The staff were all excellent and the accommodation was a wonderful sanctuary to come back to at the end of a long day

Employees were so caring and helpful

3 night stay in Cape Town at the start of an African adventure. Super friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, good location, 15 mins to beach, and to V&A. The apartment is probably the best we’ve stayed in (penthouse/honeymoon) especially for the money charged. Full high end kitchen, en suite, separate bathroom, 4 balconies and roof terrace. Jacuzzi wasn’t working properly but still 5 stars

Great location for a family trip.

Great location in Green Point, we were able to walk to the V & A area during the daytime. The 2 bed apartment was spacious, well furnished and had good views from the master bedroom and lounge. It was cold during our stay and there was excellent under floor heating and a wall heating unit. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. They had helped us prior to our stay with organising a transfer from and to the airport, which was most helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. We felt very safe during our stay.

Very nice place, spacious 3 bed apartment finished to a very high spec. Great location, good value for money. All staff were really friendly and polite. Great place and will definitely be back

Spacious appartment worth a visit

We stayed for the Cycle Tour and were made to feel extremely welcome from start to finish. The appartment was extremely spacious and large balcony. We didn't go to the pool or have breakfast but it all looked good.

Romney Luxury apartments provide luxury without the expensive price. We stayed here for a week and we loved it. The hotel itself it beautiful and clean! The rooms are very spacious with a kitchen and balcony! Free Breakfast and a bartender is on site! The staff is amazing. I can't recall everyones name, but Jimmy is the best around. Anything that we needed or asked, he went above and beyond to find it or get it for us. He always greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome! He gave us recommendations and made sure that we had everything we needed. Jimmy is truly a gem. Also the lady at the front desk is also really nice. She always greeted us with a smile and provided us with great customer service. The kitchen staff and bartenders were all friendly and welcoming. Whenever I am in Cape Town, Romney Park is the only place I will stay!!!

What a wonderful hotel.

Excellent hotel, staff and services were excellent.

The hotel is very nice and the restaurant and front desk people were amazing. Jimmy helped us get food ordered in and set up an amazing tour or Langa Township. My only minor complaints were that our tap in the sink had very low pressure (it was good enough so we didn’t alert the hotel until we were leaving) and, while there is air conditioning for the summer, there is no heat during the winter. It wasn’t a huge issue but there weather was quite cool and rainy during our stay (Aug. 18 - 25) and a few days in the hotel were quite cool. This would not be an issue most of the year.

My family and I had the most phenomenal experience. The hotel apartment is located in a safe walkable location. Excellent communications, cleanliness is superb. The staff is spectacular and courteous. The restaurant staff are amazing and the food is so delicious. A special thank you to staff members Ruby, Thandiszwa, Ubuntu, Jimmie, and all the staff members, you are so very special and appreciated. They were so welcoming, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home away from home. I will always be eternally grateful for your hospitality. I look forward to returning. I highly recommend this property and give it a million stars.Blessings!

A Gem in Cape Town

Cape-towns brightest gem Apart-Hotel

Fantastic stay, easy check-in superb apartment - it is almost impossible ta expect more at this very reasonable rate! Loved the fantastic in room coffee and tea service one of the best on offer ! Really a great reception with the charming and lovely Ruby at the front desk :-)

Amazing experience!

The property is an apartment building with many residents so it is not a hotel, though it provides many of the same services as a hotel. Our apartment was outstanding! We wanted to move in! Very spacious, beautifully furnished, all very functional, except for the tub in the master bathroom, which looked as though it could be dangerous (I didn't use it). But the other bathroom had a good shower so we both used that. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. The did several "extras" like printing out my PCR test results, calling uber taxis for us, etc. Overall, the Romney Park is an excellent choice. It's only downside was the lack of convenience stores (like Spar) or any restaurants nearby. But it only takes about 10-15 minutes by uber to go to the V&A waterfront where there is a great variety of restaurants and shops. The trip only takes about 50 rand, so less than US$4.00

A disappointing Mother's Day weekend experience

We stayed at Romney Park in April to ensure I have the perfect place to celebrate Mother's Day and spoil the two women I hold dear. Everything went well on our April stay with room for improvement on the Eggs Benedict but Themba's, restaurant staffer, attentiveness during breakfast made the experience a good one... This Mother's Day, however, turned our stay into a failed attempt to make my company feel special.. The bed mattress in Room 301 main bedroom need to be replaced. Sinking into the mattress body mold for two nights resulted into sleepless nights and contributed to an unpleasant stay... The warm breakfast choice on Mother's Day turned into a disaster which I communicated to our serving waitress when my Mom and Aunt shared their disappointment about the Omelet order. The Omelets were overcooked and they waited a further 40min after the complaint was logged for 4 strips of bacon that didn't accompany the meal choice as requested. The hard poached Egg Benedict and Frittata was just as disappointing... We left shortly after 7am on Monday morning when breakfast options were still unavailable...

