Great location, clean comfortable hotel

Comfortable clean hotel . Service in the bar and restaurant was not good. Only one girl was serving drinks and taking orders. There were other staff but they had to wait for her every time. Not sure if they were too young or if they simply did not know what to do ! We had to keep asking to pay our bill. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice . Sunday morning was very chaotic , not enough tables for the amount of guests ! Breakfast much better Mon and Tues. My safe did not work , I asked for it to be fixed and reception called a technician but hernever came . Good location near to town and the river. Would recommend this hotel but the service needs to step up .

Hotel staff does not respond during an emergency

The hotel staff contacted us before our arrival to make some arrangements. They were very quick to respond before arrival. Due to an emergency we needed to make changes to the booking and contacted the hotel via messages but we have not had any response to our email.

The room was not clean! For example, the toilet had unflushed urine, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and worst of all, the pillow case had red stains - blood!?

We were very pleased with hotel, stuff and beautiful view of the park. Thank you

Wonderful 4 night stay

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in September. Hotel is conveniently located close to the main square and Cathedral island, a 10 minute walk, but not near a main road like a couple of the other well known hotel chains. Lovely quiet room on the 5th floor, with a very comfortable bed and large shower. Breakfasts had a huge variety of choice. Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, great breakfast, attentive and welcoming staff

The hotel and clean and the staff friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good. Unfortunately, I did not find the bed comfortable and the cooling system was not working well, which meant poor sleep.

After spending a week on a friend’s sofa sharing it with another person, the room we rented at this hotel was luxury. Two twin beds side by side, soft and clean sheets, a soft pillow and a hot shower, couldn’t ask for more. Everything was clean, the service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. Will come back there again.

Nice stay while in Wroclaw

This was our second Radisson Blu stay during our multi- country trip. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness of the room, and friendly staff. Walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend.

A wonderful city and hotel

Great hotel 10 min walk from a wonderful square. Great city with plenty of choice for eating and fun times. Loved the fact that families were out in the evenings in the city centre.

For being rated 5 stars I found it to be jus 'OK'. Did not over impress but was adequate and not shabby by any means. But 5 star? No. Good location near old town market. Very walkable with great food and drink nearby.

Great choice and good location

We really like the Radisson Blu in Wroclaw It is well placed for the tourist wanting to visit the many sites of interest. It is a well-run and clean hotel. Pillows were a bit 'continental' but then that is such a personal preference item.

Sub-optimal for business travelers

Not the first time here. Sub-optimal for a business trip - a way too noisy. You can hear people from other rooms via the AC system. During this stay also lots of people with dogs barking the whole day. Pet-friendly property is a nice thing, but only while the management can ensure comfort of all the guests (separation of guests with and without pets, e.g. within different floors; better sound-proofing of rooms; working with troublesome pet owners, to ensure pets are not left along in a room for the whole day etc. etc.).

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room on the 6th floor with a bathtub. The room was spacious for 2 people but it was cold in there. We complained about it to the reception but to no avail. Some lamps in the room didn’t work on the 1st day but they fixed them. Whenever taking a shower, water started dripping on the floor in the bathroom. They should fix this. It got very slippery every time. There were some TV news channels in English but no movie channels. There’s a small sauna in the underground which we had to book in advance. The sauna was fine but then when taking a shower, the water didn’t drain and there was a huge pool of water entering even the changing rooms. There’s also a small gym with some machines and dumbbells. It was ok but nothing special. Another issue was noise. We could very easily hear other guests in there rooms. That was super annoying especially early in the morning when they were having “fun”. We didn’t eat breakfast as they charge 16 euro per person. That’s crazy. Overall, we cannot rate this hotel as 5 star. It’s a 4 star hotel and nothing more.

After a hiccup at check in where they did not have the particular room that I reserved online available, they in the end upgraded us to a very nice suite for what the cost of an additional two cots was. We still ended up paying more than what I was anticipating based on the online reservation but they did offer us a nicer room. The staff was extremely nice! Location to downtown sites was about a 10 minute walk. Parking onsite.

Great location, about a 15 minute walk to old town center. Staff was great helped us and answered all questions. Good parking under the hotel and was pet-friendly to our dogs. Breakfast was great, good variety.

