Nice and cozy facilities. Very close drive to the GC with gas, food options. Friendly staff.
Very friendly. Everyone working there was helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. Room was perfect. Great location with restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the Grand Canyon Park entrance. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
It was a good stay. very close to grand canyon. The beds were all clean and fine but the small couch and other things were a lottle old and dirty. The stay was not that bad but I widh they had some basic breakfast available. wouldnt mind staying there again.
Fivestar
very expensive for the facilities they offered
First time at this location
Check in took a while but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel, there was just a lot of people checking in at once. Parking was slightly hectic but the instructions to the room were clear. No need to unload luggage till you find out where your room is as some rooms are across the parking lot.
Good Stay
Staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. Room was clean, would prefer no carpet in my opinion. Provided with all necessary necessities. Great that they had coffee and tea 24 hrs. Quiet and nice surroundings.
Very respectable
Nice!
Excellent friendly service. Great room!
We've stayed there twice and enjoyed it both times. Staff was very friendly.
Todo el servicio fue excelente. En la recepcion fue un servicio excelente El cuarto super limpio ESTAMOS MUY SATISFECHOS REGRESAREMOS AL MISMO HOTEL
Booked a last minute trip. This hotel had easy check in. Room was clean, had big TV, very spacious. No free breakfast but free coffee/tea 24 hours. Very convenient location as it’s just about 10 mins away from Grand Canyon entrance. Overall very impressed, would stay again when in town.
My hotel room was big, clean, and well-appointed. Great location to south rim entrance.
This was so close to the park! It was comfy and super clean and safe for solo travelers.
The property was very clean and quiet. You can't beat the proximity to the park. The staff was friendly and the holiday decorations were lovely.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms
We so loved and we’re thankful to stay at the Red feather. Thankyou
What the Red Feather Lodge has going for it is convenience to the park entrance and friendly staff. Don’t expect fancy perks or any 5 star dining nearby.
Nice hotel.
Great place to stay
Best hotel for the price at the Grand Canyon
Outstanding two-day stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very nice and comfortable. Very spacious. Tea and coffee area had a lot to select from. Location was very good close to restaurants and shops.
This place was better than expected. Extremely busy when we got there but check in moved very quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The low point of a 6 night road trip
I will start by saying the staff was kind and gracious. The arrival and hotel lobby were impressive, the city center was nice. The rooms seem to be maintained well by housekeeping. Unfortunately we stayed in Motel room 4252 for one night during a roadtrip of the NV/AZ/UT national parks. Upon entering our room, there was an overwhelming odor which was absorbed into everything in the unit. My wife usually cannot smell much of anything and even she noted her sinuses were burning. I went to reception to speak about the issue, unfortunately the person in line in front of me was ALSO complaining about a bad smell in THEIR unit and they were assigned the last remaining open unit on the property and all other hotels within a 90 min radius were full. Based on the Lodge's inability to provide an alternate room, we were stuck with staying in the room or our car on a below freezing night. Despite the 9/10 rating, Searching prior reviews for 'smell', it appears this has been a recurring feedback for certain users in motel class rooms. Despite the housekeeping staff doing a very good job of maintaining the room, it appears some units require actual remediation and they seem to be treating it with chemical treatments to offset/mask some other underlying condition rather than resolving it. It's unfortunate as it seems most of the property, particularly the hotel rooms are nice, but the back wing of the Motel is in need of attention and failing to receive it.
Good value for money but felt dated.
Love the property. Unlimited coffee, tea and hot water is a plus. Rooms are clean and very close to Grand Canyon national park. We enjoyed the stay.
Nice convenient location very close to the park entrance. A few good selections of restaurants and also a general store adjacent to hotel. Free self-serve tea/coffee/hot chocolate at front lobby which is welcomed by everyone.
Good concierge and good price for location.
Great place
I like this hotel, it’s very clean, the staffs are very friendly, and wifi is very fast.
