The staff were really friendly especially reception and dining staff. Room was really comfortable the only thing I didn’t think was good. Tea and coffee for the room were only provided for the 1st night I stayed 5 a bit cheap I thought how much is a milk and tea bag

Fantastic hotel. The location was ideal for the beach, nightlife and shops. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the food really good. We had a really good time and would happily recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to stay again next year. It’s in the perfect location, near to everything but just far enough away from the hassle and bustle of the strip. The food was fantastic and we couldn’t fault it. Great to still get a full English breakfast in a Spanish hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us.

It was lovely

This hotel is right at the end of the strip and therefore the area is fairly quiet. The guests were mainly middle aged to elderly and the staff were wonderful. The restaurant had traditional Spanish food but catered for English guests with a different menu every day. There was entertainment every night and a lovely outside seating area at the front. I highly recommend (unless you’re a party animal).

Stayed in Benidorm for years, wish I’d found this hotel earlier. Brilliant food, modern and clean rooms. Staff can’t do enough for you. Bar really cheap. Only downside if you’re a sun god/goddess, you need to move around at pool due to adjacent tall buildings. 10 of us stayed, all want to come back here next time. Fantastic. 👍👍

Lovely hotel only the pool area was a little underwhelming

The hotel its self was very nice and staff were pleasant. but i booked a queen bed and just received 2 singles pushed togethor and i had a piece of chicken and a piece of pork that was very pink inside which i left half after noticing and following day iv had food poisoning for over a week because of it. its ashame thats let it down and made me ill because the rest of the hotel is great!

Stay march 2023

Hotel was lovely. Rooms are so nice. Food fabulous, great breakfast and great choice at night although could do with not having to pay for a drink of water with my meal. Only gripe i have is we arrived late 12am so had missed evening meal and asked if i could get water. Was given directions to late night shop! Given we had paid half board and not had the meal i would have expected at least a bottle of water? But overall lovely hotel x

Fantastic hotel

Very comfortable and centralise hotel. Only five minute walk from the beach. Food was excellent and service and desserts were amazing. I would commend the waiters Joaquin and Mohammed.

We booked for my wifes 60th birthday and informed hotel in advance, disappointing that was not acknowledged in any way. Also the sausages for breakfast were not edible as taste was not of sausage. But all other items available for breakfast was 1st class in both quality and taste. Main lifts in hotel kept stopping abruptly in between floors on more than one occasion which was concerning. But overall everything was high standard. Room service,cleanliness, entertainment.

Lovely break, we have stayed several times at this hotel. Beds are comfortable but light weight and move when turning over during the night. Food was very tasty but repetitive.

Excellent value for money. Very friendly reception staff. Valentines gift in the room was a lovely touch. I would imagine parking can be a problem in summer. Will definitely stay again.

The food here is brilliant and the service the breakfast was the best I had in a Spanish hotel it’s nice the have thought about the English guests microwave in the restaurant and a big shout out to Mohammed great service The shower in the bathroom was fantastic could have stayed in that all day. There is great entertainment in the music lounge at night and the room is nice. I can not find anything negative to say about this hotel which is usual for me

Out of the blue booking thanks to BA air strike

Absolutely loved it, great food great service good entertainment. If I had to find fault it would be the pool and lounge area, we didnt use at all, as it looked like it was in the shade most of the day. We rented sun loungers and a parasol at 5euros each and was perfect for us.

Everywhere in the hotel was so clean, fresh modern and well maintained. Our room was large had a fridge, tv and kettle. They only supply tea/coffee for first day but you can pay 5 euros and they will top it up. We just took our own extras. Nice bathroom, large shower, hairdryer. Comfortable bed and large wardrobe. Safe in room, 15euro charge for our week. Nice balcony to sit on. Much needed air conditioning too. We were half board, and they were happy for us to swap lunch for dinner when we wanted to. Great selection of food at all meals. Tasty and hot. The restaurant staff made us feel so welcome, and were happy and friendly at every service despite being very busy. The live entertainment was very good, lots of choice for everyone music and comedy wise. We thought drinks prices were very reasonable for a hotel and spirits were brands we know and love! Nice pool area, and we didn’t have any trouble getting a sun bed, the pool doesn’t get sun until after midday due to neighbouring buildings but we were happy with that but don’t like to roast ourselves all day. If that’s your thing then the beach isn’t far. Plenty of bars and other entertainment in the area as well. Nice location.

Fantastic Benidorm Hotel

The hotel was very clean the rooms spacious and the food was fantastic only one thing missing was English Bacon

People still smoke on their balconies this is unacceptable in a no smoking hotel. The pool is only small but was very cold. The seating area around the pool were a bit crushed in. Food was very good and varied should be more than adequate for mossy people staff were friendly.i was short changed at the outside bar on one occasion they apologised and rectified problem immediately.whether this was a genuine mistake or not I do not know but I noticed a problem with the charging with the customer in front of me where they had been charged for something they did not have

Lovely stay would return

Lovely hotel, very clean, and excellent location. Hotel food was very nice and had a good selection the wok station had good variety and was tasty. Complementary Toiletries were a great help. If you are going out on a trip for a day the picnic is well worth taking with you a great selection of goodies. Would definitely stay again when we return. The only problem was the room was too hot at night with the air conditioning not being available as February/March are classed as winter months,

Great hotel, cleanest I've been in, small but quiet pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent with good variety every day. Drink prices are average but the measures are above average! No children nor teenagers while we stayed. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Riviera beach

I was staying at the Riviera beach hotel with a group of friends for a short break. This hotel has it Al!! Everything is perfect here, the food is first class the hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are excellent.

