Convenient location

Rooms were roomy and comfortable. They had a real breakfast with plenty of choices. The property has a little wear and tear but was well worth the value. It was very walkable to the Broncos game.

Property was walking distance to Empower. Room was a little dated but was OK for 1 night.

It's a decent location in Denver but transportation is definitely required. It was a pain trying to unlock the door. Other than that, it was comfortable.

The property is nice but needs lighting between the units. It’s dark and scary at night. Toilet seat was broken then looked like they tried to fix it with glue. The staff seemed very nice.

The property was nice, and close to downtown. Easy to access from the interstate. Very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. I came in town for a convention. If you are a walkers the property is just far enough to get to by foot, but it is a stroll. The rooms arw incredibly spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with essential pots and plates etc. Nice and clean. The bbq pits were in terrible shape and needed to be serviced. Also the outside environment needed to be cleaned and raked. The breakfast was good every day. And the gym had everything you needed to gwt a solid workout.

Close to the stadium! Breakfast was great! The $15/night parking charge was a little much, and you can hear EVERYTHING that’s going on upstairs.

Location was close to downtown. Upstairs guest were a bit load but overall quiet.

We arrived one hour before the check in time and they allowed us to check in. Staff were friendly. Our room is very clean and cozy. The breakfast was great. We stayed 2 nights and they didn’t serve the same breakfast everyday. The person in charge of breakfast was very kind, and even would take your plates when you’re done eating. He also wore and change his gloves every time he replenishes the food and when he takes away the guests’ plates to put them away. We will definitely book again. Oh, I should stress that parking is very reasonable. Last year we stayed in another hotel and they charged us $55/day. Here, they only charge $15/day.

Great Stay

Amazing stay! Loved the loft style and location.

I had trouble with my flight booking and did not make it to Denver, unfortunately. I spoke with somebody early Saturday a.m. informing them that I could not get another flight and had to cancel my room. I am receiving a refund of my payment to secure the room. Your employee was very helpful and friendly to deal with as well as sympathetic for my travel problem.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious great variety. The location was very convenient.

Good location for purpose of our trip. Did not know they charge for parking. Does need some maintenance (bathroom sink didnt drain) but our unit was clean and ready when we got there.

Great destination in Denver

The place was large and perfect for a friend’s weekend getaway. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with needed supplies. We were greeted in a very friendly and helpful manner when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy walk to basketball arena, great privacy with individual units, sumptuous breakfast. Very good value overall.

It is easy to get to Denver downtown. The sofa bed quality can be better. The staff is friendly.

Terrific location with great walkability for stretching your legs and your pooches', if you travel with them. Really nice variety of restaurants, and convenient to a number of attractions.

Very friendly staff . Always accommodating our needs. Breakfast was very good and alot of variety. Pool was a hit with kids. We loved our room .

Too hot

The AC went out. When we called the front desk they had said they had some fans available. We waited a little bit, then called again later that day. They said they couldn’t get anyone to the room at the moment but they would be there later. We wait, go to the front desk and they said they didn’t have any fans left. Besides dying of the heat, the stay was fine.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the room. The carpets were filthy, the upstairs shower looked dirty as well, and the overall condition of the property looked poor. I couldn't believe that this is a Marriott property. Then you get charged for parking when the propety looks worse than a motel 6. I will never stay here again. Don't believe the pictures it's very deceiving.

The hotel is conveniently located. Rooms were clean, however appeared a bit dated. Quality of the sofa bed however, was not good. The sofa bed mattress felt worn out and thin. Management was nice and apologized; we could have changed the room, but did not as we were already tired and had unpacked.

The staff was friendly and professional. The unit was spaceous anbd clean.

It was a nice space and convenient location, but the property shows age. It wasn’t overly clean, particularly the shower walls.

Great service

Roberta and Ricky were so nice when we checked in. It was a very busy time and they were very accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the set up was more than we expected. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Clean and friendly, but not too comfy or convenien

Facilities and room were clean and service was pretty good. Comfort was so-so. Hard bed, crappy feather pillows, shortest toilet ive seen outside of a grade school, no extra toilet paper and only 2 towels. Paying for parking on this property with what seems like ample parking seems like a money grab too.

The staff was great, best service! Our bathroom was dirty but staff quickly ran over to clean it for us & bring over sheets for us. I would stay again.

The riom itself was great. The complementary breakfast was nice, and the gym had everything i needed to workout in. The only things that needed service and attention were the onsite grills. I tried to use two different ones and they both did not work

We had a nice stay and it was walkable to area restaurants and activities. The gentleman helping out at the breakfasts was fantastic and made the stay a little extra special.

I really liked it, my family like it to. Will love to see more things in the small store, maybe like souvenirs.

We requested non smoking room. When we arrived, we entered our room and it smelled terrible. I immediately called the front desk and they transferred us to a diferentes room. However that room smelled terrible too. My daughter had major allergies and suffered all night because of the smoke.

Great hotel

Great hotel, however there needs to be a plunger in each room. We had an incident and couldn’t get it fixed til the next day. The couch definitely needs an upgrade and the walls need washed along with the carpet cleaned or replaced. Other than that we would stay again.

Front desk service was great and friendly! Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and there were also some spiders in the bathroom. Other than that the beds were comfy and it’s close to Empower Stadium if you have to walk there

The hotel is nice, with a lot of space in the rooms and a decent breakfast. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and helpful each time I needed to ask anything. One front desk worker went out of his way to come up to kill a moth that I couldn't get to leave my room. Thank you Marriott front desk staff for making this stay welcoming.