Great place to stay

We had a great stay at Romney Park. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Nice view from 5th floor. It was good to be able to go from garage to the floor we stayed on.

What an incredible experience. Staff are very helpful. The place is vety clean. Will most definitely stay there again.

Pleasant even without Spa facilities

It was fantastic. The only criticism is thay rjere is presently no spa and we were looking forward to that option. The rest was all as advertised.

Wonderful stay

A really pleasant stay at Romney Park Luxury Apartments friendly staff and lovely accommodation, breakfast had me filled until supper time really fantastic time to break away with my wife.

Great hotel, superb friendly and efficient service

I spent two nights at this hotel, first night in a standard room and upgraded to the honeymoon suite on second night and found it impeccable in terms of anesthetics and service. The standard room was a bit snug but the honeymoon suite was spacious, beautifully decorated with a gas fireplace and rooftop garden and jacuzzi. A small observation is that the honeymoon suite does not seem particularly accessible by wheelchair.

Nice

We stayed in a luxurious three bedroom apartment with a huge balcony with an ocean view. It had all the amenities that we could possibly need and more. Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Mele was very helpful and a great tour guide, as was Samuel. Due to coronavirus we did not want to do group tours so they organized two fabulous day trips for us to the southern cape and to the wine regions. Loved it!

this is an absolutely beautiful property. Excellent management and friendly staff! It is well located . Breakfast was great. A washer in the apt. Anyone would love this property. Amazing is my best description!

The staff is super friendly, i was accomodated with everything i needed for my baby (infant bed & bath tub, heater etc), the breakfast was lovely and the rooms are very clean not to mention the beautiful ocean view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is nice. However, the unit was cold even after the heat was on all night. Also the hot water in the shower lasted for 2 minutes. I had to take a cold shower and then step into a cold unit. The staff was friendly when I checked in but not during checkout.

Property was very nice with a great breakfast. Apartment was big and comfortable.

Beautiful property all around with a wonderful staff. The rooms are very large and clean with every amenity needed for a short or long stay. My 1-bedroom space had a large, king sized bed, nice living area, kitchen with everything needed (except oven) and 2 beautiful balconies. I watched the sun rise and set on the balcony off of the lounge and the other wrapped the whole place, just beautiful. Location is wonderful, walked to Green Point Park in minutes, the main road and plenty of restaurants and shopping. I plan to stay here on my next few visits!

Great property with all you need. It's important to say that they're really big apartments. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Great place in a quiet region and easy to get in and out.

Great staff - poor internet conectivity but sorted out in the end

Das Hotel ist sauber und gut gelegen um die Waterfront oder die Restaurants in Sea Point zu erreichen. Dafür, dass wir dem Hotel eine hervorragende Bewertung geben, fehlt allerdings die Liebe zum Detail und die Herzlichkeit.

Sauber, ruhig und gut ausgestattet

Great accommodation and location in Cape Town. Room was nice but bathroom could need a few repairs here and there, but all clean though. Unfortunately the breakfast options are very limited and having the choice of the exact same 2 egg dishes + a bit of muffins and pastries every day for 4 day is very boring. Would definitely stay there again but the breakfast options need to be increased. Pool area is great, lots of restaurants nearby for dinner.

Felt at home during the whole stay. Grest location, big and fresh rooms and the breakfast was delicious but the best was the staff who I want to say thanks to.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Sehr große und schöne Zimmer- perfekt für Familien/ separate Schlafzimmer. Service sehr freundlich. Frühstück auch wirklich zu empfehlen. Lange ist sehe gut und sicher. Parkplätze reichlich vorhanden vor dem Hotel. Das hotel bietet auch Parkplätze an.

Appartamenti ampi e ben tenuti. Grazie all'aria condizionata abbiamo potuto scaldarci nelle fredde giornate invernali. Bene la colazione. Unico neo la mancanza di lavatrice nell'appartamento; non presente nemmeno in comune nella struttura.
