Exceptional Stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills! Our stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills was unforgettable. The hospitality was unmatched—the staff went above and beyond, especially in accommodating the needs of our one-year-old. They even prepared meals for him at 3 AM, a gesture we deeply appreciated. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the buffet offerings for breakfast and lunch were outstanding. The variety of North and South Indian dishes was impressive, and I particularly enjoyed the flavorful masala and Iranian chai. The spa experience was exceptional. Maria’s expertise in massage therapy was evident as she skillfully worked on my knots, leaving me completely refreshed. A highlight of our stay was meeting the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Sahney, who shared the inspiring history of the hotel, built on the site of their old home. Their warmth and hospitality made our visit even more special. Having traveled extensively across India and the USA, I can confidently say this was our best hotel experience. We would love to return every time we’re in Hyderabad. Radisson Blu Banjara Hills is a perfect blend of luxury, care, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

the property was clean and calm. Staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious & roomy, with a bathtub attached.the food was excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool & it had a adjacent kids pool & hotel offered rubber boards/floaters to aid kids to swim. however, the property didn't had much space other than the lobby/pool to roam. Also a kids play area would have been a nice addition to hospitality.

Terrible service

A very disappointing stay, not worth of the radisson brand! Internet not working, staff literally not caring despite multiple requests. No follow up to enquirers. And incorrect charges to the card. The breakfast and buffets are of poor quality in term of choices and quality of food. On the positive side: the room was spacious and comfortable, but overall still a bad stay and I will not come back.

Food was really bad (served during breakfast). Not cooked properly. Slow service. Bad ambiance i.e many people talking loudly, like fish market. Our expectations are based on our stay in Novatel where, the service and food was excellent.

We had a pleasant stay, I would recommend this place. Communication at the SPA could have been better. My son wanted more options from different cuisines at breakfast other than Indian.

The room service was bad. they forget to fill toilet tissues, coffee, tea , sugar, etc. i needed to keep calling them. the magnetic rooms keys do not work very often. i rented three rooms for three nights for all my family members. all rooms had the same problem, the keys did. not work. the food is not that great, however the break fast was good a lot of options. poor maintenance.

It shows as fiver start, not even to close to other five start hotels service and ambience. I am not happy with my stay and the amount I paid.

Disappointed.

I had specifically asked for non smoking floor and a king bed. Both conditions not fulfilled and no message from them saying it's not possible. I was checking in at 10.15pm and obviously very tired so I urged then to aleast give me non smoking floor. Their smoking floor reeked of lingering smoke and tobacco smell. They said we don't necessarily follow or paid heed to requests which come from guests via booking portals. Found it strange. Anyways I didn't get the room of my choice and compromised. The next morning was bathroom disaster with drain blockage and flooding of the entire bathroom floor. The housekeeping apparently knew about it when I asked them to clean it. Overall a very disappointing stay.

The overall stay was terrible as service is extremely slow and cleaning is also terrible and the hotel need urgent renovation

Not very comfortable and not cleanly.

It’s worst experience staying at this hotel. I checked out one day before in my earlier stay. Which was not compensated and check out procedures was not followed as per standards. I have reported my shoes are missing from my room, cleaning staff while cleaning they would have taken as garbage or other intentions I have no idea. They promised that they will be finding the item as soon as possible until now there is no response. Where you can see irregular staff , don’t know how to manage and there is no sign of customer satisfaction at all. They don’t respond and don’t care about anything.

Supper Clean place with Excellent staff .. at the front desk (Metha , Fransis, Varsha , Bhavya just to mention a few ), house keeping (Vijay , Naga Joyhji), room service ... they have always been receiving me with a smile... very accommodative with all my requests .. the gym is highly safe esp Raja makes sure its sanatized ..will definitely come back here ..

Pros - location is quiet. Nice entrance and lobby. Spacious rooms . Complementary car service to GVK mall Cons - definitely not 5*. Room was dated. Bathroom dated with dirty bath. Towels were threadbare . Service not 5 * either. We had booked for 3 people. Room was only set up for 2 people. When we asked for extra cups and water this was questioned. Extra towels and bed were provided quickly. But on day 2 again they only left toweling for 2! There was no air con in bathroom despite asking this to be looked at no action was taken

It was OK Stay but the rooms was not Good in the sense that it was too big room but light was very less. Only 2 people can sleep. 3rd person is claimed to be sleep as per website but can't sleep w/o an Extra bed.Expensive stay considering the price I paid.

The AC in the room needs immediate service as cooling was bad... I started sweating in middle of the night ... Although the temperature was set on 19 degrees. Room needs renovation as the furniture looks pretty old..

Staff are very caring. Give attention to concerns and welcoming. Their too much kindness taken advantage by guests who don't follow rules such as no smoking. It cause inconvenience to other guests. They should enforce non smoking rules in the rooms and hallways.

Very unhappy with airport pick up service : they came 30 mn late ,had a very bad car ,no mineral water no tissue and 3 times more expensive than a prepaid cab Also no complimemtary fruit plater unlike all other major 5 stars hotels in India Breads and croissants at breakfast are very average quality : the baker should get lessons from french or german baker Female staff at the reception should learn how to smile and grant guests Beside that male staff are friendly and airport drop was correct ( nice car nice driver but still no mineral water and no tissue unlike most 5 stars hotel cars) Value for money not so great too

Not a Raddision Blu Hotel!

