Very convenient location, however the facility is bit old

It's located in a very central location. Close to all the important places like Taksim Square, Madame Tussauds museum, Taksim Metro etc

The staff was so kind and friendly. Our room was very good, far away from noise and suited us well. The place was save, I would recommend others to stay here.

I suggest no one book this property,price is high compare to clean and places with facilities,BF is not included even.pictures are not like real rooms that we got,staff are not professional and polite at all.so we had to check out one night after arrival .

The property is 15 minutes walking to Taksim square, but next to it is also very nice for shopping and walk. If you are staying for more than one night is best to get the standard room since the economy room is small. But the cleanance of this hotel is amazing. I was very impressed.

3 days stay in late May

The room was quite nice and clean though not exactly like on the photos. I thought it would be more spacious without a luxurious velvety bedhead which I don’t actually like. The bathroom was perfect, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The air conditioner worked. Good soundproofing windows, very helpful against all the street noise. Friendly and attentive staff.

Great place, amazing location

Good place, great location. It gets pretty busy and the foot traffic outside lasts well into the night, but that is the sacrifice you make for basically being on the major shopping street in the European side of the river Cleanliness was great, house keeping was on point, but reception staff weren't the friendliest, but still they got the job done and went the extra mile to help out with anything you need. Overall I really enjoyed the hotel, would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Only point of note is that if you're flying in, just be aware that the airport has changed and a lot of the old metro routes are different or cancelled so plan ahead for your journey!

The only unique thing is its location. It wasn't clean at all the room was smelling. The staff bearly answer your questions.

This hotel didn't honner my hotels.com reservation, and waisted a whole day of my vacation trying to call hotels.com to fix it. I urge hotels.com to stop selling rooms for this Hotel

Temizlik iyi, konum çok iiyi fakat istiklal caddesinde olduğu için gürültülü. İşletmecinin iletişim becerisi ise çok düşük. Ev çok dar, sadece yatmalık kullanılabilir.

Sadece yatmadan yatmaya otele gidecekseniz ve merkezi bir otel arıyorsanız İstanbul’da daha iyi bir yer bulamazsınız. Beyoğlu İstiklal caddesinin üstünde bir otelde kalıyorsunuz ve oda gayet güzel banyo yenilenmiş yatak çarşafları tertemiz. Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi. Lobisi ,kahvaltısı yok . Otel konforu için değil, merkezi bir yerde konaklamak isteyenler için ideal.

Geceler çok sesli, İstiklal caddesinde olduğu için, onun dışında çok rahat.

Otel konumu bakımından çok iyi, temizlik bakımından da iyiydi.Bir daha gitsem aynı otele giderdim.

Gürültülü bi geceydi ve sıcak su arızalandı.

Alles war super sauber. Man hat direkt blick zum istiklal platz. İch kenne mich dort aus, dieser hotel ist einer der besten auf der straße. Alles war sauber und das Personal sehr Nett.

Otel merkezi bir lokasyonda. Odamız oldukça küçük, temizlik çok yüzeyseldi. Otel çalışanları genel olarak iyiydi, sadece adını bilmediğimiz bir personel Güleryüzlü değildi. Minibar bulunmamakta, su dahi odada yoktu. Odalar oldukça eskiydi. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyoruz. Tek olumlu noktası fiyatının uygun olmasıydı.

Otel çalışanları ile alakalı bir sorun yoktu. Temizlik orta halliydi. Odaya dışarıdan aşırı gürültü geliyordu. Oda da hiçbir şey yoktu. Su bile. İnsan susuz yaşayamaz. Bir ücretsiz su kadar zor olmamalı. Tuvalet kokuyordu. Ciddi anlamda kokuyordu. Duş kabini kırıktı asla kapanmıyordu. Ben personel hariç aldığım hiçbir şekilde paramı karşıladığına inanmıyorum. Zorunda değilseniz tercih etmemelisiniz.

Good choice

I want to say thank you to Mr Omer, hotel manager. He is very kind and handsome(!). Hotel location is 100% perfect, just takes 5min from Taksim and Ikticlhal view room also nice. The building is old traditional but remodeled. Recommended.

Yeri kolay ve başarılı bir otel