Disappointed Stay - Bugs In The Room

I had high hopes for this hotel. Great location and a good reputation behind it but it turned out to be not what I had expected. The good: was greeted kindly by the check in staff and given good information for parking. The bad: BUGS in the room. There were bugs in the room! The front desk refused to give me a receipt for my stay after I repeatedly asked for one. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel with type of reputation. I could of stayed at a hostel for this type of treatment, though some hostels actually treated me better.

New Year 2020

We stayed for 2 nights at New Year and enjoyed our stay.. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Even though the hotel was full the staff were courteous, helpful and efficient. We engaged with Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping staff and were very well looked after by all of them. It is our intention that when we return to the beautiful city of Wroclaw we will stay ar Radisson Blu.

King, Twin, useless bedding.

I made the booking of the Radisson Blue Hotel with Hotels.com I booked with a King bed. On arrival at the hotel on a saturday night I was advised there was no king bed room available and we would be given a Twin room with the beds put together. That was disappointing but ok until we got to the bed room and discovered that the bedding was still single bedding and no king sized bedding has been put on to use the bed as one. Not really satisfactory and the Lady at Reception advised us that it was up to the Radisson to supply the room and the King room would only be supplied if they had availability and they had no other room free. Seemed pointless to have booked with Hotels.com as we had no promise of the king room, which I discovered on reading the booking.

Superb comfy room, friendly staff, spacious setting. Two meals that were both awesome. Booking two more of these BLU properties this week just because this one was spot on!

Not far from market square, and river. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Quick check in and check out. Only negative was hotel would of charged us 80zl to arrange taxi from airport but we ended up getting an Uber and only cost 26zl

I really enjoyed the quality of your bedding. Wasn't happy though after noticing heavy dust covering wall behind main bed. These walls need some serious cleaning

Great stay in a lovely hotel only let down by the quality of the bath towels!! Very thin poor quality towels- expect better from this level of hotel.

It was right in the centre of everything and such a nice hotel. Friendly, clean, fab food, really helpful staff. Can't fault it, breakfast was amazing. We could also walk everywhere which was great.

A peaceful yet convenient stay

Really convenient location right next to the river so a short walk for boat trips and Cathedral Island, a 10 minute stroll to market square yet away from the hustle and bustle so peace and quiet aplenty. Our room was (541) was large and well appointed. The restaurant is pleasant with a small amount of outside terrace as is the bar/cafe area but comfortable lounge space is limited and more in keeping with a business hotel. Breakfast was adequate though service and food availability suffered on a very busy Sunday morning. All staff are pleasant and helpful but a special mention for Jacub in the restaurant who made us feel especially welcome and reception staff who went above and beyond to find out details of the jazz festival taking place next to the hotel. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

I am a visiting professor at the Art and Design Academy. I always stay at this hotel. This is my third time here. The staff is great and very helpful.

Very nice hotel would stay again! The air conditioner in our room was not working and got a bit hot at night.

Not what I would call a 5* hotel

What I would expect from any hotel. Shame they put us in a twin room and zipped the beds together when we asked for a double room and still didn’t give us a double duvet. Breakfast was a bit of chaos and our table was not exactly clean when we were show to it. Saying that we were there on the May holidays so it was busy but that is no excuse ina 5* hotel. Sauna was great and the coast reasonable although I think we were in the ‘cheap’ 100s. Probably have to spend a lot more to go into the higher levels of the hotel.

Huge room , and good service , it’s very comfortable experience

Overall, the stay at the hotel was nice. Only the price of breakfast was too much in comparison to what they offered in the breakfast menu.

Nice hotel

Great hotel - clean, very nice rooms and showers. Easy access to a market and within walking distance to the city center. Also next to the river. No swimming pool, but a sauna and the television channels could be expanded. But otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Very great hotel, wonderful staffs. The only thing is breakfast is not that great not to much options for a 5 stars hotel.

Tho hotel was nice and in a good location the staff where nice but the breakfast was very poor!! the hot food was cold and slow coming from the kitchen and people where waiting and also the restaurant in the evening delivered poor food. All in all nice hotel but eat out !!

Business trip to Wroclaw

Really nice hotel, room was very large, comfortable. Slight hiccup with room service on the first night but they didn't charge me for it so ok, ultimately reflected good service levels not always apparent in Poland.

The property was easy to access and a close walk to Market Square. I also liked that the hotel had its own parking garage.