We stayed for 4 nights for a single trip with friends and this hotel is no where close to Radisson Blu standards. Carpets are stained, Mattresses are dirty, curtains are old, bathrooms have visible signs of decay. We had triple occupancy and roll-away beds have been terrible - it took us 2 rooms and 3 beds to find a solution that was acceptable given that we had FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE booking.

The property is tucked away in the middle of the city. The staff are amazing at the hotel with great food and bar.

We booked a one week stay at the Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel at Banjara Hills Hyderabad for a family stay in HYD. On the evening prior to our check-out date, we returned to our room and found we were not able to open the in-room safe we had been using all week. We were storing our passports, a few documents and an envelope of US currency in the safe. We noticed on the last evening that the combination we'd been using wasn't working on the safe. We contacted the front desk and the Hotel staff sent the Security Manager to our room. Security Mngr stated that there was no way the safe could have been opened with "an incorrect passcode" and then upon our instruction opened the safe in front of our eyes with a key that he had access to (and which, as he stated nobody in the hotel would have access to). Upon looking over the items in the safe, we came to know that the envelope with US currency was missing 6-$100 bills from the bundle. We immediately went back to the Hotel Manager and stated that we had $600 taken from our safe. After whatever "investigation" the hotel Management and Security completed, we were told that they have no idea what happened and that we should simply file a police report. They showed disregard for our loss and instead tried to blame the "technical issue" of the safe and only showed the slightest concern once they saw the poor review I provided them on another travel site. I am irate this happened and advise you to look elsewhere for your accommodations.

Excellent Staff, Very well maintained property

I had an excellent stay at Radisson Blu. The property was clean, very well maintained and the rooms were very spacious. The break fast buffet was awesome with wide selection of items and the host reps Subhra, Krishna, Dikshan & Rajeev were excellent. They even made a recipe for me upon request though it was not in their menu. And the room service guy Balaji was thorough in daily house keeping and made my stay comfortable. Overall I am happy with my stay and would love to stay again in future.

I m very much liked of behaving if staffs and service and the hotel

The swimming pool area was not maintained nicely. The hotel is situated a bit away from the main road.

Radisson blue staff are exceptional in the way they treat you, Rajeev in the restaurant explains dishes to you and guides you through an experience of culinary delight with a variety of options to choose from, and Diksha at the front desk are exceptional people. I will always stay in this hotel.

Bathrooms are too shabby, they leak, showers spill water out making whole bathroom wet.. Some serious renovation is required

My room included breakfast and it took three people on two different days to get the issue resolved.

Excellent dining and food. Nice setup of the dinning and the food was really great. Excellent restaurant service by, waiter Rajeev, he took extra care, he made sure we had all we needed even when he had so many other clients to serve, he is the definition of humility. Excellent room service by room service waiter Prashanth. Always timely and polite. Excellent front desk service by Diksha and Hira.

Radisson Blu Plaza Hyderabad

There was standing shower and bath tub. Standing shower did not work and Bath tub was very inconvenient ( Hard ) struggled a lot. Apart from this very comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Water was seeping onto the carpet from the window after it rained to the point of soaking slushy wetness by the side of the windows, informed the staff and they put towels to soak it, they did offer another room but didn’t want the bother of moving with all the luggage and not being sure it won’t happen in the other room, surprised no one knew about it till we informed them coz it had rained in the past several days in Hyderabad before our arrival

The room was off, decor was unfitting, lighting off, not what I expected.

Goods: * Best service, very courteous staff. Especially the check-in staff Mr. Santosh. Arranged early check in and late checkout in short notice. * Tasty breakfast with lots of choices to select from. This is the first time my kids gave a 5 star rating..!!! * Spacious and neat rooms. Cozy bed. * Easy access to the pool. * Great location with easy access to major shopping malls (GVK and City centre mall) Bads: Nothing worth mentioning.

Rooms too big, beds are not comfortable, old rooms, needs renovation. Buffet Breakfast was nice, although most of the staffs during peak hours of breakfast remains confused

We stayed at this hotel for one night and booked a suite for our family. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was in a pretty good condition. The restaurants Chill and Holy Basil were very good. Our kids ordered salmon sashimi (off the menu) and maki at Holy Basil. The front desk staff were super helpful and I would like to give a shoutout to Neha, Sashi and Nehru.

Bath room drain not positioned thoughtfully. That was surprising considering that we Indians don't prefer use of toilet paper, you know! Had to call support staff to clean the spilled water..

It is a nice hotel with good service. The location is excellent and Staff is very good. Overall, it is a good hotel within Hyderabad city. I would definitely recommend this.

