Good price and good service overall
Coffee was Amazing!
Helpful staff all around.
Staff was the best. Specially the dark haired girl who was working first
Decent place for a decent price. Room was clean, except for the leg of a roach I found on the wall. The elevators and hallways need some major upgrades. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Monica was super nice and helpful.
The bed sheets smelled the carpet smelled bad odor
The room was a bit noisy with the toilet constant refilling noise and it’s close to a highway.
Horrible hotel
We turn the lights on and roches were running under the bed . The bathroom was disgusting and the room was super dirty. Walk down and check out 5 minutes after arriving and got another hotel down the road. The front desk was a little rude when told how dirty the room was . Also the smoke detector was disconnected and in bag on the floor. Worst hotel in Austin
Location
Great!
N
No bad
We only stayed for one night but it was pleasant. Quiet, clean, and hotel staff was friendly. It’s a bit run down but it’s clean so it’s not a big deal. Close to the airport, downtown, and local spots.
Great front desk staff quick and easy check in
They had security on the hotel grounds at all times
Clean and smells soooo good
I paid for a room, but it was sold before I arrived. So I was screwed.
Not greatest experience
Close to my area
Everything was fine. Only issue is that our door didn’t close right. And when room service stepped in to notify us of the towel policy. Somehow the door was not completely closed. We noticed the staff when we left.
Was in a good location for the event we attended at COTA
El precio es accesible, pero falta limpieza y mantenimiento en las instalaciones.
We stayed here while in town for the formula 1 race at COTA. It was vastly cheaper than every other hotel in town, which was greatly appreciated. It was a little run down but clean and overall great. Juan, the general manager, was a gem - so kind, helpful, and made our stay great.
Room smelled awful. Hotel hasn’t been cleaned or updated in decades
Excellent experience
Overall a good stay. I wouldn't say it was spectacular or phenomenal, but nothing wrong with it either! Would stay there again.
Very normal
Good bang for your buck
The front desk staff, Monica, was super friendly and helpful. The beds in the room was clean. The floor was pretty dirty and the room was pretty damp? But it's texas in October so I couldn't complain. For the price point its a GREAT hotel. Would definitely stay here again!
The staff where so friendly and helpful
Creepy, old property that needs to be demolished -NOT remodeled. It is quite horrible.
It’s okay
.
It took 25 minutes for us to check in because there was only one staff person working. Our bathroom light fixture had about 10 dead crickets in it and the lock in our room was broken. Parking was easy and it’s right off I-35 and pretty close to Barton Springs/Zilker Park. I would stay here if you want a slightly cheaper option and you’re only staying for one night.
I needed a last minute stay and they were accommodating for me and my dog. I like the late check out options and the room was clean. Only negative I would give is there is a strong air freshener smell. But all in all, great value for the money.
Nice room for a great price.
This was a nice place. Parking was easy. Easy check in. The woman at the front desk was nice. The room and bathroom were clean. Everything was stocked. AC, TV, and outlets all worked. It was quiet, no issues with other guests. Check out was easy as well.
Great
Very safe clean and spacious and Sammy the front desk she was very very nice professional and helpful her aritud was wonderful. Check my day when I stay in not sure if her name was Amy, so the girl who did my checking she was wonderful!!.
The woman who checked us in was very friendly. That was the only positive thing I have to say. When we walked into our room the floors were sticky. The furniture and walls were worn out. Beds were super uncomfortable. When i was about to take a shower I noticed there was a used bar of soap in the wrapper instead of a new one.
Was in town for last minute concert with my kids. Stay was great and convenient. Really good location and in a great area.
Probably one of the worst hotel ever. There was literally a mushroom in the bathroom due to mold
Safety lock on the door did not work.
The room was super dirty and kind of gross so we slept on our own pillows and blankets and we showered with shoes. I felt relatively safe which was nice as we are 2 women staying alone in austin :) but the room was nasty with random hairs in the bedding and vomit stains on the mattress protector. The Microwave and fridge worked well, the staff were nice, and the shower water pressure was good !
Great price and convenient location.
Excellent property- BEST beds! Mr. Marroquin was FABULOUS getting me early check in. Amanda at the front desk was EXCELLENT and provided bottled water. TWO enthusiastic thumbs up!!
It was a nice stay and the lady at the front desk was VERY nice! Clean and decent room. I would stay here again
Room was decent. Elevator in rough shape. Counter personnel did not look profesional. You get what you pay for.
Hghhi
Clean and quiet stay, staff was also friendly. Great overall experience.
Very clean, very nice staff , only thing is no breakfast which is not a must
Front desk rep unprofessional. Rooms were so old and rust was visible throughout bathroom
We had to change rooms due to mold! The toilet was so low to the floor that an average size person would have trouble usin’ it. You have to pay a $50 deposit before rentin’ their rooms, never had this happen.
We had to change rooms due to mold!! I’m 5’3 and my knees were at my chest the toilet was so low to the floor.
Very clean and comfortable--easy checkin and checkout. My hotel of choice when I come to Austin.
Ok
I was double charged for a 3 night stay. I was really unhappy about that.
