Sheets didn’t look clean and hairs & stain on sheets , room smells moldy, no breakfast as promised. Night stuff was very nice , but day stuff could not be see or heard. We never return or recommend to anyone.

Could have been better.

Room335 Stained chair on arms and seat. White Bed sheet had hair breakage from previous people, burnt cigarette hole and stained pillow cases. Didn’t seem it was new sheets placed just fixed. No toilet in the room and when asked, was given already opened half used toilet paper roll. AC unit smelled like mold and was not working properly. Service desk was welcoming. Seemed short staff in housekeeping.

My Worst hotel experience ever

We stayed because everything in town was booked up. The hotel lobby and hallways smelled bad. Check in was supposed to be at 3, We had to wait, the room was still being cleaned at 3:40. I had to re-clean the bathroom, microwave and refrigerator because i did not trust it was done properly Because there were crumbs on the floor. I had to pull her from the next room to vacuum it. After that There was no cleaning crew at all. They did not pull the trash or soiled towels at all during our 4 night stay. I told the manager and she offered to give me extra points toward my next reservation.

Awful, the hotel is one of the lowest quality. It had no breakfast, coffee creamers were sour, a man came to my room and questioned me because the person checked me in did not do it properly and wanted to know how many days I had been there.

In the picture this nice one, but the reality is different. Battered room doors, electronic sheets are useless, and room cleaning and changing sheets is not adequate. I could not sleep, I decided to leave at 3.30am. It may be a good alternative for some, but for me it is no longer a good alternative.

This property is trash! People live on the property and hang out outside partying. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures and looks ran down and the elevator broke several times while we were there! When you first walk in the room it smells like meldew. Didn't feel safe at the property what so ever! I would never stay there again!

Friendly staff, but will not be returning

The staff was friendly and in a quiet location, yet not far from the Riverwalk. It was a two star place and you get what you pay for. However, I was not expecting the lobby to smell moldy or for the AC in my room to not properly, it was warm at night. The smoke detector was removed and was left with wires hanging from it. The paint job and repairs that were attempted were subpar. The paint didn’t match and it looked like a kid did the job. It was affordable, but will pay a little more to stay elsewhere with better quality building.

Awful Service no call cancelation

Do not stay at the hotel. We were given a room where door was swung wide open and there was blankets and towels all over the floor with no one in the room . Then our second room consisted of soiled blankets. We had to ask for 3x blankets because all of them were soiled and had blood on them . In the one day stay the fire alarm went off about 3 times and the pool was also not working .

For the price it was it seems like what we received. There were stains on the bed, towels, and pillowcases. There seems to be mold growing in some places. Furthermore, there were roaches in both the room and breakfast. The service was of good quality and the people were really helpful and patient. For the price of $55 a night it was of average quality and exactly what we expected. Our biggest complait was just the cleanliness of the room.

We stayed on the first floor and the window was unlocked. The water in the shower was cold. There were stains on the sheets and comforter. The walls in the bathroom were dirty. The floors in the bathroom had hair and dirt from previous occupants. The air outside of the room was humid. The ice machines were out of service.

This hotel did not have the room that I booked available for me. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when I got there, the host said they don’t have any more available and could only offer me a room with one queen bed. I ended up leaving and stayed at another hotel that actually had the type of room I needed. Why show availability for one room when y’all don’t even have it available? I demand my money back since I didn’t even stay there!!

Disgusting

Worst place I've ever been, was given the key to an occupied room. Waited 2 hours for another room to "open up" walked into that room and sheets were thrown everywhere, toilet paper all over the room. It was disgusting. Would not recommend even thinking "oh how bad could it be". Don't do it.

My experience was horrible. I traveled over 3 1/2 hours for my child’s basketball tournament only to arrive and find out my room had been giving away. My reserved , pay at property room giving away to some one who came in and offered to pay more money! Left us high and dry and instead of apologizing or trying to accommodate or offer another location decided to get defense mode like she was on drugs and call the cops . Somehow they STILL tried to charge my card for a room they gave away smh ridiculous I will NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

Nasty experience for my family

That entire hotel smell so bad (mold odor), shower had a bubble of water accumulation from the ceiling above the shower at room 128, the bathroom door lock knob was broken so we locked it.