I actually checked into Daspalla Hyderabad. But because of unprofessional services at Daspalla, I right away checked out and checked into Radisson Inn. My money at Daspalla was wasted but getting an amazing experience at Radisson Blu compensated for the loss. The front desk has professional people. A free upgrade on my next day of stay was delightful. The breakfast is quite good. Room service was great. Just that on the 3rd morning, when asked for drinking water we were provided with water in a reusable bottle and not bottled water - Not sure how safe the water was but was not expecting the same.

room was amazing, very modern , very large, staff were very friendly and efficient no hot water. fridge was not cold local area, no shops or restaurants handy but a tut tut driver was available for a cheap excursion outside the hotel. overall a great stay hot water would have been great

Don’t book until they fix all these issues

Bad smell during the stay, bathroom drain clogged, Bed very uncomfortable, lots of dance music noise from the club, unable to sleep, very cheap quality room service food.

The hotel per total was not more than 3*. Apart from food which was excellent the rest was very disappointing. The room was not clean, some walls were dirty, the rugs were not cleaned properly and not to mention the smell. The windows never open (unable to open because were built in this way). The reception staff was not friendly and after many requests, they booked me a taxi. After that had to use Uber application. Apart from food and staff from the restaurant, I would not recommend anything. Was the only thing that was good. Staff from reception has no clue how to treat a client well or at least to fulfill a request

The property is located in the inside and while the exterior and lobby is very pleasing the rooms are quite dated. The lobby leading upto our room on 3rd floor had a very strong cigarette stench coming from the carpet and the furniture, flooring, and bathroom do show their age and not what is expected from the Radisson Blu brand which is trying to depict more young and modern. The staff on the other hand is very helpful and breakfast spread is generous and quite tasty. The chefs are very fast on giving you what you want and the food is delicious. I especially liked the kids corner, trampoline and the clown that was walking around the lobby, it made my lil ones very happy.

I have booked non smoking room. Booked in Room No232 which was smoking room soaked with cigarettes smoke and I had a terrible stay, being allergic to smoke. I had requested for change of room to the staff but no body bothered to take care and rather explain how could we stop guests no to smoke. Their is no segregation of non smoking rooms.

Happy Stay

Place was good and the room was cozy and beautiful. There were empty packets of shower cap and vanity in the freshroom and the bathtub was not clean enough. And the food was yum and staff cooperative Overall a pleasant stay

The carpet was horrible. Tub in the bathroom had stains . The whole floor smelled one night with drainage backup.

Good Location, excellent friendly staff but there Was a dank stale air in the lobby and it was worse in the room. Spraying freshener won’t CLEAN the air, the DUCTS NEEDED A THROUGH CLEANING. Suggestion: overhaul all the AC Ducts. The carpets in the passageway smelt bad, suggestion: Plz remove the carpet/ rug along the passages.

Excellent Staff

We stayed at the hotel December to January 2017-18 on a visit to see family and were generally really happy with our experience. The staff in particular were a real highlight and Radisson should be proud of the welcome that their Hyderabadi employees give to guests. Our little boy (4yrs) had a fantastic time here and looked forward to seeing the staff every morning at breakfast. The food was excellent with a wide range of local, authentic Indian dishes, and a good choice of Western plates too. Rohit and Santosh in the main restaurant even made sure that the chefs prepared some non-spicy noodles for our little one. The Oriental restaurant was also very good, as were the cocktails in the bar. We decided to enjoy the new year's eve dinner and invited local family members to the hotel too - they too commented on the excellence of the cuisine and service. In terms of its position, it's down a quiet road so away from the pollution that now afflicts the city. Do bear in mind that Hyderabad is still not geared up to cope with high volumes of traffic so travel anywhere takes time. The only quibbles with the hotel were that the pool was pretty chilly at times - probably fine at the height of the Indian summer - and also that the rooms were a little tired around the edges and could have been better cleaned by housekeeping; their quality did not match that of the service downstairs. Even so, they were comfortable and the AC worked well - essential! All in all, a very nice place.

Phenomenal service

The amenities, food and room comfort were as you'd expect for a top-tier hotel, however the service was beyond what we expected. All staff from the restaurant waiters to the doormen went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and more. Would highly recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel, awesome food and caring staff

We were at the hotel for a week. The staff is truly helpful, polite and ready to help. The receptionist Shashi and Diksha are easy-going, kind and prompt to any questions you ask. Thanks for them for our smooth stay for a week at Radisson. The breakfast is grand, room service is quick, rooms are huge and clean. The pool view room is one of its kind. Overall the staff makes the hotel a must stay when you visit Hyderabad. I am looking forward for more stays with Radisson Blu. A “must go” place indeed!

Amazing Stay

It was a memorable stay at Radisson Banjara Hill Hyderabad for me and my daughter. The best part of the hotel is close proximity to Hussein Sagar Lake, Golconda Fort, and Charminar. Since this was Ramzan time, our goal was to have best haleem from Pista house, best biriyani at Shadab and good baked stuff from SAARVI and Karachi bakery. All were easily reachable from the hotel. Food served at hotel was just amazing. Excellent pool to relax. Security and surveillance was extremely good. Strongly recommended.

Best location in Hyderabad, great staff, rooms a bit dated but well cared for.

i had asked for king size bed but it was not given i even told whenever it is empty in the day they did not bother so i feel they are not really concerned about the customers
