Flight Cancellations @ DEN

Weather delays caused a 2-day stayover near airport. Free shuttle & comfort of room were welcome after many hours stuck at airport. For what I sought, it was a good value & much appreciated alternative.

The price we paid for the night's stay was great! Cleanliness of our room pretty good. Our pull out couch sheets had not been changed but the rest of the room was clean and I was able to get a change of sheets from the front desk. Hot tub's jets did not work and the water did not look that clean. Nothing the staff can do but it seemed like hallways and elevators smelled like weed. It was one of those places that wasn't bad but wasn't great either. The drive to the airport from there is super easy so that is a big bonus!

The service was great. Front clerk was available - kind, professional and accommodating. Entrance beautiful. Then we arrived to room it went downhill. The room was clean, but it was like the best they could do with outdated, old, torn and wore out furniture. The couch was frayed and even ripped. The chair was at bare bones on leather. The carpet was old, faded, cheap. The beds were comfortable but had old 1990 style bedding. It wasn’t greatest accommodation and would avoid using again but was grateful for great service, beautiful entrance and proximity to airport

Staff was very helpful. Room was nice, clean, and good size. Downside was the airport shuttle- did not run early enough in the morning for 6am flights. Also waited over 45 minutes for shuttle from airport to hotel.

Overall it is a very good place to stay for overnight trips. However, the shuttle service to/from the airport was not very frequent. So may need to stay at the airport for a longer period a time to get the ride. Other than that, the hotel itself is very well.

I didn’t like how they took a 100$ deposit from me and not 2 other guests who checked in right after me, and how I still acted 5-7 days haven’t got my deposit back and I also don’t like how I was charged twice for my room. Also I don’t like how they refuse to answer my calls when trying to get an answer on why I was charged twice and haven’t got my deposit back when we left the room how we found it.

The pull out sofa was not working and after having settled and ready for bed I had to inform the front desk and all they could offer was a different room which was frustrating because we just wanted to sleep and not have to pick up everything that we had just put out. We are a family of 6 and not even a discount or anything

The manager/receptionist who checked me in was pleasant and accommodating. I wish i remembered her name. I arrived a bit early for check-in, but she was able to find a room for me right away The room was very nice and everything i neened.

A few things to fix!

We stayed here on a connecting flight both going to Cabo and going back to Canada. We loved the free shuttle service and the free breakfast was adequate. The beds were comfy. The drapes were only sheers with a big lamp post outside our bedroom window. We arrived late at night and had a really early check out time in order to catch our flight. So we didn’t complain. However; if we had wanted to sleep in…I would not have liked that there were no black out drapes. But it’s worth mentioning. Upon our first check-in; we asked for a morning wake-up call. We didn’t receive one. So be sure to set your own alarm as well! For our second stay-over, our shuttle was a half hr late. Be sure to add enough time to get to the airport; in case of delays.

Seemed that there was odor being covered up in my room with equally unpleasant room spray/cleaning solutions.

Room cleaning was excellent.

The big problem I had was the van shuttle did not show up at the airport, 90 minutes late. Tried calling the motels front desk. All I got was a prerecorded message telling to call back.

Tried to use the jacuzzi and the jets weren’t working and upon arrival of my 1st night stay, a parking spot was full of glass like a vehicle was broken into.

Great location! Moonlight Dinner across from hotel. You don’t have to go too far to find a restaurant. Airport shuttle was on time for pick up. However we had an early morning 5:00AM flight and the shuttle service starts at 4:00Am, so we had to take an Uber. This information should be posted on your Expedia listing and not sent to you after you have completed your booking. This way you can look at other options.

An average hotel. Two of the three lamps on switches in our room were broken, so not much light in the room. Not near enough outlets for four of us to charge our devices. The bathroom was updated and large. We went down for breakfast with our luggage and had not checked out. We needed to use the bathroom one more time before getting on the shuttle and staff was already cleaning the room (7:00 am) and there was no lobby bathroom unlocked and available for use.

The only negative I would give property is that they needed a 100$ deposit for incidentals which I get but the refund for said charge they make you sign a contract for does not get refunded for 5-7 days after which I find excessive..

My bedding had stains on it. The window was broken and being held in with what looked like a paper towel. I could hear everything that was outside. People slamming doors all night and it smelled like an ashtray.

Specifically booked this property for the airport shuttle. Went to the hotel room to find it smelled of cigarette smoke. Went down to the desk to get a different room. Received a different room. Had to go back down a third time in order to get room keys re-keyed. By the time we were settled the morning flight shuttles were already filled. Had to reserve an airport Uber, which I could have gone with any property in the area at that point.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was not the greatest. The walls are pretty thin, I could easily hear my neighbor. This is a decent place for a quick overnighter.

Elevator was out and we were put on the 3rd floor with luggage and 2 little kids. I wish I would have been made aware prior to check in or at least refunded to go elsewhere if no ground level rooms were available.

I had a forced layover night due to the weather in Denver. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, property is in OK condition. Not an issue for a 1-night stay.

Everything was nice. The staff was amiable and helpful.

Elevator didn’t work. Didn’t warn or accommodate. Than side door near stairs wasn’t working. Staff didn’t help to open doors in freezing weather. I will never stay here again.

Elevator not working. We drove 5 hours and front desk put us on 3rd floor and told us elevator was not working. We are tired and need to drag huge lugguage up and down. The front desk told us to talk to manager and seems she doesnt want to deal with us. didnt even offer to help or atleast give us water or anything. Terrible

Affordable and close to the airport. A safe and clean place to stay when my flight was delayed.

Elevator was broken. No shuttle as advertised. Door handle to room was broken. Will never stay there again. Hayed every minute of it.

Liked convenience to Denver Intl Airport.

The place offers an airport shuttle. I stood outside in the cold waiting on this shuttle for it to never show up. Called the hotel several times to get no answer. After an hour or waiting just ended up paying for an uber that $20 for a 8 minute ride.

Nice place to stay before flight. Only complaint was a thumping sound from heavy snow falling on something metal by our window and the walls were thin-could hear neighbors talking. They do have park and fly. Might try that next time.

I came for the shuttle and it got me where it needed to get me. The room was good, breakfast ok and the staff overworked but kind, helpful and friendly.

This hotel needs help. Maybe Ramada is a declining hotel. Next time I'll spend $10 more and get a nicer hotel.

Property in a perfect location

Easy to find hotel next to a restaurant. Close to airport and offers a shuttle.
