Close to Haneda airport. Friendly staff. Clean. Everything is great.
We were just staying here during our last few days in Tokyo and needed a hotel close to the airport. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station but in a quiet area. The only thing I had any issue with was the beds being a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was fine! Free curry and udon in the lobby was great :)
Staff was very kind and accommodating. Hotel was clean and had decent amount of space. Would recommend. Only thing was slight damp smell in the room, but it went away after a while.
close to train station and nearby shopping street for supermarkets and restaurants. the front desk lady (guess she's Korean) was somehow not friendly during check-in!
Convenience
Manga
Ok
located in a super convenient area ! the staff was so helpful and nice :) I would totally stay here again !
Close to airport, clean, safe and not too busy, lots of comic books to read and there are free hot food for hotel guests all the time 24/7.
Budget hotel close to Airport
Small room within easy commute to Haneda airport. Basic food (Udon noodles, curry) available free of charge. But bed not particularly comfortable.
Clean, has everything you need. Free food and drinks. Great bargain for such a great rate
Low-cost Haneda stopover
Good value choice for a stopover at Haneda. 3 stops on train and then 6 minute flat walk. Free diy ramen in lobby was just what we needed before bed after long flight. Room size typical for Japan. Bed cosy and staff welcoming.
Cute hotel
Hotel was very nice and cute but needs better cleaning. Bathroom was a bit dirty and curtains needed to be changed. Had mold. As well as drain area for water. Carpet was dirty. And it had a sweat smell. Other then that was nice
I was only here very briefly as my flight was significantly delayed but the staff were very quick at the check-in when I arrived at 3am and also let me keep my luggage there during the day so I could get around town.
Room not that clean..
This hotel is so cheap and has so many little extras thrown in you would be crazy not to stay here if you’re coming from Haneda. It’s a typically small Japanese room but if you’re just sleeping or chilling out that is really all you need. The free dinner and breakfast is simple but great. There is a 7/11 next door and the pyjamas and room amenities are great. Would def stay again. Thank you!
Great and friendly staff. Good free curry and udon in the lobby.
All day beverages and basic foods available all day in the lobby. Thr room was spacious and comfortable.
One night at Quintessa
Nice place if you’re looking for somewhere close to Haneda. Rooms were nice, a little small though. The lobby was the best part, it had a whole library of manga as well as free udon and curry. I will say the one thing that put me off a bit was the smell of our room. Sorta had a sewage smell.
Unlimited udon and curry! Would stay here again!
The option of "restaurant" facility listed in their Web is not clear. I was quite confused.
This hotel was such an amazing experience for my partner and my first time in Japan. We arrived before checkin and they held our bags for us for a few hours no charge. They had free curry and udon all day so easy brekfest, the area is very quiet only a short walk to the train station and a 20 minute walk to a shopping and eating hub. Replaced our towels and utilities every single day. The staff was very kind and even helped with advice on buying a bullet train ticket, thry knew enough english to get by. I cannot reccomend them enough.
Great hotel, rooms were bigger than expected! Loved the free katsu curry and udon ramen. Only 7 min walk from the train station’
How can you go wrong with this hotel? Free curry, rice, udon and beverage 24/7!!! I couldn’t believe it. They also serve bread from 5:30AM until it’s out. Lots of manga to read (if you can read Japanese as they only have a very small amount of manga in English, not complaining at all as it’s just bonus). Friendly staff. The size of the room $ bathroom is much larger than I anticipated with comfy bed. Walking distance to Kamata station. 7-11 nearby. I’m so glad that I came across this hotel and will definitely book again.
Comic books and meal are free of charge.
The hotel offers free drink, curry rice, and bread. The room we stayed at is very small and I expected a bigger room.
8 Minute walk from Keikyu-Kamata station (Not JR), peaceful and lots of things to explore around it!
Very comfortable pyjamas included. Free curry 24/hrs if there is any left!
Located close to Haneda airport
The staff was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my staff. Everyone made me feel as if I were at home. I was sad to leave. Will be back next time I'm in Ota, Tokyo.
This place is so beautiful & so easy to take the Keikyu Kamata Station. This station goes in & out of Haneda International Airport. The hotel is just a building away from 7/11. I recommend this place 👍👍👍
The hotel was very clean and quiet and the staff were very nice and helpful.
Good
Modern, clean and staff were very courteous.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Not a lot of amenities.
Close to the airport and public transportation. Simple and Neat.