Very good hotel it’s clean and nice people working good
Affordable
Great hotel in south Austin. Very convenient to catch an Uber from since it’s right next to the freeway. My one complaint is that we got the room right around the corner from the front desk, which despite the lack of food there, was pretty dang loud in the morning and evening as everyone walked by. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay!
The bathroom was in need of major cleaning and repairs, especially the shower/tub area. We hated to use it but made the best of it.
Friendly staff
Muy viejo
Room smelled terrible. Sink was clogged, shower was had standing water in it and walls are super thin.
price was reasonable but buildig was old
I do not like that I had to put a deposit of $50 to stay one night. I am 60 year old that was visiting my family and uncle that is ill. Most hotels only charge your credit card if any issue. This one charges upfront. Then had to wait days to get this refund. I should get a refund since refrigerator was not working. I will stay somewhere next time.
Very sketchy hotel. Be aware of your surroundings
Good so far
Good price for room rate and convenient for going to St. Edwards graduation ceremony. Whatever was used for covering previous smoke odor not working. Sink took away from shelf space to spread out your toiletries. No kleenex in room.
unexpected family trip
Check in was quick and the staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel is old, but it was clean. Only complaint about the cleanliness is the floors. They appeared clean but our socks showed dirt on them after walking on the floors. My room did have evidence of a previous leak in the ceiling. the ceiling should probably be replaced in those spots. This is not the hotels fought but on our last day some kids were in the rooms next door and across the hall and they ran in and out of the room constantly and slamming the doors and knocking on the doors. Other than that, the hotel was quiet.
Basic accommodation. There were no problems just a basic stay.
Price
Hotel Staff sent us to wrong room and wrong floor. Had to get assigned a different room. Hotel smelled and needs paint. Only clean rooms twice a week. Needed to ask for towels. Soda machine not stocked. No breakfast. Traffic around location is bad due to construction. Will not stay here again.
Property was ok. Room was clean. Staff was a little rude and unknowledgable.

Communication is Key
Upon arrival I was told that it was okay that I had two pets. The lovely lady up front checked with her MOD and everything got approved. A couple of days later however, it turned into a huge deal by someone else completely. Was made very uncomfortable even though both of my pups are and were extremely well behaved both in the room and outside of the room. If it was going to be an issue, I wish I would have known about it up front and I would have chosen a different place to stay.
Pet friendly and affordable
Great stay. My dog was very comfy
The room smells terrible
The place is old. The tub and bathroom very worn. Ants crawling in the ceiling and in the vents. No blackout curtains
Unfriendly staff response like robots no breakfast not clean bed most of have bed bug very itchy not a good experience will not use again
Barely any pillows on the bed and they said they couldn’t give us anymore
The rooms were heavily perfumed, the sink didn’t drain, the shower leaked, the carpets had visible crumbs, etc. The staff was nice. It just needs a serious facelift. It was giving Rose Motel
My shower had chewing gum with hair in it. The ac barely kept the room cool I’m grateful it wasn’t super hot. The window faced the highway so it was super noisy. And they have safety lights which are nice for being outside in the dark but the curtains didn’t keep the light out so was hard for me to fall asleep.
The check-in staff was friendly, no hate towards them, and our room was clean, but the biggest deal-breaker for me was the smell. The entire building, even our individual room, smelled like gym socks combined with some unidentifiable bodily fluid. Also, the cleaning staff use quote possibly the loudest vacuums known to man, and holler loudly at each other from across the halls. Will not be going back in the future.
Friendly counter staff and rooms were very clean. Good location. Easy access off and on the freeway.
Average property.
Nice staff
I actually checked out early and opted to eat the cost of my prepaid room rather than stay one more night. The walls and furniture was extremely beat up. The door had to be body checked in order to open/close it, and was missing a screw on the latch. The smoke detector in the hallway was chirping low battery for multiple days. The walls were extremely thin, and I could hear multiple guests sleeping (not even snoring loudly, just breathing). There were nail clippings in the sink, and stains on the walls. I finally left for good when I spotted a police car scoping the place out from the parking lot. I would NOT recommend this hotel.
Walkable
The place was rundown.
This was not a great experience mold refrigerator not working heater not working elevator barley working no breakfast just coffee no regular sugar just equal i am very disappointed.
Very easy to get in and out—fast check-in and very clean room
People yelling, slamming doors at 2:00 in the morning.
Roach and moldy spots in the bathroom
Property was ok,
Stay was very smooth!
I arrived and there was no one at front desk I was tired and had to wait 15 min for someone after i knocked on doors looking for someone finally someone came out and was upset because I probably interrupted his break. The parking was hoping activity people in and out there were people talking all over the hallway. Carpet was dirty and bathroom needs update pillows were stained.
Very prompt in service and accommodating. Nice housekeeping and peaceful sleeps. Nice manager and definitely the hotel i will rebook when coming back to Austin.
Met our needs
Bed bugs in first room and black mold. Ceiling had mold and water damage. The night clerk did let us change rooms but first he was a liitle hesitant. The second room still had black mold in the tub grout area. Sone of the lower wall looked to have water damage. Still felt bedbugs but not as hwaby as first room.
it was good for the rates