Hotel was great. We have been to Benidorm numerous times but this was our first stay at the Riviera Beach Hotel.Everything was lovely except the food.The presentation was uninspiring,the dishes were not refilled very quickly and compared to other hotels.even the salad bar lacked choice.We are not fussy eaters but we really struggled to find something that appealed.Even at breakfast the fresh fruit selection was poor and if the bacon was available the eggs were not ready.We ate out

A Fabulous Hotel Experience

The Riviera Beachotel has a delightfully, tasteful decor and is spotlessly clean. Check-In was warm, swift and informative! We were very happy with our room on the 9th floor with a view of the city. The food was good and the restaurant staff were so warm and friendly, especially Danny and Teodora who were so kind and caring. We weren't feeling very well one day.and they showed concern and ensured that we recovered, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They were very caring and professional about it! Thank you Teodora and Danny we had a really good holiday, thanks to you both. We definitely plan to go back to the Riviera when in Benidorm. It is known as the best hotel in Benidorm.

Good hotel close to beach

Great hotel close to beach and nightlife. Lovely outside seating area perfect for just chilling and watching the world go by , hotel staff were very helpful and attentive and restaurant was really good. A hotel that won't disappoint.

Well located. Ideal for beach , shops.

Couple of nights away with mum to celebrate her birthday. A more mature lady herself we both thoroughly enjoyed the riviera and all it had to offer. Clientele at this time , February , was older and a lovely quiet relaxed atmosphere and all appeared to enjoying themselves. Food and choice of was excellent. Staff attentive without being intrusive. Entertainment kept us in hotel all evening and drinks reasonably priced ..liked the detail that. They poured drinks at table in the music bar. Surpassed my expectations.

Could not fault this hotel it was excellent, the night entertainment was fabulous. It was close to the beach and the food was amazing.

bad experience.

Staff at reception and in music lounge are very rude. A Bag of belongings was taken out of our room by cleaner. Safe did not work needed several visits from maintenance meaning we had to take all our belongings out with us for 2 days. Definitely not 4 star.

Very Good Hotel, Great food, Terrific staff

We (2 People) stayed at this hotel early November and it was a very good experience mainly because the staff put in such a lot of hard work to achieve this so Thankyou to all of them. The food and service in the restaurant is second to none i have experienced for the price paid, and the cozy downstairs bar has entertainment nightly, some of the acts are a bit hit and miss but if you are lucky enough to catch lizzie G (tribute to various artists) she's a real gem and the bar prices are reasonable. overall a great hotel, spotlessly clean, modern, and niemi? on the front desk is an absolute delight nothing was to much trouble, Gracias.

A wonderful little hotel in a great location.

I stayed here for 3 nights over the bank holiday with my sister. The hotel was spotless in all areas and the food was good. Our room was spacious with quality fixtures and fittings. Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of one of the waitresses in the restaurant who didn't break a smile during our visit. The pool area is very pleasant with decking and comfortable loungers and chairs although there isn't a lot of space.

Group of 5 went for a birthday week, rooms nice pool area nice although the sun didn't get round until after lunch food was nice we went half board, staff pleasant , on my partners birthday the hotel brought a bottle of fizz to the room which was a very nice touch , staff at the bar at the front of hotel very nice too, great location will go again .

Definitely deserves number 1 spot

Hotel and staff were exceptional especially Angela, Teadora, Gloria and Joachim in the restaurant. Front bar staff and waiters were cheery and quick to serve. Reception was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food very good quality and variety with theme nights. Drinks and snacks were also very cheap. Cleaning staff left room immaculate. Will definitely return.

Hotel staff we so friendly and welcoming. Location great for bars and 5 minute walk from the beach. Restaurant staff were always happy to help. Bar staff worked unbelievably hard, they never stopped. Entertainment was really good, always something for everyone. The rooms were to die for, immaculate clean on arrival and everyday.

An amazing hotel in a great location 5 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the nightlife. Hotel is spotlessly clean the food is great we couldn't fault it. We would definately recommend

This hotel lived up to the high rating it has. Very close to all key spots i.e beach, bars, restaurants and has its own entertainment room that the acts in Benidorm perform. Staff very friendly especially the dining staff that always had a smile on their faces. Food excellent. I would certainly recommended this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

very comfortable beds great walk in shower, overall very clean, forgot to put clean towels, had to ask for them. Stayed on 3rd floor noise in floor above was quite bad at times, people walking around with high heels on wooden floor, apart from that hotel situated at prime location, entertainment 1st class don't have to leave hotel bar prices quite good, although did not realize you could get extra 25% of bar bill if you were a guest at hotel till our last night, only small card sitting on bar to tell you about this. Overall would highly recommend

We choose this hotel for a girlie 4 days away. Lovely hotel, really clean, the shower is amazing and beds are comfy. Also has a lovely outside bar. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a bit of luxury whilst in benidorm.

Surprisingly good hotel with excellent service, and cleanliness. Food was outstanding, so much choice! A really good stay, the entertainment here was also one of the best for choice, drinks were good value for money. Highly recommended hotel.