Comfortable room and convenient location. Easy to go to Grand Canyon national Park for sunset and sunrise view
Small rooms, over priced and parking is a problem.
It was a great deal for the money. Very close to the Grand Canyon and walking distance to restaurants.
Convenient to the Grand Canyon
Decent motel, all very clean and comfortable, friendly reception, expensive caused by the proximity of GC.
What is presented isn’t what you get
Was disappointed with the overall stay. The hot tub wasn’t open. Could understand the pool wouldn’t be in the off season. There was no place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, which was nothing to write home about. Had to go to a different building to use the microwave. Basically sent a lot of money for a bed.
Great place to stay for grand canyon trips. Clean, room was quite.
A few issues at check in but receptionist sorted that out for us, Staff polite and helpful. Pet friendly, discounts to local restaurant which served Mexican food good variety and non spicy options! Area pretty close to South rim
Very happy with front desk staff service, i called in 24 hrs prior during the holidays to request a change in reservation.. and was accommodated by the gentleman on the phone. Room and amenities were good as well. Good job
Great hotel. Would have loved to have a breakfast option and the hot tub was closed (it was winter). Room was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfy.
Nice hotel 10 min away from grand canyon entrance. 24 hours free coffee and tea available in the lobby. During peak season most likely you will get room in the older motel style structure.
The stay was very comfortable. Very cozy reception with a nice fireplace. Excellent staff and dining options. There was coffee and tea all the time. Wish there was breakfast too.
Rooms are quite big in the hotel side don't know about the motel side. Easily 4 people can stay comfortably. Enough parking options and very convenient location. Those fans of very soft bed and ultra soft pillows will like it but thats not what makes me comfortable. Water options are a challenge as not easily available in room or on the floor. So in a dry place like Grand Canyon this becomes very critical.
Native American property. And, convenient access to the Grand Canyon.
Nice place to stay. Beautifully decorated for the holiday season and 1 mile away from the south rim entrance.
The property is conveniently located near the National Park; however it needs renovation. Carpeting is quite old and the hotel has very basic services.
Very clean and well kept. Great access to Grand Canyon National Park South Rim. Close to grocery store and gas station, and places to eat
Good checkin process and all the basics are covered.
Stains on the bed apart from that everything is good
Perfect location and room
Highly recommended
I stayed at the motel side, it was quite good, nothing fancy but exactly as expected and advertised. I would stay there again and recommended
The property was nice and decent. They provided us with extra bed themselves. They have coffee vending machines outside. Overall decent
The hotel charges were unreasonable. Our child turned on the TV and watched for a while, but when we checked out, we were surprised to see a TV charge of over $60 on our bill. There was no prior notice about this charge. When we inquired at the front desk, they claimed there was a notification on the TV when it was turned on. However, how can adults be expected to check for such charges in advance every time a child turns on the TV? It’s truly frustrating. The hotel listing mentioned a swimming pool, but after checking in, we were informed that the pool was unavailable due to cold weather. This was not communicated beforehand, which was very disappointing.
Very good hotel
The hotel was well located and the rooms were basic but very comfortable. It had teas and coffees available near reception and the staff were very helpful
Overpriced
Found the place to be overpriced. They are doing good business only due to proximity to Grand Canyon and lack of competition in the area.
Great room, excellent cleanliness, very friendly and helpful staff, great location.
Very new and clean. Cleaner than I expected. Very close to the Grand canyon national park. Fast food options around the hotel.
Pleasure to stay
Friendly staff, clean and quiet environment.
Perfect stay. We were in the hotel part. Possibility to do laundry
Nice and peaceful
The lodge is super cozy, with friendly staffs and free hot water and coffee supplies! A very nice location as well.
I like this hotel.
The room was clean and it was good to have many places to eat around the hotel.
Recomendado, por el trato excelente del personal de la recepción, las comodidades y decoración de la habitación, con muy buena limpieza y accesible para dirigirse hasta el Gran Cañon, sin duda regreso en verano.
