Awful. Hotel sent me an email saying I could check in as late as 22:00 and that someone would be there to greet me. I arrived at 21:00 and was not able to check in due to no one being there. If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place.

Blazing HOT room!

NO AC! The hotel room was at least 90F/30C Degrees with a ONE small fan that barely worked. Couldn't sleep, ended up buying a new room at another hotel with AC because the heat was that bad.

We had a room with a full view of The Vrijthof, which is the lively center square of historic Maastricht. Lively until 6 PM that was, because at that time the government closed down all restaurants and bars to combat Corona, until at least April 6.

Property is in an excellent location. However, it felt expensive for what you got. I would describe the breakfast as adequate, but limited. Hotel has no lift, instead a steep staircase - something to bear in mind when reserving a room.

Very inconvenient because no elevator to go to fifth floor with our lovages. All together we were didappointed to to pay The rate of 5 or 4 star hotel to pay to this Cheep and very poor Serrvis hotel. Rabi Soleimani.

Great location of hotel in middle of city by the square. Hotel was nice and clean, no towels in our room when we checked in but reception sorted that out very quickly.

Overpriced

It’s convenient for an André Rieu concert and not much else , rooms are dirty , breakfast is awful and the hotel is insecure, staff are nice but untrained- we paid a four star hotel rate for a down market bed and breakfast

The hotel is in a perfect location for the Vrithof. The staff are all very friendly however if you go for The weekend when Andre Rieu is performing with his orchestra. The staff seem to only concentrate on the evenings where terrace meals are booked. We didn’t book a terrace meal,though we were still guests in the hotel .Some attention to detail was lost on them focusing only on the concert. We have stayed at the hotel on two occasions but this time we left a bit disappointed. We had reported the safe not working which didn’t get seen to. We reported having no WiFi which was due to heavy demand. We asked for some extra tea and coffee which we didn’t receive. These sound like really petty things which made it so disappointing because otherwise it is a really nice place to enjoy a well earned weekend treat. Don’t let this put you off because it is always best to try the place on your own steam.

Good general service BUT???

The Hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious and we are thankful for that. However, we have requested extra pillows due to the fact that i suffer from back pain, and the receptionist forgot to bring them over. More over the bathroom was very clean but a SMELL like garlic was over the area of the bathroom, which actually made us to avoid the bathroom unless was extremely necessary. I suggest that if they want to do well to concentrate of their attention to customers needs

Charming and central hotel

Very cozy hotel in a super central location of Maastricht. Right by the Vrijthof square. The receptionist gave us a great tip on a parking spot, which was much cheaper than the parking under the square.

Extremely great location. Parking under plaza was 30€ but a 10 minute walk & it was 9€. Beautiful room but #9 took some stair climbing. We loved it. Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfy beds.

Prima, betaalbaar hotel voor een weekend. Personeel was vriendelijk. Kamer was schoon en bed was goed. Badkamer is ruim, maar douchkop is klein. Let op: er is geen lift en de trap is stijl.

Mala experiencia

Nos tocó en el 3 piso, no hay elevador y es incómodo con las maletas. La limpieza; desde que llegas las alfombras no se han aspirado en meses, al llegar a la habitación, no es que estén mal las instalaciones, simplemente no le han dado mantenimiento en meses y necesita una limpieza profunda. El desayuno fue agradable la recepcionista Ariana también la mesera y prepara los cafés, súper agradable y dispuesta para atenderte Lo rescatable es la buena ubicación

De ligging van het hotel is zeer goed, middenin het centrum. De kamers zijn netjes, de bedden prima en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Jammer dat de entree en vooral de trap naar de kamers wat onverzorgd overkomen. Maar al met al een prima hotel, zeker voor die prijs!

Terrible. Stay away from this hotel

I have left my luggage at the reception around noon time and before the room is ready. They gave me the key of the room and kept the luggage at reception locker. When I arrived back at the hotel door of the hotel was closed. My key opened the door and I could not reach my luggage. Nobody informed me about the closing time of the reception while taking my luggage. Then I left with no luggage and could not reach any of my belongings including my medicine and care goods. Unbelievable. Also at midnight there was the fire alarm on without anybody from hotel management available. It was the most terrible hotel experience ever. They did not even apologised properly for the experience I had. Please stay away from this hotel. Only good thing is the location of the hotel nothing more.

Een vies hotel. Erg onpersoonlijk. Geen hotel maar een hostel.

onze kamer was niet echt schoon. er lag overal stof. zelfs in de badkamer. de trap naar boven was met vloerbedekking en zag er niet schoon uit. het is net of de stofzuiger nog nooit de trappen nooit heeft gezien. we hadden een kamer op bovenste verdieping en dat was een hele klim en zeker voor mijn vrouw. tv deed het niet en geen afstandsbediening ik moet eerlijk zeggen dat het meisje die daar werkte haar best deed. we vonden het een teleurstelling en wij niet alleen. iedereen klaagde hoe vuil de kamers waren.