I stayed at this property this past weekend. The hotel was good I really enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately I have a complaint. When checking in we have to leave a deposit or a card on file which is common when renting a room. I pre paid for my room on Expedia so all I really needed to do was put a card on file. Long story short I got 2 sodas which I told them to charge to the card. I checked out and when I was looking at my bank statements I saw that they charged my card $194 along with an additional $8. Mind you all I got was two sodas. I’ve called the hotel 3 different times and even asked for the main manager yet each time I was told that they will get my information and call me back. I have still not received any call or message. I don’t like leaving ugly reviews and I did like my stay I just hope that I can get my money back because this is horrible.

When we arrived, we were faced with our rooms requested not being available/ready. Then we were told system was down and overbooking was the case. Then late at night we were given a one bed room when we had requested two double bed rooms. Rooms had their share of issues including ac cover that would fall off and a sink with only one functioning facet, if the other faucet was opened then water would spill on the floor. For all the inconvenience we were told by the manager we would see a credit, up to this point we are still awaiting that credit.

Our stay was not the best we’ve had. Property management receive a 10/10, very helpful and friendly. The lobby was clean, it had a weird smell but it was fair but there was a guest i believe who was barefoot and just talking to people randomly and he did end up scaring my aunt and cousin who stayed at the hotel as well as just saying that they were his cousins and to let him eat with them. Scary but going back to the hotel the lobby was clean. Upon entering the room, it was clean but again the weird smell. The bathroom was ok, we did find a small bug in the bathtub but disappeared eventually. The a/c was ok but didn’t cool enough. The beds were comfy enough to sleep well but what did throw me off and didn’t like was that we left the whole day often the first night and thought that housekeeping would come by but didn’t. We found the bed exactly how we left them so we had to sleep with the same sheets and comforter. Overall the hotel is enough to say it’s a motel and most likely not be sleeping here again. Really needs improvement in rooms and the security. Hope this review helps to choose your stay!

Gentleman at front desk was polite and pleasant. Arrived in room to find smoke detector disabled with plastic bag. Bathroom sink clogged, took minutes to drain. Toilet seat loose almost falling off. Less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper. Noisy all night, people hollering and slamming doors. Breakfast was skimpy (no meat or eggs) - mostly waffles, cereal and poorly mixed machine OJ.

The staff at the front desk was very rude and mad that I made a comment regarding bed sheets that they have not been changed after previous guests . He refused the service and demanded that we leave the hotel and called police . We had no choice but to leave the hotel and get ano the room at another hotel . Trashy and Filthy

This room was not clean by any standards. The sheets had URINE stains on them, and the Mattress had multiple Blood stains on it. All of the Hot & Cold faucets in the Bathroom were backwards. Hot was Cold, and Cold was Hot. The Shower Head was about to fall off the wall. The remote control for the TV didn’t work. The swimming pool looks to have been condemned for a very long time. This has to be the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at in my 63 years of life. CHOICE HOTELS / QUALITY INN You should be ashamed of yourselves. 💩👎

Someone banged on our door, shouted, “Front desk!” twice while we were sleeping (11pm and 7am) and opened our door both times! The toilet has a leak so it ran every few minutes 24/7. Someone had urinated in the bathroom. I left a note for staff at the front desk because no one ever came to the desk when I waited there to tell them. Many hours later, it was still there. So gross. The AC doesn’t work properly. The controls are broken so no matter what temp you set it to, you’re stuck with whatever it’s set to cycle on/off. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. Can’t recommend this place. Super expensive for the “quality” of the stay.

Rooms comfortable

The rooms looked to be recently refurbished and the bed was comfortable. The outside and lobby could have used an upgrade. Breakfast was less than good and coffee was poor. Night staff was not so welcoming but okay. Staffing was obviously short as there was no one at the desk when we checked out

first day check in the lady couldn’t log in so it took a while to check in, get to room 310- smelled like mildew prob from ac, toilet clogged twice no stool, was really over it the first night, complained about toilet and they moved us to 314 and was so much better! Not the best hotel but not too worst, good for what you pay. All the staff was really cool, helpful, friendly, breakfast was just continental breakfast. Only thing is next to train so hear it early.

Don’t stay! Run run run.

