Awful Experience - I stayed at the Radisson for four days, and it was a nightmare. The room had a constant sewage smell that made it unbearable. When I reported the issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. To make matters worse, Expedia support was no help either, leaving me stuck in this terrible situation. For the price I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and responsive service, but this hotel failed on all fronts.

They gave me the wrong room! Instead of the premium or premier suite that I paid for, they gave me a studio suite they said it was the same the only difference was a larger couch in the premier suite. I asked to be refunded and the lady said: “no you are already paying less than what we charge so what we can do is give you breakfast coupons” (which one breakfast was already included with my stay). The breakfast is okay but not good. The facilities and the restrooms smell like sewer. Housekeeping goes in the room only if you put the sign outside to clean and all they do is make the bed and take out the trash they do not vacuum or clean the restroom. Not worth your money!

No hot water for shower, no wash cloths provided. Room had a damp smell and was very small. Poor service and low quality of food in the restaurant area as well. Very overpriced for the location and service.

Good hotel, they need attention to detail, more attention to guests, restaurant was very slow for serving,.

The staff is great, friendly, cordial, helpful. The food is great as well. Our room was not large but beds were comfortable, room was quiet. You need at least two keys to the room as one of the keys needs to be inserted in the room for power, otherwise the ac doesnt work while you are out and the rooms get hot during the day. Pool is great with great views of the mointains.

The customer service was great. The condition of the property was not so great. The hotel smelled like sewage our entire stay. The jacuzzi did not work. One the elevators was out of order.

Rooms are clean but the hotel is very disappointing for a Radisson. Pool desperately needs attention and no staff at the bar. Luckily a nice Mexican restaurant down the road. Will not be staying again.

Nice hotel with a great rooftop pool view; clean nice bedroom but really noisy from the outsiders or next rooms. It had a great hole in the parking lot and my child got stuck in it getting some wounds. We also didnt' like it did not have an ice machine in the floors and when I asked room service to bring some ice to my room the told me I should have to go down to the bar and get it by myself

I called prior to check in to confirm that I could check in early and as told yes it would not be a problem. I get to the hotel and the receptionist is busy talking to someone (not a guest) and I wait patiently and ask about my check in. I was told I was not able to check in early and would have to wait despite already confirming early check in. I wait about 2 hours and I am finally able to check in At original time 3. I get settled in and first glance room looks ok. I inspect further and the room was dirty. I disinfect what I can with my wipes and proceed to unpack. I then go to the gym to find both of the treadmills are not functioning. I go back to my room and order Uber eats. My Uber eats was instructed to leave at lobby and I called down to see if I could have it brought up to me. I was told no because it wasn’t purchased with room service.. No,problem- I ask can she simply call me upon arrival. She says yes and I receive no call. Later in the night I accidentally dropped my tooth brush in the toilet so I go down stairs to ask if they had any. They said no. I asked about the shuttle service to go buy one… I was told they had no drivers available. The primary reason I chose the hotel was because of the 3 mile radius shuttle service. And it was not available so I used Uber for my stay which was extremely expensive and inconvenient being that this hotel advertised a shuttle and did not deliver. The following morning I inquire about breakfast because on Expedia - tbc

Book the room for two nights, couldn't check in until after 4 o'clock, left the hotel and came back and could not check into the room I paid for which was a king size suite had to settle for double queens

La limpieza del hotel es buena, el tamaño de los cuartos es aceptable pero no cuenta con frigobar. En los reviews leí que la calefacción de la alberca no funcionaba pero pensamos que era solo esa ocasión, y no, efectivamente no prenden la calefacción de la alberca ni el jacuzzi, fuimos varias personas a recepción a solicitar que la prendieran porque si estaba muy fría el agua y nos dijeron que solo la prendían en invierno, les pedimos de favor que prendieran el jacuzzi y solo nos dijeron que mandarían a una persona a prenderlo y jamás lo hicieron, nos hospedamos en abril, hacía aire y estaba fresco el ambiente, opino que pueden considerar prenderla mínimo algunas horas al día para que no esté helada.

