Given its reasonable price, I give this hotel 5 stars. However, there is room for improvement. The lighting sensors in the hallway were not sensitive enough, so I had to walk a few meters in the dark before the lights turned on. Overall, it's a good hotel with good people running it.

I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything that I needed. The place is close to everything, shopping food places and clinics. Bus and metro are walking distance also.

Cleanliness was good, the AC in our first room (602) at the redmont was inoperable, it was too hot, we were then switched to another room and it was the same. Finally, after much pleading with the evening staff, he gave us room 402 which was much better. The room was small, but the AC worked and the bathroom was super clean. My biggest complaint is with the manager (has three tattooed lines on right hand). From the start the start he was confrontational about not having a passport as a form of ID. We had been staying in Türkiye for 10 days and stayed in 5 different hotels and not having a passport was never an issue. I always presented my US ID and that was sufficient. I then offered a picture of my passport, and that was not good either. Later in the evening we found out that this manager knowingly gave us a room (602) with no AC which was very confortable and large. (For context, its summer and it may have been 90F). The evening staff were much helpful and pleasant to talk to.

Good staff

I liked the location a lot, very convenient for everything, the better part of town. And the staff. What I did not like was having to wait for over an hour or more to move into my room on arrival. Also lights were removed from the ceiling and grit and glass fell to the floor which was not cleaned up properly, I had a shower and stood on a small piece of glass, which I then had to treat to stop the bleeding, this ruined my evening. The towels were covered in spots of blood because of this work carreid out whilst I was out shopping and I was given no waring of the chance of steppping on minute pieces of glass. Very unprofessional work ethics. Ruined my last night there. Othewise I did like it and the staff but the comms was very bad concerning work on my room without any warning. Also no coffee each day as quoted in the advertisement for this hotel. Or water put in room. The adverts are not very reliable on expedia concerning the hotles, which is very annoying.

It was nice and convenient

This was a lovely hotel! Everyone who worked there was so nice, the room was comfortable and the location was close to lots of food and shopping. Great little reception area where you can sit with coffee and dessert. I would absolutely stay there again, though next time I would request a room that didn’t face the street.

Affordable & comfy stay right in great location

Lovely little boutique hotel. Very affordable and comfortable. Lovely and helpful staff. Only problem I experienced was that the electricity kept cutting out in the middle of the night (which is completely normal in Istanbul), however, every time it turned on again the phone in the room made a very loud alarm-like sound for a moment so I was woken a handful of times during the night.

Location is good , room service poor, reserved queen bed but get single bed, poor breakfast , noisy,price expensive for its poor amenities and all above , want use it again.

Not so clean in the room. The bathroom is nice and clean. The interior is good bot on correct place. You need to go to end of the room to use the fake wardrobe. On first floor is very noisy and no windows in the rooms. Good breakfast at all. There was a problem with the lock of the door. It was impossible to lock the door because the battery was faulty. The hotel is very close to all hospitals and in the lobby is like ER :) :) everyone is with some surgeries. It was so funny

Hidden Gem in Great Area

Redmont was suggested to me by our local office when I was traveling to IST for business. It's a great little hotel, with well-appointed rooms, a lovely Mediterranean breakfast, and in a nice part of Istanbul near shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. When I'm back in Istanbul, I'd definitely stay here again.

Konumu Nişantaşında gezilecek yerlere çok yakın araçla gelenler için yakında belediyenin katlı otoparkı mevcut. Odaya girdiğimizde aldığımız temizlik kokusu çok hoşumuza gitti heryer pırıl pırıldı oda büyüklüğü iyiydi ferahtı banyosu güzeldi kahvaltısının odaya gelmesini sevdik ama çok standart bir kahvaltıydı. İstanbula gittiğimde konumu ve temizliğiyle tekrar tercih ederim

Konumu, temizliği harika. Sadece personel hiç güler yüzlü değil. Kahvaltıyı aşağıda almak istedik kimse yoktu bizden başka ama sadece oda servisi olduğunu veremeyeceklerini söylediler biz de yemedik o yüzden.

Lage top, der Rest leider nicht so.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal war auch freundlich direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz. Leider ist das Hotel nicht wirklich sauber. Wir waren vier Nächte dort und unser Bettlaken wurde nicht einmal gewechselt. Die Zimmerdecke war nur ca. 2,20 Meter hoch was etwas erdrückend war. Für den Preis leider nicht wirklich empfehlenswert.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Temizlik ve hizmet iyi. Arap müşterilerin gürültüsü nedeniyle oda değiştirdik.

Tesis, bina olarak iyi bir tesis. Kahvaltı açısından çeşit zayıf. Konum olarak iyi bir yerde ancak gideceğiniz yere arac istemiyorsanız iyi. Taksi oraya gelmiyor. O bölgede araç trafiği çok yoğun olduğundan taksiler orayı tercih etmiyor. Ayrıca personel biraz fazla ilgisiz. Hepsi değil. Taksi çağırabilir miyiz diye sorduğumuzda buraya şimdi taksi gelmez yanıtını aldık. Ayrica gece saat 10.00da ses gelir diye uyandırılmak başka. Evet ses geliyor. Ama dışarıdan gelen bir ses. Demek ki ses izolasyonu biraz zayıf.

Otel konum itibari ile çok güzel fakat araç ile gidecekseniz mutlaka gecelik otopark fiyatını hesap ederek gidin çünkü otoparkı yok. Anlaşmalı olanlar ise gecelik 30tl den başlıyor.

rezervasyon sitesi aracılığıyla yer ayırtmıştım. Ekonomik odayla normal oda arasında 1 tl fark vardı, ekonomik odayı seçtim. Bize giriş katında penceresi olmayan depo gibi bir oda vermeye çalıştılar. Asla orada kalamayacağımızı söyledim. Resepsiyondaki görevli, ekonomik oda seçeceğini işaret ettiğimi, ekonomik odanın o olduğunu, oteldeki diğer odaların da boş olduğunu söyledi. Neyse ki otel müdürü hemen yandaki masada oturan beyefendiymiş, bize 6. katta bir oda verdi. Oda oldukça küçük.

Das Check In Team ist total ahnungslos. Ich hatte meinen Aufenthalt über Expedia im Internet gebucht und mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Im Hotel angekommen hieß es, dass die Zahlung nicht erfolgt wäre. Ich sollte die Zahlung nochmal mit der Kreditkarte leisten. Ich sprach meine Bedenken aus und man beruhigte mich, dass das seine Richtigkeit hätte. Als ich dann auf dem Zimmer war, wurde ich von der Rezeption gerufen. Die Begründung, die Zahlung wäre tatsächlich doppelt erfolgt. Sehr ärgerlich! Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück sehr mager in der Vielfalt. Alles in allem ist nur die Lage gut.

Bekvämt och bra boende i centrala Istanbul

Mycket bra läge. Hjälpsam personal. Frukosten passade mig perfekt: Den var lagom omfattande, ej överdådig. Rummet var rymligt för 1 person. Mycket bekväm säng. Badrummet hade en smakfull inredning och var rent och var fräscht. Wi-fI anslutningen försvann tyvärr en kväll och kom tillbaka först på eftermiddagen nästa dag vilket är det enda jag kan anmärka på under min vistelse på Redmont hotel.

Hübsches Hotel in schönem Stadtteil

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein großes Angebot an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Es ist weit genug vom Touristentrubel und die Gegend ist wirklich sehr schön. Das Hotel ist gut und sauber, die Angestellten ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut englisch.
