The facility itself was new and extremely comfortable, with modern amenities and a tasteful design that made it feel like a home away from home. The staff at this hotel were nothing short of amazing. They greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness, ensuring that I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made all the difference in creating a memorable experience. One of the standout features of this hotel was its prime location. With easy access to public transportation, shopping centers, and a variety of dining options, I never found myself wanting for anything during my stay.
TravellerThe receptionist is very kind. I check in near midnight. They arrange a non smoking room to me. The room is clean and free of snack. The bed is quite comfortable. I will come back next time.

Came to Chongqing from Beijing on business trip together with my colleagues. I must say I am impressed with the facility, service, and professionalism of this hotel! One of the more unique touch hotels compares to other Hotel chains' cold systematic process approach. Sylvie from the concierge office did an outstanding job of giving us excellent local Hotpot restaurants, Nightlife place. Thanks to her local knowledge, we had a wonderful time in Chongqing! For sure I'll stay here again when I'm back!