Stayed during Memorial Day weekend. We were able to see the Elitch Garden fireworks from the back of the property. The staff were great and offered grilling items when I mentioned during checkin that we were thinking of grilling out. The pool wasn’t open yet for the season, but we understood that it was to be inspected first. Staff offered snacks to the kids, let us know which parking spots were close to our building, and breakfast staff was very attentive of the breakfast area. I won’t lie that the bathrooms could use updating, but you can’t beat the space and everything was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and even extra trash cans outside of the unit in case you had large items (or dirty diapers in our case) to throw out.

Love how close it was to all the sports venues and it was super spacious and clean.

Cancelled my reservation

They gave my room away, and tried to move me to a hotel 2 hours away! Nope, then was giving me issues about a refund because I booked through hotels.com

I liked the 2 level suite for my MIL to have private bedroom, bath & living room on the main floor & ours was on the 2nd level.

Property is showing its age a bit, but still very nice. Outstanding staff! Casey at the front desk was amazingly helpful. Antoine and other attendants at breakfast were phenomenal: I mentioned at our first meal that we were in town for a memorial for our son who had died unexpectedly. As we were leaving the dining room, Antoine handed us a sympathy card that the attendants and front desk workers had signed! How did he do that so fast?? Food at the included breakfast is fantastic; they even have cold-brew coffee. 5 stars!

Love this property! This is such a nice walkable, safe area to go to a restaurant, coffee shop, go downtown, ect. The staff are very nice and responsive to anything you need. Breakfast is good and again very nice staff that work there. The hotel is clean and perfect for our family with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. This is our second time here and we will be back.

They were so great to us after our trip prior experience showing up at a homeless shelter

The property had a lot of space, was in a nice neighborhood, and was close to downtown.

Rooms are properly equiped for a long stay. However, the room was not cleaned properly, specially the bathroom, and the toilet was not working properly.

Outbooked me to a hotel 40 min away which will prevent me from getting to my office in the morning to work. I’m extremely upset.

We had to leave - very unprofessional manager!

The initial receptionist was apologetic about the fact that our room was not ready when we showed upand suggested we return 15-20 minutes later. 15 minutes later, the room was still not ready, so I went back outside. Shortly after that, my girlfriend went inside to ask for parking passes for our cars. At that point, the front desk manager had arrived and told my girlfriend that our room would not be ready for another half hour and that I had lied about when our room would be ready. The manager then asked whether she should cancel our reservation. When I went back in, the manager told me that I had lied to my girlfriend, again asked whether she should cancel our reservation, and suggested that I had an attitude problem. I asked her if she (and Marriott) wanted to cancel our reservation, to which she simply threatened that she could. Given her behavior, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel. We found an available room across the road, and then told the manager that she could cancel the reservation, and to please send me an email confirmation. We never received the cancellation confirmation email and did not get a refund from the Marriott. Hotels.com did reimburse us for part of the cost of the room and gave us a voucher for the remainder. We cannot know what personal trouble the manager was having that afternoon, but her lack of professionalism was over the top - especially since we had been very understanding and never complained about the room not being available.

Room is nice and have space but however the area is a little shady

21 days later…..won’t release security deposit

I stayed at this hotel just passing and spent about 5 hours total in the room, just to catch some sleep. They “held” a deposit for more than the price of the reservation and over 20 days later, still will not release the hold. If you enjoy spending unnecessary time involving your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, this is the place for you.

Pool is closed most disappointing

What could be more disappointing than the pool being closed. If this was winter I get it. But the weather is warm no reason to close the pool. I was told their pool is not open until May... what's the point posting a picture of their pool if it's closed majority of the year. My room had a smoke smell though it was supposed to be smoke free. The breakfast is mediocre compared to all the other Residence Inn I've been to...and they also ran out of plate and utensils which they had to sub with paper plates and plastic utensils. Because this is a Residence Inn, I naturally had a high expectation based on my great experience in the past. So felt a bit disappointed on how this one turned out. The remaining part is still nice though. bed is comfortable and towels are nice. Great layout of the room.

Everything was awesome.... Not giving 5 stars because they have a hidden DAILY "parking fee" that they dont tell you when you book nor when you check in..... You find out at the end of your stay when you receive your receipt on your email..... But other than that, It was the PERFECT stay in Downtown Denver !!!! -Samael

Overall Great Experience - Would Book Again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Denver Resident's Inn. The only real issues we had were minor - the water wasn't fully filtered at first, it needed to run a few times to clean itself as it had some spots, and the coffee maker stopped working, so it had to be replaced, again though, very minor. Also, minor again, we were surprised parking was quite expensive - considering the lot was fairly empty. As for positives - the location was really nice and convenient, the service was excellent - any time we needed anything, the response was quick, and the staff was very friendly (we thought the staff at breakfast was especially accommodating). We felt we had everything we needed for a week stay.

Definitely a lot of bang for your buck! I was shocked when I saw how big the space and the kitchen was. The blackout curtains in the room worked phenomenally and everything was really well made and clean. Plus, the breakfast food was to die for. Only complaint is that the outlets were a little weird? I had struggles getting my things to charge, even after buying a new charger

Located in very busy area. Lots of foot traffic in and around property. Every footstep of upstairs neighbor could be heard.

The staff was great. During check in the machine took forever and charged me twice. The rooms are old and dated. The floor creaked every time I walked on it. Breakfast staff amazing. The food offered was just alright. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room we stayed in was spacious and homey. Loved the area and closeness to the city. Definitely recommend.

Amazing Customer Service

Amazing customer service. I had an early interview in the morning and asked if I could check out at a later time and the staff was very accommodating for me. I came back after my interview and was still able to go back to my suite and pack up. I was never rushed to check out which made my stay very much enjoyable. The suite was equipped with everything necessary to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I loved the kitchen accessibility - I would love to take my family back. Overall, the customer service and accessibilities made my stay very stress free and enjoyable.
