This was premium room with queen bed. Everything was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. Couldn’t fault it!

Staff were excellent and friendly. Arrived late with a sleeping 2yo. Reception were very helpful. Room looks to have been recently renovated. Very clean and modern.

Smallish rooms but very adequate and well-priced. The office lady was very helpful with information on food choices and car hire etc.

Premium room is quiet and clean, excellent bathroom, shower, TV and aircon. very suitable for an overnight stay. A big shout out to the manager who was extremely welcoming and friendly and made me feel right at home. The owners should give her a bonus!!

This is a very basic motel/hotel. What it lacks in lustre they make up with customer service. I was greeted like an old friend. Nothing was a problem. The bed was comfy. Next time i willbget a bigger room further away from the office, but would definately stay again with customer service.

Pretty standard mid range hotel

Room was small but completely appropriate. Bed was awfully hard, but I was tired after a day on the road. Bathroom was a disaster - had a nice shower with a great shower head, but the place flooded completely and I had to use all the available towels and hand towels to soak up the water - it was hopeless. TV remote didn’t work very well and was hit and Miss if it wanted to change channels. I bought new batteries for it but it didn’t change anything. Parking was a bit tight - we had a trailer and had to disconnect to turn around. Otherwise the place was fine. Quiet enough and a couple of good places to eat within walking distance.

Operators had an issue processing our payment. Room was small. There was a toaster, but no cutlery apart from spoon for coffee. No spare pillows, blankets or hangers to hang up our clothes. On the street it says there is foxtel but we couldn't find it. No manual in the room with details of motel. Will find somewhere else to stay next time in town.

Room was well cleaned and presented and staff were helpful with late check in. The property was fine for a one night stay when travelling a long distance but was very basic and would not be keen to stay any longer than overnight.

Reception guy indian was excellent very welcoming and unit very clean

It was nice enough to stay overnight. There wasnt anything to do. No food to buy. No breakfast if wanted. We arrived late it was hard to have to go out again to find something to eat.

Very clean and up to date rooms. My shower did leak and flooded the toilet area though. Shame the bed was very hard and difficult to get comfy and a good nights sleep.

Overall we got what we paid for. Room and bed clean. Upstairs paths and stairwell definitely need cleaning and hosing. Perhaps consider angle parking for those who may find parking arrangements a bit difficult.

Very expensive, only stayed because nothing else available. Bed was like sleeping on bricks, very uncomfortable. Everything else was fine.

The carpet out of the bathroom into the bedroom was wet from the overflowing shower

Absolutely appalling service. I do not recommend this motel. I would rather sleep in my car than pay good money to stay at the Red Cedas.

The property has the most atrocious parking and the room smelt musty and mouldy ,i had taken the option of paying for the room when i got there but receiced a phone call ro say i couldnt do that now and was made to pay for it proir to getting there and no stafff just the door unlocked and the key thrown on the bench , i would never reccomend this motel i would rather sleep in my car
