Clean property and friendly staff. Location kinda out of the way

Clean, quiet and good breakfast

Easy parking, decent breakfast, clean rooms and well maintained. We would stay there again.

The price was very good. Very clean facility with a very decent breakfast. Pool was ok as well. The bed was the worst that I have ever slept on. You could hear the springs anytime you moved on the bed. Again, very decent value, but the mattress needs to go!

When we took a shower, the water was cold. For a new hotel it was not isolated.

The staffs are very nice. Facility is clean and well maintained. If there is one more elevator, that would be great. I will definitely visit again.

I like everything, except I prefer to clean my room every other day.

Quick check in. Clean and looks new. Smaller hotel in an out if the way kind of area but not too far from anything. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Probably one of, if not the best Quality Inns we’ve stayed at.

Very comfortable rooms with amenities workikg great. Clean and spacious. Location was reasonably good (with good parking) and service was good. Breakfast is good too. Would recommend.

Staff was very sseet. We were overcharged and the receptionist said she would ask the manager to call me. Breakfast was good however there was nothing to take out and leave with if you wamted to eat in your room. We were sick and prefered eating in our room. Breakfast had yogurt, bagels toast carrot cake bean soup and loved the waffles. Also had regular eggs, veg omelet and potatoes. Not much variety for fruit and cereal. Rooms were a little small and wifi was bad.

My wife and I went for only 1 night to Quebec but we love the hotel. For us the bed is a important issue and we found yours was very comfortable. We were impressed by the quality of the breakfast, it was very delicious. The staff was very polite.

Rooms are clean and overally a good hotel, but the room facilitoes are not maintaimed well. I frequently come to this hotel because I do not have better choice in the area. And exact every time I come I have to ask some maintenance, for example the bath draine needs to be opened. Or last time my room's heater was faulty so I they asked me to change room, so in the next room shower water was not hot and I think something was wrong with its faucet.

Really nice experience, the staff so helpful, the room had a good size, the breakfast it was really good for the category.

Bed and pillows not comfortable ended my three nights.with sore back and neck.

It’s convenient for just a night stay to rest and go on for the next destination.

For a 3 star hotel this one did great ! Very clean and service was good :) not the closest to the old Quebec but for the cleanliness, safety, free parking and breakfast, a gym and a pool, the price is amazing ! Really recommend

Stayed one night travelling from ON to NB. Very clean, delicious hot buffet breakfast that was included in the price, and an indoor pool so the kids could expend some energy. Rate was reasonable, in my opinion at ~$200/night for a family of 5. Couldn’t be more pleased. Will stay again!

All in all, it was great

Overally was an average stay! The lady at the front desk had a bit of a short fuse and the breakfast was meh, but everything was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfy. If you need to stay somewhere on a budget, this hotel is a great option!

Room and Hotel were very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was a nice spread of hot and cold self serve. The bed frame was a bit hard for my liking which made the bed a bit stiff. Otherwise is was a great stay.

Property’s location is not ideal if you are looking for transportation to Quebec City within the walls. Parking for the hotel and the location for elevator was quite inconvenient. For some reason, toilet seats were terrible. Me and my wife both found it really uncomfortable sitting on it.

Toilet was clogged and the hotel wasn't able to fix it and only told us to use the public bathroom. Room was extreme humid and stink. Most terrible hotel ever.

It was a heavy rainy day when I arrived the hotel and I was arrived a bit earlier than the enter time of the room. All my family was wet because of rains and receptionist waited us after room entry time as long as talked with hotel manager. All my family including me got cold because of this manner.

There was hair in the shower and on the floor of the room and the shower was dirty in the corners

I booked king room but it looked like a room in an apartment. No closet. Washroom is small. No iron box. I called front desk and they replied that there is only one person working so please come and collect it. The duvet on the bed has two blood stains (informed to front desk to provide clean and hygiene sheets).

Very convenient as gas station was across the street with a McDonald's and a sports pub and fitness centre within walking distances.

I like the fact the hotel was modern and fairly new. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows had no support.

Quiet and very well located.

Everyone was super nice & the hotel was really clean. A little further from the city than i was expecting but only a 20 minute drive away from the Core of Quebec City.

This property is absolutely clean and fresh. I am sensitive to smell but I was pleased that the room was so nice no smell at all. The shower, washroom are also very clean. The pressure from the shower head was excellent. The most clean and tidy room and washroom I have had through out my travel. Great job!

The hotel is conveniently located with ample parking. Modern hotel with clean, quiet and upgraded room and has delicious hot breakfast. Staff is very friendly and can converse in english. Family friendly hotel and value for money. The pool however didn't seem clean and there is no housekeeping or change of towels during the stay.

The hotel was an easy drive to Old Quebec (20 min.) & Montmorency Falls. Staff were able to converse in English. The bed was quite comfortable and breakfast was great with link sausage, seasoned potatoes, beans, good coffee, etc. This motel offered an excellent cost-effective stay with easy access to sites of interest to us. There is a nice park one block away. I highly recommend The Grand Marche market, which is an indoor marketplace for a variety of vendors where travelers can stock up on artisan breads, produce, wine, olives, cheese, meats, etc. I was in heaven there. There are also a number of restaurants inside.

This was the perfect little hotel with a nice pool. It was very clean and easy to check in early and enjoy an included breakfast with our toddler. Only concern was how loud it was through the walls and ceiling. Was tough to stay asleep with so much noise from other guests.

Le lobby est très propre. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'on reste 5 nuits et qu'a cause de cela la chambre ne sera pas nettoyé, je ne comprends pas la logique. Les chambres sont mal aérées, surtout les toilettes, il n'y a pas de système de ventilation fonctionnelle. Il y avait beaucoup d'humidité. Le climatiseur est trop bruyant

Your comfort level will depend where in the hotel you stay. I've had a wonderful, quiet sleep on the upper floors, and I've had a miserable noisy experience on the bottom floors facing the parking lot.

The pool water was very dirty.

Hotel location is convenient to major routes and restaurants in the area. Rooms are large and reasonably comfortable, although the mattresses are thin. Front desk staff are pleasant – although I found this does not extend to all staff. Furthermore, room service is unduly limited to once every third day, which is a service level beneath the price charged. Also, having only one elevator is limiting for those with mobility issues, particularly given its distance from the parking lot.

The wash room is a bit wet and the breakfast is too crowded. The rest is all good.

Very clean, inside rooms has laminet/ hardwood floor and no carpet so you can see how clean it is. free parking, and buffet breakfast included. Has a pool and a small gym surrounded by glasses from 3 sides.