This place was overall really nice and proper. However, there are some details that could have some improvement. For example; the fact that you have to get your towels for the pool down at lobby when in fact they should be brought to you either to your room or to the pool. Leaving that minor detail aside, the pool is lovely, the experience has been nice and there is plenty of safety:) Nice stay y'all!!!

It doesn't have drinking water and they only give a bottle of water on the first day, although there are more than 2 people staying. What is not even enough to brush your teeth.

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at for the price paid. It was my first time to try Radisson, and will certainly be my last. Rooms are tiny and stark, swimming pool is a joke, and it just seems like nothing appears the same as it did in the listing pics. There is a sewage smell emanating from the bathroom, and the shower stall leaks badly. One coffee packet with the in-room coffee maker, and I was told in no uncertain terms that that would be all I received over my four night stay. Why place coffee makers in the rooms but deny coffee? They wouldn’t even give a second packet for my mate! The staff couldn’t seem to care less. My request to change rooms was denied, as was my request to cancel the remainder of my stay and get a refund. It was surprising that Expedia couldn’t do more to help. A horrible experience and it’s only the first night!

Scenery from the room windows, amazing view of Monterrey city and mountains surrounding it. There was a subtle smell of sewage in most areas of the hotel besides the main lobby.

It was a good stay, pool area was not open but it had a nice view. The entrance to the hotel was very tricky though, it has a steep curved ramp going down to the parking garage, with poor lighting at night.

Stayed one night here overall the building is well maintained room was clean we had an issue with our AC not working but once we contacted the from desk we were able to change rooms. The pool area is amazing with a beautiful view. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the galería which has a lot of shops. Would plan on staying here again.

The main thing I like about the property is that it has a rooftop terrace but downside is that it gets really busy at night with loud kids. The waiting area downstairs doesn’t have ac or at least it was turned off. Unfortunately, my shower took a long time to have hot water and the water was warm. Other than that, there are nearby restaurants.

Bad service and dirty.

This was the second time we stayed here. Last year we had a good experience and decided to go back. But we will not go back next year. We arrived late at 10:30 PM after a long day of traveling and the restaurant and room service were already closed. There is no store nearby and the street is busy and dark. So, no water or anything to eat that night. We asked the receptionist for an upgrade if there was availability she said no. The room we got at first was on the lower side with a terrible view of the parking lot a wall and a roof. The next day I spoke with the manager and she said they had better rooms at no charge and gave us a room on a higher floor with a much better view and light. The room was really dirty. The lines were stained with some dark spots like blood, the bathroom was so dirty and had mold everywhere. After I told them they came to check it out and the guy took pictures and agreed to clean it "better" the next day. They put ONE free little bottle of water and ONE coffee per room only on the first day, and after that, you have to buy. A bad-tasting coffee costs $5 dollars and a bottle of water $4. I do not recommend this hotel.

The a/c was not working, the iron was not working. Raddison charged me 94.23 U.S. Dollars in case I cancelled my reservation, and did not credit me once I paid for my stay. I contacted Genaro at Expedia who was very helpful and tried to help me resolve the issue but was told that Raddison would take up to two months to credit me the 94.23. I contacted Raddison directly and was told by the America the receptionist that a manager was not available, she took my information and told me the supervisor would contact me, which he didn't. I have stayed at that hotel before, but will never stay there again.

Excelente stay!

The pool is what caught my eye. You can see everything. The pool time, i believe, is from 9-11:30? Nobody seems to go in the pool so i enjoyed the whole pool for myself. They are very mindful. I guess they’ll see in the cameras if there’s people in the rooftop, they’ll come and offer you a drink or food. I loved the margaritas! Now the breakfast was bad. I wouldn’t recommend you to order food from the hotel. Its a bit expensive too. The staff is so friendly. This is my third time coming back. Theres also turistic places you can go too.

Do not have special parking for handicap
