
Wow! Wow! Wow! I fell in love with Thailand, and it all happened at Sairee Dive Huts. Enchanting resort with accomodations in several price ranges. Our suite was in the new area and was outstanding. The owners are great people who care about their guests. The food is excellent and we seldom ate elsewhere. Why bother when the view, the service and the food are that good. I shall return!
All went well
The stay was great. The huts were confortable, but modest. The linen was changed every day as well as the cleanig tookplace daily. The location was very good and the service was friendly. We have already told our friends about the stay.
Fantastic holiday
Great place to stay. We've spent two weeks in sairee hut resort. Location and staff are amazing. Great pool and beach but divers using pool as well which was a bit annoying. Bathroom in superior room needs update, if you're looking for luxury book pool villa. Hotel is right on the beach, easy access to night life, shopping, restaurants. Excellent beach massage next door only 300bahts. Hotel makes fantastic breakfast, yummy fruit shakes only 60 bahts and we loved our lunch on the beach with chicken sandwiches and singha beer. Over all we loved this hotel, food drinks and quiet location is superb. We would definitely come back again.
Pleasing stay
This hotel has amazing location on the beach, shops are also a walk away. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed great, cheap meals on the beach. The hotel also offers Scuba diving for a great price, we would defiantly return again. The only problem we had was with the smell in our room which seemed to have come from the toilet/bathroom area, must of been a problem with the sewrage.. Nevertheless would love to come back here!
Great all-rounder
Perfect location, clean & tidy, friendly staff. Great value for money here
small hotel . you receive what you pay
staff friendly, pool ok but small room for some chairs, so always those were taken. breakfast ok but dinner better very close to town and beach front
Brilliant Location
Loved our stay here it was very relaxing and peaceful. Good value for money. Staff are wonderful. Pool, beach and restaurant are all very close together making it a perfect choice for the younger children. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants which made it easy for the teenagers. We were a group of 10 that stayed here and we were all happy with the choice.
unexpected luxury :0)
I was in the pool view suite, which has its own plunge pool. It's a great suite, very quiet and comfortable. The only thing I'd complain about is the lack of outdoor seating. If I'm going to use my own plunge pool, it would be handy to be able to sit alongside it once I'm out!
Pleasant all round.
We had a pleasant stay at Sairee Hut. Good breakfast. I don't recommend the long tail boat trip around the island though. We paid 2300 Baht which I think is a little excessive. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. The dive shop crew were great.
This place has wonderful customer service. The staff is very helpful with any accomodations that is requested. The one thing I did not enjoy was the bathroom situation. this place was close to the town and liked the beach location.
Soothing experience
This hotel comes as a very good value for money. The rooms are new, neat & good looking. The hotel staff is courteous but yes, they are not very comfortable speaking english which is a concern.
Everything is fine except my room.
I got a dirty and old room , old air conditioning has a water dropped to my head..The bed and room have a bad smell .At all old ,be unable to breathe.I can not sleep all night but good location ,good service and easy to go out
Many better options
I would never recommend staying at the Sairee Hut. Firstly, be aware that hotels.com doesn't tell you when your room HAS NO HOT WATER. Secondly, I have never encountered such unfriendly, unhelpful staff. The only nice staff I met in four days here are in the dive shop.
Terrible wifi, old rooms
The hotel is poorly maintained: you can see facilities used to be nice at some point, but got shabby with time. No hot water for 2 days. Wifi is barely working: i had to hold my work meetings on the floor in the corridor. Some staff were nice and tried to help out, other were not.