We booked 2 rooms and one room was very dirty, we had to ask to be moved. 2nd room the AC was very load that everyone it come on, you woke up. We planned on staying 2 nights until our experience. Another guest was at the fest asking to be moved because the toilet was backed up. Should have known them to run

Great stay overall.

we booked two rooms, my room had stained sheets,no chair, broken desk chair, bathroom door broken like it was beaten to open, plastic covering the smoke detector & metal frame to the bed stuck out several inches on the side you get into bed & hurt my daughter, & smelled like water damage. 2nd room also had a broken desk chair and my son fell out of it. all things they should've noticed when preparing the room for a guest. only nice thing was the comfort of the bed.

I do not want to leave a review here out of the risk of them deleting this. But i am going for it anyway. My stay at Quality Inn was not the best. First off the room was not the same it was in the picture and the sink to brush our teeth was horrible the water stays there for minutes quite disgusting if you ask me. That’s not all the toilet, it took a while to flush the toilet. Let’s talk about breakfast, GOD let’s talk about breakfast. Someone explain how come breakfast is from 0630 to 0930 and when you come down at 0730 there is not hot chocolate for the none coffee drinker, and no donuts, nothing for vegan as well. Someone explain how come to fruits basket is always empty at 0730? In most hotel you do not have to request a room service they come and if you don’t want to you deny it. We didn’t get a room service even once during our stay. The TV not working was a minor detail i couldn’t care less. The fan was blowing air in the most uncomfortable way ever. We were there for 4 days. My wife and i went to hospital on day 2 because we woke up sick from the fan blowing that uncomfortable air. You know i can go on and on about how bad and uncomfortable this was but i think they know already. You guys need to change few things.

Cleaning staff could have done much better.

Found someone else's shoes left behind at the edge of the bed. Sheets on one of the beds had not been completely put on the bed.

I'm very disappointed with this hotel and our time there. We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights,10/12/23-10/15/23 . The pictures were definitely much nicer than the actual room. The room was noisy and there was constant trains passing by. Trains can be heard all hours of the day and night. Worst of all, my father-in-law was bitten by BEDBUGS. We did notify staff, who was nice enough to listen and report it to the owners but did not provide a refund. We even showed him and emailed him the pictures of my father-in-law's bite marks on his stomach. Worker said the owner had to approve it, and so far we have not heard anything about it. I would NEVER recommend this hotel, nor will we ever stay at another Quality Inn again. Lesson learned, stay away from this bug infested dirty hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, there’s options of waffles, sausages, eggs, desserts, apple juice, orange juice, water, coffee and other breakfast cereals. The customer service was phenomenal and everyone was super kind to us. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel room was very nasty! When putting my little one to bed, I found pube hairs in between the sheets and crumb’s along with yellow stains on the pillow cases. The toilet on the bottom ring had hair. When going to the front to tell the front counter staff he came in to the room and was very embarrassed. Then He gave us another room and the shower had all kinds of hair! And the tub was not clean!

Do not bring you family here!

This hotel does not look anything like the pictures.Internet was down phones were down restroom had black mold the sheets had stains.They offered me a refund but since the phones are down Hotels.com pretty much gave up on trying to get a hold of them after 2 days of calling.

I booked to Travelocity and had choosen the option to pay at the property. I received a texted message from property which was weird, never happened before. Then immediately after texting me card of choice was charge with me me even being on the property. I attempted to call them 13x phone line was busy. I texted the number no response. My flight got delayed and I finally arrived at 1am. Took a Lyft to the hotel to find out that my room was cancelled and they were booked for the night. No one could answer my questions or had answers. On the Travelocity app my reservation was still showing. That was ridiculous and very inconvenient for me.

Would never recommend this hotel, EVER!

The pictures online are not the same hotel, with the exception of the exterior photo. The first thing when we drove up that we noticed was the pool had not been cleaned. When we checked in, we inspected our room, it was FILTHY! There was makeup on the bathroom sink with dirty tissues, and dirty tissues on the floor. The bathroom was nasty. We checked our beds, the sheets had not been changed, and the beds were slept in and just made over. The sheets and pillowcases were dirty and stained. There were hairs on the sheets and had stains, like someone didn’t bathe before sleeping in the bed. Front desk staff was pleasant and apologetic. He said he had just gotten on shift and didn’t have a list of rooms that needed to be cleaned. We requested a refund (still waiting), and had to find a different hotel to stay in.

Hotel itself could use a good touch up but besides that we enjoyed our stay. Seemed a bit understaffed but the employees were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile coming in or going out.
