Good room

The room was good. It’s small but stylish and had everything that I needed. The only upsetting thing was that the view from the window - a wall 1 meter away 😅

Nice property walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast option worth the price. Only issue was slowing drainage of shower.

Cool place bang in the middle of the fanciest street

This hotel was very clean and a great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in so many ways. When we return to this area, we will stay here again.

This was a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful, and it's very close to a popular area. I felt safe and had a nice time there, and the furnishings and fixtures of the room were very nice. It did not have a fridge or anything to make coffee or tea, just a heads up to those who like to do that. The one thing that was a bit of a problem for me was my room was very close to the street and to the lobby so it was loud. But overall I would recommend this hotel because of all of the positives, especially to those who want to be in a central area with shopping, restaurants, and bars that is also safe.

Perfect spot in Lisbon.

First: about the hotel itself. Pristinely clean. Felt brand new. Bed is beyond comfortable and air conditioner worked nicely. Staff is very friendly and always on duty. Location is great. You are tucked on a side street just far enough for it to be silent in your room, but mere 20-30 steps from the action on the avenue (there was an incredible band playing in the park. Couldn’t hear them at all in my room - but they were great entertainment when outside.) Very easy access to a metro and bus station. Lots of great coffees and eats within the walking distance. Highly recommend for your stay in Lisbon.

The hotel is very nice with updated It grts going about rooms. All of the staff I interacted with were exceptional; they were helpful, pleasant & professional. 2 things to note: There is a bar/nightclub right across the street. Breakfast is not worth 10 euros.

Everything was very good

We really liked the location of the hotel, with it being very central and walkable to many attractions, shops and parks. However, be aware the walls are very thin so if guests in neighbouring rooms have an early start - you do too! Showers and bathrooms share walls, so resting in the morning was not an option.

Very nicely decorated (albeit with some out of place items( small hotel at the heart of the city but slightly off center from the very noisy/crowded area. Need to open windows really, even if a little bit. I command the management as an ex hotelier to start housekeeping staff start cleaning the rooms in the afternoons. Perfect morning sleeps except the intervention of some other disrespectful guests

Close to everything, but quiet enough.

Suchhhhh a perfect room! The design is really nice in the rooms, the AC can get super cold, really nice shower, the staff is super friendly, easy check in, walking distance to any part of Lisbon pretty much! Highly recommend. Oh and the comfiest bed I have had while traveling... was hard to get out of it.

much room for improvement

At this price, one expects a bit more. What is missing: water (no self-service filling station), closet (5-6 unmovable hangers over a utility table), tea pot (no coffee or tea), sleepers, and tissue paper, all of which are normally found in a hotel. Hallways were so narrow only 1 person could pass at a time. What was worst was the water puddle and smell in the shower booth. Half of the floor was flat and water stayed all day long. Once you are out, A/C stops, temperate goes up nearly 30, and it rained for 3 days... you get the picture. Staff was nice in general.

Great option

Well located, near Rossio and the metro. Very friendly staff! Room felt like home, although the bathroom is very small and some simple stuff is missing (e.g. Kleenex)

We stayed at this hotel in April 2023, we are aware there not many reviews with the hotel only being open around 6 months, so feel this honest review is necessary. We wouldn’t change a thing. The location of the hotel is perfect central to all the nice little areas of the city and a 5 minute walk to Rossio train station where you can get trains out of the city to places like sintra and cascai. All the hotel staff were lovely, spoke various languages and were very helpful with any questions. The room itself was perfect for a 3/4 night city break, comfy double bed , good size shower with big shower head and the room was cleaned daily with all towels replenished. The only small negative was maybe there is not much natural sunlight but that is because the streets are so narrow, also the windows don’t open but that is not a problem as the air con works a treat! The hotel is a solid 8/10 and we would recommend to anyone.

Great price for a basic but clean & cheery room. Breakfast was wonderful. We will stay at your Sevilla location.

A very nice stay

Nice new hotel, with some room for improvement

Having opened just under a year ago, this hotel feels sleek and new. Staff are polite and helpful. The location is very convenient for the city centre as you are close to the Rossio train station, and not far from the other main areas of Lisbon. Despite the fixtures being new, I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. The air-conditioning also had issues during our stay - staff were happy to help, but it would often just stop working at 1am, and we didn't want to call maintenance staff to our room at that hour. Lastly, I didn't like the 'bathroom' that was a tinted glass cubicle in the corner of the room - it's not great for privacy.

Great location

Last minute booking so we got the ADA room on the first floor by the lobby. There’s a moldy smell in the bathroom that bothered us the entire time. Though they cleaned it, after we used the shower, it would come right back. The room did not look as cute in the pictures or feel as clean as advertised , which was disappointing, but it was probably the most spacious room in the hotel. The AC unit had to take a day to “defrost.” The room is right next to a busy street. However, it’s right around the corner to all the luxury shops. The proximity to Rossio train station was only about a 5min walk and was perfect for our trip to Sintra. There’s a nice fancy restaurant a couple blocks down in a hotel called b restaurant with amazing sangria.

Great stay just off the main shopping area. Easy check in, rooms look brand new and clean. Plus they have the custard tarts!

The property was very neat, clean and modern. The staff was super helpful at all times, morning, noon and night. The beds were very comfortable!

Molto sporco! Riusano la coperta tra un cliente e l’altro! La nostra coperta aveva macchie fresche ed era evidentemente strapazzata dall’utilizzo precedente, abbiamo chiesto un cambio, ho dovuto partecipare al cambio della coperta! l’interno del piumino era pieno di macchie marroni e gialle, veramente indecente che un ospite debba cambiarsi il letto ! La doccia è all’interno della camera se qualcuno con voi non sigilla tutto da fuori con degli asciugamani si allagherà tutta la zona wc e notte!!! Il piatto doccia con tutte le macchie di muffa nere che ho provato a togliere con un po’ di sapone è una spugnetta e sono venute via. Quindi questa è totale incuria ! La camera è piccola e utilizzare una nicchia per delle piante che potrebbe essere utile come zona armadio lo trovo assurdo ! Il personale è gentile la struttura è recente ma la pulizia è la cosa più importante! Colazione buona!

O ralo do banheiro não desce água direito, mas percebi que é um problema comum nos hotéis de Portugal. Contudo, super recomendo!

Maravilhosa estadia! Check in mais cedo que a média e o check out mais tarde. Uma das garotas da recepção me ajudou a levar malas para o quarto ja maior gentileza, e ao final foi super prestativa guardando minha bagagem ao final do check out, e sem custos. O hotel é muito bem localizado e quartos confortáveis. Adorei.

Hotellet ligger centralt, så man kan gå rundt i byen. Ligger tæt på en Metro. Dejlige nye værelser. Dejlig morgenmad.

Hôtel proche du centre de Lisbonne, très pratique, literie de plutôt bonne qualité. Par contre, emplacement très bruyant, chambre mal insonorisées et pour ma part placé juste a côté de la réception, pas terrible pour avoir de l'intimité...

La ubicación es muy buena pero la habitación muy muy ruidosa, a pie de calle. El baño muy limpio. El trato básico. Para el precio que tiene es muy decepcionante

Adoramos o hotel, mas não tem boa acústica. Se você tem problemas com sono, não indico. Como não tenho, dormi muito bem! A funcionária Nazaré nos atendeu com muito carinho e atenção. Ela fez de tudo para que pudéssemos ter uma boa estadia. É uma excelente funcionária 😁
