It was fine. No frills, affordable. Just somewhere to spend the night and sober up after a wedding before driving back home in the morning

The room and facilities are pretty clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Awesome stay

Customer service was awesome and definitely met our needs. This was out second time staying at this hotel within 3 months from coming out of town. Se person helped us both times at the front desk. She is awesome and went out her way to help us check in. Thank you so much.

Stay was great. Only downside is housekeeping never cleaned our room while staying and didn’t bring any new washcloths or towels. We had to stop a housekeeper on the property to get clean towels and washcloths.

No issues with stay. Convenient location. Everything just a short drive where we needed to go. Sorry for the late review. I thought I already did the review. Going to San Antonio next week. Mosy likely book at this hotel again. I lost my $15 in points from my last stay. I guess they expired.

Our room had roaches in it

Key didn’t work second day had to change whole door unit, door has 1/2 in gap on bottom letting air come in, refrigerator freezing over, no person to talk to to check out at 4am Friday. The place was clean but needs a toilet that doesn’t look dirty around the bowls.

Awesome landscape

Needed a safe place to crash at for my sister's air force graduation and after an extensive search comparing hotels and motels, I'm glad I picked this place. The room was cozy, clean, had fresh towels every day, and I felt safe throughout my stay despite being on the ground floor. There is a fire station near by so that kind of sealed the deal for me, too, it added another layer of safety for me since I was solo traveling. There's plenty of food options at a walking distance and the free breakfast that comes with your stay is simple but I still enjoyed what they offered. The staff was respectful and kind when checking me in and out. Would absolutely stay again.

The room wasnt bad. The area was kind of sketchy but i was there with my husband. The room was a nice size but as previously stated the bathroom is small and the water pressure is not that great. It took me forever to rinse my hair. We saw a roach crawling up the wall one night and 3 more the last night we were there. Not sure we would book tbis again. We left for BMT graduation but as others reported there was no bagged breakfast to take with.

We had a great stay the only complaint we have is that they closed the pool for the season the day that we got there, after telling us it would be open.

Out of the 4 hotels i had to stay at this week. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The dove body wash was a bonus.

Staff were great, place was great location for our needs, the room was basic and reasonably clean, the pillows that we had smelt bad like pee!!, everything elase was great

Different

Simple clean hotel. Some food establishments conveniently located within walking distance. Toilet in the room malfunctioned and was not fixed during my stay but besides that, no complaints. Friendly staff. Would consider staying again.

Everything was great for the most part, except that they don’t do housekeeping on the first day of your stay, when you are there 2 nights it sucks. Shower/bath tub was a bit clogged as water was taking a while to drain.

We were called before we got to property man was kind when we got there the check in process was. Easy and both front desk were very polite. For one night stay it was perfect. We could hear sirens but sometimes it sounded like it was tv. Would stay again.

It was great

Everything I expected, just no frill. Very basic hotel, rooms are comfortable and service was pleasant. Not much parking and the area is high traffic so if you're pulling a trailer or in a moving truck, it's a tight spot. Overall good experience for the dollar.

This property was great for the stay and the front desk people were nice.

This is a no-frills hotel that covers all the basics in an efficient and affordable way. Clean, safe, courteous, free breakfast, etc. One nice thing was that they have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash inside the bathrooms so if you forget, you’re okay.

There is never any meat for breakfast, such as sausage or bacon. The hotel provides many outdoor areas for smoking and cigarette disposal. Not too bad overall.

Breakfast was good but waffle batter was thin and did not taste good. Other than that no complaints.

Overall i give this hotel 4.5 stars. I stayed a week and got fresh towels daily but not fresh sheets. They had the same breakfast everyday. The pool could've been cleaner. Washer and dryer not good. Pook could have been cleaner. Washer and ddryer not good

One of the best hotels I've stayed in during the three visits I've made to San Antonio. It would be nice to have dedicated parking by room. After 8pm, parking near your room is almost impossible.

Each time I left the room and came back it was clean and in order. The breakfast was good. Thank your for your hospitality.