They offered as if they included shuttle and it was not true. The shuttle is very specific on times and they do not pick you up at the airport. That was the whole reason we picked this hotel
Good rating completely deserved
One complaint, the small safe is situated 2 inches above the floor making it hard to access. That’s it the small room was perfect, clean, comfortable. The bathroom and the amenities good too.
very close to the bus stop, I took the bus at Haneda airport which cost jpy280, very convenient.
The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The location is close to the airport and train station which is really convenient. The rooms and general areas are sparkling clean and comfortable.
Great location only 15 mins to airport. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Great facilities and amenities they offered coffee and fusion water etc upon arriving. The only downside is there is not much around except a 7-11 convenient store and it is a bit far from the station.
The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
clean, good location and friendly reception staff.
small compact rooms, very clean and good location to walk to Kamata. breakfast a little pricey at 1800 JPY so did not take it. Airport transfer bus worked well, must remember to book well in advance as quite a small bus that only drops off and does not pick up from airport...
Pleasantly Surprised!
I had read some negative feedback about this Hotel but decided it’s proximity to the Airport warranted the risk. I’m pleased to report this was one of my finest stays in Japan. The entire staff were friendly, helpful & capable of sufficient English to smooth the check-in. All Advance requests were provided & there were no bad points to the room or Hotel. I would reserve this hotel again in a heartbeat!
Great Hotel
Stay was amazing. Apart from some noisy guests. The room cancelled noisy pretty well.
Great location from the airport. Friendly staff and quick overnight stay.
property was really clean, stuff are very kind. I just wish that room was little bit bigger.
Very convenient location to Haneda airport also close to station with good connection into town. Super clean room and toilets.
Super clean toilets and have all facilities we need. Good shuttle bus to the airport too.
The location is not great: 1. Not close to subway station and the hotel does not offer shuttle from airport to hotel; 2. We have to walk for blocks To get dinner at 7:30 pm, nothing other than 7/11 (Next door) and Lawson, Which is three blocks away was open. Walla are thin and there were drunk people next door taking Loud and making a lot of noise way past midnight. When reported the front counter had no response and just said ‘oh’. Would not recommend this location.
Overall there was good. One concern was shuttle service was limited numbers/First come first reserve and time slot was until 9:00am.
The bus shuttle service is only from 4am till 9am!!! Furthermore we had to pre-book the service. And unfortunately for me and my colleagues, we couldn’t get any because it was fully booked when we went to enquire about it. Expedia please do not put the free shuttle service on this hotel because it definitely mislead all the guests! We booked the hotel mainly because of the shuttle service and in the end we had to spend extra money on public transport!
Clean, comfortable and simple room Very nice staff Healthy breakfast only I wish had some fruits Very satisfy over all .
No check in allowed to 3pm or light was at 01.15 next morning we checked out at 10pm dusappointed
Pretty easy to get to from the airport by subway. The staff were friendly and knew enough English which was helpful after a 14 hr flight and not being confident with Japanese words. The room was efficient with a nice view. Really enjoyed my first evening in Tokyo.
Room style definitely matters!
When I book this hotel for my out-of-town guests (twice), they get the “newer” beige bamboo rooms. However, when I book it for myself (twice), I get the darker, older rooms. I’m not sure why or how this happens.
The room was pretty small but very clean and the staff was very helpful. It's also really close to a large metro station that has a lot of food options. The shuttle to the airport in the morning is also very convenient.
Good stay, limited airport shuttle
We had a quick but pleasant stay. One disappointment was in regards to the airport shuttle service - we booked this hotel due to this service, and while the details of the hotel may say it’s a limited service, it was even more limited than I would imagine a hotel to provide. The shuttle ran once per hour in the mornings with only a few slots per hour. Names were taken on a first come first serve basis, and only after check-in. Do not book this hotel expecting airport shuttle. Otherwise, everything else was good. Breakfast buffet was great, variety of offerings. Provided an umbrella during the rain. I enjoyed the robe and slippers provided. Room was very small but this was fine for my partner and I.
They strictly prohibit entry of the guest’s/guests’ visitor/s in the room. Not friendly.
The room was very clean.I liked that the property is close by to train station. There is a store very close by. I didn’t like that the hotel stated airport shuttle but the hours are from 5 am till 9 am only. The mattress was too hard for my taste.
