Walkable dining and free parking. Hotel was clean, nice to have a morning local paper.

It was great to be able to walk everywhere I needed to go (dinner, shopping, UCLA med center)

We liked the quaintness of this property and the location. I have an annual check up at UCLA and by far this the greatest hotel we’ve stayed in. We are from Oklahoma so this hotel was perfect for us.

We have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the last few years. They have recently done some remodeling as well..The staff is very kind and attentive..The rooms are clean and quiet and well stocked for immediate needs..There is a very nice self serve breakfast in the morning..Parking is limited but the staff is very helpful with this as well. Not a fancy place but excellent..

Pros: -very close to Ronald Reagan so we were able to walk to visit a family member. They also have a shuttle but we never used it. -Cute neighborhood with many restaurants. - one of the employees at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. Cons: -Mold present all over the bathroom in unit 212. Very upset especially since my baby was exposed to this mold. -was charged an additional $10 per night for an "extra" guest even though I only had 3 people for a room that sleeps 4.

Friendly staff, free parking, free breakfast, clean room, and free US Today if you are into reading newspapers. The location is also excellent.

Stayed here while I was in LA for surgery and then for a day of recovery. All of the staff was extra nice and accommodating. Really appreciate the help of Angel at the front desk. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location in close proximity to many things. Would stay again!

Great hotel…parking is a concern for me

This hotel fits the bill, near the VA hospital, gourmet restaurants are just a few steps away and very quiet location. All the rooms are great. This is the 4th time we've stayed here and it seems that every room is better than the last!

Parking was different but it is in such a convenient location walked to get food is easy and close by the only thing that was a bit scary was the elevator was small and made loud sounds and door opened slowly

The property is conveniently located and reasonably priced. There is parking but it is tight. Rooms are small but have everything you need.

We had a nice stay at the Royal Palace Westwood hotel for three nights. The hotel is in a safe location walking distance from the UCLA campus. Staff are nice and welcoming. Parking spaces are narrow and are good for compact sized cars.

Newly remodeled rooms, super clean, spacious & had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable & location very quiet. Walking distance to UCLA campus, free parking on premises. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location if you’re visiting UCLA! Easy walk to campus and steps away from Westwood Village! Westwood Village has great dining options, shopping and entertainment The staff at RPW was pleasant and our room was comfortable and spacious. Saving it to my list if we return to the area.

Lovely hotel. Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had everything you needed - pancakes, bagels, eggs, cereal and fruit. I would stay here again.

Great value! Nice-sized room with 2 queen beds, a large bathroom and a little kitchen area! Free parking and wifi and basic breakfast. Very clean with friendly staff.

I really liked the outside balcony

Had several occasions to interact with front desk staff. One man in particular seemed extremely "challenged" by very simple questions or tasks like just printing a receipt at checkout. Waited behind other customers on two separate occasions for long periods for him to do simple "hotel stuff". The day we returned from the trip Orbitz sent an email informing us that our credit card was compromised through an incident with hotel staff. Multiple fraudulent charges to deal with. Had to cancel the card. I won't be back and suggest you avoid this place.

The Royal Palace was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Free parking was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Royal Palace if you’re in the area.
