Not good for foreigners

This hotel is not good if your a different nationality. As the staff don’t understand English well and the duty manager or management is not to a Raddison standard. Only came here due to staying at Radisson in Nashik.

The hotel is nice and modern. Breakfast is also very good with lots of dining options. They AC and fridge are weak for cooling and giving a far lower rating for the price they wanted to charge for airport taxi which was 4x the normal rate.

Moderate Experience: My wedding night was spent at this hotel, even though two functions for my marriage were held here, no special offers or services were provided in the hotel room. The service staff was disappointingly slow, and the overall food quality was average.

We hosted marriage functions at the Radisson and booked two rooms on different days. The food was average, and the stay was decent. However, despite spending a considerable amount on our event and accommodations, we were disappointed that the staff did not offer any upgrades or benefits, including those from our Expedia membership. Additionally, we found the staff to be inconsiderate. Overall, our experience at this hotel was not satisfactory, and we will likely seek out a better option next time.

Perfectly good hotel for a short stay

Staff was very helpful throughout the stay, especially the concierge. Breakfast buffet was lovely as was the dinner buffet. The only challenge we had was the AC wasn’t properly working in our room. Other than that, it was a good hotel for the price and location.

Precovid team of radisson was super good but post covid team is no where near to previous team, hardly care about customer and service has gone down at lowest level

Very nicely located

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in India. It has a lovely gym on the top floor, and even though it was currently closed, the pool looked amazing. We also had room service dining and the food was excellent. All the staff were great and very helpful, and the free breakfast was the best I’ve ever had.

It was good. We can understand that every one is coming out of lockdown & it is very challenging to update the things. Even though it was a good experience. Driver & F&B manager deserves special appreciation.

I like very much the behaviour of staff. Thing which i dont like nothing but only fee things they can make better than the property is must stay.

Very disappointed!

Room service was very poor and only got requested service after a reminder. One of the item, tea bags, were never sent because I didn't call to remind them!!!The mattress was very very old and we could see the two body spots on the mattress. Because it was too soft and didn't provide any support to my body, I requested a hard mattress. They did replace the very old mattress by a 'hard' mattress which was torn at several places. Apparently it was even older than the previous one. (Picture attache) I stayed at another Radisson Blu just a week ago which was a very pleasant experience. Based on that I had booked this hotel in an another city but the difference was like a day and night! Completely disappointed!!

This is one of my favorite hotels. It's very clean, rooms are very nice, the food is great. Highly recommend staying here.

Fine Hotel with good food &warm staff

Nice property with lovely dining options,food at all three restaurants are very good friedly helpfull staff. There were too many people lunching at the multi cusine restaurant which made me realize that space is at premium in this property. Better to avoid Hotel's lunch option if there is a conference happening.

I would recommend this property. It would be more convenient if this property is situated on highway.

Radisson Blu Hotel Indore

Excellent in all aspects. The whole stay experience is very pleasant.

A beautiful hotel, situated in a very convenient location. Staff is very polite, well trained, always attentive. Meets all the requirements of a 5 star hotel. Each and every staff member makes every effort to make your stay memorable and comfortable. I stayed for two nights with my 7 year old daughter, she also rated the hotel as ’excellent’.

Everything about the property was excellent except for the pool which could have been a better one....

Indore India - the place to stay

I go to Indore often for work, and the Blu is my choice! Great staff, who remember you and treat you as a friend. Perks are great, breakfast and service are outstanding.

A really terrific hotel in an awful city. We checked in around 7 pm and didn't leave until 10 am the next day to go to our next city and we were thrilled. Delicious buffet dinner, a great gym, great breakfast. Too cold to use outdoor pool but it is small. Very helpful and professional staff. 10/10.

Nice property in Indore. It has good location. Staff is not at all helpful in accommodating guests. I had booked the hotel for four days in total. Second day I had an emergency that required me to leave the hotel. I informed the hotel manager about my situation and requested that I be charged for two days. But he declined to honor my request and charged for all four days. So, I ended up paying for four days while staying only for two days. I also sent an email to Expedia, but never heard back from Expedia.

Staff at reception not very considerate . Toilet not so clean.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in India and this was one of the best. The pool area is amazing.

Excellent stay

The fantastic property aside (it really is nice) the best part by far is the wonderful staff. My wife was craving simple ham and cheese Croissant and the chef went out of his way to make her a special breakfast every day. No joke, this is the best stay in a hotel of my life. Came for work, would come back to just see all the friends we made while here in Indore.

So so as per my feelings.need more cleanliness. Staff behavior was excellent as per me and my family. Staffs are really helpful which I can tell my friends

The perfect breather

Amazing hotel with a very good breakfast menu and excellent Spa (a bit expensive). We stayed for 2 nights. Just ensure to request for a non smoking room specifically if you want one, because we got a smoking one at first but the replacement was prompt. Things to improve - room temperature, lifts, keycard sensitivity and the Chinese restaurant can do with a taste makeover. Overall excellent deal for the price and is wonderfully located