The room is extremely clean. The air conditioner works perfectly. The only thing I find a bit unsatisfactory is that the quilt is a bit too heavy. At the room temperature of 23 or 24 degrees Celsius, you don't need the heavy quilt (especially in the summer). A lighter quilt on bed may save you more power.
Easy access from Haneda vis train.
First time trip to Japan!
The room was small but perfect for two beds/two people. The service was top notch - everyone that I encountered from the front desk to the restaurant to the room service was very friendly. The free breakfast was healthy - greens, soy stuff, yogurt - I was expecting a traditional Japanese breakfast but overall - it was tasty. I stayed at another hotel in Shibuya after this one and they were terrible - rooms were crappy, service was horrible. If I am in Japan again - I will definitely stay at this Relief Premium again! 7-11 is right next door and lots of other shops an sights to see within walking distance. The only negative for hotels.com is that it says there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel - that is not true. It's the opposite - there is one FROM the hotel back to the airport. Other than that, I'd still come back here again.
Convenient to two train stations and nearby Haneda airport. Next door is a 7-11 convenient store as well.
I enjoyed my short stay in this hotel because the room was spacious enough as opposed to the ones in CBD area this hotel is equipped well with laundry service the only disadvantage is the shuttle bus to Haneda Airport which only operates from 4am onwards for 5hours. Saying that catching the train from the hotel is convenient as it only takes approx 10mins I’m not regretful to have stayed in this hotel
Great for the airport
Perfect for those needing to be near Haneda Airport but be sure to book the shuttle bus when you check in as space is limited and pre booking of this service is not possible.
Good location close to public transportation. Very clean. Friendly staff. Lobby area very small and congested. Airport shuttle only runs until 9 am.
Beds not as listed, cleanliness a highlight throughout. Good flexible staff
Great hotel to stay before you fly from Haneda.
Great room in very reasonable price. Amazing variety of amenities, include pajamas, new slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, combs, shaving leathers, shampoo, skincare cream, etc. Caring service, convenient, quiet and nice location to go to Tokyo and Haneda International Airport. They have free shuttle service to Haneda airport. Additionally, they gave me a free upgrade room! Thank you!
Nice room
Room was in a excellent condition , clean and very comfortable. They will provided all you need for a nice stay. We only spend one night at this hotel but it was a pleasant one .
I love that the front desk service is 24 hours as we arrived after midnight. And the service is still great!
Very clean, will thought out facilities. Only thing is that they should day there is a ,9 person lookout to their hourly shuttle to Haneda. Driver was surly.
Lovely room, staff and location. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Good hotel. This hotel provides a device to control the room lights, air conditioner and so on. Interesting service.
Hotel area was not clean, some poo on the road. The shuttt bus was delay when we went to the airport.
Great location to Haneda airport and easy to get to.
Great Hotel, very convenient location near airport and subway. Lots of amenities provided. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Provided what we needed for our short stay in Tokyo.
Kamata!
Very nice hotel and location is close train station. Comfortable beds and excellent amenities. Free transport to airport a plus! Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The staff was very kind, knew some English, and the rooms were great! The breakfast was delicious as well 😊
Very close to haneda airport. Very accommodating and helpful front desk staff.
Easy checkin
Area was clean and tidy and ease of service when checking in. Nearby the airport but we were silly and needed the other airport.
Good hotel, no complaints
Not a good experience but will give it another try
The hotel was undoubtedly busy given the time of my bookings. I guess this may have contributed to one day where the room was not cleaned up and 2 days where the glasses/cups were not replaced. Furthermore, the room (Twin Room) from the website said it's good for family but in reality, the room was not even of decent size for a young family of 2. Not enough room to put the luggages and movement was so restricted given it is that small. For couples, this would be ok. WIFI went off for 2 days. I would recommend Deluxe Twin Room instead where I managed to have a glimpse of other rooms while being cleaned. The biggest difference is there is an extra probably 2x2 space and that would have been enough for a young family of 2 or even 3. On the upside staff were very friendly but surprised given the popularity among tourists, the language barrier was the most felt in this place compared to other places I stayed on this trip. This is undoubtedly a new age kind of hotel and so there is a yoga, detox water, diet tea, etc and the room's amenities/toiletries reflect that and I am afraid for most, they were not effective. Example is a body soap that triples as shampoo and face wash. I had to use a LOT of them to achieve the same feel of cleanness. Having said that, it is strategic (Keikyu Kamata station) and only 15 minutes shuttle bus to Haneda (you must book at checkin. 9 spaces only) from 4am-9am. I would recommend it with a different room setting.
