Great service
The staff at the radisson collection is very professional and pleasant!!
Friendly staff, comfortable room.
Great spot
The hotel was nice and room was clean and adequate. The restaurant staff could be more helpful and the breakfast food could definitely improve. The pool area was too dark at night n9t friendly enough for guests to try and enjoy.
My stay was good but the policy of the hotel not to allow yellow taxicab in the compound is not only bad but a kind of discrimination. Yellow taxicabs are the official taxis in Bamako and they are easily recognized. There should be no reason why a taxi can't drop off a client because it's painted yellow. This policy must be changed.
Excellent staff and service.
Cool stay. Professional Team. The place to stay! Highly recommended.
All was fine
If looking for a luxury stay, business or weekend getaway this is the right place to be.
Nice hotel, great breakfast and view
The food was excellent, and the premises were spotless.
House keeping didnt put coffee and sope until i complain. The food at the buffet was really bellow any standard even for 3 stars hotel. The beef was very bad . I really dont like to complain if things are reasonable. But feel that i must report the food issue .
The food offering is diversified and the personnel is cool
Very good but too expensive
it is clearly a new structure so far well maintained. Security is high with check every time you get in and out of the hotel. Often you might see the MINUSMA militaries around. It is clean, rooms are nice, bathroom spacious, the staff is polite. There is a possibility to rent ballrooms for banquets, conferences, weddings and so on. There is a pool, a gym, a bar...I will say that it has the typical standards that business/professional people might have when they travel. Personally, I think that it is to expensive for being in Mali. And for sure meals and coffe are outrageous hight. A small latte is 3500CFA = more than $5 which is ridiculous because not even Starbucks is that expensive. The front desk Mohamed is amazing. If you have any problem or need a driver talk to him.
The food is excellent and the staff is available to help
I appreciate the security (security control at entry) and the garden.
Overall the hotel, my room and the breakfast was very nice. The check-in and billing process was very slow and confusing. The internet and phone in my room never worked, despite multiple cellphone calls and in person trips to the front desk and visits from inexperienced IT staff.
Very good and comfortable hotel The only problem is that they don’t have small bank notes to exchange to pay for tips
While the Radisson Collection Bamako remains the best hotel in the city, it has it's issues. Not their fault, but the ongoing power cuts are a hassle, especially when in an elevator. There was a leak from the ceiling in the restaurant. The carpets are starting to show signs of wear and stains from past guests. The staff do their best and are friendly and helpful though.