Perfect place for lodging. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very polite, friendly and accomodating. We stayed here to attend our grandson's airforce graduation. Perfect distance and access to roads to the base. Highly recommended

A/C worked but the room was so humid; all our belongings were always damp. Limited breakfast selection. Small fixes would make it better- paint touchups, dings in walls, etc. It was very quiet though, which was nice

The room was dirty. Beds sheets were not changed from the previous guest. I went to pull the sheets back to lay down after a 6 hour drive only lay down on a soiled bed. Previous guest urinated on the bed and the sheets were still wet and this was around 11:30 pm when I arrived and the soiled spot on the bed was still very wet. The other bed had dirt, I laid down in that bed it felt grainy due to dirt. Obviously they just made the beds and wiped down the place. At this point I was too tired from my drive to deal with management, that I went down to my car to get a sleeping bag that I had, to lay on the bed and sleep in it. I will not be staying there again.

Definitely an older hotel (actually motel since in enter your rooms from the outside) that could use updates. Our towels (all the towels really need replaced) had makeup stains- mascara and foundation, the bathroom door was a real pain to close and needed paint bad, the light cover over the sink was falling off, and breakfast was lacking. Maybe our room still is on a list for remodeling? Staff were friendly and we felt safe. (fire department across the street)

Everything was great clean and loved that there floors are not carpet anymore. I also like what they did with shampoo and conditioner put them big containers with pumps.

I saw mold in the bathroom and non of their outlets worked not a good experience

Smokers Suck!

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. I realize that they have a “No Smoking” policy, but it is apparent that there is no enforcement of the policy. Nor is there any effort to mitigate the smell.

It was the perfect staycation

Customer service was great , the only thing I would change is the variety for breakfast. Add protein ( meat), not just eggs ... Our rooms was very clean , our belongings were safe when we left on our outings . 10 mins from SeaWorld. 20 mins from market st and riverwalk. The pool was clean . A Lot of dining close by. Shopping as well especially if you forget the last minute things. On the 1st day we got there , we were able to change our room. My husband has a bad back. without hesitation it was done. Overall 9.5 /10 ...

The room was very clean. Looked to be recently updated. Staff were wonderful! I would stay here again! We came for my sons’s graduation from Lackland Air Force Base! It was close and easy to get to!

Overall this hotel is fine. I paid 156.00 UDS per night, which I believe is too high.

Check in was easy and staff was very nice. However, the shower had hair in it from the previous visit. Breakfast layout was good but they don’t have enough waffle makers to accommodate the amount of people wanting to eat. More than anything the dirty shower is what did it for me. Won’t be staying here anymore. Stick to downtown SA.

The property was nice. The room was very clean. Front desk person was friendly. 4 stars because for some reason we were given a handicap room. This presented a few challenges for me. LOL. The "closet" was a low hanging bar (for someone is a wheel chair). It made my long dress lay on the floor. I could not figure how to change the shower water from the hose to the wall shower head. I ended up holding the hose shower head. Hubby figure out how to divert the water to the wall when he got in the shower. ;/ We didn't eat breakfast, but there were waffles and coffee that we saw when checking out. There are travel size shampoo/conditioner/lotion and soap provided.

This motel was nice but wasn't the best we've seen. Service was fine but not so good to be impressive. It was clean. I would stay there again.

I was helped in such a quick and efficient manner. The man who checked me in made me feel comfortable and welcomed and made check in very quick without any issues. He was very helpful & nice. The room was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. Their cable also has decent movies/ shows to watch. 10/10 will def be my go to spot from now on

Although the area was a bit sketchy at night with the super 8 being next door..Ramada made sure we had a good stay..the room had wooden like floors rather than carpet which is awesome..the beds were lifted off the ground also great..and the room smelled nice and clean..the grounds area was also nice and clean..overall it was a great stay..

Is has options to eat at a walking distance in the same parking lot area. The room smelled clean and looked super clean. Extra towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. I really liked how clean the room and bathroom are. Definitely I would stay there again

The hotel was good for the area. Close to eateries. Not quite the exclusive "Ramada" as am familiar but I would visit again as my stay was 2nights. I didn't get to experience the pool or breakfast.

Good for the price

We had no issues, literally booked this hotel an hour before we arrived and there were no issues :) wellll… only issue was that during breakfast someone took my cup of orange juice! Went to get more and it was all out ! But the hotel was great will definitely stay here again!! :D (orange juice wasn’t yalls fault lol)
