TravellerTravellerThe staff in the sauna could be more friendly and responsive to those who live in the hotel. Especially the person who enters sauna or change rooms after knocking without permission to enter.

TravellerHotel is in a good location but the breakfast is not good the selection of cheese is smelly. The house keeping is also poor they dont clean the room properly and toilet smells quite a lot we bought our own bathroom freshener to clean the toilet. Please dont use the hotel hamam its not only expensive but does not provide the best service.

TravellerThis is the worst hotel you can stay at! Their service is horrible. They had no shampoo and no hand soap. Despite requesting them to fill them up they did not. The curtain also fell and i had to ask them 3 times to come up and fix it. It is was way over priced for the services. If you have no choice other than to stay here, make sure you don’t stay on level 1 as below is club and you will not be able to sleep from the music and bass which shakes your entire room!

A nice property but lack the attraction of a first class hotel. Awkward rooms with two beds that reduce the room size. Monotonous break fast. The house keeping could be better. Staff not as friendly. Good for group travelers.

TravellerOne of the rooms was Ok but another one was super small and no light etc when I asked reception for change the room, they said you can upgrade and pay like 120 euro extra to have a bit bigger room The bigger room was expensive and smoking (smelly ) But we had no choice but to take it Lifts are very tiny too
