The gentleman who checked us in was very kind and although we arrived 2 hours before check in time, we were accommodated and upgraded to their best room. Hotel needs remodeling but it was a great for one night stay and 10 minutes walk to Mall of Istanbul.

Stayed here for tonight's as soon as I landed in Istanbul. Amazing family room. With 4 of us (2 kids) the room was large and fantastic. The breakfast buffet is elaborate and tasty. The staff is incredible and very helpful and friendly.

I stayed in a presidential suite which you can call it anything except a suite. It two separate rooms that you have to go outside of you room to access the bathroom. The condition of the rooms are very bad with too many break items. The AC in one of the room is not working properly. The staff tried their best to help us, but it is out of their control because the property is in very bad condition

Everything was very nice, thank you to Kadircan for his hospitality, he is a very gentleman and someone who loves his job.

We stayed in the presidential suite which was more than adequate for our family of 5. This is on the top floor and consists of two single beds in one room - the second room has a extra large bed and a sofa bed with living area - the bathroom that is accessible to both rooms has a jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower. The hotel and rooms were clean.Now the breakfast was really good , everything you would expect from a 4-5 star hotel. the service has been excellent and have to mention Irem as she gave us complimentary Turkish tea when we arrived and the staff have been excellent. convenient location for the mall which is a few minutes walk away and around 10 mins walk to the metro. I recommend this hotel for families and certainly enjoyed the experience and service here.

This place has a motel feel to it..its snuggled in between small streets . It a 3 and half star hotel at the most. Its not a bad place to spend a day or two atall.. as its very close to the mall , but i.wouldnt.stay here past that. I like my linnen blankets, comfortable bed, throw down comforters. Bigger square footage rooms etc for a long term.stay which this place lacks.

I liked the proximity to the mall of Istanbul and local neighborhood. The front desk staff were cordial and helpful. We had the penthouse suite which was beautiful and kept clean by the staff. The property is rundown and lobby areas and front of hotel are dirty. The spa area in the basement is atrocious and filthy. This place needs a thorough cleaning.

I liked the professionally of the evening and morning staff. They offered tea, coffee or water at arrivals and on checkout. Restaurant staff where courteous and made one of the best omelets I have eaten in Turkiye. It is jst perfect. Location is about 7-10 minute walk from Mall of Istanbul. They kept my luggage after checkout and when I came to collect, I wss offered coffee or tea before I depart. It just exceeded my expectations.

The reception boys are so helpful and friendly. Excellent job! The room was not so nice. It smells tobacco and the bed sheets were not fresh. The food and location was very good.

It’s always a good time staying at the Ramada the employees there are so helpful I always like staying there. The place is close to a Istanbul Mall so you have everything there you need and so many restaurants I will stay there again

The staff was wonderful, but the area around the hotel is not very nice. The only advantage to the location is it's close to the Mall of Istanbul. Restaurants are very limited except at the mall which is an easy 10 minute walk.

Very nice hotel in a very busy area near the mall of Istanbul limited parking and drop off area so be aware of the traffic. Overall very nice hotel, staff was excellent and extremely helpful.

I was there for three nights and every thing over there such as staff, cleanliness, dining, breakfast was perfect, the only issue was accessibility to the around location like as Istanbul mall or metro or bus wasn’t so easy or safe. I wish the hotel set a shuttle for the mall and metro station to accommodate easier.

Nice place for a layover. Property is very nice and an easy walk to the Istanbul Mall. Good location between the airport and tourist areas. Amenities are surprisingly poor, bring your own toiletries. Good staff and easy Uber access.

I liked that the hotel was close to the mall and the airport. However, there was a bad leak in the bathroom and nobody came to check it out even after reporting it. All rooms were booked so we couldn’t change rooms. Also, the airport transportation service was nice but the van smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

Great hotel with excellent and responsive staff. Location is accross from a modern mall. We used taxis to get around as the hotel is far from metro services but there are bus stops nearby.

This hotel wasn't near the city center, but offered a lot. Clean, walking distance to restaurants, friendly staff, great spa. I enjoyed my stay.

I want to thank the friendly reception especially irem for her hospitality, cooperative and well english speaking, The rooms are wide, the toilet is little small. In addition, the air conditioning was awesome. There is a parking area. However, the hotel needs a car for transportation.