I was traveling alone, so I had read in some other reviews of this property that the rooms were too small, but for one person, it was just fine! The bed and pillows were super comfy, there were a lot of amenities and toiletries provided in the room (mini fridge, kettle, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, etc etc etc), and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The one drawback to this hotel is that it is not very centrally located......but if you are looking for a hotel close(ish) to Haneda Airport, or if you don’t mind a bit of a commute, then this is a great hotel option in my opinion!
Perfect Lay over option
We had a planned 18 hour layover heading back to the US for xmas. EMPERORS BDAY IS THE 24TH....if u travel on the 24th the businesses didnt open normal hours and the city didnt pick up til after 11am. The hotel was PERFECT. 1) it was priced well, entire hotel and rooms were super clean with 2 comfy beds 2) great location: 6min taxi ride to airport, 10 min walk thru clean streets to acccess main train lines to Yokohama Station and fish market. And u cant metro to the airport. Most economical way to get around, taxis can get expensive. ($20-25 one way from hotel to airport) 3) we paid about $9 for the breakfast option...the options were on the lighter side, vegan curry or cabbage mushroom soup/ vrown rice, yogurt/granola station, small bread station, cereal and coffee. , but ALL the food was tasty, fresh and healthy. There were also plenty of restaurant options around and a 7-11 next door to hotel. Negatives: free shuttle service has only one van. If your not on the list early, your out of luck....but the hotel will gladdly call a taxi for you.
The shower soap is terrible! It’s a shampoo/conditioner combo that’s advertised as a green solution. That was the worst soap I’ve ever used.
So friendly staff and free airport service. Thanks
Nice hotel but the rooms are a little small! Good for overnight stay as a Transit passenger.
Clean Washroom , good and helpful staff. Little far from station so little hard if you have lots of luggage. Taxi charge is 820 yens just in case if any one needs it
convenient for Haneda Airport
This place is ideal for those wanting easy access to Haneda Airport but is far from everything else. Please note the shuttle bus to the airport only take 9 people per hour and can only be booked from 3pm the day before.
the check in is quick, the service to airport so helpful, staff really nice, have enough pillow as usually other hotel only gave limited, even the room a bit small but it's clean and every room is small in japan, wifi is good, amenities is good they have the natural one. I really enjoy my stay even just 1 night.
Staff is very courteous and speaks excellent English. The rooms are squeaky clean, bed very comfortable with a large TV in front of it. The internet is super fast and stable. The light stopping curtain does its job really well. The shower head is very smart and can switch between fine mist and straight water jet. Toiletries are included in the bathroom. There is no dedicated place to store your luggage or clothes though but there is enough space for a large checked in bag to fit next to the bed so you can get what you need. All in all I would give it 6 stars out of 5 if I could.
Complimentary airport shuttle is the huge draw in my necessity during this trip. Hotel appears extremely new, well maintained, modern, aside from cramped room space, no complaint. I did not have their breakfast, as I had airport shuttle at 6AM, and breakfast began at 6AM.
Very good breakfast
For big people, the single room I stayed would be too small. I was satisfied by cleanness, amenity and delicious breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel, I could book the free shuttle bus for Haneda airport for next day. It took about 5~6 minuts by walk from the nearest station.
Room is clean and has shuttle bus service to the airport
The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The beds were quite small for sleeping two - smaller than double bed. There was VERY LITTLE floor space and the bathroom was all plastic, like an airplane bathroom but with a shower. The free shuttle in the morning was great.
Hotel/inn itself is ok. But two big minuses: 1. Innkeeper insisted on charging me 1/3 extra because we had two people instead of one, even though it's the same room with one bed. He insisted that it's common policy in Japan to charge by person, not by room been though maximum occupancy is 2. 2. This us in a residential area far from ant restaurants or even convenient stores. 10-15min walk needed. Hotel is by a river and quiet. But some neighbors dog kept barking all night and kept me up. Lucky I'm only staying for one night.
Clean, Close, Comfy
Impeccably clean!! Cute little room - efficient, tidy, perfect. I would absolutely recommend this place. Less than 10 minute walk to the train.
Great! convenience store close by. Check in was quick
Shoe box room
This was a twin sharing room with 2 twin beds. The room is extremely small even for 2 person. I would call it shoe box size. There isn't room for walking and luggages. Bathroom is small as well. It's only for 1 night stay, we couldn't sleep well at all.