Schon beim Check in fing der Ärger an. Es wurde einem ein Computertablett rübergegeben in das man alle üblichen Angaben selber eingeben sollte. Leider funktionierte das Programm überhaupt nicht und nach dem x-ten Versuch meine Anschrift einzugeben habe ich entnervt aufgegeben. Das Ganze dauerte 15-20 Minuten. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Altbau. Unser Zimmer lag im obersten Stockwerk und war nur über eine steile, enge Treppe erreichbar. Kein Aufzug und Hilfe beim Gepäck gab es nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig bis auf die Toilette. Die war so eng, dass man die Tür bei Benutzung etwas offen stehen lassen musste. Zudem war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber, insbesondere besagte Toilette war verschmutzt und sonderte einen üblen Geruch nach Urin ab. Der Gipfel war das angebotene große Frühstücksbuffet für immerhin 16,- Euro p.P.. Es bestand aus einem an der Rezeption ausgegebenen Tablett mit Tassen, schmutzigen Gläsern und kalten Eiern. Dazu wurde einem eine Papiertüte mit trockenen gummiartigen Brötchen und in Plastik verpacktem Brot , zwei in Frischhaltefolie eingewickelten Scheiben Wurst und Käse „gereicht“ . Um nicht wieder mühsam die Treppe hochsteigen zu müssen nahmen wir vor dem Hotel auf der Straße an verdreckten Tischen und Stühlen Platz. Einziger Pluspunkt war das freundliche und bemühte Personal. Alles in allem eher eine Enttäuschung und keine Empfehlung.

Super centraal gelegen hotel aan het Vrijthof, perfecte uitvalsbasis om Maastricht te verkennen. Vriendelijk personeel, fijne bedden, geen geweldig kussen, gordijnen mogen wel een update krijgen, supergladde douchevloer waarop je zeer snel uitglijdt.

Familien Zimmer war top!Flur sehr eng ansonsten, top Lage,abends was lauter aber mitten im Geschehen. Mit Kindern großartig

het was een mooi knus hotel dichtbij het centrum van Maastricht!

Niet fijn was dat ik een kingsize bed wilde. 3 nachten. 650 euro. Geen enkel groot 2p bed. Ok. Ik kreeg een grotere kamer. Maar wel weer met twee 1p bedden tegen elkaar aan. Daar glij je van tussen de matrassen. Vervolgens nog een misverstand over de prijs van de gemeente belasting en ontbijtprijs. Wordt terugestort. Ik moet het nog krijgen, maar het is toegezegd. Schoon was het ook niet. 63 traptreden naar kamer 9. Geen lift. Vieze trap. Stoffige lampen. Verwarming in de douche stuk dus verplaatsbaar kacheltje. We hebbennons bestvin maastricht vermaakt. Al drie de accomodatie er niet bepaald toe bij.

Het hotel ligt aan het Vrijthof dat is fijn. Minder vind ik de trappen omhoog naar de jamers.

We hebben 1 een 3 persoonkamer gelogeerd . Het aillamdhotel op het vrijthof. Helemaal op zolder. Veel trappen op maar dan heb je ook wat! Grote kamer en een hele grote badkamer. Meer een badhuis!! Lekker bad. Veel handoekken. Heerlijk! Waterkoker was niet aanwezig en ook geen theezakjes. Maar verder topverblijf!!

Kamers waren proper en netjes. Geen lift. 148€ exclusief ontbijt is wel veel geld om te overnachten.

Leuk kleinschalig hotel, centraal gelegen. aan T vrijthof.wel wat lawaaierig boven omdat t raam open moet.veel trapjes brengen je naar n grote kamer.gezellig ingericht.heke grote badkamer

Die Rezeption, sowie die Zimmer waren sehr sehr verstaubt. Allgemein war es nicht wirklich sauber. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns den Eindruck vermittelt als würden diese das erste Mal Gäste einchecken. Die Betten sind auch eher mangelhaft. In unserem Zimmer hat ein Abfluss so dermaßen gestunken, dass wir gleich wieder auschecken wollten. Für den Aufenthalt von einer Nacht haben wir uns dann doch auf den Gestank eingelassen. Die Lage des Hotels ist top - wirklich schade dass es so dreckig und stinkig war…

Personeel super attent! Goede locatie midden in het gezellige centrum. Schoonmaak van de kamer kan beter, dikke laag stof en vuil onder het bed en op riggels en plinten.

Prima eenvoudig hotel in het hartje van Maastricht. Goede bedden en fijn douche. Minpunt: het is exclusief het ontbijt. De prijs voor een kamer is in verhouding hoog.
