The accommodation was beautiful. We had the family room for four. It was very comfortable and the staff were amazing. The location is wonderful. I would stay here again !

The property is on the second floor with NO elevator!

When travelling to Florence for just three nights, it was important to find a place that was walkable to all the major attractions. This is more like a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel, but it is so centrally located that you are steps away from all the major attractions. The facilities are spotless, the beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning worked. The breakfast in the morning was not the best, but you can always find a croissant or toast The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the shower and bathtub was spotless, they had extra comforters in the closet if you were cold. It is located so close to all the attractions. It literally takes less than a minute to walk to them. If you are looking for a place to stay that has a hotel lobby, a hotel bar or restaurant, a gym, this place is not for you. If you were looking for a clean safe and centrally located place to stay near all the attractions this place is for you. We walked from the train station. It was about 10 minutes, and we were. Literally in the middle of the tour de France. We watched the race On the street in front of us from our window. I highly recommend staying here and enjoying the option to go for an early morning, walk along the river, and late night stroll through the streets, listening to the opera, singers or musicians, and enjoying an appetitive in front of the cathedral, all within minutes of your front door

Beautiful comfortable accommodation ,breakfast included , pre- book parking as hotel is located in city center .. so restrictions apply for cars in zone. Centrally located

It was a great stay and we enjoyed it. We were a family of 4 and stayed in the family suite (one room with 2 twin beds and a full size bed). Check-in was very easy. Staff was very warm and friendly The room was very clean. Breakfast is served daily from 8am - 10am (included). Check-out was easy as well. We were able to chech-out and leave our luggage while we did one last sight seeing. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of everything. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again.

This is a GREAT place. Centrally located for all the important places to see. Staff was Fantastic! Maria took care of us for breakfast and made up our room every day. She made some of the best cappuccinos of our trip. We will return!