The coffee and tea 24 hrs was wonderful, and close to the park.
Great place
This place was amazing. We checked in late and were greeted by the most friendly front desk employee that I’ve encountered in years. The exterior and interior were lit up and decorated in the most festive of Christmas delights! A real hidden gem. My only complaint is the pillows. They were awful
Great location. Nice service attitude. Clean and quite.
Friendly staff, clean rooms
everything was fantastic
Good service at the reception desk. Nice room . I would suggest to consider offering breakfast and also provide free movies on the T.V.
The room was very comfortable and spacious. The Lobby was welcoming and cheerful. Everything was well maintained.
Friendly staff, very accommodating for us and our toddler
This was my 2nd time staying here and ones again I was very pleased
Very nice
Very nice! Very clean and comfortable!
Loved how warm and inviting it was.
Probably stay again!
This room worked out great for our one night stay.
Super courteous staff. Adjusted our reservation so that we had adjoining rooms with our kids. Complementary coffee and tea made the early morning wake ups easy. Tiny town charm. Easy trip to the South Rim. We caught sunset, FULL moon rise and sunrise the next morning. Lucky us!
Close the GC entrance and well maintained. The room was clean and environment was quiet. Everything we needed was in the room, hangers, blankets, microwave, TV etc. Only minor inconvenience was in the bathroom, the toilet roll is a bit far from the toilet. The soap was dangerously slippery so I suggest the management to provide a different soap. (PS. I did fell in the bathroom but luckily I am young and can take some damage, our elderly folks might not be in such good fortune lol). Overall good stay.

Last Minute and Relaxing
I booked at the last minute but still got a reasonable rate for the area. The stay was comfy and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. Utilized the laundry room, which had multiple washers and dryers. The only thing was, since we got there late, we had to park a bit further out, but not really a big deal if you don't overpack like I do.
Great property. Clean. No moldy smells. Comfortable sleep. We will stay here next time we visit👍
Great breakfast
I would stay here again. Dining options were good. Beautiful view because of the snow falling.
Nicely decorated for the holidays. Perfect basecamp for a trip to the Grand Canyon!
.
Great stay
We had a great stay here. The staff and the people were very nice and helpful. The area has plenty of places to eat and is a close drive to the Grand Canyon entry point.
Place was good; well maintained though old but parking seems to be a challenge. There are dining option walk-able which was convenient. Beds were ok but shower could be better. No breakfast in my option though
It was a good place, and the staff was friendly. Close to stores and restaurants in the area
Saw many tour groups in the hotel. Some of them moved table out to play cards and chatted with each other loud. Expect to wait a few minutes while checking in since they have many customers. Other than these, everything is fine.
Very nice staff. Rooms are nothing fancy, but offer just everything one might need on such a trip.
There is a hotel and a motel there. We stayed in a motel and it quit outdated. It looks like the pictures that are attached are the hotel so its misleading
Very nice, would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends!
Great Hotel
Hotel staff are very friendly, responsive and helpful. They made sure that all your questions are answered the best they can.
Very clean
Great place
Lacking for the hefty price
I wouldnt stay here again. The amenities were great but the bed was unconfortable as were the pillows and the bathroom was neglected and needed repair in several areas
Very clean pet room. Had all the basic amenities. Great price for a room, especially being so close to the National Park. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Grand Canyon Stop
Third staying at the Red Feather Lodge, the proximity to the Grand Canyon makes it a perfect place to stay. Always clean, and comfortable. Staff very assistive.
Great place
Amazing, very clean place, good amount of parking space. ~15 mts away from GC. Awesome coffee. Service ensured clean rooms all the time. Only drawback was no breakfast, which would have made this place a wholesome experience. We got the breakfast items from the convenience store right opposite, so it was not that bad after all. Will definitely book here again.
The guests stayed at the second floor kept walking and made noise during the middle night. We called the staff to stop them but they kept doing that.
